A great hotel with an amazing Japanese garden. The pool is smaller than the photo makes it appear but overall a very nice property. It has not been updated to Hyatts newest technology features quite yet, but very nice. Will stay here again.

A beautiful hotel, but could use a bigger entrance sign, I drove right by and didn't even see it, maybe consider getting beds, my stay was firm. Other than that, everything was lovely.

We celebrated Judge Alexander’s Birthday there last night and everything from valet parking, smooth check in, fabulous room with sky line view of Atlanta and excellent room service! Highly recommend as a Globalist!

Amazing facility with kind staff.

This is my second stay here and every one of the staff that I’ve interacted with have been so nice and friendly. Our event had a sit down dinner and the waitstaff were amazing. Always right on time for a refill or to remove a plate, but never making you feel rushed. The food was simple for our event but it was delicious! The rooms are immaculate, spacious, and comfortable. Check in was easy and fast. I think the parking fee is a bit steep; however it is Buckhead. We’ll be back next year to stay for our event and we look forward to coming back!

Grand Hyatt is a wonderful hotel, but the staff is what puts it over and beyond others. Everyone is friendly and goes the extra mile to make sure your stay is amazing. And on a personal note, we really appreciate everythinlg Scott Snipes and his entire staff does to support our veterans.

I am very pleased with my visit to the Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead! The customer service was excellent and the room met my expectations. Also, the decor in the building is very impressive. There were so many beautiful places to take photos; I especially loved the beautiful waterfall near the outside bistro next to the Cassie Restaurant. I must say that I have visited Atlanta several times before and in every city I have a favorite place to stay; this is now my favorite in your area. FYI~Just want to send my kind regards to Joe Loparo, Assistant Director of Operations for the thoughtful thank you message after my departure. That was very unexpected and one of the reasons I stopped what I was doing today to say thank you for a very memorable experience. Never before, have I received a thank you note from any other establishment and I travel often and visit many beautiful resorts. It is going to be difficult for me to stay anywhere else when I visit Atlanta. The service all around was superb. The entire staff always made me feel welcomed and special. Very clean great amenities… I didn't like that the hotel parking was not free… but I have to say the concierge and driving services made up for it! Worth it, beautiful and service friendly!

I am disappointed with my stay. I had a late flight and I checked in at 2 am and it was noted that they sold my room. I was frustrated because I called earlier that day to tell them that I was still coming and they advised me that my room would be available. So, to accommodate me they gave me a suite with a king size bed and a pullout. Not cool. Also, we asked for towels… Ugh. We are still waiting. We had to go and get our selves.

For a highly recommended hotel this place was beyond disappointing. I would have thought it a splurge night in a fancy hotel but was incredibly surprised that our hotel room smelled terrible. Like… they just cleaned the carpets after 5 years of use and it hadn't fully dried out. Our windows had finger prints all over it and even initials that a kid left on them, so not the fun *clean* view we were hoping for. The glass on our desk also was covered in hand prints. The bathroom sink had quite a few hairs left in it and to put the cherry on top of the cake, our entire bedroom was illuminated by giant football stadium lights (that are used to light up the outside of the building) and the curtains didn't properly overlap which made it rather difficult to sleep with all the light filtering through. Also, we got cold at night and opened up the closet to grab an extra blanket… there was no extra blanket. It was clear, that this place puts more money into their lobby and gardens than the rooms. Then we were charged 2x for something we only used one of and when we called to inform them of this, there wasn't a single "I'm sorry" at all. Really disappointed with this place. You'd have a better time at an air bnb.

This hotel was great, it has a very large pool that the kids absolutely loved! The room was clean and there were lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. The only thing I didn't like was overnight parking was an additional $32 per night. I wish that would have been disclosed when I booked the hotel, as I was price matching on Priceline to get the best deal. It was worth it though, the room was nice and the hotel was fun for my kids. I would definitely stay there again!

We stayed overnight here and had a meeting the following morning, and it was a great experience all the way around. The staff were friendly, they made good drinks at the bar, the grounds around the hotel are awesome (go check out the little Asian temple area in the back), and the gym was one of the best I've seen in a hotel outside of Las Vegas. On the meeting side, the room was clean and ready when we got there. We had a great breakfast downstairs, and then found everything setup when it was time to get to work. Oh, and the coffee in the meeting room was flavorful and good. Highly recommend this place.

Very welcoming, easy to find and a delightful place to stay. Check-in staff were excellent, restaurant staff were very attentive and bar servers were fun and very helpful to us tourists to Altanta and the USA. A special thanks to the young lady whom ran the shop in the lobby, very helpful. (Enjoy your trip to Europe next month)

I attended a marketing event in the Grand Hyat. It was very lush and comfy. I'm sure the staff would have been a little nicer if we were residents or "looked the part" for such a regal hotel, but since we were just attending event they weren't very helpful in locating it. It's a pretty place though!

If I could give them a 10 I would. Awesome from check in til check out. Room service was awesome, Andrew at the bar such a great guy! Scenery of garden simply amazing. Only downfall was paying for self parking $64 a bit much for the weekend when you are "self parking" would definitely return!

Excellent staff. Well appointed though smallish rooms. Nice touches like crown molding and tiled bathrooms. Bartenders are friendly and mix good but pricey drinks. The Grand Hyatt also adds the small details to boost comfort and luxury.

We definitely enjoyed our stay here. The staff is very nice and always smiling when we walk them. I really liked our suite, it was larger than I expected and a great view. The suite had a few different thermostats for each part of the rooms. I thought that was convienent to have if we had other people staying with us. This is a place I would definitely stay again.

This is a beautiful hotel with excellent service and hospitality. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The only issue I have is how insanely expensive the food and parking are: $20 for a mushroom flat bread, $18 for a simple Ceasar salad (which is served in cardboard and plastic) $42 each day for parking… A little pricey.

Great hotel in the neighborhood of Buckhead, restaurants and shops nearby.

I attended a conference at this venue. 1. There are no water fountains around, so you're forced to fill up from the tap or buy water bottles from the stores. 2. There is no cell reception within the meeting rooms/conference space. 3. Provided internet connections are not sustainable for communities of people using it. I did not experience an actual stay in a hotel room. I will say that the staff is courteous and the hotel itself is beautiful, but I would not recommend it for events.

Nice hotel overall. The area is great and there's a lot of shopping and dining within walking distance. The view from upper floor rooms is great as you can see downtown in the distance. The real downside is the age of the hotel. You'll notice things in the room not working right and can see the patchwork done to keep what still works, working. At night you'll likely feel a bit unsafe walking on the streets around the hotel but it's fine during the day. Self parking isn't free unless you find a deal online to include it with your room cost. The overall feel is more like a 3 star place than a 4 star but the staff does try overall.

Nice hotel in a quite area, near the Lenox mall. The hotel is great and quite big. Rooms are really clean and comfy. Breakfast is good with a wide range of things to eat. Staff is great and helpful. Overall a nice hotel to stay in, location is fine and convenient with the train station nearby, would recommend!

I stayed here the night before my wedding and it was amazing! The hotel staff is friendly, courteous and thoughtful. They upgraded me to a great room, surprised me with wine, cheese and fruit tray and handwritten note. It was truly an unforgettable experience and I'm so glad that I recommended the hotel to some of our wedding guests who also enjoyed their stay very much!

Been staying here for years. It use to be one of the nicest. The hotel itself is lovely over all. But for being a 4 diamond hotel. It’s kinda falling behind. Even a 3 starts remodel Marriott look more luxurious. The room here is out dated for the price. Tune for an update.

Quite possibly the nicest thing that has ever happened to me while traveling… arrived in Atlanta for business, checked in to my hotel late Wednesday afternoon. Tiera at the front desk noticed I was a bit under the weather. When I got back to my room after a late meeting, I found hot soup, crackers, oranges, water and the nicest note from the staff to get well soon. I am blown away! Talk about southern hospitality… this was over the top! A stellar example of ‘empowered’ customer service. Bet you know where I will be staying EVERY time I go to Atlanta from now on! Thank you!

Awesome! We did our holiday work event here and the hotel was very nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was good, and every body made me feel welcome. It was also easy to get to from the main street and the valet parking made getting in and out a dream. The drinks were a bit pricey. But that's to be expected in a hotel, especially one in Buckhead. Well worth the visit, not only because of the company that I work with, but also the experience as a whole.

Absolutely one of the most beautiful hotels in Atlanta. Everything is top knotch. The property is gorgeous and the zen garden is very unique. The rooms are very nice and so clean. The view is of Buckhead and watching the people and all the nightlife was pretty cool. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Everything was great except the communication. It was very difficult to get a hold of them through the phone in the room. Front desk, concierge, security, etc. It seemed like they were as busy as it was perceived on the phone. This would not hinder me to avoid this place. Great amenities, clean room, Wi-Fi, great bar. Everything you would want in a hotel.

Upon arrival, I checked in and went to my assigned room only to be surprised by a man coming out of the bathroom. After an awkward and embarrassing apology, I went back to the front desk to get an unoccupied room. The woman apologized and said she would inquire with housekeeping about the mix up. The room that I was then assigned was not the view that was described in my reservation but when I called the front desk they had no other solution but to have me switch rooms tomorrow. When I returned to the hotel after dinner I bought a glass of wine to take to my room. Got off the elevator and it wreaked of marijuana so I reported to the front desk and they said security would be up shortly. Lifted the glass of wine to my mouth and found lip stick around the rim. I took yet another trip downstairs to get a clean glass of wine. While the hotel itself is nice and the staff are friendly, there is an obvious lack of attention to detail that has made this stay anything but relaxing.

Stayed in room 1919 which is a corner room commanding a spectacular view of the Atlanta skyline in two directions. Stayed a week for a business event and frequented the Restaurant and Bar. The drinks and beer selection are good. The food catered for breakfast left something to be desired though. It's a great location waking distance from some great dining and nightlife options. And you'll want to walk with how bad traffic gets in the area. The staff are friendly and there's a refrigerator in the room. Microwaves are not in the room but are available in the ice machine room on some select floors.

My wife and I are Explorist members and have traveled to many Grand Hyatt properties all around the world. Tiara at this property in Buckhead is truly world-class! We arrived very late night exhausted from our trip, and she went above and beyond to make sure that all of our needs were met, including breakfast the next morning. She was extremely friendly, personable, and even followed up with us to see if she could be of further assistance. Anytime we are coming back through Atlanta, I know now only exactly where we would like to stay, but also who we would be happy to see at the front desk. Keep up the great work Tiara!

My stay in the hotel was great and the professional presentation areas were good. The parking was horrid and very out of the way. The only thing wrong with the room was the exterior light shines directly into the room bright enough that it looked fully lit. Even with the blackout drapes it was bright.

Great hotel! The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly during a company conference this week. I would like to recognize a gentleman named Sal. During breakfast one morning, Sal asked if I wanted something to drink, coffee, juice, or water. I really wanted hot tea, but Sal said hot tea wasn't offered during breakfast. However, Sal insisted on getting me some hot tea and shortly returned to my table with hot water, a tea bag, and honey. And each morning after, Sal had a tea tray ready for me during breakfast… such great service! Thank you Sal for remember this small detail that made my mornings a little better!

My company's conference was held here for a week and the attention to detail and amazing customer service that was provided by the staff was exceptional. Sal brought me my green tea for breakfast every morning after ordering only the first day even though it was not in our package. Everyone was great!

The Grand Hyatt in Atlanta was great. It was scenic and modern at the same time. The TV was high definition in the rooms, and the lights were very well placed. I had a problem with the shower handle, but nothing to severe. Overall, The Grand Hyatt is getting a strong recommendation.

This place has the most polite and friendly staff I've ever been around! Not one staff member said good morning or welcome back, have a good evening. It was the most amazing hotels I've ever been to. I will definitely go back!

Our first suite smelled like a teenager's socks. The staff politely upgraded the room. The upgraded suite was okay, but old and dilapidated. Nothing overtly dirty, but the whole place felt like it had a patina. The rooms are not what you'd expect from the lobby. They closed the pool for a photo shoot without warning and denied guest access for most of the day. Despite a good view from small windows, the room felt dark. Polite service at the downstairs bar one night. Ignored the next.

I went here for a Google Cloud Platform Onboard. Staff was all friendly and seem to move swiftly to perform duties. The conference room was large, with multiple screens and a plentiful A/V system. The catering here is top notch. I've been to a few conferences where the food is just okay. The breakfast had fresh fruit. Lunch our bag lunches were packed to the brim with many choices. We had a snack as well featuring any type of ice cream novelty you could as for, peach cobbler, and more. If I had one complaint the dressing was a little heavy on my roast beef sandwich. Hardly a deal breaker.

My husband and I stayed here a few weeks back. It was horrible! The food was good, but Marko made our experience very annoying at the bar. He was excessive in asking us about our food and his jokes were not funny at all, but borderline racist! We were smashing HUGE roaches in our room our last night. I MEAN HUGE! They were so big! I was so mad at my husband for booking this hotel. Never again!

The bedrooms are large, with extremely comfortable beds and good soundproofing. Breakfast is tasty, and the waiting staff are some of the most pleasant I have come across. After a few days the lack of variety does become obvious, however. The bar and gift shop opposite are both well stocked with very friendly staff and the bar snacks menu is extensive. Standard Wi-Fi is fast enough for my needs but some may find it slow; there is the (pay extra) option to opt for Hi — speed Internet for a reasonable sum. Only complaint is the pool, small, dated, and if there is a restroom it's extremely well hidden! No staff to ask and I've never seen anyone manning the pool bar.

Nice hotel in an upscale area of Atlanta with a couple of shopping malls nearby. Nice common parts including gym and pool. Free shuttle service within 2 miles. Good food quality. I have been there 3 times but not always the rooms are on the same level.

The hotel is gorgeous and features a Japanese garden with a waterfall in the rear which was quite the surprise. I could have sat at the window and sent emails all day. The Grand Ballrooms were nice and featured beautiful light fixtures, that resemblance fine jewelry. The food was delicious and they surprised us today with virgin sangria and churros today prior to leaving. I can't wait to visit again. Oh and everyone that I encountered were informed and super pleasant.

Everything about our stay here was great during our wedding weekend. The room bathroom are both large and very comfortable. The restaurant and bar put out pretty amazing food and drink. The staff, at least every member we came in contact with, was very helpful and very respectful. The zen garden was a wonderful place to take some casual and fun post wedding pictures; it is beautiful in its own right. I can't say enough good things about this hotel, loved it.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel located in the Buckhead district, right on the Peachtree Road which is one of the main streets of Atlanta. Near the hotel there are in fact the main things of Buckhead… shopping malls (mark the Lenox Center), restaurants etc etc… all reachable even on foot. So the location is strategic! The hotel is very nice, has a big waterfall right in front of the longevity, at whose top have placed a Zen garden very well designed and also quite large. Then there is the swimming pool on the 3rd floor accessible by the customers of the hotel that allows you to swim and sunbathe in the midst of all those mirrored skyscrapers… beautiful!

The building itself has a beautiful entrance with floor to ceiling windows, outdoor japanese garden with large rock waterfall. Very nice lounge, pool area, and large fitness room. Front desk is what really impressed me. Two young ladies who were very friendly, helpful, and overall provided excellent customer service which is hard to find at too many places this day in time. This is standard for nicer hotels but I do question why every nicer hotel I stay at charges 30+ for valet parking, 20+ for self parking, no free breakfast, and many charge for Internet although this one did not unless you want to upgrade to premium Internet, while more standard hotels say a holiday inn express or Hampton inn offer all those services for free. Seems backwards to me. Otherwise we had a great stay at a really nice hotel in a great location. What really separated it was the great customer service.

Excellent location, right in the middle of Buckhead. Close to tons of shopping and restaurants! Very clean hotel, room was large, and quiet. The breakfast room service was excellent as well. All in all, a great experience.

Did a 3-day event there and the staff was very good to us. Helped us anyway they could and provided a great room for our event. Surprisingly the food was extremely good. They had staff members regularly checking on us. I was very impressed.

Great location nice amenities. We stayed on the club level. Food offered was very nice. Major spoiler were the extremely loud motors/ fans on the coffee and ice machines. When they came on it sounded liked we were in a workshop. I have to believe management can offer coffee and ice without ruining the atmosphere of their club room.

Race descrimination don't u ever go to this hotel ever! 0 star! our room was under the name of my husband and we had to extend the stay bcoz my husband was working he called to the front desk to tell them that I'm the one who will get the new key but bcoz my name wasn't register on our room… u know what happened? when I came down the front desk ask my id then when I showed it to him he said bcoz it's in the law they had to escort me till the room and show them my husband things if he is really still here! That was terrible isn't it maybe bcoz I'm not American that's why… never ever stay with this dirty and expensive hotel it's not worth it damn expensive!

Food is good. Decoration and the view is very nice. Chair and tables could be more comfortable and appropriate to eat.

The location of the grand Hyatt was as good as it gwts, right on peach tree in the center of Buckhead almost surrounded by 5star restaurant and and the best shopping. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were made top of the line and could have even been up to the royal families standards.

Great service, wonderful staff and loved the amenities. Best of all a nice and spacious bathroom. Much room in the toilet area so you can sprawl your legs out and take a glorious dump. Will stay again.

Not bad, but wouldn't call the room four stars. The TV did not work in my room and the room was over priced. The Japanese Gardens were nice though.

Charged $24 parking fee for one night. Charged $3 for a small bottle of water in the room and I didn't notice the price tag on it until afterwards. When I booked the room I included breakfast (increased price) and I also confirmed with the front desk that breakfast was included, however when I went to the restaurant they told me breakfast wasn't included with my room. They told me to go upstairs and speak to the manager and then the manager told me that breakfast was NOT included. Another member of the staff over heard this and then had to show the manager on the computer that breakfast was indeed included. After this they handed me two coupons for free breakfast. During the entire time I was eating breakfast the server kept apologizing over and over until it became very uncomfortable. No need to draw attention from the other tables telling me how sorry you are when I never made a big deal about it in the first place. Giving 1 star mainly because of the $3 bottle of water ($3.24 after tax).

I stayed at the Grand Hyatt for a business conference. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are modern and clean. The staff is excellent. Definitely take advantage of the concierge if you are looking for somewhere to go out for dinner, drinks, etc. As for a meeting place, the rooms are pretty standard fare but the AV setups were really nice and not a single hiccup. The hotel food for lunches, dinners, and snacks was well above the norm. There's a nice bar area.

Hotel is easy to get to, via MARTA system from the airport. Check in was without problems. Rooms are clean and modern, keeping with the chain expectations and experience.

I stayed at the Grand Hyatt in Atlanta on short notice for an unexpected family funeral, and the hotel exceeded my expectations for helping me de-stress and take care of all the logistics over several days. The staff was uniformly warm and supportive, which was of great importance to me, given the fragile state of my emotions during this time. One staff member was so helpful that I wrote a long, hand-written kudo for her, which I provided to the front desk — — and which I hope they have since shared with management. My room was large and resplendent with natural light, which greatly enhanced my mood during my stay. This hotel would have been five stars, except for one nit, which I want to mention. I always like a warm blanket at night, because I have very cold hands and feet. When I woke up cold at midnight, I searched every drawer and cupboard for a blanket, which used to be standard issue in all hotel rooms. There were none! I called the desk and asked for one, and it took a full half hour for someone to bring me one! The man who brought it made me feel like this was a really unusual request — — it was the only time during my stay that I did not feel "welcome. " He said this is how "all" hotels are now. How could they not have an extra blanket in a drawer in an expensive room? They lost a star for this idiocy — — the fact that I had to wait til 1:00 in the morning for a blanket. But otherwise, this hotel is lovely, friendly, and clean — — you will love it!

My employer has held its annual event here over the years. Consistently excellent service. We've had events at other hotels, but the Grand Hyatt is a cut above the rest. Staff and guests alike really like this place. I recommend it.

Traditional business hotel. You pay way too much for internet and breakfast.

The location of this hotel is great. There was construction going on right across from it, but it wasn't too noisy. The rooms are nice. They are a decent size, and clean.

I am a Westin girl, but I now have a change of heart. Hubby and I celebrated our 2 yr anniversary and I surprised him with a stay at the Grand Hyatt. He loved the hotel and especially the convenience to restaurants, stores, Marta, etc. We did not have to drive anywhere the entire weekend. We had a corner room and there were plenty of windows including one in the bathroom next to the toilet. We could see buckhead or atlanta from anywhere in our room. We received exemplary service from all employees we had contact with during our stay. The breakfast buffet at Cassis was delicious. We are anticipating our next stay.

If you're planing a trip to Atlanta, this is the place to stay. I was lucky enough to spend 2 nights here a few weeks back and got the ultimate service. You name it, they delivered. Exceptional service from the bell-hops and doormen, to the spa and pool, all the way to the complimentary shuttle driver. This place spares no expense! A beautiful pool and zen-like garden leave you in a feeling of peace and tranquility. An extravagant workout room and sauna are a good way to start your day. This place will be my go-to spot when returning to Buckhead int he future. Enjoy your time here because it's never long enough when you stay at the Grand Hyatt.

My family stayed here over the 4th of July weekend and the stay was wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly. They have their own parking deck so parking was not an issue.

Ive always been a big fan of the Grand Hyatt Hotels felt it was a great value for the price! I spent a few nights here for a wedding a couple of years ago. There are not many options to eat around there that are walkable, so it is good to have a car. Otherwise, it is very well maintained, great location and has some great views. Be sure to ask to stay on the side that lets you see Stone Mountain from your room.
