Horrible experience, was stuck in the elevator for 25mins and when we finally got help to get out they blamed us for getting stuck! Hotel manager Dexter promised to send gift card for accommodation even emailed me stating he would send one for the inconvenience. NEVER RECEIVED IT and he never responded back. Will not be going back… NOT TO MENTION THE NOISE AND THE SMELL ‼️

Very nice people working there, especially friendly. Sangria at the bar was great! Wonderful bed. Very quiet in our room.

Only good thing we found was their cookies as no one seems to get up early including staff and staff forgot to give us a wakeup call we requested. Guy at reception desk told us upon checkin that there would not be a shuttle service until 3pm to a local mall making us use uber service. Hotel was a mess due to construction.

Enjoyed my stay! The front desk staff were very friendlyand accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was awesome!

The hotel is in convenient area close to shopping and nice restaurants. Eric at the front desk was friendly and polite. The other guy Anthony could learn some manners from Eric.

This hotel is in a great safe location. The rooms are great for the price and very clean. The service was phenomenal as well. Also always ask for cookies.

Great hotel, friendly staff, warm cookies. Parking is a lil expensive, but it's Buckhead. Very nice atmosphere. Would recommend for friends staying in the area and will book for future stays.

Prior to coming to this hotel I called to ask questions about checking in early a female employee was so rude to me I almost cancelled my reservations. Once we arrived the front desk clerks were very nice and helpful I wish I could remember their names. The valet attendants was very nice except of the female attendant on Sunday she was very RUDE! We wish the room had a refrigerator and microwave. I wouldn't stay here again.

Excellent location in Buckhead. Right next door to an amc dine-in. Hubby and I stayed at the hotel right after Christmas time to see the lights at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens. The hotel was only 20 mins away. We wanted to gather some snacks, so we simply walked down the street and came across a Kroger nearby. Valet takes your car for a small fee so you can come and go as you please with no worries. Overall, rooms were nice and staff was friendly. We even got a complimentary breakfast pass as a courtesy. Would recommend!

Great location. Valet made it super easy to park. We only attended a political event and did not stay overnight so I cant speak to the rooms. However the hotel itself is very nice and accomodating.

Had a wonderful and comfortable stay at the DoubleTree at Buckhead! Robert at the front desk was a true gem and gentleman making sure everything was to my satisfaction! Convenient shuttle bus service to surrounding malls and eateries within a 3 mile radius too! Would definitely stay here again! AAA+

The front desk staff is amazing! I was able to check in early with no issues and they even helped me with dining and transportation so that I could make it to my event as efficiently as possible. I love the Hilton brand, but this particular location had really impressed me! I will stay here again.

My friends & I stayed here from Friday until the Monday morning & we were more than pleased! The staff is very friendly & go above & beyond to satisfy your needs. Our shuttle drivers Idris & Anthony were very helpful at getting us to places we needed to go & picking us up within a reasonable amount of time. The service desk guy Flavio also made us feel welcomed & at home! The complimentary cookies are to die for & makes u want more! I'd recommend this hotel any day & will be back next time I visit ATL.

I accidentally left two dresses and my fiancé's shirt in the closet. We called maybe two or three hours after check-out and the dresses and shirt were never returned to house keeping/lost and found. It makes me question the honesty of the employees because I have left things as small as a phone charger in other hotels and gotten it back. Even with multiple calls, call transfers, and voice mails; no one helped us or gave us clear direction. Very disappointed and frustrated with their customer service. Also, parking is a headache. Don't go here.

Staff is rude, and parking is crazy expensive. $32 dollars is crazy for parking. Then our reservation was canceled even though we had put that we were going to check in late on the reservation. The guy said that "it's common for them not to really read the reservation and we should just call next time. " I can guarantee there won't be a next time. There are no refrigerators in the room. And it smells of weed, the elevators, the halls and the rooms. Then when walking to the car, we saw Hilton staff (yes, wearing their uniforms) smoking weed on the bench out front. This place is so unprofessional, I wish we didn't stay here. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I do not recommend this place. Even though there are complimentary perks such as breakfast and a shuttle (within 3 miles), some of the guests staying here are absolute nightmare. If they are not smashing doors 24/7, then their kids do while running up and down the corridor. Staff would try to assist by moving you to another room. But the other room has singing pipe noise day and night, which is considered a norm by 4-star hotel staff. There is no kettle or bar fridge in the room, only coffee machine. Seems like guests only drink coffee. Would not stay again. Not for noise-sensitive people.

My husband and I and our kids stayed here Friday night. Our children are 10, 5, and 11 months old. We got a King suit so the kids could sleep on a the pullout couch and they gave us a pack N play for the baby. Everything was clean and organized. We are the that Bistro and swan in the indoor pool that was nice and warm. I have only 2 complaints, the pillows on the couch were dirty and they didn't have sheets or blankets for the pull out couch in the room we had to ask for them. Secondly the walls are thin, has I mentioned we had small kids that went to bed at 930, but we heard loud and tipsy guest in the hall at 2am and 5am.

We were married here 6 years ago today. We decided to come back and revisit for a quick getaway. We purchased an upgrade for breakfast for 2. When checking in they could not find it at the computer. (problem number 1). I get up to have a cup of coffee we try the coffee maker five different times it would not work we had three people come and check in on it nobody could fix it and they never replaced it (probably number two). I call to place an order for breakfast for the two of us I had to call them 3 phone calls before anyone answed the phone. Once she answered the phone she tried to have me come eat the continental breakfast they had (problem number 3) It was the absolute worst breakfast it took them 45 minutes to an hour to get it to our room what was ordered was 2 American Standard breakfast. When they finally came came were ice cold. The cheese eggs just had a piece of cheese laid on top of the eggs not melted at all. I ordered American Standards scrambled eggs and cheese one with potatoes with bacon (no bacon anywhere on that order they added sausage). The other order was scrambled cheese eggs with grits and sausage both orders were supposed to have toast. The toast and butter was completely left off of both orders. Not even a glass of water was put on the trays. I called down to ask them where was the bacon and the toast I was told we will get thatright up to you. I ask again for some extra butter since I never got any for my grits.

The staff gives EXCELLENT service. The room was exceptionally clean and warm. Will definitly be back. Oh and don't skip out on the warm cookies they offer.

Difficult to communicate with house keeping staff since they don't speak English. During our one week stay they never changed bed sheets. They give you cookies for free which they advertise but what they don't tell you is that they charge for water (no complimentary bottles). A round about way to charge too high for their cookies which are good though.

Beautiful well maintained rooms. Decent gym, as far as hotel gyms go anyway. Friendly and helpful staff. My only gripe is that I wish there was a more convenient way to park your car instead of being forced to use their valet service. Otherwise a great experience!

Honor rewards trip — I didn't want to say this publicly but then after I left a voice mail for the manager and didn't hear back I decided to write a review. I arrived this past Saturday, I made my reservations online using my points since I travel for work weekly and had points that I could use. I was there for court so this trip was very stressful to say the least. Once I arrived I was standing In a long line with some angry guest. Didn't understand what was going on however once I made it to the desk and was checking in the lady said today is a horrible, her supervision is driving the shuttle bus so she doesn't have any help. I said ok no problem I hope it gets better. I then asked if the hotel was full or were they offering complimentary upgrades. She said absolutely I can upgrade you. This is where it gets horrible. She put me in room 443. It overlooked the loading dock. The View I have attached pictures. Not to mention the trash and nastiness of the view. There was extreme traffic in and out of that loading garage with food, trash trucks etc. Throughout the day and into the night. It was like clockwork until about 1:30 — 2 in the morning every night. But they actually put earplugs on your bed when you check in to drown out the loud noise. I told a couple of different people at the front desk including when I ordered room service. That is when the man told me I should call the manager and leave him a message being that he was gone for the day.

No notice about valet only parking. Self parking is twice as much $$. No a. C. In room. Pillows broke my neck. Not a care in the world from the front desk / customer service. Not offered another room, or anything to comfort our stay. We were told that the air doesn't come on strong enough to feel it from the vents. Yes that's exactly why we woke up in sweat puddles at the end of December. Make your New Years Resolution not to stay here. Ever.

Really nice rooms but… The Wifi was really slow and sometimes wouldn't work at all. That's important when you have to work from the hotel. Hilton is throttling at lower speeds than most of the competitors that I've stayed with recently.

Stayed in this hotel for four days. Lovely staff. Very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely stay here again. It's just around the corner from the train station and a five minute walk to the Lenox shopping mall.

The hotel is dated and is in need of upgrades. When I checked in there were several people loitering outside the hotel using obsene language with no regard for my children who stood amidst them. I was greeted inside by an older gentleman who seems to be one of the only assets the company has going for it. He was pleasant, hospitable and genuine. I wish I had gotten his name. I encountered him again at check out and was just as blessed. There was one other woman at the desk who was pleasant and courteous. I did not get either of their names regretfully. I went to my room around 10:58 pm. After settling in, I decided to order room service. I called and called and got no answer at the desk or room service. I had to walk down to order. The food was excellent. When checked out and went home only to find that my sons wallet was missing from our suitcase. The last time we saw it was in the room the day before checkout. I will not accuse at this point but BEWARE. I am certain we had it with us and we did not bring it home. It only had $15 dollars, but to a young boy that can be considered quite a lot.

I visited the hotel as a conference attendee. The rooms were in fine shape and the staff seemed particularly responsive to our needs. Catered fajitas for lunch was okay, but the catered pizza and dumplings at the party were dry and unflavorful. There are lots of great restaurants and watering holes within a 10 min walk and the hotel has a shuttle that will take you anywhere in a 3 mile radius.

Nice hotel from the outside and lobby. This hotel still uses the old school window air conditioners that are loud. Other than that, the bed is comfortable and the room is overall above average.

The staff was very nice but didn't handle my compliant satisfactory and room was very clean. Cleanliness is the only reason I won't rate them a 1 star. My complaint was that our air conditioner (old unit below the window type) was running so loud it was disturbing and didn't cool the room to good. Room number was 317. Called and reported our second and last night. They gave us 2 free breakfast because we said it was late and it was to much of a hassle to move. I feel like the 2 free breakfasts' that I didn't want didn't compare to the two sleepless nights I had at the hotel. This will be my last stay at this hotel. Just expected better from doubletree. They are definitely not what they use to be but their air conditioners are still the same old motel like units. The air conditioner are what they used be (no good). : — (

Awesome location and price. Just as nice as some of the other higher price hotels in the area and cheaper. Really comfortable bed and great shower which are the most important for me. Customer service absolutely top notch. Free Wi-Fi and it's fast. The only thing I would maybe ask for (and this is minor) is an indoor pool or hot tub, fridge in the room would be nice, and the bathroom door opens awkwardly into the entryway partially blocking access. Quiet and dark and a good night sleep. One person room not huge but totally enough room, King bed with sofa, work desk, 27" flat screen TV, bathroom huge, large closet with ironing board, plugs everywhere, coffee maker (also free coffee in the lobby in the AM, ) valet or self park $28 per night not bad for the area. I lost my credit card and they let me pay $50 cash for incidentals for a four nights stay! Many restaurants, plus a grocery store, Bank, all kinds of stores even a dentist (which I had to visit unfortunately on my business trip, ) right across the street, huge high end mall is ~10 min walk down Peachtree. Accessible by Marta train, only a couple blocks away. Would totally stay again.

I never review places, but had to this time because of how excellent my experience was. Came to Atlanta for the solar eclipse, decided to stay here. The room was clean and beautiful (and affordable). Room service was excellent. A gentleman at the front desk, named Dexter, provided absolutely top class customer service. The staff was very hospitable. If I'm ever in Atlanta, there's no other place I'll stay but at this Double Tree.

We had a first floor room. So convenient. Customer service at the DoubleTree was excellent. We only stayed one night. So we did not do very much exploring of the hotel. Our room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Valet parking made life easy for the night. And they gave us complimentary cookies and water at check in. All in all I would definitely stay there again.

Clean. Comfortable. Good cold A/C to help beat the muggy Atlanta heat. Workstation is pretty good. Good care from the staff. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Close to the MARTA station a just a short ride to mid — or downtown.

The receptionist demonstrated good, solid customer service; however, he could not provide timely service to the numerous customers who were waiting in line for very long periods of time. He needed serious assistance. I killed a couple of spiders that were on the bedspread. The television was without a signal the day of arrival and the following day. By the way, the cookies were very cold and stale. Yet, there are posters showing their objective is to meet our expectations of excellent service.

Service we received was great. Our room was as expected. We did have a problem with being able to hear other guests on our floor, especially late at night. The front desk was able to accommodate us into a room that was more suitable. Over all we had a great stay.

Very impressed. Had a not so great time with service at the bar and with food service. Antonio, the food and beverage manager overhead and came and spoke to me. Told me it wasn't what they want to hear and they want to make things enjoyable for their customers. 4 free drink vouchers and genuine apology later and I'm very satisfied. It is hard to do everything perfect all the time but Double Tree Buckhead has a staff that listens and cares and takes special care of their hhonors members. Rooms were clean, quiet, and we'll apportioned. Thanks to Antonio, Luciano, and Jeffrey for their great customer service.

The hotel is located in the heart of Buckhead and the shuttle will take you anywhere withing three miles. Everyone is kind and courteous, and the rooms are spacious. My one complaint would be the bathroom is someone dimly lit.

I attended a training session at this location and was very pleased with the experience. Every area was clean and organized and a generally pleasant location for our meetings. The menu provided for meals during the session was well rounded with surprisingly good food! Would definitely look forward to another visit to this location!

Great cookies! The hotel is pretty nice but not incredible. The staff is very friendly and the place is well maintained. The only downside is a few things could use some small renovations such as elevators and fixtures. Otherwise a great hotel.

Stay was fair, room was very warm and the AC was too loud. The morning breakfast was poor and expensive. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and spacious.

I was shocked at how nice the place is, since it doesn't have a very good score overall. It has been recently renovated, everything is clean and neat, the staff are exceptionally nice and accommodating. The food is great, looks beautifully put together and tastes very good. The valet is great, but a little pricey — however, the valet staff are very helpful and kind. It is within walking distance of a mall, and various food options. They seem to still be renovating parts of the hotel, so during the day there was loud banging and drilling. Overall, great experience.

It was a fantastic hotel. Very nice, service was great. Only problem was a security guard (why a security guard? ) was knocking on our door at 5am to hand me a bunch of towels and some coffee cups which I did not call for. That was the weirdest thing…

Paid for 4, got room cleaning service for 1, always low on towels. Had drink @ bar, glass was cracked, possible ingested chip of glass, informed staff who were extremely unconcerned / insensitive. Outstanding shuttle bus driver & service. Front desk staff Knowledge & Kai extremely hospitable. THEY should give lessons. I will stay again when we're in ATL.
