The main place the pool very dirty there is no minimum health care. We saw a person spitting in the pool and my wife swimming and there were a lot of long woman's hairs that didn't clean horrible.

Excellent service! Very rich breakfast, great location, everything very close!

The front desk staff were beyond accommodating, polite and always greeted you with a smile.

Fabulous location! bright rooms. Very pleasant gardens. Exquisite pool. Superb beach, with comfortable chairs. Beach attendants are super friendly and will take good care of you, especially PJ, Carlos, Chris. High tide, their beach bar, delivers delicious food to you, with their friendly servers, like Pedro and Demi. coffee/tea available in the lobby every morning. Wine hour (sometimes very special cocktails, like today) every evening from 5 to 6. Very friendly atmosphere!

Worst experience I have ever had at any hotel! Do not stay here! Extremely loud music playing by a guest all night long. Security was called multiple times to request it be turned down and finally a man came to my room with no uniform or identification saying he was security and said there was no music playing. Staff was rude and uncooperative.

Rooms are small, but updated. Great service, and staff. It is all you need. Free wine between 5 and 6 today. (friday) Great atmospher. Right on the beach!

This is A totally awesome place to stay. A very quaint and cozy and small hotel environment and great customer service from the entire staff.

Nice enough but very noisy pool experience. Appreciate some may enjoy the non stop night club volume but for those who don’t, this isn’t the hotel for you.

Nickel and dimes you for every little thing, prices don’t match website, they leave out expense details until you’re checking in. Their valet also took our toll pass. Would not recommend.

Hotel is nice I am extremely pissed bc they claim there’s only one double room and it is the first room on the 1st floor and they also charge an additional $150 per day to be refunded when you check out! Smh there is a $500 hold on my card for nothing on top of the already charged $800 beware.

The air NEVER works! I woke up in a sweat 3 of my 5 days. They gave me a hand fan as a resolve. Never adjusted my room price knowing the air has been broken for days. Neveeer ever ever again. Too much money to sleep like you’re outside.

Great area, rooms are small and the bathroom is sooooo small. Great staff other than the rooms. Downfall is the pool closes at 7 and the bar hours also are early.

What an amazing location. Remodeled and renovated hotel with a beautiful pool and location adjacent to the beach. Simply stunning.

Such a great stay! We came for our honeymoon and they took such great care of us! The guy at the desk Carmelo went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! And it was so close to the beach and like a million restaurants! Highly recommend!

Omar is amazing! We've visited a lot of hotels over the last 20 year's but Omar has been the absolute best! Not only has he helped us navigate South Beach, he had recommendations for watch parties for Super Bowl LIV, he was helpful with dining places and entertainment! We are so impressed with his customer service, knowledge of the area and most of all, his excellence in customer service. We are quite impressed. We can't forget Genesis! She was so polite and listened to is caffeine addicted travelers to make sure we were able to get our caffeine fix to start our day! Thank you IHG Surfcomber South Beach!

Great location very Shek and great price in comparison to places in same location. Everyone is very friendly making sure your having a good time.

You have to watch your bill as they tried to add additional fees that aren’t mentioned when you make the reservation. They also tried to charge for use of the minibar even though we never touched it. Barely adequate rooms for the prices they charge. Parking fees are alsoExorbitant.

First time at Surfcomber and had a fabulous time. Every single employee from the general manager to servers at the pool to the concierge and front desk personnel made us feel welcomed. The Kimpton Surfcomber team is special and very service oriented. We were made to feel valued as guests and as a result had a great vacation. Beautiful views and great pool area. Food in The Social Club was delicious. Don’t miss happy hour! Thank you again for making our stay a memorable one.

My husband and I stayed three nights and were very comfortable! All of the people who work there are very helpful and friendly… especially Louis and Magdalena! The pool, and beach are beautiful and pool bar is fun!

Just got back from my 2018 Summer vacation. I was a guest at the Kimpton Surfcomber from Sunday August 26, 2018 until Thursday August 30, 2018. I give it 5 stars for the following reason. I got a great deal for my stayed, which included the flight + hotel. The location of the hotel is perfectly located on 17th and Collins minutes away from shopping and dining at nearby Lincoln and Washington street, which you can get to by foot. The pool area is great with its deepest end at 5' feet deep and shallow side at 3' feet deep by the stairs and if I may say a very, very, very short walk from the pool's gate to the beach where all guests have access to two lounge chairs, as part of your booking. Nick from the front desk was particularly great welcoming us into the hotel and going above and beyond by rushing our room because it was not ready yet. Check-in on arrival day is at 4pm, but we arrived early at 10am and he helped us have an early check-in at 12pm, he also had Bell services stored our luggage allowing us to self-tour the grounds with our hands free. The room was amazing too (163), perfect for us. We came to to Miami to be out and about and not inside of a room, it was chic and well kept. We chose to stayed in a room with a king-size bed rather than a two double bed. No view because it was on a first floor, but we had a roof over our heads every night after coming in from taking in all that Miami has to offer.

Great Hotel! Great hotel! The bed were super comfortable the housekeeping was excellent. I couldn't be more happy about the room! It was wonderfully decorated.

I'd like to put 1.5 stars if possible, but I guess Google Maps doesn't do that. We had picked Kimpton because we had our wedding night at the Kimpton in DC and thought it would be appropriate to come here for a 10th anniversary getaway. Initially we were slated to come in at Thursday noon but had to move to a later flight at 6 landing at around midnight because of a sick child. As our delayed flight kept getting pushed back, we kept checking in with the front desk at the Surfcomber to make sure that our room wasn't given away. They assured us that they were holding it and it would be okay. We called a few times just in case. Our flight landed at 3 and we made it to the hotel around 340 AM. When we came up to the front desk we had asked if we could check into a room. The woman at the front desk said that the system was turning over and will have to wait another 30 minutes or so before we could check in. She said she tried to wait for us, but it was no use. She made a face like it was our fault. I didn't mean to have our flight pushed back so much, that's why we checked in so often by phone. She even told us that people had told her that we were coming. At this point we were too tired to argue. When we finally got up to the room at around 4: 20 we saw the bottle of wine sitting in the melted ice and 3 melted strawberries.

Stayed 5 nights here… Pool, cabanas, High Tide were all great with premium service. All staff is extremely nice, and professional. For the price I paid per night, I expected my room to be a bit more nicer. It wasn't bad, just expected more… My A/C also broke down for half a day… Now, the maintenance guy was great to give me free drink tix while he was fixing it… All in all, I had a good stay though.

The pool here was nice however, we paid for a cabana at the pool and then 2 of us had our beach bags gone through and all of our money stolen. I would recommend bringing nothing but a credit card if you go here as it seems all they're after is your cash. I wouldn't recommend going here.

We had high hopes for this one based on online pics and photos but were sadly disappointed. Early check in was fine but couldn’t get late check out. Staff was fine but not overly friendly or accommodating. Pool staff/servers barely spoke with anyone. We had a cockroach in our bathroom one night and the carpeted flooring feels dated and dirty. A repair man walked in on us without knocking (wrong room) and didn’t give us an apology. We had a pillowcase with a red/brown stain. Pool was great and not overly busy except for the day it was inundated with very, young unsupervised kids. Proximity to beach and Lincoln road and 24 hour Walgreens was ideal but with the over saturation of hotels in south beach I will stay somewhere else next time.

Great hotel, great location with direct access to the beach and a cool swimming pool. Also in quite a central location for bars and restaurants. Don't forget to use the pool and other amenities, as you will be paying resort fees anyway. Wifi is not free and some of the stuff is quite outrageously priced: $10 for bottled water is a bit over the top. Beware of parking: it is valet parking only and costs nearly $50 a night. If you have a car, investigating nearby parks might be worth it.

As a regular Kimpton guest, this property was beyond disappointing. The front desk staff was extremely rude and not accommodating to begin. I understand that check in is not until 4, but we had a redeye flight and only had 3 hours of sleep, and we were desperate for an early check in. Four hours go by and rather than the front desk staff ensuring us that they are trying their best, the front desk girls give us major attitude basically letting us know that it’s not their problem. We get to our room and we are placed right next to the pool area where music is extremely loud and the faucet is broken where all we hear is water dripping as well. We kindly ask to switch rooms and unfortunately was rejected again. For this price I would recommend for you to stay somewhere else with better customer service and hospitality. Will not be returning to this hotel again.

Always low key and great. Excellent pool. Good beach location. Not in the craziest part of Miami Beach which is perfect. Amazing staff. Rooms can be small and elevator is tiny but it's an restored deco era property so it's expected.

A fabulous experience. Keith was on point with his nightly recommendations, the social club was great and Angel provided the best service whilst doing glassware tricks and carrying a great conversation. By far, Chase surpassed all expectations and was absolutely on point with everything! From daytime outings to early and late night gatherings! I will make the Surfcomber a must on every visit to Miami Beach! Thank you all for an amazing experience! I wish I would have taken more pictures!

We’ve stayed here before, thats why we returned, but the property has gone down in service and quality.
— We checked in and were told that we couldn’t use the pool or access the beach from the property because the pool area had been rented out for a paid event! Well didn’t I also pay for a room, to include the amenities, for the length of my stay?
— Our room was right above the music/stage area, which basically meant we were without peace and quiet until 10ish, clearly the party held more importance than the other customers that were actually staying at the Hotel.
— Next the heating in the room didn’t work, by 2am the room felt like the north pole, the phone lines to the front desk were always busy, I had to go down to the front desk (again its 2am) to request extra blankets.
— At the beach ordered virgin strawberry smoothie and fish tacos. What I got was smoothie with rum and chicken burger!
— The second day the elevator broke down.
Seriously Kimpton! What kind of customer service is that!

Took 15-20 min to get my luggages delivered to my room, so I was better off grabbing them on my own. Room was quite small even though I was told my room was "deluxe", which I'm not sure it really is based on my experiences in the past staying at other hotels' deluxe rooms. My room didn't come with bath towels and I didn't realize that until after I took a shower and needed a bath towel. Walls were thin so it was noisy at night when I'm trying to fall asleep. Also, when I checked out, I was told there was a resort fee charge if ~$36, which was not listed on my reservation confirmation. I booked the hotel directly with IHG using my free night stay and there was no mention of a resort fee. Furthermore, when checking in, the front desk didn’t mention that there will be a fee charged. The hotel should be honest and upfront with hotel guests that a fee was going to be charged. If I knew that upfront, I would expected even more from this hotel’s services. Other than that, the staffs were very good and nice! The manager of the hotel personally reached out to to me quickly after I checked out to address my concerns. Very proactive so I really appreciated that. Thank you!

Went with a group of girls and stayed in the suite. The suite was spacious enough and the pool area is beautiful. The issue was with some of the staff. Some at the front desk and pool area were just plainly rude overall. Just not very accommodating or had general basic snippy attitudes in general. Other staff, such as the gentleman who served the wine at the happy hour was super nice… sorry but for what we were paying I expected a bit more professionalism from the staff.
Also, our room was totally missed the second night for being cleaned. Not to mention it took several calls to the front desk to get extra linens. If this was a Motel 6 I wouldn’t complain however I feel it was below average for a kimpton and did not hold up the brand reputation. Highly disappointed, will not stay again.

The best thing is the location. As far as the service is not very good. People do not care for you cn total cordiality. It seems like Q if you ask anything bother them. They didn't let us shampoo. We asked and they never came with it. One on the beach that gives you the umbrella we Ninguneo (the Q is Latin is good vibe) and all Cpsas that leave a lot to be desired of a 4 stars.

We had booked a room with friends for a long weekend and the only full days we would be at the hotel would be Saturday and Sunday. Two weeks from our arrival date, the hotel emailed us to inform us that their one and only pool would be unavailable from noon-9pm on Sunday for a private event. When we asked for some sort of compensation for the inconvenience, they offered to refund the resort fee (something like $34/day). We said that wasn't enough for losing an entire day of the pool (we were spending close to $1700 for our stay at their hotel). They responded, and I quote: "You are welcome to find other accommodations for your stay in Florida. " Which we did. Our friends liked the hotel enough that they would have went back to it, but we will never know about the actual Kimpton experience because we do not plan to ever book with them. I don't know how much money they got for the private event, but it cost them $3400 from both of us who moved to a hotel with 4 pools, a better view, and slightly less money. We were only booking with them originally based on the opinion of the couple we were traveling with (who now have a different opinion of Kimpton). I am glad the other hotel still had availability so close to our arrival time and we could still enjoy our get away. But I wanted to let other people know that there is a possibility that the Kimpton could pull this on them after they booked their stay there.

Great location if you want to be in the center of all the fun in South Beach. The hotel pool is nice and you can walk right out to the beach. It is on a nicer part of the beach with private chairs and umbrellas reserved for guest. All the surrounding hotels are nice as well so you get a good crowd and this pool seems to attract alot of fun people. We were there during Music week and Ultra and this was by far the best hotel to party at because of the pool, the setup behind it for DJ's and the location. You are paying a little more than off beach but it was a great price compared to the hotels right next to it and it just as nice. The only thing is the rooms and bathrooms are pretty small but the staff and location make up for it.

Booked a room for Saturday-Tuesday, not knowing it was Miami Music Week. When we got to the hotel Saturday it was utter chaos, but Chase at the front desk explained the situation and moved us to a quieter room away from the EDM pool party. If it wasn’t for him we probably would have sought out another hotel. Overall things were great; clean room, awesome beach access, and friendly service. We were offered alternate pool accommodations for the weekend, although the pool was closed Monday for clean-up and they were still pulling things back together Tuesday morning. Would have preferred more of a head’s up that the hotel was hosting “The World’s Largest EDM Pool Party” prior to booking, but we had a good time and everyone was quite accommodating for the duration of our stay.

Just love this place. Staff are amazing, service is top notch and free wine for residents from 4-5pm daily. What more can you ask for.

A standard room during the high season will run you $400 with tax. The hotel will add another $36.48 resort fee and $46 daily parking. We stay 2 nights standard room for just under $1000. The resort fee was ridiculous because this is an old motel with small rooms that was upgraded to a hotel. It is right on the beach but you can do much better elsewhere. Every one of the staff was friendly but at $500 a night we will stay someplace else next time we come.

Such a Cool Hotel! The day I don’t live in Miami I will come to this specific hotel — The Pool is huge, great drinks, access to the Ocean is immediate and the staff is so genuine. I love that. They even give you SPF50 if you don’t have any hehehehe it’s the little things that make it so much fun.

Great location, very nice midworkers who meet almost every wish. Very close to Lincoln Ave. And 10 go min. Away from the OceanDrive.

The Kimpton Surfcomber Hotel staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The location is center to a variety of restaurants and attractions, and I would highly recommend getting a massage/body treatment at their spa! Would definitely visit again.

So and so. Small, very small rooms, even smaller bathrooms. Really terrible for a hotel of this level. Very poor soundproofing and privacy. Not even a tea kit and coffee in the room.

Cleanliness of the rooms good but the bed that already is not among the best is redone only in appearance, below remains as left in the morning.

From the positive I can note the comfortable location, the first line, the chic beach, the warm pool and the small but pleasant area, good snooty in the restaurant!
When checking in we were given cards from the room, coming to the room, it was announced that there live other guests …
The room is very stuffy, the air conditioning is buzzing loudly, so it had to be turned off at night. The windows do not open, there is no balcony and the window is also constantly buzzing transformer, perhaps from a nearby hotel. (Room 122 on the 1st floor) in the room is very damp and badly dry ingessed swimsuits.

Near the center. Very nice only the bed very uncomfortable.

Very good hotel. Good location in downtown Miami Beach. Close to all the interesting points to rest and have fun.

I booked an oceanfront balcony room several months ago, only to receive an e-mail the week of arrival that my room would not be available due to the hurricane. Mind you, the hurricane was 45 days ago and the hotel has been open for more than a month. Kimpton's solution was to downgrade me to a smaller courtyard room or send me to their sister hotel which doesn't even have a functioning restaurant and bar (which they failed to denote in their e-mail). This is pure blatant disregard for the customer, as it is obvious that Kimpton was willing to risk the ill will of its customers to maximize short-term profit. Additionally, we also learned the hotel is having an event Friday evening which results in the pool area closed until 1100 the next day. This isn't even a charity event but simply an opportunity for the hotel to make additional money at the expense of its regular hotel guests. I saw similar complaints with this in other reviews, so this is obviously a common occurrence. If you book here, you do so at your own risk — whether they fail to provide a room and/or restrict the common areas for private events at your expense. Strongly recommend that you do not book this hotel or any Kimpton for that matter.

Very good Hotel on the beach. The rooms facing the street are not highly recommended by the noise, I asked to be changed room and they did it without any problem, staff very attentive and friendly.

I highly recommend this hotel staff not friendly and not welcoming the pool is not up to par the service is very mediocre and above all taxes not justify I give 1 out of 10 value for money.

Great location! The service is ok and the food is decent. This is not a lux place. It is noisy and what you would expect from a South Beach hotel. The pool is mostly super crowded and understaffed. The beach is fabulous, but the service is slow. I have stayed here a couple of times.

Only good thing about this hotel is the location. They didn't have the room type we reserved, forcing my friend and I to sleep in the same bed for 4 nights. The power went out for 13 hours in the July heat and we were not compensated. The gym was tiny! If you had two people in there, it was too much. Also, if they have a pool party going on, they close access to the gym. Not a good experience, at all. I had reserved a room for October and cancelled after this trip. They will never get my business again.

Amazing stay! Camille was the best! We enjoyed the pool party, wine hour, cuisine, and ourcomfortable room… located in the heart of SOBE! Water stations throughout hotel helps you stay hydrated… sunscreen at pool was also appreciated!

The Surfcomber is located in a great position on Collins Avenue. One block away from the shops and restaurants of the Lincoln Mall district. The hotel is very laid back and makes you feel welcome. The pool is a good size and sun beds are not to hard to get. The beach is right next to the hotel. So always an alternative. I have stayed here twice and will definitely come back again.

Great experience over all. But I was the third guest in the room, and there was a pool party the day I left back home. I had to pay $60.00 and on top of that I could not get back into the pool with the band they had given me, as if I wasn't a hotel guest. That was just the worst part of my stay. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I will deff. Be staying there when ever I do go back to Miami Beach. FYI, the pool is open 24/7 and the beach is about 2 minutes away. And they provide you with beach towels!

I really enjoyed my stay there! I can't say enough about this gem of a hotel and their staff. They really pay attention to detail and treat you like a person. The decor is amazing! I highly recommend the SurfComber!

Grand Hotel on Miami Beach.

I was at the Kimpton for a girl's weekend and it was awesome. We absolutely love the Surfcomber. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The service is on point. Checking in and out was painless and quick. There was so many things to do we never left the resort. Happy hours at the pool bar, wine hour in the lobby and the best is the bottomless mimosas in the Social Club. Ask for Dayle or Magdalena they were our favorite servers and took great care of us. Foxi at the pool is awesome and so is Leo at the beach. Just go you will have a great time and will not want to leave.

Probably best hotel layout/staff/art deco in South Beach. I was at first hesitant to book our vacation here because of some other negative reviews about the room/bathroom size, but see the attached pictures! Bathroom is small yet beautiful and updated! Staff will clean up the room the instant you leave in the morning and will be as shown in the pics in no time. The corridor to the pool and the pool itself has a great layout. No other hotel within 3 miles or so has a layout as beautiful and convenient. The staff at the reception go that extra mile to make you feel special, we arrived at noon time, we left our luggage and left to walk around and we got a call a couple of hours later saying our room was ready. The staff at the beach also great, always going that extra mile for the customer! We still have a 3 days more to go, I will update if that changes but so far nothing but the best!

Nice, small pearl in fantastic location. The old Surfcomber, then Hilton Doubletree chain, today Kimpton (I have tried all the aforementioned managements), despite the passage to the big companies has retained its charm thanks to its architectural peculiarities. Everything here, tells you its history, from the lobby to the pool… particular, is located on the ocean. I recommend rooms overlooking the garden or ocean view. As often happens to hotels in this area, the food and breakfast part is nothing special… it is worth to try it…

One of the best hotel I ever stayed and not just from great ambience or great location but for the great service and the quality of their people who works there, they make you feel at home! Specially Sherece, Keith, Gladys and Teddy and I few more that I don't remember their names now but everybody were amazing to me and my friends I'm gonna return over and over gain!

The pool is beautiful and the lobby smells great, but the service is spotty. All our rooms were ready late, despite being told they were "guaranteed by 4, " it took until 6. The hallways are very dark and the rooms are small, but quite sunny. We really enjoyed brunch-the breakfast sandwich and doughnuts are fantastic. There's also a free happy hour wine from 5-6. It can be difficult to get chairs by the pool and only two Beach chairs come with the room. Internet is also not included, which was disappointing.

Worst experience at a hotel. Came friday night, bought a room from hotels tonight. Waited over an hour, because apparently their system was down and couldn't find my reservation, although hotels tonight said it was already sent to Surfcomber. After they did find my reservation, they're system was down again and they had to enter everything manually. After all of that, they gave me a room and told me that it has a king bead. After walking into my room, the bed was queen size and the room was very small. Everything was fine, all I wanted is my money back. I stayed at my room maybe 5 minutes and decided I will not stay there, since I was told something different about the room. The room was not even touched. I walked down stairs and they would bot refund my money. They said call hotels tonight. After I did that, hotels tonight called Surfcomber and told me that the hotel refuses to refund my money although I did not use the room. After I left, they charged my card again for that room! Went to Dorchester after that, better service and no lies. Worst kind of behavior with guests from the Surfcomber that charges 400+ per night!

The restaurant is like an overpriced Friday's. The rooms are second rate. Management is deplorable. Oh, and it looks like they have paid for the good reviews. Imho.

The hotel and staff are great for people and pets, even big dogs. Our girl was the star of the show and welcome everywhere. Better than was hoping for and a TRUE pet friendly hotel! Very clean, modern, welcoming hotel.

The main plus to this hotel is location, only 1 block from Lincoln Road and you can access the beach right behind the hotel. The pool area is nice, but the entire holiday weekend I was there, no one was using the Cabanas, looked like they aren't used very often. I don't like surprises with hotels. First surprise, there's an extra "resort fee" when you check in ($20 per day). Not a big deal, but you don't have a choice. It includes free coffee in the morning and a beach chair. The rooms are small and outdated — this is what I really don't like. If I"m paying that much for a hotel, I expect the room to at least feel clean and not be so tiny! I asked them to replace the towels right away because they didn't look clean, probably been washing the same towels since 1999!

We only stayed for one night but the customer service was excellent. Elivette was very sweet and made the checking in quick and easy. She offered champagne right away and although it was 11:00 a. M with a check in at 4:00 p. M they got us in to a room by 1:00. Definitely started our morning off great. Thank you! Pool/beach access very nice. We will be back!

The good : pool, restaurant, & beach. The horrible: the room! Tv is small, bathrooms are tiny. The amount of money I payed for two nights I could have had a beautiful room elsewhere, somewhere more modern and spacious. It's not worth it! Adding to this: Gym felt crowded with two people inside.

Great location, perfect pool and cozy rooms — stayed here a few times over the past couple of months and absolutely enjoy my stay here!

I've stayed in this hotel three years in a row now and it's honestly one of the best in Miami. It may not be super high end & luxury but they have a great location on the beach, walking distance from Licoln Road & a ton of restaurants and a quick uber ride away from any nightclubs. Not to mention their complimentary great happy hour & yoga on weekends. One of my favorite things about this hotel is the wonderful staff, especially Elivette who took care of me this time. She greeted me with champagne and was always a smiling face whether I was leaving to the beach early in the morning or coming back to the hotel after a long night out. Thanks for everything Hun!

Everything is expensive in a city like Miami Beach and get relatively little for his money. The Surfcomber hotel but offers a good compromise. They are located directly at the unique beach of Miami Beach and also have a large swimming pool. The rooms are small, but fine. The parking service — is somewhat cumbersome, but staff did their job in the handle.

Modern hotel with pool and beach access, very helpful and friendly staff. Liked the ice water with fruit in the lobby and a swimming pool.

The worst hotel in his price cathegory. I come to Miami 3-4 Times a year and I allready was in the National, the Sagamore, the James and the SLS in south beach. So if you want the most unqualified staff go to thist hotel. Not only the staff is unqualified but the rooms are horrible. First room was just in front of the main street and really noisy so we asked friendly to change. The second room was smelling like garbage (seriously like garbage), the third room the air conditioning made vibrate the room in such an intensive way that you thought it was kind of a massage function. The fourth room in which we are now is ok. It's only smelling like a sewerage. In my opinion the good reviews are 100% fake. Go and look at it by yourself ;).

Just got back from Miami for a bachelorette party and have been going to South Beach for years and this was my first time staying at the Surfcomber Hotel. The hotel was clean, centrally located and an all over great experience. I never write reviews but felt that need to give a very special review to staff at this hotel. Jenn at the front desk is amazing and was such a help to me and my friends; Marcos out at the pool took care of us every day at the pool and set us up with chairs without even asking; but I have to give Rachel, the cocktail server, at the pool a FIVE STAR rating. She went ABOVE and BEYOND for me and my friends every day at the pool and we never had to ask her for anything, she knew what we were drinking without even asking after the first day there. She was so helpful and sweet and I told her I was going out of my way to write this review because of her. I would DEFINITELY stay at this hotel again.

We celebrated our wedding reception by the pool/outside bar area. What a spectacular event. Ericka Mallen (Director of Catering) was wonderful. The staff was amazingly responsive, easy-going and helpful. The food was tasty — not your typical hotel reception food. Everyone had a fantastic time. We definitely made the right choice.

Omg I love this hotel. Jillian was an excellent bartender. Leslie was an amazing server. She always smiled. She always knew what I needed even before I asked. And she loves mayo like me. Erin is an incredible manager. I was always told a train can't run witjout a great conductor. He is that conductor. He is super. I love him too. Smooth shift. His crew seems to love him. That's always the best way to manage. I will definitely recommend this hotel and stay here when I'm on South Beach.

Our stay was excellent; we were pleased with everything, especially with the services from the time we walked through the door. I would really want to thank the pool workers (Chris, Bryan, Marco, and others that I can’t seem to remember their names. They were Outstanding). Everyone was friendly, but there was one person that was VERY Rude and that was Chris Mehmel, but over all this hotel was one the best services we've ever had and would definitely recommend this to all of my family and friends.
