Great hotel and staff. Professional hospitality at it best. Highly recommended for personal service and a relaxing holiday close to the town but relaxing … tried a few 5 star hotels in Mykonos and this is a real gem. Thank you Thanos keep up the good work 👌

We stayed here to celebrate my husbands 40th Birthday and it was truly a holiday to remember!
From the moment we arrived with a welcome drink on hand and the most attentive reception staff, Georgia, Nikos & Thanos we were blown away by the interior design, the intoxicating scent and the friendliness of the staff.
Our suite was more beautiful than we could of imagined and we were offered the choice of all 3 princess suites where we chose the balcony overlooking the pool, which was stunning lit up by night. We were treated to the most beautiful sunrises during our stay.
On my husbands birthday the staff and I arranged a champagne breakfast to the room, a spa massage and a romantic meal for 2 by the pool.
Special mention to Daphne who wowed us with this private dining experience with a table set up by the pool with candies & roses and a beautiful dinner setting with music to create ambience. She really made the evening so special and we are so thankful for such a special setting. The 3 course meal was exceptional and exceeded our expectations.
Breakfast was healthy and delicious and the hotel was spotless, the staff were amazing especially the lovely Angela who our baby absolutely fell in love with. She went above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful one, she really is a beautiful person and our son was completely besotted. She really made the holiday so special for him with her attentiveness by the pool during the day.

Our experience of the Palladium Boutique Hotel has been exceptional from the moment we were met at the airport to our welcome at the hotel and check-in experience. Nothing is too much trouble; the attention to detail and guest satisfaction is first rate. The atmosphere is lovely and the facilities are first class. The friendly, welcoming, expert and attentive staff are beyond fault. Thanos is the hotel’s greatest asset — every hotel needs Thanos. I would definitely recommend this hotel and it would be my first choice if I were to return to Mykonos in the future.

We are loving our stay at Palladium! it is such a beautiful hotel! the staff is wonderful! they have been very attentive our whole stay! definitely give the bar by the pool a try while you're there! delicious cocktails! The two beaches close to the hotel are wonderful, and town is not far away. Easily accessible by bus!

This hotel is great! It is so beautiful so clean so romantic! Our room is big, confortable, very nice with a jacuzzi on the balcony with an amazing view on the sea, the city and the mountains! The pool is lovely with confortable beds and a pool bar. The beach is very closed and beautiful! A lot of restaurant and bars around the hotel. The breakfast is delicious and we have a lot of choices. The staff is very nice very helpful, always smiling. This is the best hotel I've ever been!

I just came back from a 10-day stay at Mykonos and this hotel was definitely the best place to stay. The staff is very friendly, the food is great, the location and view are spectacular. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice and relaxing place when visiting Mykonos.

I'm going to be extra careful with this review as the hotel doesn't like criticism, imploring my wife to remove a similar review from TripAdvisor. Essentially, the hotel advertises itself as a 5-star hotel and charges 5-star prices. As such it must deliver a full 5-star service and be very aware that such a rating attracts seasoned and experienced travellers who expect the very best. In some aspects, the hotel delivers. The staff are plentiful, well-trained, friendly and work very hard to ensure your stay is enjoyable. But in most other categories the hotel fails to live up to its rating. The hotel is a 'boutique' (small) property so it's going to struggle to deliver the spacious accommodation expected of a 5-star property and this showed, particularly in our room. Although the room itself was perfectly adequate it was 3-star size and amenities at best, with just one plastic chair provided to sit on in the very corner of the room, with waste basket under. At this price and service level we expect adequate room to relax without lying on the bed. It would have been impossible to eat room-service style. The en-suite bathroom was particularly small. The 'sea view' was indeed of the sea but only a small, grey sliver through power cables well beyond the pool. Breakfast is international hotel standard, first class but buffet-style. The public areas are severely restricted, e. G.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Comfortable rooms. Amazing staff. The host, whose name I don’t recall at the moment, should win an academy award for playing the best host ever. These guys did everything right. When I needed a better blow dryer they sent a brand new that appeared to be purchased new. When I needed dining reservations, they called for us and secured our positions. 95% if the places they recommended for us to visit were great. The food in the restaurant was better than any other food we had in this region of the island. Top location!

Amazing from the start, the hotel is absolutely stunning and the staff are amazing. Breakfast was the largest variety I have seen in 18 countries. I cannot thank them enough for the hospitality.

This was a picturesque and relaxing property with beautiful views and a lovely pool. There are not enough words for how amazing every single member of the staff was. Every person was friendly, warm and professional and courteous. We were so sad to leave and will definitely be back.

Clean and minimalistic, with an amazing pool. The rooms are luxurious offering all comforts. The staff are amazing. Young people full of energy, humorous and extremely helpful. The breakfast is unbelievably good! Such a great experience. Definitely my choice from now onwards!

Great service hotel. 48 rooms total, some rooms with private pools. Breakfast buffet is included in rate and amazing. Walking distance from the beach and close to the public bus to town. Complimentary shuttle pick up and drop off to the ferry or airport.

The hotel a a boutique hotel, the pool area is great and walking distance to a great beach. The breakfast was a nice start to the day. Great dinner places right down the street along the beach and if you’re interested in going into town there is a bus stop right outside your door. Staff is extremely helpful and delightful, going out of their way to make your stay more enjoyable. Enjoy!

On a beach promenade, I saw this bar on Mykonos (Ornos beach) a spectacular wine and it's the same one we got on a boat tour watching the sunset.

My husband and I had a fabulous time at Palladium. The staff are wonderful and truly have a spirit to serve. The rooms were modern and sizable. Plus, they were cleaned every time we left the room. We even received a complimentary bottle of champagne in celebration of our honeymoon. The breakfast is delicious — authentic Greek plus lots of other options. Make sure to ask Niki about restaurant recommendations in the area as well as things to do; she is awesome. The location of the hotel is ideal — across the street from the beach, a 10 minute walk to a super market, and within steps of bars and restaurants. Mykonos Town is about a 10 minute bus ride (the bus stop is directly in front of the hotel). We walked the 2 miles to town, which took about 40 minutes. It was great to see the sites along the way. Walking along the road (no sidewalk) took a little getting used to but worth it. We definitely plan to stay at Palladium during our return trip to Mykonos.

Wow! By far one of the nicest places that I've stayed in Greece. The staff is super friendly and is there for you. We arrived at the port and were greeted by Kostas, who proceeded to take us to the Palladium. Thanos and his team welcomed us with open arms. The view from our room was also amazing. The amenities, views, and location to public transportation is all near. The food at the hotel was also great and the prices were reasonable. I will definitely recommend to friends and family. I was shown around a couple of rooms by the manager and was super impressed with how luxurious and well designed they were.

Where do I start. The service is perfect to a T. We were made to feel special every step of the way. Everyday. The food is lovely. Breakfast is certainly for kings. I cannot fault Palladium anywhere. The rooms are very clean, the people are friendly, the facilities are great. Nothing is missing. The transfers from port were seamless.

This has been our fourth time in Mykonos and so far this is the best property we've stayed in. Absolutely fantastic and super attentive Staff, always smiling, very helpful. True Greek Hospitality! Super clean property and rooms. Great breakfast, but not so great lunch/dinner (everything's overcooked). We had a great time! Will be back again! Thank you guys, Eric & Gerardo from San Francisco.

Great service & beautiful hotel.

Very friendly staff and well maintained rooms. A little further of a hike from Paradise beach compared to some other hotels, but makes up for that by it's relative serenity. Breakfast buffet has a "Greek breakfast section" for those seeking an alternative to the traditional Western breakfast. To be admittedly nitpicky, the gym was underventilated and the Wifi could have been faster/more reliable.

The room was very nice, and the hotel grounds were nice and clean. The pool area was nice but not the jacuzzi. The beaches are close but not very pedestrian friendly, especially with kids as there isn't a sidewalk, and we felt there were a lot of close calls with larger vehicles.

My husband & I really enjoyed staying at this magnificent hotel in Mykonos. The staff is so kind, friendly & always willing to assist. Lovely restaurants nearby, the beach is just 5 minutes walk. They recommend lovely places to eat. We enjoyed a Greek food @ blue myth restaurant I really loved how Katerina was always willing to help, with a smile always. The service was on point.
