DO NOT Go to this hotel. I tried to speak to the manager about my coming up reservation and the person who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude. He even hung up the phone in the middle of my question. If they treat their customers such disregard, what should I except from them if I stay there? I canceled my reservation.

Do not stay in this hotel, the worst thing that I have seen. Everything is very dirty, the hallways filled with dust, the crystals take years and years without cleaned, the mattresses old, the kitchen can't be used because it has a small gas leak, and if you believe the plague to gas you'll never close the windows of the apartment with the consequence that you will not be able to sleep through the noise that is outside. Has No reception, the lift takes broken more than 1 year and sure to remain so for much longer. The owner is very unpleasant, you speak English very fast and if you don't understand not to bother on repetírtelo again. By the way, the man who is at the entrance, and offers tours, it seems like good people and are friendly, but rent a car with him, and I was the victim of 1 scam, the agency to which he sent me charged me 300$ when I go back to my country (Spain), for alleged damage to a tire, I do not trust the. The only good thing that has is the location, which is very central and 2 blocks from the beach, the rest of the hotel is disgusting.

Horrible customer service! I just called trying to book a room and the GM didn't even want to talk to me. How can you treat your customers like that?

Don't go! It's all a mess. Looks like in spare parts, the dirtiest thing I've ever seen. The kitchen could not be used, in the oven they left the dirty broiler pan (with leftovers from what they had cooked). The microwave was… it's all filth. They never cleaned the room. The mattresses no longer serve. No elevator? ¿¿?. The three stars are a scam, for the same price there are better and clean. The offer that appears in booking is a big lie.

It's a pretty basic hotel. Good value for money.

My favorite place to stay when I go to Miami Beach, it's on block away from the beach and the hotel is very clean!

Only reason I rated 1 percent is because Mitch is only one call away. But this PLACE cause it's not a hotel is overall a mess. I won't recommend to anybody. I paid $870 and had to take my money else where because I couldn't take staying in the room.

The hotel is in reparation… the elevator does not work, the room are so old and in bad condition.

Treats us like family every stay. We wouldn't stay anywhere else on South Beach!

I stayed and as soon as I could I went to another hotel. It is a dirt. A fraud. The photos posted are not real. No reception. Or cleaning. No towels. Nothing. Or kitchen utensils or anything. Roaches. Dirty. Grimy. A fraud. Not worth 20 usd per night. Or crazy staying. I have been cheated. Me alojé y ni bien pude me fui a otro hotel. Es una mugre. Una estafa. Las fotos publicadas no son reales. No hay recepción. Ni limpieza. Ni toallas. Ni nada. Ni utensilios de cocina ni nada de nada. Cucarachas. Sucio. Mugriento. Una estafa. No vale ni 20 usd x noche. Ni locos se alojen. Me estafaron. Publica pileta y no tiene nada de nada.

I have know Mitch for abt 16 yrs and his hospitality is the best. Now it's not a 5 star hotel but the reason I love it the most is bc of location location and that's we're you can't go Wrong! This hotel is near everything and you can walk everywhere plus it's a safe place to stay. I come to Miami a lot by myself just for a getaway and a great suntan and i'm not coming to Miami to set up in a hotel, I come to lay at the beach, shop, eat and have a great time. The rooms are large and I can lay my luggage and clothes all over the place and don't feel cramp. The AC in the rooms stay icy cold for the heat outdoors.

I don't how a couple of ppl rated this place one star? I have been coming to south beach Miami for the past 7 years and this is the only perfect place I have ever been stayed definitely will be back the same place. It feels like your own apartment very convenient to everything. Highly recommended.

Loved lodging here. The Beach is down the block. Everything a person could want is nearby.

Best price for sobe location, 50' from the beach front, nice high end shopping w in walking distance, it's an older building but we'll maintained. But for long stays there are cheaper place in mid island. But this place is great, right were u want to be when u walk out the door.

In 10 days I was, not tended bed what we had to do ourselves, did not change the sheets, not swept, not washed bath and when one bathing drain is blocked by the crap that was, there is no security, the owner shouted me by leaving boxes in the quarter, this hotel is a true ambiguous little Miss Piggy, never in my life had been in a similar place, and for the price we paid was a theft completely! Not recommend it to anyone!

My husband and I love this hotel, the owner, it location and price. It is like haveing a condo near the beach. A full kitchen and relax atmotsphere make you feel like you are at home. For us there isn't another option we will always choose to stay at the Sherbrooke. Keep up the good work mitch and we will see you soon.
