Stardust hotel literally made my south beach experience 10x better! The room is pretty nice and clean for what you pay. Its 1 block from the beach and in the middle of all the excitement. What really sets them apart from the rest is the staff. Our flight had came in late and Michael, the manager, stayed late just to make sure we could check in. He was very hospitable and even gave us some nice secret spots to check out. There was an incident where I lost my wallet and believed it had been stolen. Michael called the owner, sat and went through hours of security footage and even came in the room and helped us look. Later, the wallet turned up in the room but he was so calm and willing to help through the whole process. Thank You Michael, you made this feel like a 5 star experience!

The deal was 10 but you could improve several things: The breakfast that was a little scarce and the last day were missing half of the things that were on the first day; The bed was comfortable but it sounded pretty as it is in a wooden cabinet; The lid on the toilet was broken.
A bit pricey for the quality of the hotel but the location unbeatable.
The full treatment and location makes up for the faults you may have.

From rooms to a dining area, everything was seamless. All of the staff members were so welcoming and offered services beyond my expectations. My day was absolutely awesome as one of the staff member visited me after every hour. Hoping to book it soon.

Apart Hotel Spacious rooms, nothing luxurious, poor cleanliness, as an atmosphere for breakfast (small and sparse variety), expensive for what it is, but if you are looking for location without a lot of luxury and Deco is the most chosen place for youth or marriages that do not rent Car.

Excellent service at the front desk. Very kind. Very spacious rooms with kitchenette, fridge and microwave. Just missed a little more cleaning and a bigger space for breakfast.

Modest and unwelcoming. Breakfast skinny, there was not even hot water for the tea. If you are travelling on motorcycles there are no parking to accept them! You'il have to leave them on the street. Only advantage the parallel position to Ocean Drive.

Very nice place and Michael was super understanding when we told him that we are not gonna make it in our 3 days arrival, because of our flight cancelation, so he just fixed those days with NO charge at all and we are very grateful for that. The beach is 1 minute walk, lot’s of restaurants and all kind of shops around, very easy to get by from this place. Definitely coming back again here.

I absolutely loved this hotel. Quite and close to everything! Michael the manager was the BEST! We will be coming back and will be staying here again. The rooms are like small apartments and housekeeping is also on point. Fridge, dishes and silverware there. Also the free breakfast was good. It's not all flashy and high class but it is definitely comfortable and welcoming. Locked gate at night and a ton of security cameras which makes u feel safe. The beach is one block away and Collins has all the shopping you can want.

The room was large and spacious! And the owners are geniuses!

Overall good. The good thing is that it includes breakfast. And it's very close to the beach.

My boyfriend and I drove down to Miami without making arrangements for a hotel and began our search at 9:30pm. We ended up at the Statdust at around 11:30 defeated and praying that they would have a room. Michael, was extremely helpful and made sure that he was able to get a room for us, whether it was at his place or another. I can’t say enough nice things about the staff there! The room was exceptionally clean and the location is perfect! It’s super close to the beach, but not exactly on the strip. Great experience!

This is the worst hotel in my life. They take a deposit and then do not return it. The director of the Ilana Cohen hotel is just a boor. this is not very pleasant.

The Stardust Hotel is a wonderful gem in the heart of South Beach, literally 3 minutes from the beach. The hotel is exceptionally clean and maintained, with large rooms and brand new bathrooms. Each morning, they offer a complimentary breakfast which includes a variety of fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, pancakes, bacon and coffee. My wife and I stayed for 4 nights and had a FANTASTIC experience. Michael, at the front desk, knows the area well and will recommend the best places in town. He and the Manager, Ilana, who works tirelessly to ensure the place is immaculate, are both friendly and personable. They made us feel like family. We are planning our next getaway to our new favorite spot after the New Year. We highly recommend the Stardust Hotel if your looking for a clean, quiet and friendly environment in the heart of SoBe.

THEY STEAL your deposit I've been to this location and have called numerous times This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL place I've ever seen They give you the run around I was just there this morning and I was told by a RED headed lady that the manager is going to be there at 5 I call at 5 somebody else tells me that the manager is out of town, how can this be? My deposit was 150$ and they've given me the run around on getting it when I specifically made plans to meet with the morning manager for my deposit and the night guy named MARCOS said it was all taken care of nobody showed up I've been dealing with this since 12-11 of last year I just want my deposit back but I will be calling the better business bureau and letting them know what's going on here and also the local news stations and letting them know theft comes with staying at this establishment I was treated like a criminal and if I could sue I would I've never felt so wronged before ever. I wouldn't give them one star the lady told me to get out of her office so she could get in first then she locked the door I was very calm and professional while speaking with her she made excuses and tried to walk away till she had to let another employee in which there after she let him in and locked the door behind her like why are you mad at me I just want my deposit back I left the room in tip top shape just as I had found it.

The manager of the hotel Stardust Miami Beach stole money from my friend from a credit card and did not return the deposit. After he came to the hotel, she began to blackmail him, so that he removed the bad reviews. Only then will she return the money to him. Money was stolen from the card — it's a fact. The deposit is not returned, it is a fact. It turns out that the hotel manager is a thief or a rascal.

The service was great she was nice the hotel was but when it comes to money they lie … I put a 150 down for the insurance and to make a long story short she's going to tell me that the 150 was released the day I checked out and it didnt show on my account and I called my bank and they saidbthe same thing so I got it straighten out I got my money back becouse illena tells me that I wont see it so after I send her and long email amd got everything straighten out I told her I wont be coming to stardust anymore someone give you money to hold give it back thats my money if I dont see it and if the bank dosent see it that means I didn't get it something you did wrong thats why I hate using my card in situations like this becouse it becomes complicated when I went to the south beach plaza I had the option of doing it in cash and I got my money back when I check out so why she telling me I cant get my money back is beyond me but I did get it back becouse of my bank and not her.

Good value for money It's a place to go to sleep. No breakfast, but the room has a microwave and refrigerator, is well located in South Beach.

So I am going through this right now as well. They took over $300 off my debit card and when I called they are saying that they don't see that they took the money off, but my bank statement clearly shows that they did. Did anyone get their money back? How did you go about getting your money back? And do I need to call my bank? please please please anything will help… so got my money back after disputing this with my bank but it was very inconvient I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE THEY WILL TAKE MONEY FROM YOU AND ACT DUMB FOUNDED WHEN YOU WANNA KNOW WHY.

My husband & I stayed here for 3 nights and we had a great time. The staff was amazing. There was this older lady who was very knowledgeable and friendly. The room was very spacious AND CLEAN! It smelled so clean when we first walked in & there is room service everyday! It is in close proximity to ocean drive, within walking distance. The only downfall is that there is no parking so you either have to pay to park at a nearby garage or pay for valet parking which is $25 per day. It does get a little inconvenient when we had to wait for them to bring the car, although the wait wasn't too long. Also we had to call to have the car picked up which did get crazy after 10 pm when the office closed and we didn't know who to call from the list of phone numbers. Otherwise… great place to stay!

Stardust Hotel is one of the cleanest hotel, and with very spaces room. My stayed there was very nice. I stayed there one week and the stuff helped me a lot with my first experiences in Miami. Very clean and quite. The management help me with everything. Free towel, free umbrella and so friendly atittude. I felt like I am home. I will miss Miami, and my experience at Stardust Hotel.

They stole money off my credit card! Beware do not go there! And when you call them to see what and why they do not answer the phone! My stay was suppose to be for 526 they took 1, 299! Im glad my card gave me ny money back but thats not the point only trust the popular hotels in miami not the small ones they are all theieves.

South Outlet a TOTAL scam. If they don't want to lose your money not go to this place.

In the shop below, Beach outlet, I was victim of a scam, makes a few hours, an employee, of Latin origin, it returned less money when you pay a few ice cream. Made all a theatre for stay is with my money and not there was shape of that I will spend with them owners or supervisors. I was with my family and run idignado.

Stayed here for ultra week all 6 days got kicked out my last day at midnight when my plane flight was at 5am. I even paid the 200$ for 24 hours extention and had to leave within 9 hours from the check in time because the lady wanted me out at midnight. My friends tried to leave their luggages behind and lady at the front office made a big fuss about having anyone or people come over. Not a friendly place. And AC leaked on the last night and wet all my cloth. EDIT ADDED: a week later, they charged my credit card 866.40 and tried to steal money from me. BEWARE CURRENTLY DISPUTING IT WITH CHASE Aside from bad customer service. I would recommend you try the blue moon hotel next door they accommodated me amazingly well on short notice. I would never come here again nor would I recommend anyone come here. I don't normally write reviews but this is one I figured I'd put out.

This was my 2nd stay and I would have given a good review. On the last night of my stay I needed to retire early since I had an early flight the next morning. The air conditioner froze up and was not working. They tried for several hours to defrost while I had to wait outside my room. When they couldn't get it working they brought in a portable air conditioner and left. After an hour of waiting for it to cool down it turns out it wasn't working. There was no one to call. I didn't get any sleep the room was like a sauna. I've tried several times to reach out to get at least a refund or credit for that evening. No one returns my call. I'm very disappointed I will never stay there again or recommend them to anyone else. I understand that stuff happens and things break but this was not the accommodations I paid for. I think I should have received a call from the manager.

Complained that my boyfriend and I had other people staying in the room, which wasn't true at all I was there 5 days and nobody had any issues except for the first night when the manager was yelling at my boyfriend that everybody in room needed to have a I'd which the didn't ask for when we checked in and when I spoke with the manager (female btw) she was extremely rude and talked over me furthermore when it was checkout time I had a early flight and made plans with the night man for the manager to be in to check room and give deposit back she never showed up and I haven't gotten my deposit back because they came up w this multiple people in the room excuse but trust and believe I will blast this place negatively every chance I get and I will be back for my deposit! Oh and on top of that I have been calling back to back and still haven't gotten touch with the manager, will be calling better business bureau as well, beyond ridiculous!

Excellent attention. Excellent location and great price. Spacious rooms with refrigerator and microwave. They provide beach towels. The room was clean and the bed was excellent. Super recommended value for money. Would return a thousand times.

Hotel we visited in July 2013. Big surprise-there were beautiful, the staff friendly, the price is acceptable, because we lived right on miami beach. There will definitely be going back there. Greets Slovakia.

From 20 to 28 August 2013, we stayed at the Stardust Hotel. We were two couples in two rooms. I want to highlight the friendliness of the staff, always predisposed to inform us and help us to guide us through the city. The super clean and equipped rooms. The location is excellent for those who want to know South Beach day by day and by night, is a few meters walk from the middle of the night of Miami Ocean drive (not miss it at night). 5 blocks by Collins, you will find a large mini-market and meters is full of places where you can buy food, clothes, drinks, everything.
It is not the first time that I'm going to Miami and insurance back to Stardust Hotel.
Conclusion: If you want to pay little, living in the center of the fun, if you want to be pampered with an excellent staff and super clean and modern rooms. You have to go to Stardust Hotel.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights about a week ago. At first, I was reluctant. I'll admit, the outside isn't much to look at, but my overall experience at this place was great. First of all, the lady who checked us in was great and personal and gave us a list of attractions and tours to take while there and we ended up taking an Everglades tour! The hotel is literally about a 3 minute walk to the beach and right in the heart of the art district, so it's always live. The room was clean and spacious. Shower's water pressure and temperature was amazing. The Wi-Fi worked the entire time. The AC got nice and cold although it tended to turn off and on sometimes. Before staying here, I read the reviews regarding the construction. I will admit that the construction can be loud sometimes as they are renovating a building right next door. This, however, did not bother me because as a current college student, there's construction all over my campus so I believe I've grown used to the sounds of drills and whatnot. It all boils down to your personal preference. For a family with kids, this may not be the place for you; there are many clubs and bars in the area. But for young adults or couples without kids, this place was pretty good! Pricing was great for the quality of the room and services. I would recommend this place to friends and family and I would definitely come back, not only because of the quality of the room, but the personality of the staff.
