Poor customer service. Dirty rooms, dust and dirt everywhere. Old and smelly carpets. Dirty and old bathrooms. There is no bottled water in the hotel. The bar under the hotel is the worst I've seen in years. Dirty old if air conditioned and with terrible attention.

Never a bad stay. But they charge separately for the safe in the room. I always book on travelocity and pay but each stay I have had to pay them more at arrival for the dang safe.

I honestly do not understand all of these bad reviews. I stayed here in April with friends and had an amazing experience! Yes, the room was a bit dated, but it was clean and very comfortable. The on-site restaurants were good with extremely friendly staff. The pool was beautiful and well maintained, and the gorgeous beach was literally steps away! What more could you ask for? Needless to say, I will definitely be staying here again!

Hotel looks nice from the outside and provides an awesome view of the beach. They have a pool in the back which has beach access through a boardwalk. However, rooms and corridors could improve. Walls are paper thin and could hear conversations from next door. Staff not very friendly when we asked questions, just very blunt with their replies. Customer service can definately improve.

Used to be Day Inns and still is. No parking on site. Noisy, lots of noise from corridor and other rooms, ran down bathroom. Chemical smell, overall fill of cheap motel (LOL except lobby) Patrons have to park across the street for $36 per in-out in a parking garage. Location is great as it right on the beach shore, hotel will provide beach towels. Free coffee and tea in the lobby. Hotel looks nice from outside. Check in processes is easy, stuff is nice.

If you are looking for a fancy and luxury hotel-you do not go there. If you are looking for clean and comfortable — this is about Lexington Hotel. I mistakenly ordered a two-bed room, but this is not a problem for Lucy and Kimberly! they changed a room and did everything quickly and with a smile. Breakfast was not very tasty but the worker who worked there gave so much positive and attention that even this did not upset me. Thank you) who can I recommend this hotel? it is for people who want to enjoy every moment, give a smile and a positive and take the same!

Excellent location but the food very bad breakfast we had to pay 15 dollars per person and it was not good, then in the pool at the kiosk the lousy bartender I think the name of it is Dayana, always attended reluctantly she and another person I think was the M Anager or not too heavy, thanks to a girl named Alisha who attended us well in the end, what a shame if you pay does not ask to be given to attend in this way, as if you pay 100 dollars per night noooooo is paid very well for bad attention, I recommend you visit other hotels nearby not here. Thank you.

The lexingoton Beach hotel was nice hotel with great beach access, the lobby and pool area were nice. The room may have had one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. The bathroom showed it's age it could really use a renovation. My only real complaint is that I asked room service multiple times for and l an extra wash cloth and they never brought one. Besides that my overall start was a good one.

The rooms are neat though to be in Miami it is a little left. Although breakfast is charged, in the lobby there are 2 thermos with coffee, one with hot water, milk, cocoa and tea. This is free of charge, so you should buy something to eat at the super and save some of the breakfast and snack. It has a swimming pool and direct exit to the beach.

I do not recommend anything this Hotel, very dirty rooms and a staff nothing attentive. And there is nowhere near that worthwhile and good to eat something. It's a shame that with how close you are to the beach, don't worry about those details.

Good hotel for the price. Only complaint I have is we had a huge balcony but there were no available chairs for it. There was no fridge or microwave. Do not order anything for delivery. Nothing. We came back to the room to fliers under the door. Ordered from one place and it was a scam. They delivered us a Little Cesears pizza in a flipped inside out box. The second place we ordered from (suggested by the front desk after the scam) was mediocre at best. Just go out for dinner.

A little spartan especially in the bathroom… But very good value for money… Great location and Professional staff.

Clean property! Great access to beach. Parking ran me $37 a day, didnt like that! Beds are comfy, rooms are clean. Pool is beautiful and beach right behind it. I would stay again! Free shuttle outside hotel we used often, all the food and store are about 15-20 blocks away closer to Lincoln & Ocean Drive.

The Lexington hotel was in a convenient location to all clubs and south beach. The lobby is very nice the room was nice but very run down it needs lots of updates. But it’s fine considering your not spending your vacation in the hotel room. Also don’t use their Wi-Fi it’s an unsecured network and my debit card that I never used at the hotel was hacked into and charged by a days inn and when you look up days inn this hotel comes up. The pool and outside bar was nice.

Care to give the card! We made 2 times the charge of the total of our stay in the hotel, continued to make charges after you have left the hotel … CARE.

Friendly people, very good hotel, has all the amenities, very good attention, I would advise staying there.

I like this hotel, we were there in December. The rooms are not the best they are kind of old fashion but we got a view of the beach so that was great. The parking is super expensive so look for that. But other than that I like that is right by the beach and the view is great!

I've been there in August. Terrible customer service, old and dirty rooms, the staff was extremely unkind. Bad position, far from the main attractions.
The only two positive things: pool, access to the beach.

Recepcionistas atenciosas acabamos ficando no térreo pois o hotel estava cheio, nos deram a opção de teocar de quarto no dia seguinte porém preferimos ficar no mesmo quarto. Próximo a recepção, piscina e saída para a praia. O hotel não oferece nem café da manha ou estacionamento, conseguimos um próximo por 8 dólares ao invés do 34 dólares dia. Na própria recepção tem café e água quente o dia todo. Os quartos não eram limpos todos os dias, somente troca de toalha, esticar os lençóis na cama e retirar o lixo, o banheiro não era passado pano ou varrido, pois a área da praia ficava por até 2 dias.

The safe worked properly. The courtyard of the hotel overlooks the beach, it is wonderful, the water warm, the white sand, I loved it, and they give you towels to go to the beach without a fee. The Trolley passes by the entrance of the hotel. Pity that the pool was not enabled I went in October 2017.

This hotel is ok near the place where we can get our cruise ship. I just don't like the bathroom is so old. The shower is old fashion way. They need to update their shower. It's not a five star hotel. I only give 3 stars only because I never like the bathroom it needs to to have remodeling this hotel.

So unfriendly reception staff (in the evening on 9 February) so we immediately cancelled the 2 rooms from 19-23 February via booking COM free of charge.

-The location is good. — The rooms I liked are very old and the 1st that I occupied had a musty smell and I asked for the change. — The swimming pool is good. — In the lobby there is free coffee.

Don't be fooled by the lobby. The room is definitely a two at best. We were told we would have a view of the ocean but we were not told we would have to leave the building and walk around back to see it. Our view from the room was of the alley and street. Bring a cooler because there is no fridge, oh and bring your own microwave if you would want one.

The best thing about this hotel for us is the kosher restaurant in the lobby. The hotel staff is extremely unprofessional. They wouldn't give me the room I asked for but a few minutes later they would give it to someone who just walked in. They are rude & anti Semitic. Be careful if u book this hotel, make sure u get what u want. Your $$ is as good as the next person. Stick up for ur rights & if it doesn't work, LEAVE.

Front desk girls were nice, but room looked nothing like it was supposed to and there was also supposed to be a couch with a pull out bed that just… Was not. Breakfast is not included, which I guess they need to contact their travel agencies about this because the one I went through advertised it as included. The deal is this: you're not getting a deal, which is what you might think when you book the room. You're just getting what you paid for.

Recommended ; pool and beach unified; staff is always available at the front desk and staff d cleaning and security all very friendly ; the rooms comfortable ; but the carpets were always damp smell ; should take to change or remove carpets m hospedaria again.

Orlando is the nicest most incredible concierge. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The hotel is not the nicest place we’ve ever stayed as far as rooms go but the lobby is nice and the pool is gorgeous and they have a tiki bar also it’s right on the beach, so for the price it’s well worth it.

Simple, dingy, bright impaired hotel. Not recommended. Room and bathroom not clean and very basic.

It is a quiet place, the coffee, and chocolate from the lobby is good, but I think I should have booked the Holiday Inn since for everything we were sent there. For the swimming pool, for the restaurant, for the entrance to the beach, etc. Lack of better cordiality of the reception area the Latin people are Super charismatic, respectful and cordial we hope to receive the same at least from Latin people like us. It is not possible to give me the front desk phone to call in English to the Lord or Lady of the restaurant please. Disappointed in the reception completely thank God I didn't make any trouble because I wanted to be quiet on my holiday but pay attention there. The main thing in a company is cordiality but I invite you to my country and we teach.

Good location. A lot of kindness. Poor cleaning. Very good coffee, tea, etc free 24 hour lobby. Only after paying notice that the pool is out of use. The daily rate does not include the safe deposit box and the charge separately. 2, 5 ☆.

Pros: Location is great, easy access to the airport via bus or any other hotels via the free trolley. We were able to check in early around 1pm. Lobby has been remodeled nicely. Cons: I should have read the reviews before booking that the pool was more of a bomb crater because of construction. It would have been nice to find out these kind of things during booking. Like the daily charge for the safety box use it or not. Rooms are way too outdated as previous reviewers stated, although some lamps have charging ports which nice. Walls are super thin, we easily figured out that our neighbours were German, and they were not yelling just having a normal conversation. We found out that the insulation around the window is even thinner, when we woke up to water dripping noise in the middle of the night when a storm was passing through. The carpet was soaked around the AC unit, very comforting feeling to know that there is water around electricity. Put a towel in the window sill, it was soak and wet by the morning. Even hours after the storm water was still coming down in streaks as you can see from the picture. We believe it that this is a known fact by staff, cause we got no apology from anybody when we switched rooms. New room had a moldy smell, with a very small puddle by the window. We took the new room since our expectations were greatly lowered from the night before.

Condition of the hotel quite deteriorated. Misleading advertising, pool in repair and this was one of the reasons why I chose this hotel, very good photos, do not match the reality. Smell of humidity in the room, I asked please to put deodorant of environments and also asked to Desinsectaran, by virtue of having found cockroaches on the desk…
It is inexplicable and unacceptable to charge $8 for receiving some parcel, a disgrace.
The staff were very helpful.
Excuses and justifications for not having the hotel facilities as appropriate are of no avail.

Disappointed, according to the photos circulating over the Internet I decided to book at this hotel. When the disappointment arrived, when entering the room I could see that the same possessed very old carpets, stained curtains, dirty weather windows, bad roof, no talking about the bathroom and damaged doors. Oh! I forgot, they offered the service with pool and it was on site, sending customers to the pool of another hotel, all this without being informed at the time of confirmation of the reservation. HOTEL in a very high state of use and conservation, which is urgently needed a reform. As a fact of interest the people who had booked a longer stay than mine, were changing from hotel.

+ The location, right on the beach + at the coffee bar there was coffee to take away at breakfast time + we had no animals in the room;-) + — we could not visit or use the pool because of the weather + — no negatives can be said about the staff + — WLAN/I nternet — parking spaces in the vicinity very expensive ($3/hour or ~ $36/night). I recommend parking garage $8 per day (400 W 42nd st = $1/hour, Max. $8) to park (approx. 10 min walk to the hotel, there is a small supermarket in front of the bridge) — the cleanliness of the hotel is very much to be desired. You have to go for a shower! Also the hair dryer in room 704 was defective.

Great Hotel. Easy to get to. Clean.

No microwave, refrigerator, in the room. Has a nice view. Currently the pool is out of service. The building itself is an old building they're doing their best to keep it up to shape all the vending machines are owned by the hotel but most of the sodas in the machine run out pretty quick and the machine guns to take your money when it doesn't have certain selections. Staff here is pretty friendly.

The best in this hotel is the location, because is middle way to almost of almost all touristic points. An old-fashioned hotel and installation, small bathrooms, no refrigerator in room. Nice view and near to beach. Pool was not available during my stay because of the hurricane damages, but they provided access to a neighbour's hotel pool. Not necessarily extra tips for cleaning up rooms. Parking in front, paid by diary. Large and comfy beds.

Nice hotel. It's used to be the Days Inn hotel 2 years ago. They remodeled it. It's nicer. It's a good spot for a weekend getaway. Amazing staff.

Lobby and pool fantastic but it stops there. Rooms are shocking. Managers office looks amazing all nice and clean. Stayed for 2 nights first room they put us in was unreal dirty rust around bath will post photos. Asked for change changed room they did not even know we were in the room over heard cleaners ask why room a number we were in was occupied cleaner's arrived both mornings at 9 said same thing we did not know anyone was in here. But we never got any cleaning towels were not changed. Staff unfriendly receptionist were in room at back every time you went over one time I was at desk waiting the phone' rang she answered it and had a 10 minutes chat with her buddy on the phone while I stood there. Bar downstairs girl behind bar was to busy sitting chatting with her buddy's no chat at all put my drink on bar and straight back over outside bar sat up and talked to them while they sat Smoking even though there was a man at bar eating food I have since been told this is against the law? Shocking place would not recommend this place to anyone.

The reason they even got a star was because of Vanessa at desk service was very nice pleasant and helpful she made sure that we were comfortable she even offered to upgrade our room because they had my family and I in a handicap room and also Cassandra the bar tender was amazing as well other then that the hotel sucks the elevator was broken the food is disgusting we had to call for towels and wash clothes and waited for those for 24hrs the hot water was cold it was just awful I would not recommend this ratchet hotel to my worse enemy thumbs down for sure. Oh not to mention house keeping had nasty attitudes bathtub was molded upon arrival they had a bucket in the middle of the floor because water was leaking from the ceiling the restaurant/bar look like it's in a dungeon just sad and disgusting I wouldn't stay there again if they let me stay for free.

I was there august 3rd-6th in room 808 the sink in the bathroom was broken they didn't fix it or offer any other accommodations then didn't clean the room only sent more towels after I complained! This hotel is only good for someone with no other place to stay even a hostel may be better than this hotel. I will never recommend it or stay again.

The hotel was OK, the room was very degraded but had a magnificent view over the ocean as well as a huge balcony over the pool. Room service was impeccable, the only real drawback was that we had to park on an external private parking lot which made the amount spent not worth it. It would have been better to grab the money and go to a better hotel with private parking. The hotel "validated" our parking ticket which saved us 3 dollars and some cents of the 40 charged by the private parking lot per day. Hotel should at least warned us that it might run out of parking space.

The worst hotel I've ever been to. Was without electricity for 24hours. Finally had it running only ran for 1 hour and went out again. Manager was not helpful. The 16 year old at the front desk was doing the best she could. There was one bellhop. He was over worked going up and down 10 flight of stairs to get people's bags because no electricity meant no elevator and did not complain. The manager was only helping and accommodating Hispanic guest. I was in the lobby @9 am didn't get any help until noon. Smh. Worst hotel ever. Also our first day there wasn't ANY water. And lost 100 dollars because we missed our water activity appointment. (400 total because it was 4 of us)

Terrible customer service! Elevators down for hoursss no AC for hoursss no lights for hoursss then I got bit 2 days in a row and the manager didn't care told me I had a rash. Got 6 different bit marks. Worst experience ever! She told me she would refund me for 2 days since I got bit. If I don't hear back from you all along with my refund I'm calling your health department along with the BBB. I have videos and pictures from both days waking up in your hotel with bite marks. I stayed from June 10th-14 room 701

It was terrible me and my roomie got bit by bed bugs and while we the there the electricity, elevator, phone, air conditioner broke it was the bottom of the barrel of a stay if you ask me! Never again I would not recommend the lexington ; the staff was acting like there was nothing to do to accompany us for the inconvenience.

The hotel is very good, but the number of sleeping places is clearly smaller than the hotel. A double couch, it never turned into a double-seater. In fact, it's pretty critical. And yes. Of course, it's very noisy for local autoenthusiasts to use sound signals more often than they do.

I must admit that I was hesitate about staying at the Lexington Hotel after seeing their reviews. However, I still decided to take a risk by booking a room there. I am really proud to say that I ENJOYED my stay:). Staff members were very generous, particularly the front desk agent, Ms. Ana. Ana was very polite and she tried her best to make me feel welcome. She turned my perception of possibly having a bad experience into a fantastic experience. Will be visiting soon :).

It is very good the restaurant very well taken care of, the reception, a very good waitress another very regular very close to the beach, transport Airport Hotel repecimo, 4 hours to arrive the driver did not know where the hotel almost finished my bags, but a thousand thanks to all the staff I will return as I have my children here and I do not go where they but to the LEXINGTON.

For me a beautiful and comfortable hotel! Steps from the sea, with brilliant assistants, it's like being at home with the comfort of the attentions of a top hotel!

We were in this hotel only one night. Great place and good restaurant under a hotel.

Hotel is adequate, dont expect 5 star service. The hotel is clearly average in terms of installation. Our room was clearly recently renovated. It was clean, and everything working.
Stil no clue why the Closet was 3x times the size of the bathroom. You could fit another full bed inside the closet!
Only complain is the hidden charge fee of the security box. In my case. The box was not working. They cancelled the fee after I complained.
The hotel also has a nice walk between the beach and the hotel and a very clean beach.
Stayed to visit Miami Beach before a Cruise.
Recommended if you're visiting Miami Beach on a budget. As all tour buses have an official stop right outside the hotel.
Theres also a full sized Pharmacy 3 blocks away.

The night customer service is so much nicer and understanding then the day. I stayed there for 3 days and I enjoyed myself. The pool and close walk to the beach is perfect. The daytime customer service agents weren't as pleasent and seem to make me feel like I wasn't a priority which was very rude. Overall, the rooms are big, spacious, and clean. So I was highly satisfied in that area.

The hotel is pretty on the outside, the lobby is very fancy, even the elevators are beautiful. Once those elevator doors open, it is very outdated, ugly, dirty, the ocean view we got, was along with the roof for the dinner and it was a really dirty roof, all blackened and with fungus. The room smelled. Other than that the personnel was super helpful and friendly. Marylin from front desk was amazing, and Orlando from concierge was great as well.

Internet was so slow almost unusable. Pool bar was expensive but stayed open late. Outside and lobby of hotel was really nice but floors and rooms could use remodeling.

No cell signal (att or sprint), Wi-Fi speed test 1.79mbps down and. 010mbps up, no cable or direct tv. Seems like they are doing digital TV over air but it has the worst picture ever and like 5 station's. Paint pealing, shotty patch work, no pride in work done, needed updating 10 years ago, did not clean the bathroom when they made the bed, then we called and they cleaned it and there was no toilet paper when they left, somehow we came back and there was sand in the shower even though we had a shower in the morning and we never went to the beach.

Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. Let me just say; This Hotel is so OUTDATED, small rooms, small bathrooms & some days, we had NO Hot Water to shower! Also, a big dissapointment was that the Hotel did not provide free parking which we were not informed prior to booking. It was an additional $36/day to park our car & they only had 19 spots in parking lot. Only plus, was easy access to the Ocean/Beach. This is by far the worst hotel we've ever stayed at. Never staying here again if we ever come back to Miami.

Bathrooms small toilet cracks. Unfriendly staff. No frig in room. No Vending on floor. $778 and my view is a brick wall. TV dont work. NO free breakfast for the price. Absolutely the worse stay I ever had. So disappointed.

I don't understand how this hotel has bad reviews. I've been to hotels literally outside the country and within the country and the service I had here was outstanding. When we first came to check in, the front desk person, Patrick was so courteous. He gave us all the information on the spot and told us where we could find everything, from room service to laundry and even letting us know we needed put own detergent which is obviously fine. I would recommend this place a lot. It's right across the beach and you're going at a hotel to shower and sleep, if you're on vacation, get out of your room. If you think your room is unclean, call room service, they're quick. Every time I made a call to the front desk it was always good service.

Hello friends of Google and Facebook. My experience at days inn I can say that my 3 days were very good 2-seater rooms with two beds for my only but use only one bed, large room with bathroom included Wi-Fi, cable tv, telephone, clean, very quiet on the 7th floor and I stay in room 708. I really liked because this beachfront Miami beach. Hire him in vina del mar in Cocha and flights with Copa, but bring credit card you have to leave 60 dollars as guarantee nothing more. I hope to return soon…

This is literally the most disgusting hotel I've ever been in. I paid about $700 for two nights for 2 rooms for my family and I over the holidays. Neither of the rooms had a fridge or microwave, so if I wanted one it would be 5$ a day for microwave and 10$ a day for the fridge. So we took it and had to add the extra $30 cost on top of the 700 I already paid. Not to mention they take a deposit for each day you stay and they charge you a safe fee of almost 3$ a day which I knew NOTHING about until check out that they don't give back to you. All of these extra fees made everything more expensive and for the kind of hotel this is, it wasn't worth it. The bathroom is so tiny and so disgusting. Both of the rooms had mold all over the tiles in the shower and the floor. The rooms smell and you can't open the windows because you're not allowed to. Everything was really dirty and so what if you have free Wi-Fi if it doesn't even work. The connection was so poor it was useless. The only positive thing I'll say is that their pool was nice. And the walk to the beach was literally not even a minute from the hotel. I wish I could post pictures on here of that nastiness of the rooms. Please do not come here it's a waste of your money and you will be highly disappointed. I bought this deal online which also stated I had free breakfast, FALSE, it's 12$ a person for the breakfast. There is no parking.

This place is the worst hotel I have ever visited. The staff were rode and unhelpful. They charged about $24 for 12 h parking. The Wi-Fi was very bad we couldn't even connecte to it. The worst part that they ask you to sign that you agree on "the management is not responsible for any thefts and you have to use the safe in your room", and they charge you about $2.70 a day for the safe whether you use it or not. We didn't feel safe at all. The only positive point about this hotel is the location.

We had reservation for another Hotel that got closed but transferred us over to Days Inn without us having to do anything about it. I appreciated that. It is very basic but the restaurant is good and self parking is right across the street. It will be a sad day when we can't get a less expensive Hotel on Collins Ave and have a short drive to Haulover Beach. But their Beach, pool side amenities are fine.

Home no old hotels of the 1980s. Cans of beer in the elevator, when to the cleanliness of the rooms… Hair in the shower. Not well placed everything going to Lincoln road. Very noisy-no double glazing, parking excessive $ 28 a day, Wi-Fi only in lobby and even when it works. Hotel booked in urgency so well… One star because we can't put 0! It's not even worth a step hotel in France… And all this for the modest sum of $ 380 two nights…

Lobby was very lovely which was so misleading. Rooms were in dire need if repair/updating… bathroom especially. Ceiling was bubbling tub surround was cracked, filthy and needed re siliconed, sink drained exetremely slow. Wifi was horrible. Too many little little hidden charges. We were charged over $4 just for the privelige of having a safe in our room… even though we didn't use it. Not happy at all with our stay… won't do it again… won't recommend it.

My friend and I went on a cruise and when we returned. We thought we'd stay a day in Miami so booked this hotel. After seeing the room, we ended up not staying the night and drove back home (Atlanta ga) because of the nasty outdated room. The bathroom was nasty and I honestly would recommend finding a nice clean MOTEL over this roach hotel. Great location though.

Old forth runtergekommenes hotel, rooms in an old State, bath partly dirty upon arrival (hair) embed the location and loud Squeak, experience unfortunately not so good, you have to be fast at the towels at the pool because it is possible that you may wait a long while, throughout the hotel is ok if you rated it with two-three star. Under observation of the collateral located hotels there real luxury is predetermined here unfortunately by no means to say is. We are only to the shower and went to bed in the hotel on anything, unfortunately here neither offered. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this hotel and will no longer book this in Miami.

We were staying 2 days, 2 nights, in 2015 Ideally located opposite the beach, the reception has a beautiful design that does not match the room corridors or doors or furniture or cleaning. It looks like another hotel back and forth. No breakfast, no refrigerator or microwave. The microwave is taken to the room and they charge U$ 5 per day and safe U$ 2 shall not advised of these costs in advance, we were told on last day. The garage has no place is very small and you have to leave the car in the private garage of the corner that charges U$ 40 to $ 27 per day if you stay at this hotel but the car is sequestered can not touch. Our experience! Welllll, as far as the location, excellent :). I did read the reviews from other vacationers that stayed at Days Inn Miami Beach/Oceanside, but because we do know how to have fun where ever we go, I (we) decided against the negative reviews. It's not mentioned that you have to pay to park (per day) in Days Inn parking lot for their guest (small parking lot). To park in that lot you get a discount, the cost (for us) to park was like $98.00 for 4 days, but that's Miami. So if/when Days Inn lot is full you have to park at another pay parking deck or pay parking lot. Well we were ok with that. The room was very out dated, but again we were ok with that. The real kicker was/is a pair of my husbands shoes were missing/moved out of our room and we didn't notice the shoes were missing/moved from where he had them until 2 days later when he was gonna wear the shoes again. We had a do-not-disturb sign on our door, for our entire stay because we didn't need/want housekeeping, but still our room was entered by someone. We reported the shoes stolen to management, but NO follow-up from them at all. Still to this day NO follow-up from Days Inn management. Last but not least, they owed my husband a cash deposit that we forgot to get when we left the hotel. Well, management said we can come get the deposit, mind you we live in North Georgia, a 12 hour ride to get to Miami, I told them to keep the deposit!

Only got 2 towels in our room for a 4 people bed room, had to get our room key reactivated atleast 6 times because it was so faulty, the food and drinks were over priced, tried to play a game of pool and it gave us two balls and had to get a refund, also our TV quality was horrible. Also put the wrong phone number for dominos pizza on our room keys.

Please, do not stay in this hotel. I know that apparently is economical but does not guarantee them safety and quietness as tourists. The hotel staff are not friendly and the service is terrible. They will not be surprised if your personal belongings are gone, because the hotel definitely will not respond. Please, do not stay here. This place is absolutely disgusting.

For the price ok. Loud ac and thin walls (woke up because of my neighbors alarm). Nice pool and short walk to the beach. Parking very expensive (30$ overnight), better park on the side of the street (3$ for 12h over night with smartphone app). Service is good. Rooms clean but old.

Unfortunately we stayed a whole week. The front entrance is beautiful. But that's it. The hotel is very outdated. The hall ways stink. The bed is extremely hard with small pillows. My back hurts as I type this. We constantly hurt ourselves on some type of step leading to our bathroom. The sunset Cafe is terrible and dark. Those pictures are misleading I saw from review. It stinks down there like mold and mildew and is over priced. You think they would discount breakfast for guest. We went next door to holiday inn. (way better quality) to eat breakfast. They discount they're guest. Food is better too. The pool is beautiful tho and the Oceanview as well. Had to pay 100 more for the view. Would not recommend. Will Never come back.

Very bad hotel rooms. The Lobby looks very nice but once you get the room enters atrocious. Dirty mattresses up to leaking toilet. No make space for a car of your own, just a Garage with a over the but per day 30 dollars with discount Hotel 28 dl. Well my case is it not never again.

I give this hotel 4 stars based on the price paid, location, and overall property. Lobby is nice, Hotel outside is nice, Pool area is really nice. You walk out of pool area onto boardwalk and beach. It is next to 3/4/5 star places that cost between double and 4x the price. Those expecting 3-5 star hotels for Dayisnn price are not realistic. The rooms are smaller and older. They are clean and overall decent. Bathroom is on tiny side, but still functional. I had no issues with the staff, and they were always generally helpful and friendly. All the horrible reviews are from people with unrealistic expectations and or love to complain. All beach hotels pretty much have paid additional parking. You can park on meters for about 8 per day, free overnight. And from another actually useful review, you can park for 8 for 24 hours about 4 blocks away walking over the inter-coastal. BTW I stayed here 16 nights, and would come back again when visiting Miami.

Can hear ricer exhausts from 10th floor, AC unit is underpowered, Can hear children screaming from next room, shower is not totally clean, Wi-Fi is unbearable and not even usable, no fridge or microwave and I'm paying for a safe for some reason. I didn't have a issue with the elevators and my room didn't smell. I also hardly bother with hotel staff so I didn't find an issue.

Stayed 2 nights, March 30-31, I give it Zero stars out of 5. What a dump, nothing works, the staff is completely rude and useless. Please never stay here,, you will be sorry. The plumbing didn't work, they had the air conditioning turned off in the hallways, the whole place smelled like a filthy gymnasium locker room. The Wi-Fi didn't work, the windows are so thin, you can hear every sound from the outside even 5 stories up. If it was free I would refuse to stay there ever again. I read 1 review on here saying it is like they do not want customers, and are doing their best to turn people away, and I completely agree,, and for me, it worked, I will never darken their door step ever, not in Miami, and not anywhere else in the world.

PLEASE DON'T STAY HERE unless you enjoy staying with roaches. This hotel is only slightly cheaper than the other ones and it is most definitely not worth the money. I never never write reviews but I had to go the extra mile and let everyone know. The lobby is attractive and will make you believe this place is up to par but everything about this hotel is BAD. Our bed was broken and could not be replaced. We asked for a microwave and we were charged additional and we received a broken one. The room had that old stingy smell and the bathroom was gross. And to top it off, we had roaches in the room.

Here I stayed only one night on my vacation to Miami. The only thing good that has this hotel was this q to the front of the beach. Hence the room was not so clean. The beds seemed to stone. The rooms are very small. The internet was not working so well. There is No breakfast. There's only cafe q wise bad bad and if you stay here be ready to pay about charges q do not tell you when you ask for the fourth. I would not recommend the hotel more malito in q I stay.

Mandatory fee for safe — won't let you decline. Poor customer service. $27/day for parking (if they happen to validate correctly). Coffee in the room and lobby tasted like cleaner. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. No refrigerator in room. Iron leaked.

I went around Christmas time when it was busy the staff was mainly working with customers but the Oceanside beach walk was great the pool was great too. The rooms were cheap. The lobby was nice couch to sit down and granite floors.

Read the other reviews. This place is TERRIBLE. The hotel staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. Its almost as if they no longer want customers. Don't be fooled by the "low" prices. There is a "fee" for everything. You'll get hit with a fee the moment they secure your card for the deposit. Save yourself the time. Close this tab and never view it again. You'll regret it. I for one, despite the reviews wanted to give it a chance. I regret it now. Go somewhere else. The Days Inn does not deserve your hard earned money.

Great hotel for the price. We got a hotel for a special price of $133 and thought for the location this was a great price, since it was right on the beach and only minutes from South Beach. Room was average, but we were not expecting much. However the downstairs restaurant was not worth visiting. We waited for 1 hour and never got drinks or food so we ended up leaving. Also the only late night delivery Soo Bee Food Mart was THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF THE TRIP! DO NOT ORDER HERE! We were on hold for 30 minutes, decided to cancel our order and reorder from a different restaurant, but the Soo Bee Food Mart delivery man still came with random food and was a complete jerk! Meanest person we have ever met. Just cannot stress enough how awful this restaurant was and to avoid at all costs.

True 2 weeks at the days Inn, all tip top for the price. The people are friendly and very helpful, to which it's easy to reach, directly in front of a station, with compound to the airport by bus and other important places. :)

Worst hotel we've seen so far!
in the breakfast room, tore was more fat on the ground as in the Pan, upholstered benches and chairs. Black hair under the bed sheet and the ' fresh installed handtüchtern by the cleaning ladies, but the worst is the mildew smell in the rooms because it can open a single window. 20 min waiting for the elevator not holding on the floor where you want to. Pool area was also very gammlig. The worst hotel we have ever Lakes.
