Really pretty lobby everything was white including the bar. Staff was very friendly hotel room was nice had a fully equipped kitchen was close to the beach.

Great location! very accommodating. We arrived early amd thwy gave us towels amd cooler to go to the beach with and also got us into our room hours early. Would stay here whemever possible.

Very relaxing and in the middle of everything shopping restaurants and clubs. Also customer service was warm and on point. We'll be back.

No parking garage and rude staff that aren't to helpful. Never found out about the amenities for the beach until the day of check out! Overpriced drinks at the lounge bar. Decor looks like 90's lux would be for a teen club.

Nice hotel. Only one block away from beach. ONLY one down fall NO PARKING Options. Had park car one and a half mile away from hotel. Recommend dropping luggage at hotel before you check in. Then call for lyft or uber to transport you back to hotel. Oh yeah they are efficiencies complete kitchens with pots, pans and dishes, so it is great for families who prefer to cook instead of paying the high prices for food.

This is a great hotel the pictures look exactly how it looks online the staff was friendly and quick check in. The room is great for families, couples get away, or just a trip with friends. The bathroom is nice very hot water which I loved the entire trip, The bed was very comfortable as well. This hotel gives you beach chairs, cooler, and towels to take to the beach!

Great location Excellent price/quality ratio. The only thing is that it has no parking but they offer you close and economic options.

I thoroughly enjoy this hotel. It only gets 4 stars instead of 5 for a few reasons. 1) I could hear every single thing that went on in the street next to the bedroom. Either the exterior walls or Windows were very thin. Not much they can do about that as they are in a great location so noise is bound to occur. 2) No hotel parking. Parking was. 3 miles away. About a 7-10 minutes walk. 3) The kitchen was slightly dirty. But they have a full kitchen! I would recommend this hotel especially for anyone going out to Liv nightclub that night!

Clean, safe, friendly staff. Self parking is reasonable price ($1 per hour or $8 per day) payable with card only. Has security officer onsite but in parking garage 4 blocks away. Walk was good to me but might not be for everyone.

This place was very fresh. Comfortable. Good location. What was appalling though was the refusal to accommodate simple religious needs. I thought we are living in the usa… another inconvenience was that room service is not English speaking. Feels a bit like a foreign country.

Large room, clean & modern. Staff was nice, you get free towels and a cooler to take to the beach. DO NOT PASS ON THE COOLER! The beer in the hotel is $5 a can, but if you think you are getting a better deal at the beach, you are sadly mistaken. $13 for a can of Corona. Also, no parking so if you have a rental car, you have to walk 5-6 blocks to a parking garage.

Great Rooms (up to date). Parking is paid but located about 3/10 mile away. Not a bad walk though. Would stay again.

Great apartment to stay in. Near a decent amount of restaurants. Amenities are great. Mini store on 1st floor and Walgreens a block away.

Very nice hotel; bar didn't open until after 3 or 4. Guests on vacation like to start as soon as they arrive to relieve the stress and begin their vacation. They need a shuttle.

The hotel room. Was awesome! It was roomy and very comfortable. The hotel was so clean and fresh looking. The employees were very friendly. Parking was the only issue and caused me to be very irritated upon arrival because of having to park 10 min away from the hotel and walk back. Other than the parking, everything else was great and the beach accommodations added additional value to the experience.

Rooms are nice and clean. Lobby is quite modern with a beautiful neon blue bar. I'd certainly come back again.

Amazing service / location / price Rooms own laundy area, TV, big bed with a lot of pillows, hair dryer for your girl, bathtub, kitchen inlcude cookware, refrigerator and even they have an area in the beach (wich is like a 100 mts) where you can have chairs, umbrellas and towells while you stay.

Excellent facilities ideally placed for miami beach very short walk across road.

We Loved our Stay, Beautiful, Convenient, Spacious Rooms, Great Lobby, Walking Distance to Beach, Bars and Restaurants. The only Down side is the Parking… Its very hard to find around the Hotel.

Very good apartment, spacious, comfortable and cheap. Very well located 2 blocks from the beach and with food shops nearby like Subway.

The place is nice, not exactly as we expected "Beach front property" seemed to be "Right next to the beach" but it isn't. That said, it is only a block away. Our biggest issue was the attitude of the staff, aside from the bar tender, they seemed very rude and I hesitated leaving any of my stuff with them, as they offer to watch it while your room gets ready, which you can't check in no matter what until 3 pm. The room was very nice, seemed clean, they had a full kitchen and nice couch. If you are staying more than a night it might be worth the hassle of the staff's poor attitudes, otherwise I'd choose someone else for a one night stay.

Terrible experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely rude and entitled. View Trip Advisor reviews on this hotel, they cancel reservations regularly and then transfer you to another hotel that is less expensive while refusing to refund your payment. Absolute scam.

The Hotel is beautiful. Great hall. Family room huge and super-accessorised. Refrigerator coffee maker toaster kitchen oven dishwasher washing machine tumble dryer (in-room).

For $109 per night, the best hotel ive ever stayed at. A kitchen that comes with everything. Its own pots, pans, cutting board to plates and wine glasses. It is a full kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave, and a DISHWASHER. The shower is big enough for 2, good for that romantic time with your S. O. Washer and dryer is also in your room as well. The lobby has a very nice lounge area, complete with a bar and little convenience store. And the staff is so friendly! This hotel earned its 5 stars to me! I will be returning to this hotel on my next Miami visit!

Nice price for what we got. No complaints gave us a $50.00 voucher for the bar for staying 4 nights. Bartender Nicoke offered the best service ever she was so nice! Room was so nice and very very clean! I loved my stay here. Also very close to Liv.

We had a great time there while in Miami! Only complaint is parking is horrible and expensive and there was quite a bit of construction going on this time last year, but we had a beautiful room with a good view! Not to mention the gorgeous lobby! Not too far from clubs, restaurants, and just a mile or 2 from a beach! Will go back there if I go to Miami again!

Modern, Super Clean, Spectacular. Lowest Prices in the area, you won't find this type of quality and service for such a low price in Miami Beach.

I stayed in the Westover Arms hotel for a week with 3 others. The hotel has a beautiful modern decor to it. Its very spacious and comfortable and in a prime area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others! The only thing that bothered me was the fact that the blankets are these warm comforters as opposed to a regular feathered blanket.

Great, friendly staff! Short walk to the beach with complimentary towels and reserved lounge chairs on the beach. Rooms were very clean, and it was great to have a kitchenette and free laundry in our room. So happy with my choice to stay here, and can't beat the price!

Internet did not work in the suite. Host response: If you're not happy you're leaving. I've already set my answer I stay. Never again I give my private money in a hotel.

After being told a certain price by the bar tender. Latifa. Who may have been drunk or high considering they were discussing how great crack n dr. Pepper is together… I was later charged $20 for a drink that I was told would only be 11. Then she called manager Joseph who was very rude I would never stay here nor drink at their bar which is bar 41. Definitely gets 0stars with me.

One of the cleanest hotels I've ever been. But across the street from the beach. Nice lobby and bar. Compared to other hotels in this area reasonably priced. The only complaint I have is the lack of parking. Cheapest public parking garage is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel otherwise it's $40 a day with in reason we walking distance. I feel the price of the rooms they should have some kind of parking accommodation whether it's included in the price or at least discount at a local parking garage.

Hotel is very nice and in a good location. Amentites were good. They provide vouchers for the beach so you are able to get umbrellas, chairs, towels, and a cooler. There a few things I had an issue with. I did not like that fact that the room floors are not carpeted. There are not many resturants near by. The convenience store did not have fresh items. There were some items I purchased that were stale and I had to get a refund.

Horrible customer service, since being here its been terrible service.
