IPhone robbed I just a few minutes of walking into club…. Security looked in my bag…. Must of had me pointed out for hit as they knew exactly how to find it……then no one helps at club…. Told me never happens…. Google it…. Happens everyday there……security needs to be investigated……cost me $1500 for new phone……LIV and Fountainbleau STINK…. Go elsewhere.

Had the best time of my life at the LIV Miami got to hang out with Lil Wayne and a bunch of people I know from all over all in one place at the same time it was like a movie the security was excellent and the whole staff was professional and very helpful.

Its a great club nice staff and good vibe Liv Miami is lit.

Over priced and dance floor is way too small.

This place is absolute garbage. They require a dress code for a slummy environment. There is nothing here that is upscale, or fancy enough to require a dress code. The bouncers and stuff are down right RUDE. No regard for anyone. They will put their hands on you, push you out of the way, just for walking too slow, or in a manor they dislike. Spent $500 in total here to see Akon, who never even made an appearance! The DJ just played a bunch of middle school dance songs. The drinks were $25. A waste of money and time if you ask me.

Very upscale nightclub, with table service! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are fair for the club scene. They always have the best acts and DJ's!

Too lit! Gucci came through with the surprise performance and the vibe was on point. Definitely recommend.

Excellent place to party with friends, dj Mednas was amazing. The themes of the events are always unique together with the invited artists. The price is fair with respect to the experience lived 🤩🤩

The security at this club is very biased! They will think they know who you are and wrongfully accuse you of something you never did, or never been a part of. They take their authority and ruin your night all off of assumptions and racial profiling. Completely ruined my birthday & I’m a regular. I can only imagine how their treating new guest. They don’t listen to you talk, it’s their way only, and that’s a big problem when your dealing with guest in your establishment. In this place, the guest is never right.

Waste of time and money. $100 to get in. $15 dollar service charge. $48 to park car. Ne-Yo came on at 3 am and lip synched to 2 songs. Drinks are over priced. Security is extremely rude. You have to stand the entire time. Only place to sit down costs money. Will never go again. Learned a lesson. Stay away!

My stay here was comfy. The bed is comfortable. The room is clean. The staff is nice. The complimentary breakfast is a nice touch. Pastry options, cereal, milk and water. Enough to hold you over until you leave out for the day. The lobby is small, but nicely decorated. Great location for taking pictures, but it smells (bad). The smell that greets you upon entering is what caused the 1-star reduction.

Because we didn’t have a second one, we’ve been blackmailed… one hundred pesos to enter in the LIV! Pesos in USA… you got to be kidding me… Sounds like the 2 guys at the entrance were there for a scam…!

Great place, definitely awesome location in Mid Beach, much more reasonably priced than the big resorts, and absolutely the friendliest staff. We even had the person in charge of room cleaning go to great lengths to help us find a little bracelet that ended up in the trash (it was found in the outside dumpster). The person assisting with the breakfast buffet was also one of the nicest people. For parking, there is a city garage with $1/hr or $8/day within easy walking distance. Beach is about 2 blocks. Continental breakfast was a nice touch and offered good choices. Our double room would have been big enough for another air mattress and was very stylish and clean. Definitely a way above average budget choice.

My first time in Miami and I had to go experience LIV on Sunday! It was everything I imagined it to be, drinks were good, not watered down, DJ was lit, atmosphere was everything! I had no bad run ins with staff or security! Beautiful sight, everyone dressed to impress! I enjoyed my birthday at LIV it is a club for the rich and famous so to have the opportunity to party amongst celebrities and athletes the price was fair for me! I can’t wait to go back! It was lit, and the lobby was lit!

One of the best nightclubs I’ve ever been to. At par with Hakkasan Las Vegas. Cleaners wanted to clean the paper frills from the floor right away after they were thrown in the air and I’m like I have my fav song playing, let me dance, No Move, ok sure. Why? Overall a very memorable night. Would recommend to everyone for that experience when in Miami. From Calgary, Canada.

Was looking for the best, most affordable hotel for my best friends wedding and I came across this cute little place. The reviews were the best for the price range so we booked it and I'm SO happy we did! The location was perfect, hotel was clean, staff was friendly, beds comfy, breakfast included (bagels, muffins, cereal, coffee, orange juice), and right on a river/channel. It's a perfect hotel if you're looking for a great place to sleep and shower!

After spending my entire work day reading yelp reviews about LIV, I was stressed and not expecting a good time to say the least. My group of four girls pre bought tickets, got right in and grabbed an expensive drink. We were invited to a private booth by a few guys who turned out to be super nice and we were able to drink for free with them and dance. I guess what I'm saying is if the cards are right, you're not shrek, and the stars align-you'll have a good time. Also bouncers were nice and not rude like any reviews said. People just don't understand night clubs I guess and get mad.

The hotel itself was great. Nice clean rooms, there's no pool but it offers a cute little courtyard. We left the hotel around 10:30 p. M. To try to find something to eat and didn't feel too safe. We noticed multiple cop cars on the next block and apparently there was an armed robbery just minutes before we turned the corner. The proximity to the beach was great, however. Easy walk (I would recommend during the day).

I absolutely love this boutique hotel. The rooms are clean the beds are big and squishy. The service was great. Continental breakfast was simple yet filling. I will definitely be back there before my next cruise!

Well in general, but does not have parking and there is not much place to eat nearby. The good thing is that it is steps from the beach and give you towels.

Waited in line for 2 hours as we were instructed to do since tables were sold out. My group and I were well prepared to pay the cover despite costs. We were treated HORRIBLY, after we were randomly “selected” (so there was no point in waiting) I misunderstood sirs question and I replied with “we’ll pay to be in” and he proceeded to tell me to shut the f*** up and that I was an idiot for saying we’d pay and he walked away. So we left and took our MONEY ELSEWHERE. Disgusting staff and more repulsive general experience.

If I could give this club no stars I would! I came alllll the way from london and got treated like shit! The bouncers r a disgrace and racist as hell, I have never experienced such a thing, this has totally put me off America and definitely this stupid club! This would never happen in the UK… the bouncers r sooooo rude and ignore you when u r talking or askin questions and act like they do not see u! The moment something comes that fits what they think is nice they let them in and the go back to ignoring u. There was a girl who came n was dressed nice and infront of everyone was told she cannot get in which I didnt get but it was because she didn’t fit! It is so sad as some people r I secure and wud take that personally and even attempt suicide… anyway rant over.

Great boutique hotel with everything you would expect. I got there the day of my reservation at about 10:30am just looking to drop our bags. The receptionist was very pleasant and went out of her way to talk to housekeeping to see if they had a room available. She got me checked in right away and we were able to get changed and came down for beach chairs, towels and an umbrella. It was a quick 1 block walk to a great beach. Our room was pretty big, clean and ac was great. Bathroom was small but doable (two people getting ready at the same time is tricky) but the hairdryer was worthless. Location was a quick uber to South Beach but was far enough that it was cheaper and quieter.

Great club! Great diverse collection of people all ages and races! It was amazing! Great music and venue! We had VIP access and it was well worth it! It does get packed! I would use @ All Access Miami for the vip info we loved that experience I think they are on instagram! All around amazing night!

Perfect 3 star hotel. Rooms are fairly new. Really clean. Staff is helpful. 3 minute walk to the beach. Don't forget to ask towels and chairs for the beach you can borrow then for free. Not the best breakfast but no complaints, because eating in Miami is super expensive. So at least you save that. You get bagels, muffin, cereal, juice and coffee.

Staff seemed nice, entire hotel was clean, decor extremely cute and modern. It's a no thrill hotel down the block from the beach. No free parking available and really, no local spots for late night fun, which kind of stunk.

This was the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. Their is zero service or hospitality. The staff are extremely rude. They did not service the room, they were abrupt when we called reception. This Hotel I believe is owned by Brazilians for Brazilians. It is not a full service Hotel. Poor value for money compared to other Hotels of similar standard. I would never stop here again. If you wanted to be treated like dirt this is the place to be.

Went for my birthday this weekend and had a blast. Easy entry, reasonable cover charge, friendly staff, great environment. Will definitely visit again.

Very good place. Good location, parking service, breakfast, Bay View. Close to pharmacies and markets. Super comfy beds clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent choice for Familaias. Very safe and in a safe area.

Parking around the hotel gets expensive, the breakfast was not very good and you get charged a 16 dollar resort fee. Beds and the rooms were ok.

Good place. Should take out the carpet and improve the breakfast.

Wonderful small hotel in the heart of Miami Beach. The hotel is definitely in a great location and their breakfast while not hot is well put together. I only wish they had more seating or a larger area to eat but the small size of it also works because it gives you some coziness. It is also possible to sit outside to eat breakfast if you come early enough since there are only two tables outside. Breakfast had a nice variety to pick from. The room was amazingly awesome full of snacks and a small fridge overly full with alcohol for those that want to pay for the extras. It's nice to have the options if one does not want to have to go to the store. My room had an excellent View. Valet parking is a little expensive however there are plenty of street parking. The outside of the hotel definitely does not do it any justice. I felt that the hotel was reasonably price and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Miami Beach area because it is extremely convenient to the beach and plenty of stores and restaurants.

There's no parking There's no service from staff at night There's no in house facilities. There's only 1 public toilet in the lobby and for good measure the toilet in our room was out of order. Which means everytime we had to go we had to go downstairs. Breakfast is continental and they use what ever limited lobby space, which is already so small to put in a few tables for breakfast. We could not control the air conditioner and we only got a sheet to sleep with. Even the extra we asked for was paper thin. It was cold. The hotel doesn't even give free tea and coffee in the room. The only good enough thing about the hotel is that it was walking distance from the beach.

The hotel is conveniently located in a convenient location. Bus stop from the Miami Trolley (which can be used for free) and right next to the Citybikes (which can be rented at a vending machine and can be returned anywhere in Miami Beach) is only 3 minutes away. Walking away. The beach is just 2 minutes away. Walk.
The hotel itself is very well maintained. The staff is very nice and helpful.
The hotel makes a new impression and the rooms are not used to.
There is a star deduction for the very small breakfast offer (see photo). Next for the fact that the temperature of the air conditioner cannot be changed (we had frozen at night) and for the light-hearted walls. You can hear your neighbour snore at night, so clairvoyant it is. Amazingly, the outer walls are very soundproofed, so that there was hardly anything from the road traffic.
But all in all we can recommend the hotel!

Good hotel well placed near the beach, pay attention paid parking, and breakfast a bit too light (no hot chocolate for kids and no eggs bacon) but that's my opinion.

We've loved our experience here. The room was stunning and the receptionist were super kind to us. Maybe is usual there but what I didn't understand when we greeted like "Hello" to the room maids and they said no single thing. Is this behavior common in the Estates? The breakfast was delicious but no much people there liked to have breakfast near a 9 month baby, Not even que waiter. The waiter was visibly angry with my baby boy sounds and actions and she started to have awkward look of disapproval language about us with the receptionist.

It was a fun little hotel, in a great location. We enjoyed the continental breakfast very much. My only somewhat negative experience was the fact that the shower didn't have a door. Every time we took a shower, the bathroom floor would get all wet and we had to use just about every one of our towels. Also, the walls are thin, so you do hear the neighbors pretty easily. But, it wouldn't keep us from returning. The beds are very comfortable, and the staff was very courteous.

They are all racists and liars. They simply wanted to get rid of me because I am Jewish. They dared tell me that they did not have any more rooms available when I could very clearly see that they did. I went online and checked room availability; lying is no longer as easy as it used to be. They simply lied to me so I had to leave. They are certainly not worth what they charge. Keep away from them.

Good value for south beach. Room was a little small but very clean and stylish.

The hotel was nice, cozy, clean & great location. BUT the best part of our stay was Daniela, she was the best! She made sure we had everything we needed. Her smile and grace was a nice welcoming. Cozy Hotel. Very good location 10 min walk to the beach. And a 40-minute walk from Lincon Road. Clean and good care.

The rooms are really nice and the beds comfortable. Good starting point to visit Miami Beach. Unfortunately the walls are very noisy and you get everything with (neighbors, doors etc)

Reasonably priced, nice room, AC worked good, clean and modern. The stuff was good and helpful. Not much food for breakfast. Two minutes from the beach. I would stay here again.

Located in mid beach, the hotel is quaint but well put together. Rooms are fairly large and well decorated with most of the expected amenities. The staff is friendly for the most part and the hotel provides free breakfast (Continental), beach towels, chairs and umbrellas free of charge upon request. There's no parking but valet is available for ~$40/day. As with most places in Miami beach a resort fee also applies.

The decor of this hotel almost made me want to rate it four stars, I was very impressed by it. It's very chic and modern. But I was highly disappointed about the fact that they have NO mirrors in their hotel rooms which is nonsensical and inconsiderate of women guests. That's a pretty big deal, as two females literally had to delay a few plans because we had to take turns using the tiny bathroom mirror. The people at the front desk were nice and seemed really positive, but they could be more helpful. My debit card was incorrectly charged and when I called someone about it, they said I had to wait until the next day to talk to the manager. I thought that was very unprofessional. But overall, the hotel was really clean and in a convenient location. I would consider staying again only if they remember that they have women guests and update their rooms with the proper necessities.

Pleasant experience for an overnight stay. Chic place with genuine style, a bit noisy, but that's expected from a building this old. Reasonable breakfast. Comfy King bed and nice bathroom. Great for beach access. TIP: parking is difficult to find, so try the public parking place across the bridge for $8 a day.

I stayed there for 4 days, and have nothing bad to say. The price was excellent, especially compared to other boutique hotels in Miami Beach. The lobby instantly makes you feel welcome, and the workers are very nice and helpful. If anything stood out, it was the cleanliness. Everything seems extremely well maintained, and the rooms are nicely designed. Breakfast was more than satisfying, with a wide range of choice between croissants, fruits, cereals, and expresso/cappuccino upon request. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better hotel at this price, and I will most definitely return.

Comfortable rooms, dividing walls of gypsum panels that do not have very good acoustic insulation. A little pricey in the cost-quality ratio but not many cheaper hotels on the turn. If you don't have a car, it's a bit far from the Miami move.
