This hotel is the worst, I would not recommend this hotel. We checked in and our door lock was hanging, we asked for another room and they gave us a room without a fridge we explained that we needed a fridge to keep iv antibiotics cold. There was no manager on duty or maintenance person to bring us a fridge. I had to keep my antibiotics on ice. We decided to check out the next day and not finish our stay there. The clerk charged us twice, a month later my husband and I have still not been reimbursed our money. We tried contacting the manager Tiffany but she refuse to talk or return corporate or our calls. Please do not stay here or give them credit card information. This hotel dont even deserve 1 star.

I'm currently spending a second night here. The hotel is nice. Breakfast is delicious. The staff helpful. Room is clean. Pool is stellar. It's close to everything as well. Grade A lodging.

This could have been a better stay if the air conditioning system worked and if the staff would've been accommodating. There were roaches in our room and all the front desk said was "Florida is known for bugs" (I have video). The pool was dirty and the lights surrounding it had some sort of shortage. The hotel is a need of a make over. And during breakfast when things ran out the lady just said "well breakfast started at 7, you should be here then. People tend to over eat so you have to get here early. " But how can a person over eat at a buffet?

Really convenient location to restaurants, gas station, interstate, late night places etc. Friendly staff, laundry on site, pool doesn't close at a certain time. It was also pretty clean, no bed bugs! Only downside was the keys worked 1/2 the time, the room service was hit or miss and the gazebo area by the pool was slightly hazardous. That being said, everything was awesome speaking on a business stay. Thanks ramada!

Booked through Wyndham rewards. Hotel was good for price. Elevators need inspection since last inspected in 2015, and rooms need updating, but they were clean and beds were soft. Front desk originally tried to put us in a 1 bed room, but corrected it when I pointed out the "mistake". Overall, it was a nice stay.

Pretty much, I paid full price and received an apology in return. I do not recommend this hotel. In addition, there was ONLY coffee to drink at breakfast. We asked about juice or tea and were brought tap water. Upd. I have added a screenshot as proof. This location did not address my issues until I was checking out and even then, only with an apology.

Horrible Hotel. Filthy accommodations. Rude staff and completely unpleasant night. The first room they offered me appeared to be lived, garbage and rubbage were all over the room. Trash was everywhere. Housekeeping could not have touched the room for days. The second room they put me in smelled like body odor. Baby spiders appeared to have taken over one of the beds. The refrigerator and the AC had a high-pitch buzz throughout the entire night which made the stay even better. Since it was midnight when checking in, I talked myself into ignoring the vast majority of the problems in front of me only to find out they charged my card $100 deposit for possible smoking & claimed it was policy. But when I asked for literature on the policy the only thing he produced was attitude & the paper I signed stating that 'if smoking was determined a $150 fee would be applied'. Oh, and I believe there were drug deals & prostitutes lingering in the parking area. Never again Ramada Inn. I hope I didn't get athlete's foot standing in your tub. Oh, you know what, the bathroom tiles were new! But housekeeping will definitely ensure they won't stay that way. The crevices are already building up a pink slime in most of the grooves & corners. Thank you for garbage experience, the photos online MUST be fake because no aspect of my visit was enjoyable, except for the departure.

Very expensive for the caludad of the room. Hong an the techno, covered bath and bad smell in the bedroom.

Great hotel for for the price. Rooms were clean and spacious. Close to restaurants although they have a bar/ restaurant in the hotel that I didn't get to try. Breakfast was the normal for a hotel breakfast but it was good. Would definitely recommend this place.

Maybe I was just unlucky with the two rooms my girlfriend and I were shown but I found what looked to be some form of mold coming out of ceiling tiles. Also the two rooms we were shown had a terribly strong odor coming from them. One none smoking room definetly had just been smoked in. The guy at the front desk was nice and stated my girlfriend and I would get a refund so hope to get that soon. If not, I'm going to have to keep this one star review up. I have asthma and this place would never work for an asthmatic like me. I think maybe they just had a problem with housecleaning staff for those rooms. I know rooms were limited for our stay, still they really need to clean the rooms on the third floor and clean out the vents. Mold or dust was literally all over toilet. It was falling out of vent. Also found a roach in room. Hopefully, this will be fixed soon.

Kind of old and unkept but it is super cheap. Good for a night stay if you're traveling down 95. Front desk was nice.

Hotel clean, beds good and seem new. Breakfast included free. Only problem we had is, no waste baskets except in bathroom, also no pens pencils or stationery in room. Continental breakfast was included and was good, staff friendly and professional.

Just avoid staying there. Don’t know how they got the recommendations they did. Rooms smell smoke, mold everywhere and the area the hotel is over there is really bad.

Scam artists! I booked a deal through a 3rd party website for a 1 night stay and after booking, I called to confirm my reservation to be sure it went through. After confirming on the phone, and confirming in an email my reservations, I drove the 13 hours to Jacksonville. Upon arrival, I was told they were sold out and that my deal was not being honored, that they made a mistake and called everyone who received the deal (they didn’t). They left me stranded in Jacksonville without a hotel room. Don’t trust this hotel, they are shady as hell.

The hotel is undergoing renovations and there's a lot to be desired. They used a carpet deodorizer in our first room that forced us to move. Our second room smelled marginally better, but still had a lot of things wrong (see chair that has food embedded in it). Still, Ramada has always been a good place to stay, and it was reasonably inexpensive.

I stayed there for about a week when my sister got married. Good breakfast and the workers were all nice. Food was delivered to our door. Our key stopped working often but was fixed quickly. Nice rooms and pool.

I was planning on staying at this location but due to the owners response to negative reviews I have decided to book elsewhere. The owners response shows very poor customer service before you even step into the place. Not a good look. You should be fired because you obviously don't belong in the hospitality business.

The rooms smell of mildew and the hotel offers only double or King Ligs, which is inconvenient for families that are more than 2

Very sorry I was ever on staff here. Talk about unprofessional. And problems in about every single room. Mold, etc.

First of all, the front desk attendant was rude and made checking in an unpleasant experience. Upon entering the room, there was a musty smell and the AC was very loud and made it impossible to even hear the TV. To top it all off, there is no Wi-Fi except for in the lobby, the toilet stopped working and was moldy, and the cable shut off and eventually came back on. The lobby is nice, but rooms are outdated. Please don't waste your time or money here!

Those reviews were not my experience at all. Yes, it is a bit dated, but all in all I was very satisfied with everything. The room was very clean, all the linens were new and fresh seeming, the air conditioner was great and very quiet. I wasn't able to partake in the "free" breakfast, but there were signs posted advertising it for $6.99. The staff was great, very helpful, and the young lady working when I checked in was very cute and bubbly. The gentleman that checked me out in the morning was polite and cheerful. Based on my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Horrible! Room 1: Room service never came and brought towels or to make up room. Bathroom tub didn't drain. Coffee stains in the sink. Nasty. Requested a new room Room 2: Smelled wet and like mold. Light and fan in restroom didn't work. Room 3: Microwave doesn't work. The hotel has wall paper falling from the walls. Guest services was decent. Won't stay here again.

Reserved rooms using rewards points, received confirmation email and tried to checking to the hotel. When I gave my information to the clerk she said she didn't have any reservations under that name. For the next two hours she called different people at Wyndham to verify my reservation and finally a completely new reservation was made and I was able to checkin.

The only reason why this hotel's getting the one star is because I have to put 1. Do not be fooled by the online pictures this place is very run down. The non-smoking room smelt of smoke so bad you could not breath in there. When I went to check out faster than I checked in we found a crack pipe in the parking lot. No key was needed for the outside doors to get inside the hotel as it did not even match up to the frame w.

The front desk people tell you there is a breakfast and point at a nice restaraunt area. However, once you check in and get upstairs, a sign states they no longer serve hot breakfast. Not only that, but the continental breakfast has a waffle maker for which they CHARGE $3 to make your own waffle. We had to change rooms because the A. C. Didn't work. The elevators were VERY sketchy. It was overall fairly clean, though. It was NOT a great experience.

Everything was nice… except for some of the food that was catered. The salmon was over cooked and the fried kale was greasy and had a slight burnt taste. The staff was great though!

The worst experience ever. To start off that the key machine was not working for two day straight, I reserved a two bed bedroom they gave me one of one bed with promise tomorrow I will get a new one, and the front desk was giving us the master key and asked us to bring it back instead of coming with us to save us the trip. The front desk team was very unprofessional, the second day I came in the only one out side smoking right at the door and she see us coming and doesn't even move we had to wait until she finish her cigarette. Their cleanning was horrible since the house keeping never when until I when very angry to the front desk (They did not change the bed sheet after finally going). Worst of that the famous breakfast that its complementary in all their ads its not free. I understand sometimes we people need to save some money but please STAY AWAY!

Seems pretty nice. I did not stay overnight, but I saw a room with 2 full beds. The fridge was roomy and there was a microwave, as well. Staff was nice and polite as well.

Ramada at 9150 Baymeadow's road, Jacksonville, Florida 32256, has let the owners turn the Hotel into a truck stop. You look out your windows and all you see if semi's, hookers, and drug addicts mixed with drunken truckers. This once was a nice area but this hotel is tearing the area apart and Wydham/Ramada Hotels is letting them utilize this area incorrectly. stay away from this place at all cost.

The beds are very comfy. Rooms are nice and clean. Dont spend the $6.99 for the hot breakfast unless your desperate for it. I didnt even see an omelette station. You can get the same stuff at a Quality Inn or a Holiday Inn for free.

I went during my visit to MEPS and the staff were really friendly and helpful. They had respect towards all of the recruits and a good sense of acknowledgement towards our decision. The rooms were also nice, neat, and stocked with amenities.

Location was convinient. Was there for meps so handled by seperate staff and lounge. Only negative I experienced was 2nd floor excersize equipment was in need of maintenance, treadmill belt contacted on every step leaving it dangerously unsafe above 3.

Had many troubles with this place. The drapes didn't close, up all night with a light coming in window. The bed frame sticking out, cut my husband leg and bugs by the microwave! Very upset. Looks nice … Then you find the above. Sad.

I stay here 2-3 times a month on business. Always good service at the front desk and rooms are clean. Rates are fair and the location is pretty central in Jacksonville, you can get anywhere you need to be in about 20 minutes.
