Worst customer service ever! Me and my wife planned on finally getting away and going to welcome to Rockville in Jacksonville. We never get to do anything so we planned way ahead of time period got a baby sitter got time off work and booked a room here through booking. Com. We called the motel and the woman assured me we had our room and everything was set. Today when we were supposed to check in we call the motel and the woman says she wasn't the one we talked to even though she's the same woman because she kept calling me sweetie or darling every other word and her name was even the same. Anyway she told me that we booked our room through a discount site and during these events people come in and pay cash prices and buy out the rooms for a higher rate and that's what happened to us. So now we have nowhere to stay and our whole vacation is ruined.

Yeah! That’s true. This place is “a joke. ” It is the worst place I’ve ever ever ever stayed in. I had a room for two days, but I regretted every single penny I paid. Here are my story. I came to this place because I was visiting the city and desperately needed a place to stay only for two days. I had the first night and in the morning I came to the front desk to have the address just in case I needed later. There was an Indian lady in the office. I said hi, but she didn’t r…eply. She said how can I help you? I told her that I needed the address. She asked me if I was staying there and I told her yes. Also she asked me if I needed the address for myself or someone else. I told her that I needed it for myself. She was talking to me without even bothering herself to look at my face. She was too busy writing something. I kept asking her. She finally came out and handed me a card with the address. In the evening, I came back. I found a white girl in the front desk. I said good evening, but she did not say anything back. I swear. She was shying her face away from me. She didn’t wanted to talk to me. I asked her about the Wi-Fi password. She asked if I had a room there and I told her yes. From her facial expression she seemed like she wanted to pick a fight with me. I don’t know why she treated me like that. Literally, that was the worst feeling I’ve ever had since I came to the United States more than 5 years ago. Guys! Please do not come to this place.

Checked in on 8/17/17 the person at the front desk charged my card twice and drained my account. She then proceeded to tell me if I wanted a room I would have to pay cash. Using my phone I show her where both transactions are processing. She tells me that both are voided but can only show a slip for one being voided. I ended up pay twice for one room for one night. I still have not been refunded my 67.00 charge on my card and the owner just hides and has excuses. Didn't know businesses robbed customers like that.

Booked a room here online and booked the wrong date two weeks away, tried to call and get them to switch dates or cancel and they will not help in any way. They do not care about their customers at all, all they care about is money! Don't stay here or you'll regret it! Wish I would of read the reviews before I booked.
