The location of the hotel is very convenient. The condition of the room was ok. The lid on the tank of the toilet was broken and should probably be replaced. The wall unit holding the TV and mini fridge looked like it has seen better days. It was pretty obvious that whoever cleaned the room last didn't look down as I picked up quite a bit of change from the floor.

Staff really nice. Cleaning lady is precious. Rooms are large, nice and very clean. I would stay here again. Quite place.

The absolute worst hotel at which I almost stayed; stay anywhere else! There are open-air drug deals and prostitution on the property. My room had blood stains on the light switch and the foyer had rotting furniture stacked up. I called the front desk to complain but no body answered. I ended up swallowing the cost and getting another hotel for the night. This place is an absolute nightmare; do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else, no matter the cost. *UPDATE* After requesting a refund via email, the management politely refunded my money.

One of the worst hotels I stayed at; the neighbors were obnoxiously loud so early in the morning and at night. Tried to sleep in but was woken up by people yelling at each other for no reason. The staff hardly speaks any English and heckled us about leaving when we were waiting on our ride to a different hotel. Because they hardly speak English, they just didn’t understand when we were saying we were leaving right then. The room itself was nice but the “neighbors” and staff make it a terrible experience to stay at.

For the money the room is okay — hotel is older, exterior worn, beds semi comfortable, bathroom was clean but old. Website says room had coffee pot, the room had coffe no pot — when asked front desk he basically didn’t care told me coffee in front 24 hours, but with a 71 year old that drinks a lot of coffee in morning that was not an option. Went and bought one from Walmart. Pool suppose to be open per website and looks open but was told can’t have access it’s not. The one thing that I wanted was a pool to relax at since this trip was short and I wouldn’t be able to go to a beach everyday. Coming from a cold weather state this was important. Although the man at the front desk gave me sorry for your luck attitude and tried to tell me website says pool closed (which doesn’t I checked again) the other people were friendly and accommodating to my elderly mother not being able to walk up steps so they made sure we had a lower level room. You get what you pay for. I didn’t expect much but the pool. Irritated.?

The dirtiest hotel I've ever been to.

Safe hotel close to highways. Good piecing. Nice staff. Well lit parking area. Comdy bed. Enjoyed my stay. I will return here.

Check in was easy and fast. Front desk guy was pleasant. Walked in room, has a funny smell but I sprayed somethin and seems fine. Floors are dirty as hell tho. I never use the top cover anywhere but sheets were clean. If your gonna stay here let it be a short stay. I just needed a room for the night so it's whatever.

Comfotable for overnight stay. Room was clean. No frills. Staff not very friendly. Did have small breakfast. Price reasonable.

The check in wasn’t smooth and once we finally got into our room there was a lot to take in. Given it was a 2-3 star hotel based on ratings I didn’t have high expectations, but the light switch didn’t work, there were holes in the walls, the doors were broken and it was difficult to open and close the main door. It was okay for the night, though I did think about spending money elsewhere to get another hotel. I wouldn’t book again personally.

Great location right off the highway. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. No noise from the highway was a plus. Breakfast was typical continental toast, cereal, waffles and coffee. Staff were friendly. Would stay again.

Has fleas in the room in the beds. Sat down for 1 min. And boom fleas jumped on me everywhere. Holes in the walls. The fridge was ingolfed with the worst fishy smell I have ever smelled in my life. Bathroom floor and tub not clean. Nothing clean. Pool filthy. Phone service doesn't work nor does the front desk phone. He doesn't answer phone's at all. Save yourself the headache and $$$ and RUN! Nice garden that's it. But this places attracts the worst of the worst people. Creeps everywhere. 2 tried getting into my room. Then stood by my window and door for a few hours. Horrifying and Mortifying place ever. Not safe. Door can be busted open so easily. Run!

OK so there was a murder here in the parking lot at 4 o'clock in the morning While I was here. My vehicle was part of the crime scene so I did not have you saw that for one full day and minutes bit refused to take me to work and it was really too late for me to get an uber. Where I was working with only a quarter of a mile away so it didn't seem unreasonable especially since the individual who was killed was staying at the hotel and the police rumors were that individual's drug dealer. With that being send the Room is nice the bed is nice which is surprising for the price The Burger happen couple of days ago and I Already booked a week through expedient and they would not give me another hotel at the same price so I stuck it out.

Housekeeping ladies are sweet as ever. They check and change towels everyday. They ask if sheets need to be changed, and abide by my do not disturb sign. (Only had 1 issue with the day manager barging in — but that was corrected real quick) Rooms are clean, beds don't have bugs. Few imperfections that could be overlooked. Been staying here for about a month until my home is ready. Night desk agent PF is an awesome very hardworking and nice man. Not a bad stay for the price at all. 5 stars due to the awesome housekeeping staff and PF.

The building was old. The rooms were clean. The breakfast area was not kept clean. The beautiful garden was full of cigarettes. We had strangers knocking on our doors at night. Kept all business stuff with us. Did not feel safe in this hotel or its surroundings.

Decent price for decent room. Could be cleaner and staff could be friendlier. Except front desk was very polite and professional.

Toilet didn't flush, mirror was broken, lights didn't turn on and cigarette ash on the floor even though we reserved a non smoking room.

I will Never again even attempt to stay at a days inn! Apparently not only are reservations meaningless but so is customer service. Even had a mid day worker whom I've never seen or spoke to yell at me on the phone and hang up on me. And please for the love of god do not accept help from the government. I have never in my life felt so helpless and degraded by a public business. Fortunately according to FL statue regulations for a state of emergency there is a court of law that will imply fines and violations for this horrible situation. I hope my painful endurance and experience with this company and efforts to see that it doesn't go unheard will help keep someone and their children from experiencing this.

This hotel is located in a bad area clearly. If I had not prepaid I definately would have left immediately. People hanging out all times of night. The room was about a 6 on a scale of 1 to 10 for cleanliness. Wasn't as bad as I expected (The outside was disgusting) but definatly left alot to be desired. I would not stay here again under any circumstances.

So far, so good. The room appears to be well kept, but the bathroom needs more work. It will have to do because my apartment is infested with wood termites.

Nice place if you don't mind the hookers and drug dealers running around. Very quaint place with a decent breakfast though.

They don't have very clean rooms first off. Second I had left my charger. Called not long after we checked out. Went back and they changed the cord out. I had an att charger and the gave me a Samsung. Then the guy got rude saying I was trying to make his housekeeper look bad. I will never book here again.

I've stayed here a number of times and always has good experiences. The management and staff are the nicest people you will ever meet. My rooms have been very clean, beds are all new and sleep awesome. If recommend to everybody.

Cleaning Staff was Very Rude and Knocked on the Door Every 10 mins like they were the Police. I left the remote control for my DVD Player and They would not go look for it when I called. The Room was very clean, and the front desk staff were so nice.

Nice staff. Good for the price. Never mind the neighbors. Nobody bothers you.

Negative 10. First I checked in with Army stuff. Foreigner that own place hates Army and English-language. After check in stale room in very back watched a drug deal happening like everyday thing right next to my car as I was moving things into room. Then prostitution 2 hookers walking like guards asking for dates. Sign says if ur car or room robbed they are not liable. No internet access and refused to change room.

Good try to clean rooms some problems with the TV very friendly employees.

Location is good. Rooms are ok need 2 tvs if you have split rooms. Service is good.

Don't stay at this days inn if you plan on getting REST. At 7 am until 4pm sounds like a day care with children running around, screaming, in & out of the pool with their clothes on, sometimes mom would yell at them, which didn't make things any better. After 5 is whoever plays their music the loudest throughout their rooms I guess is the coolest, cannot forget people playing loud ass dominos downstairs where everything echoes. Rooms are dirty, seems as they don't clean behind the doors or under counters gross. Too bad I couldn't post pic cause I have one. Pay a little more and stay at a regular hotel not this cracked out place. I'd rather be at motel 6, not kidding.

I'm not the type of person to leave reviews in this case I had to me and my kids went last week and it was horrible it's never a bad decision to spend $20 — $30 dollars more to stay in a place that you feel safe and at home when you are away from home when we walked in our room there was blood on the comforter how discussing this was it was almost might night when we arrived so I was very tired I called the front desk they placed me on hold for 20 minutes they switched us to another room well needless to say we were itching all single night bathroom was dirty towels had hair on them… needless to say WE WILL NEVER EVER STAY THERE I DON'T CARE HOW CHEAP IT IS I RATHER SPEND THE XTRA MONEY AND FEEL COMFORTABLE TO THIS DAY I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THE MANAGER ROSA THAT SUPPOSED TO CALL ME ON THE 19TH WE CHECKED OUT FAST HORRIBLE HOUSEKEEPING HORRIBLE SERVICE. I'm writing this post so people will really know what you are getting yourself into before you trow your money away and ruin your time this place it's definitely not worth the trouble.

If I could give 0 stars I would, and I never even got the chance to stay at this hotel! I booked a room in advance and paid for it upon booking online. When we got to the hotel and were ready to check in, they said there were no rooms available. I told the gentleman at the desk I already reserved and paid for the room. He casually responded "well you can call and get a refund. " Well considering I just drove 6 hours straight to get there and had no family or friends to stay with, a refund was going to do me no good, I needed the room I already paid for. Gentleman scribbles down a phone number to call on the corner of a sheet of paper and tells me to go get a refund. Why allow someone to prepay for a room that you're going to overbook anyway?! Spent almost 2 hours on the phone trying to get my money back, end up getting charged AGAIN for the same room I was told was no longer available. So I'm out on my money twice and still no place to sleep. Never stay here! pay a little extra to stay at a hotel with some real customer service!

Wow… first off let me begin with the room itself was nice. That being said it goes down hill from there. DO NOT STAY HERE! Unless you want to be confronted with drug dealers and prostitutes! First off the people who rented the room next to me were clearly Dealers and the Hotel staff did not have a single concern. First evening while we were sitting nicely in the room watching TV, when someone knocks on the door… wonder who it could be? Prostitute asking if My boyfriend wanted some company for the evening! I dont think so. Put a quick end to that. Had people constantly walking and driving around all nite looking for something. Found out what that was the next evening. Came back from dinner the 2nd night and opened our door. BAM! Hit in the face with the EXTREMELY LOUD SMELL OF MARIJUANA! When we confronted the Front desk their response… they must have the "NEW" Pot! REALLY! you think! Never mind the fact that my dog was in that room while we were out to dinner and was HIGH when we got back. Our neighbors "SOLD" drugs all nite out of their room to which the hotel staff did not care. Also, while walking my dog both days, I ran across 2 yes 2 USED NEEDLES IN THE GRASS! come on people. I understand you rent these rooms to anyone but dang. Use the cameras and if you know you have a drug problem in the area let the local police know.

Pictures are very misleading. I have taken my own and will be posting them shortly. Very unsafe here. Riff raff outside of motel including prostitutes, drug addicts and pimps. Do not feel safe. The lock on door is broke, phone does not work, blood or something on a/c, floors gross with unfinished places, toilet filthy, no plate covering ac plug, carpet is gross, and the list goes on. People hanging outside our room at nite drinking and cussing dropping the F bomb, arguing very loudly and mgt doing nothing. Husband is a disabled vet and if not for that we would have packed up and left. La Quinta had best give me a refund. This is absolutely horrifying and a nightmare. La QUINTA you need to take this place off your list!

We had to have a pet friendly place to stay, this place is great no deposit, not far the mayo clinic. From here on out it goes down. Prostitutes coming and going people roaming all the time, all you get is 2 wash cloths and towels. My husband, son and I needed 3, we asked for more, they told us they in the wash, hum just figures, pools nasty, cigarette buts everywhere, breakfast was put up to early and there was no choice. TV remote had to have 2

I didnt like these rooms the fat lazy desk clerks have nasty attitudes and the rooms are stink nd very durty… I had to use a hand towel to dry off my whole body off because they didnt bring my towels back… crack heads walking round all night begging for money the worst room ever … watch out for the real big desk clerks they will be nasty for no reason fat hoes lol.

Give it 5 stars due to the great customer service of the receptionist at the front desk. We arrived a few hours early and she quickly got us another room since ours wasn't ready. Obviously there are nicer hotels then 'La Quinta' but her attitude and personality made our stay one of the best ones yet. Thank you Ms. Rakiya (I believe that was her name).

I've stayed here 2 times due to work and I got to tell you: it's the worst hotel I've ever been in. Disgusting smelly rooms. Noisy. Unfriendly front desk. Roaches in the room. TV not working at times. Even the outside looks ghetto.

I was very disappointed in the room~ This place is filthy. Our room had ceramic tile floors that weren't mopped. There was hair in the tub and on the floor in the bathroom. And the towels are small and dingy and we only had 2 in our room. The only good thing was the beds were comfy and the desk clerk was very nice. However, I will never stay at a LaQuinta again.

I don't think this hotel will remain a La Quinta for much longer. It is rather different than what you would expect from that chain. If your standards are: safe and without bedbugs, this place will do. The locks on the rooms were electronic and probably the only new thing on the property. The sheets were the La Quinta brand pattern, clean, without any sign of problems. It's not what you would expect in any other way, though. Other doors (plural) on the property (to storage? ) had big holes in the wood where they were just missing handles. The interior courtyard was full of cigarette butts where one person started and it was left, so everybody else just continued. There were signs of recent painting to look at the plants and cement, but not a color you could see on the exterior walls. I think a lot of the repairs on this property are done not using a professional. There were signs directing the way to the vending machine, but the property did not actually have one. (I asked. ) We were happy to find a place to stay, it being late and the other hotels for quite a ways around being full, so I imagined that our room was one of the last available. It may be that our room is one that they don't usually book unless they have to, or it may be representative of the other rooms. Our tub had a permanent stain in it in the enamel that was not from rust. The room had a strong chemical peachy smell on entering, but when I woke in the night, it just smelled like chemicals.

Horrible, very isolated, and quiet area. Our room smelled like weed, the toilet didn't flush (the toilet over flowed with my bole movements on the floor), cockroaches on the bed and floor. The tiles in the room were dirty, the beds were itchy, cigaret burn marks on the bedding, and curtains! Breakfast is pathetic! Expedia recommended the place over the phone, very disappointed! Felt unsafe. Go there if you want to waste your time.

My company uses frequently La Quinta nation wide, but this place so bad, smell tobacco every where, no signal to Wi-Fi, mold and balnkets and towels looks like dirty. I complained for responding better service. As a result, I will suggest to my company not rent it any more please. :/.

Front desk was pleasant. Room a appeared clean, bed linens were clean, nice flat screen TV, fridge, and microwave. However, the toilet clogged up and the front desk made me plung it, asked for an extra blanket and im told they don't have any and the laundry room is closed. Go to walk back to return the plunger and I see roaches come crawling out from under one of the room doors.

No towels, dirty, broken doors off hinges, moldy pictures and roaches. If you aren't a crack head, with a prostitute or running from the law. Best stay away from this place! Though it was pet friendly.

Very personable staff. Taylor is a great front office staff member, and shawn is a great housekeeper. There are big improvements being done at this location, and management is shifting. They do their best to make you feel welcome and at home. We stayed for about 5 months and the suburban is very affordable and in an excellent location. Thanks.
