This place is Dirty nasty funkest place I ever seen. The staff was very pleasant and did all they could. The grass was so high my dog refused to us the bathroom on the property. Please select another place to stay.

Well me and my husband have been on the road since November and we have stayed in a lot of hotels but by far this was one of the worst hotels we have stayed at.

The manager (Brandon) took a $60 deposit from me upon arrival @ 12am. Then when I checked out he would only give me $40 dollars when it clearly says on my receipt that I have him a $60 deposit. Called corporate and they told me they werent even supposed to be taking deposits @ that location! They gave us a moldy room downstairs than moved us upstairs to a room with a hole in the wall and spots all on the carpet. They need an expector to come out and check those rooms downstairs b/c they shouldn't be putting people in rooms with mold in it! Housekeeping was rude. Before I checked out housekeeping peeked in my room while the curtain was halfway open (i felt like that was an complete invasion of privacy). Only things available for breakfast was cereal and yogurt. Overall I had the wost experience EVER!

Very bad customer service… door was broken and everything was dirty. Smells very bad in there. I have no idea what they charge money for… the worst Days Inn I ever went to…

Room was clean, room had cable TV with small flat screen TV. Free continental breakfast in the morning including oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit, or fresh waffles that you make yourself. The area around the hotel is not nice but the hotel itself was clean and the bed was comfy and I had no complaints.

Complete trash Stay away Customers are crack heads and crazy truck drivers Employees are clueless and unmotivated. Rooms are filthy and disgusting I was up all night because I couldn't sleep because of how nasty the room was Don't come to this location The main picture is wrong and not accurate.

This was the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I walked in the room to find the carpet full of stains. I stayed in a non-smoking room, however when I pulled the sheets back to make sure they are clean. The blanket has multiple cigarette burns in it. The tub was dirty and on a few occasions I spotted a tiny bug in the sink. There was also water on the floor next to the tub/toilet, so I’m not sure which one it was coming from. Overall days should shut this place down and completely remodel or close for good. Oh yeah they charged the wrong card for my payment also. Day inn you can do better.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. When we first arrived, we were stuck in a room with no A/C. Luckily, we were moved to another room, but this one had no working lamps and was just as filthy. The bathroom was disgusting and moldy, there were roaches, and one of the bed frames suddenly broke, leaving us with one tilted, wobbly bed to deal with. After that, our room keys stopped working, so we had to get new ones multiple times. Oh, and best of all, there was an armed robbery on the last night we stayed and several cars were broken into! The one positive thing I can say is that the staff seemed very nice and helpful, and they’re clearly in an unfortunate position having to deal with the countless complaints from people unlucky enough to stay here. It’s true that you get what you pay for — this place is very cheap, but unless you’re really strapped for cash, for the love of God, go somewhere else.

When you get into bed you forget the bad impression that caused the hallways to the room at this motel that looks like made of paper mache. Good bed and good shower. Room size: Okay. Refrigerator, TV, AC, microwave. What it takes to spend one night and run away. Pretty good breakfast.

Seriously need help or closed down. First time in the room one bed was broken. Second night in the room while sleeping a roach crawled all over me. Pool not working. Went to breakfast I guess a lady that either lives there or often stays there told me not to use the syrup in the container because of bugs crawling in it. And when I look she was right. I can go on and on about this stay but take my advice for it if you have children DO NOT STAY HERE! Just terrible.

Place is nothing like advertised. Pool was closed rooms were uncleaned. Had water shut off twice in one day.

Rooms need a serious update. As a Diamond member I would've gladly waited for a much cleaner room. Floors had never been mopped in the room. Toilet and tub needed to be clean. Also there was a huge hole next to the door and in the bathroom that need patching. Bad floors. Last roaches. Enough said just stay somewhere else.

Hotel from hell. Blood on walls and other questionable matter. The pool was shut down by the state. Found a fingernail and a piece of glass on the carpet that was never vacuumed. They switched us to another room which wasn't any better. The fire detector was in the nightstand drawer. There was cigarette burns in the blanket. We found a blood stain on the pillow case, the front desk clerk said no big deal. Our lock on the door was broke. This place needs to be shut down.

This is the worst place to ever stay at. Just nasty and unprofessional. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Place is a dump. Hotel in Florida with no ac? Smoke detector off the wall and no remote to the TV? Some of this is just basic stuff that is so small that makes you think if I am going to be sleeping on clean sheets.

Me and my family booked this room for a vacation but didn't know it would turn out to be a vacation from hell. No rest at night, crack heads fighting. Then my baby said she stepped on something and it was a big looking construction tract. There was black mold on the walls. Blood on one of the pillow cases, filthy filthy filthy carpet with stains everywhere. The phone didn't work so I couldn't even call the office to complain, I felt my family's life was in danger. The air conditioner was filthy. To top it all off, there was no running water. Hat's off to Patrick (manager in training) he was nicest thing the hotel had to offer because it is a dump! The owner ought too be ashamed of hisself, to not even answer the phone to address the issues!

The first room we were sent to the door handle was missing to get in. The second room had stains all over the walls and floor, smelled awful, and had black mold growing in the shower. The hairdryer cord was melted through to the wire and there were cigarette burns in the bedding, even though we were in a non smoking room. I was afraid to take off my shoes. We did not stay. The hotel staff was apologetic and gave us a full refund. They also informed us that was one of their best rooms.

In the middle of Irma hitting. We finally get to this Absolutely filthy Place. My mother just having had a heart attack 2 wks prior. First room, Bed could have caused serious injury. Room 2 they mysteriously lost confirmation. Enough said. I do have pics.

This place is a dump. They couldn't make a key for my room. So I couldn't come and go to my room. There was no hot water and the toilet wouldn't flush. This place is a sub standard hotel.

You can tell they are doing their best to renovate. The view was not good. Maid service was good. The price was excellent so, what can you do? I would stay here again. It was fair.

I stayed here back in March. The hotel is old, but I've stayed here before without incident. It's cheap and convenient, so I can easily overlook the things that aren't updated or that could use refurbishing. However, I can NOT overlook my safety being compromised, and that is what happened at this location. My safety was compromised by both guest AND staff. There was a large and unbelievably rowdy group adjacent to my room. Numerous guests complained as their partying went on into the wee hours. The man on staff that evening made many trips up to the room. They were belligerent and screaming, and it was absolutely insane. I offered to move my room, was told they were booked, THEN was asked if I wanted to move my room later (it was too late then). Also, a couple occupants of the group banged on MY DOOR. Apparently, the staff member had singled me out for some unknown reason. He got them moved, the guests tried to go to sleep, and then it started again. More calls. The staff member visited AGAIN to move them, this time threatening police, and my door was banged on HARD again. I was SO freaked out by this that I barely got any sleep, then got up stupid early to make sure that I was gone before I had to see anyone from that room. I had considered calling the police to make sure I had an 'escort' in case it was necessary.

Room smells like an ashtray. Supposed to be non smoking. Visible mold and water stains on ceiling. TV doesnt work. Trash outside of room around staircase and corridors. Will never stay here again.

I am so disgusted with whomever is working at this place right now. I made a reservation for this hotel for one night. I also have a reservation in baymeadows tomorrow for 2 weeks. The woman that made my reservation knew that I got off work at 11pm and couldn't come before. When I get there I am told they are sold out. I said I have a reservation. He said sorry we have no rooms. Then walked away. No help no information no suggestion on what to do nothing. Now we r here because the hurricane made my house unlivable for my kids and my mother whom is on a oxygen machine. I have her waiting at a hospital. I have been on the phone with days inn for two hours now and still Nothing. I'm sitting in my car. Nowhere to go. Everything is either booked or don't take the FEMA voucher. How sad. I have a 6 month old baby and a two year old sitting in my back seat. Had I known any of this I could have made arrangements. Wow I guess I get to look for another hotel for the next two weeks. How sad. It's 127am and no help. Gotta work at 8am smh. I called back to speak to a manager and got Brandon instead. When I explained I had to sleep in my car with my kids he said yea you aren't the only one. Great customer service and humanity. You could have just said Nothing. Your skills would be better utilized in a diff career. Due to the lack of concern and decency from your business I made a complaint with the state.

Been in two rooms to deliver food and both of the rooms strongly of mildew. A shady and suspicious looking. I definitely don't like delivering here.

So far all is well. The door lock needs to be replaced. I do not feel safe. I did report it. I have to pay extra for the dog which I have not through other hotels. My husband is in the hospital here in Jacksonville. He has had both arms removed, his right leg, half of his left foot and a third of his stomach. He has been hospitalized ever since May 3rd. He was sent here from Gainesville. All because if a reaction to the drug HEPARIN, a blood thinner. We live in Perry Fl. I need to be here until the end of the month to be with him.

Last year I had given this hotel a 5/5 rating. It is drastic as to what a year can do… We arrived Friday evening. The non smoking room we were assigned had cigarette burns in the bathtub and room. Upon returningfrom dinner, we found out our TV didn't work. So, we were assigned another room. The room had been recently remodeled and was nice. The following morning we arrived to breakfast already taken up by 8:55, the very same thing happened at 8:45 the next morning. The explanation was that the front desk clerk's clock was 10 minutes fast. No breakfast for us. Also while we were there our door lock broke. Instead of staff fixing it, we were advised to just stay in our room! Hospitality is dead with this hotel. The only saving grace was Adriana and housekeeping.

IN the beginning when I was looking for a place to stay, I was referred by a friend that had also stayed there on a temporary stay at the Days inn! I arrived on Easter Sunday and thought it was pretty good but as I stayed a few first nights my son was bitten by bedbugs, we went to the front desk and let them know what had happened, they wanted to spray the room and I refused because of allergies, so we were moved to another room. From 133 to 158 then things were a little better but I had no other option but to be patient and wait on My God. As a paying customer and living there because of the situation that I found myself in, we continued to stay, but I will always be an honest person and I basically stayed to myself but there were things going on there that were not okay with my standard way of living I've stayed in hotel's before and even extended stay hotels and I honestly recommend that good honest hard-working people stay away from this one.

Please. If you have any self respect. If you love your family at all. Please. Choose another hotel. Filthy inside. Filthy outside. It's a trap house. Dealers are downstairs. Interrupted periodically by the police presence assigned to patrol it.

I wonder when it will be acceptable for my room to get cleaned. I am currently on day 3 of having no room service. After the second day I called the front desk and requested it. Still didn't happen. Came out this morning and talked to the desk clerk personally, informed her that we would be leaving for a couple of hours, asked if she could send room service to our room and could she give us some towels and soap in the meantime so that we could shower and leave. She informed me that the room would be cleaned by the time I returned. Big surprise! The room still hasn't been touched. Great service guys.
