Worst stay ever. There was a crack pipe under my bed, full of roaches, and I had to pay extra for early check in and they still made me check in late because they couldn’t find a room, they also never refunded that.

If you want the worst grossest hotel with the worst customer service go here. They wont give u what u booked. I ask for a king I got a queen on a full boxapring. Oh and I hope you dont mind roaches. Also watch out gor pavlo he likes to sexually harass innocent women.

After reading all the bad reviews we still decided to give this place a chance. But after 7 hours of booking, we tried to cancel the room. They wouldn't refund us. They kept 100% of it. We will not book here or related hotels with them again. I see why people were disappointed with this place. 0 stars. We called ahead right away to notified.

Having stayed here for several days, I should have slept in car or under a bridge. Rooms smelled of mold, Wi-Fi worked several hours out of 7 days. Bedding was filthy, and had to look all over for maids who spent 90 minutes watching TV in one room. Roaches in bathroom, TV channels all blurry with lines. And then it got bad. No pet policy was overlooked, I noticed from all the barking day and night, especially when I had to answer the door at 3 am and explain I wasn't the drug dealer. One of the prostitutes informed me she would direct the drug buyers to the right room. Pay a few dollars more and you may not get robbed, raped, or attacked by roaches.

Nice stay, but got here And there Are big and LITTLE cockroaches. And this is day 4 night 3 & I'm still seeing them. & Not to mention, house keeping. Continued to just help themselves into our room 3 times the first day. And once today. A little annoying that our do not disturb sign wouldn't stay on the door. Wind kept blowing it away. Deff cheap though. Wouldn't stay here Alone… Just saying. But staff was very sweet & easy going. Will be back. Hopefully they get these roaches under control.

The room we got was okay for the price however I need to ask the owner to either clean the carpet or fully remove it as it stank of old carpet and has stains on it which some places were sticky. Renovation/refreshment of room is recommended as it still had the 60's/70's look and feel. The staff in the morning the two days we were there, felt like they were not caring about their guests as guests needed to ask for fill up, if something was dropped on floor guests got a mop to clean floor. They had a lazy attitude.

The hotel was dirty, we changed room because you fell down a lamp, the second room had humidity apart to be dirty, the laundry was not working. The breakfast place was very small for the amount of rooms. It is not a family home. The photos do not show the reality.

It’s not horrendous but at the price I paid ($169 for a double) you’d expect a nicer locale, fewer roaches and some better upkeep of the physical plant.

Rooms and furnishings are dated and worn. Toilet had to be flushed multiple times. The front desk clerk was brisk and seemed disinterested. Free breakfast was poor, no yogurt, bacon, eggs or sausage. This is deftly is a case of you get what you pay for.

Nice detail is that it is economical. But there is no variety in the breakfast and there is no order in the evenings.

For $188/night you would think the breakfast would be better. Specifically, the hard boiled eggs still had the shells on and they were impossible to peel; everyone was just throwing them away in frustration. We mentioned it to the front desk person and she just laughed. We just gave up and went to McDonald's for breakfast.

Room environment need update. We stay on second floor water pressure is horrible especially shower pressure. Not enough outlets to plug in your electronics. We unplugged night stand to charge cell phone every night. For what we paid ($300 for 2nights) could been a better environment. TV is receptions is very weak and fuzzy. Check — in Staffs where very friendly and nice to us. We didn't sleep well. My husband think is the soap or maybe is the laundry soap they use but we both end up itching all night long.

Please do not stay here. The pictures online are of a different hotel. This is a dump. I did not even stay 15 minutes once I saw the dilapidated, bug infested room they gave to me. I agree that Days Inn should revoke the use of their name. It looks like a crack house. And probably is.

Good place to rest if you hang out in the via.

Room was OK. Hallways very dirty. Breakfast room was too small.

Just say no and yes to spending a little more money to stay at Americas Best Value Inn. Please don't waste your time. This hotel is a prostitution ring! Gang members hanging outside shooting dice at 11p. M. My sheets was dirty. Gosh if I could give it a zero I would! Only positive was the front desk clerk was very friendly!

Without many expectations, good place with good service, close to all beaches and attractions.

Room smelled like straight mold… front desk guy was great but LOTS of people loitering … did not feel safe AT ALL… I do have a CWP so that eased my mind a bit. Probably won't be back unless it's a straight emergency.

Flying in from Colorado, we had made reservations for this hotel before our trip. Besides being rather "creepy" (lots of adult males leaning over the outside railings watching myself and my two young female companions plus a baby as we drove by and walked to our room), the room wasn't clean. We found the carpet needed vacuuming, there were what looked like tomato seeds stuck to the wall by the sink, a possible "booger" stuck to the bathroom door, and even worse… bugs in the bedding. We proceeded to check out right away (luckily, before we had unpacked any of our suitcases) and went elsewhere. The lady at the front desk said she was sorry, but she didn't sound horrified (which is what she should have been! ). We got the feeling that she knew about these issues and it wasn't a big deal. Never again!

The WORST hotel I've ever stayed at! When we got there we checked in they gave us a room key, we take all of our stuff to the second story where the room was and somebody walks out of it. They gave us a room that was already occupied. So we walked back to the front desk, get another room key, go all the way back to the room and when we walk in the pillows were on the floor without pillowcases. So I walked back to the front desk yet again to get pillowcases and tell him the condition of the room and it seemed like it was no big deal to him. The next morning we wake up and start preparing our day at Sanibel Island. We look for towels to take with us and there are none. So I stopped the cleaning lady who's a few rooms down and she tells me that she has to check her paper. Long story short, we waited 30 to 45 minutes for the towels but they never came. We had to stop by the Dollar General and buy towels to take with us to the beach. There were still no towels when we got back to the room that night neither. Not to mention we scene what looked to be a crackhead buying his fix right in front of our room. We will never stay there again. The only reason we even stayed there that time was because there were no hotels with rooms available on Sanibel Island. But the Days Inn and the state of the room that we stayed in was absolutely horrible!

When looking through the amenities I had to laugh when I saw kid-friendly. That is the absolute opposite of what this motel offered. This place is a place filled with people who sit out on the balcony talking, smoking, and drinking. But don't worry, you can always go out for something to eat and everyone will be passed out by then. Just make sure you don't trip on the guy we saw knocked out laying by the railing. He might still be laying there. Of course after we checked in (lady at counter was kind) we were warmly welcomed by a guy puking in and right outside of the elevator. And of course the mess wasn't cleaned up 3 days later just like you should expect from a quality motel. The rooms were completly disgusting. Not gonna put sarcasm into that one. They were just gross. I hope you get the chance to enjoy the lovely place that is the Days Inn Motel.

Abby at the front desk is wonderful. She made my stay a little less depressing. I and my 5 children were displaced from irma and im so sad that I temporarily cant be with them every day and night she doesn't know that but she is very caring but professional as well. The day girl is also accommodating and very warm thank you girls! Becca.

Looks like a sleezy hotel on the outside with people that live there hanging around outside their doors. Called and companies and nothing was done. Housekeeping never came to clean my room they told me they don't know why the didn't clean my room but what ever I needed flat sheet garbage bags towels I could come to the front desk mind you is in a separate building could come get what I need for me to do. I don't think I paid 4 days for me to clean my own room. I feel I should be compisated some how.

Requested a Non-smoking room, but it reeked of smoke! Wifi does not work. I found a Cocker roach in the bathroom. Pool is the only okay aspect of this place! Breakfast is terrible too. If you are looking for a quick place to stay and don't mind the stink then it's for you, otherwise spend the extra $20 per night and go elsewhere!

Nice room. Staff helpful and nice. Good area, close to many stores and shops.

The room was good for the price and staff was friendly. I lost my necklace with my sweet baby's name on it who was born still. I called and they found it. We were 3 hours away so they said they'd mail it to me. For this I am eternally grateful!

If I could give it a zero, I would. This hotel is awful! I needed a hotel at a good price, but expected a bit more than smelly rooms with spiders! I was bitten about 15 times in one night! The breakfast bar is sad… unless you like white bread and stale danish. The juice machine was broken and spilled all over the floor so be careful walking. The hotel parking lot becomes a car lot at dark with loud cars with tinted windows racing in and out all night… And people hanging over the rails of the upper floors smoking and talking! No one could feel safe here… Sad that Wyndham bought these hotels and did nothing to clean them up.

Cockroaches in the room, no wonder if the dustbins are not taught. Service equal to zero. We stayed four in the room but each time got towels only for three people and when asked about it it said "yes we bring by" but it never happened. Just bad …

I feel like I am in home staff are friendly specially one of the front desk employees jimmy always help us during our stay and accommodation we went this memorial weekend for vacations and I truly said I recommend to anyone if you want a clean and comfortable place to stay and want to save money and have a great time. Absolutely nice place to stay! I will considering to comeback again when I visit fortmeyers islands.

Tv reception is horrible. The Wi-Fi is twice as slow or worse than 4g. I found and killed roaches. Called the front desk and advised her and I asked her if she was surprised and she said no. I told her I was surprised. She asked if she could call me back… still waiting to here back.

Very disappointed in room. Bedspread obviously not clean, blanket not clean. Shower curtain moldy, toilet not cleaned. Roaches in room, small and large. Ran water in shower for about two minutes before discovering it had been hooked up wrong. Would not recommend.

The place was great, the day staff was terrible, night lady was very nice. Needed to print something were very rude and wouldn't let me. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast could have been better.

If I could give it zero stars that would still be to much. Checked into a dirty, musty, fruit fly filled room. Turned around and walked out to find beer bottles along the steps to the second floor, cigarette butts outside the room door and bugs crawling along the window pane. Walkway ceiling is falling down so there is apparent water damage. Paid $107 through a third party site and the room was originally listed for $169. Crazy. The hotel would not refund our money or make compensation. We paid over $100 to walk in and walk out.

Nothing this hotel is a sh@t hole, don't waste your time or money, my room smells horrible the floors are filthy wallpaper peeling off the wall, the check in clerk was rude. I can't believe that these people are allowed to run a hotel that is this nasty, will never stay here again nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Only as an emergency shelter usable, dirty, junkies as neighbors, at the nest light, and hope that all the bedbugs are dead…
