As soon as we walked in we were welcomed with friendly greetings and smiles. All staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean even though the hotel was going through remodeling. They offered free breakfast buffet with a tasty variety of breakfast foods. Also, they have a pool for guests to enjoy swimming or just chilling in the water. We really enjoyed our time at this hotel and hope to repeat the experience soon.

I've stayed at the Hampton Inn many times I live locally and will stay just to get away for a quite night. My stay is always great, the rooms are super clean beds are nice and soft and the front desk staff are amazing. A hot breakfast is also included which is pretty good as well.

The room was clean, the bedding was plush, and towels were not an issue. The complementary breakfast was great! We had a wonderful stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. We look forward to our next visit at the Hampton Inn and Suites.

Loved my stay here! The front desk staff was quick and courteous, and super friendly! My room was clean and quite cool upon arrival. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, I especially liked the potatos and Gina special homemade salsa. The entire staff was so friendly and joyful, I will def be staying here again!

Stayed with my family this weekend while visiting Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. We had a great experience. The rooms were very clean and the service was amazing. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Easy parking. Clean spacious rooms. We booked a double bed with a pull out sofa overlooking the small lake in front of the hotel. The hotel was very quiet. We didn’t hear any noise or movement from adjacent rooms or the hallway. The free breakfast was great. There were eggs (scrambled and boiled), seasoned potato wedges, cereal, fruit, AND a waffle station. We had a 2.5 hour drive from Ft. Lauderdale and we just needed somewhere to crash for the night. This hotel exceeded my expectations.

Nice visit, but very hard to find if you don't have a GPS or other way to find it. There are no signs telling you where to go to get there. Very nice and helpful desk people.

This place is convenient to nothing that I am aware of. I know we were there off season, but it was as empty as any hotel I have ever stayed at. Service was fantastic and friendly. We were there on Memorial Day and it appeared the staff were having thier own BBQ on break. I enjoyed seeing them seem to be a fun "work family. " Despite the location, I would definitely come back. I feel like being out of the way might be a bonus, now that I think about it.

The Hampton Inn & Suites Fort Myers is a comfortable, affordable alternative in the area. Your stay includes access to an outdoor pool, a short drive to the ocean, and a hot breakfast every day. The bedding is thick and comfortable, and the service is solid. Highly recommended!

Great frendly staff, and a well maintained property. Easy to see from Colonial bvd, and positioned to get in and out of the city easily. Outdoor pool, and an exercise room with the usual cardio machines plus a cable tower. Plenty of parking, and near a couple of restaurants with many more within a 5 minute drive.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast. We stayed for 2 nights. Had to leave at 4 AM for our flight they had breakfast to go for us even though they don't serve until 6 AM. The crib was ready in our room upon check in. I usually stay Marriott, I'm converting to Hilton.

I am very picky with hotels and I was in Ft Myers for business and needed something close to the facility. I read the reviews on all the hotels in the area and the Hampton had the best. I was skeptical because I’ve stayed in horrible Hamptons before. Everything was great but the employees were the best part — the housekeepers were sweet & the front desk was friendly & accomodating, I got to speak with the GM and he was great as well. Rooms were clean & beds were nice. The rooms could use a modern upgrade but that’s not a huge dealbreaker. Didn’t eat breakfast but took a look at it and it looked good. I’d stay here again if I have too & I recommend.

Perfectly pleasant. Clean room. Simple decor. Breakfast offerings were underwhelming but not unexpected.

This is a fairly new and we'll equipped Hampton Inn. Our room was rather large and very clean. We heard almost no noise throughout our three day stay despite a fairly full hotel. The only significant downsides were that the TV was smaller than in some other Hampton Inn, and breakfast was pretty minimal. The front desk staff was always helpful and provided a very useful list of restaurants in Ft. Myers which we used each night for dinner.

Wonderful place! The staff is incredible and very friendly. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Loved the beds! Breakfast had lots of offerings and was kept well stocked.

Located in a business park not too far from downtown, rooms were really clean and well appointed, and a decent free breakfast was available in the morning as well as iced tea and cookies in the evening. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive as well!

It's been a great stay rooms are clean and nice and customer service has been very kind too us, even with all the mess that's been going on from hurricane Irma.

It was nice clean for a cheap price everything was good beds were clean the fitness center was great but needs more equipment and the pool was nice and clean breakfast was really good over all a good experience.

While I haven't stayed the night here, several family members have and continue to do so. Clean and spacious rooms, (many with a nice view), wonderful breakfast, nice location between I 75 and central Ft. Myers. Safe environment, courteous staff who go above and beyond. The room was exactly as described, clean and spacious. The hotel and staff were polite and helpful to out-of-towners. The breakfast was amazing and the cook came out and introduced herself to me and my family and was very sweet. Would definitely stay there again.

Our family returned home today from this property and we were sad to leave! The staff, Seph, Keith, Landon, Vanessa, Victoria and Cassie, were awesome! They felt like friends very quickly and we had great conversations with them! Victoria quickly found a room for us Sunday when we had to transfer from another Hampton Inn nearby due to AC difficulty. The breakfasts were varied and the breakfast area inviting and cozy. We played board games down there a few nights in a row. We also enjoyed the iced tea and cookies. Our younger daughter appreciated the nut free holiday cookies. We just wish we could have used the pool more. Each time we tried other guests were smoking and I have asthma.
Overall we loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat! Thank you very much!

Pleasant staff; very accommodating. Rooms were clean and A/C was nice and cold! We were in and out because of baseball tournament times changing due to rainouts. There was always someone at the desk as we walked past and they always acknowledged us. Housekeeping kept fresh towels available. Breakfast was great! Special thanks to the manager, Landon, who worked with us to get the best rate.

I am a frequent traveler to this property due to my work schedule. The rooms, common areas, and amenities are perfectly fine, however, this property's greatest asset is their team. The team at this Hampton Inn are professional, courteous, polite, and all-around fun to be around. They provide a very hospitable, warm, and friendly atmosphere. This hotel is my home away from home — mainly due to the amazing people working here. While the entire team deserves credit, I must give special thanks to front desk agents Cassie, Seph, Vanessa, Keith, Victoria; Gina, with the breakfast staff; Evelin in housekeeping; assistant manager Landon; and general manager Jeff. Thank you all for your kindness, hospitality, and friendship.

We are in the middle of our visit. The desk staff; Vanessa, Keith, Seph, Cassie, Barbara have been phenomenal. They have been helpful, kind, informative and just funny and nice in general. Our room is a little on the small side. Everything is clean and has all the comforts of home. We did have an issue with no hot water on our second day here. It was fixed that afternoon and Cassie was super kind to credit us a one night adjustment on our stay. We didn't even ask for a… credit, just wanted hot water. The staff at this Hampton Inn go above and beyond for the guests. Breakfast was different each morning. Scrambled Eggs, Cheese Omelettes, Turkey sausage, pork sausage, seasoned potatoes, the requisite waffle makers, oatmeal, fresh fruit, assorted cereals, assorted yogurts, pieces of fruit, assorted muffins, bagels etc. The ladies working the breakfasts were attentive and also very friendly. Everything was kept fresh and they even offered Gina's homemade hot salsa! Hot is putting it mildly. It's muy caliente! En fuego! But even with my mouth singed it was all around good each morning. The Iced Tea and fresh cookies were so good. Overall this has been a great trip and the staff at this location has helped make that possible! Will definitely stay here again! Thanks.

The Hampton Inn Fort Myers Colonial is my favorite hotel. Friendly staff, super clean rooms, and convenient to downtown and the highway.
