Coming from an exhausting nurse. CONS — Basically no Wi-Fi at 6mbps — Mattress was so stiff and uncomfortable that I ended up on the uneven couch. — ZERO water pressure — A/C doesn’t chill the room — Elevator didn’t work period — Over prices laundry room…which only has one operating machine. Clothes didn’t come out clean — Clogged bathroom sink — Required a large deposit to check in — Unfriendly front desk lady — Sad breakfast options but at least it’s something — No dish detergent PROS — None of the bulbs were burnt out in the room — Very clean — Had several hangers in closet — Was able to charge my electronics — The toaster toasted — Looked forward to leaving and never returning. Such an unforgettable and even more exhausting experience.

Rooms are very clean and a very nice size for a family.

Fabulous, everything was fabulous. Love to be able to cook and use a grill as I eat clean. Breakfast buffet had egg whites — woohoo! Super clean rooms, love the towels! Wonderful staff! Coming back next week — you will be our go to when we head to Sanibel. A perfect stay.

We were here for a couple weeks. The staff really made our stay comfortable. My husband had to work 9 hours a day everyday and I had my 10 pound Morkie and we survived in the suite with full kitchen. Everyone was hospitable especially Heather who worked with my numerous request. Went to the beach many nights.

Very nice staff, good ersonal touches like sending an email before I showed up. Nice room, very clean. The only reason for a 4 star is breakfast is not very good, and the door is far from sound proof. I can hear conversations in the hallway, and someone playing a flute across the hall for 2 hours. The room with the bed doesn't have that issue though.

My mother in law and her sister are staying this week. We have only been here 1 day and we are already so happy. The room is so clean and modern! The staff is fabulous and very nice! The extras they have are amazing… cocktail hour and breakfast buffet. I will add at the end of their stay, just didn't want someone to miss this place and pass them by!

Stayed there several weeks (recently renovated). Manny (Breakfast Lead) and Kelly (Social Hour Coordinator) were fantastic. Very attentive and personable but at the same time extremely professional.

The staff was amazing, attentive and our room was clean and beautiful — very comfortable. Even when our AC in the room froze over — the staff was on top of it. It wasn’t able to be fixed, so they moved us without hesitation. They were so sweet (all of the staff) and even recommended wonderful places to go / visit. Would highly recommend them to everyone.

Breakfast Bar is certianly worth the stay! They even have a waffle machine. The suite was great and staff are kind and helpful.

This is a beautiful hotel. They offer breakfast and a happy hour a few nights a week. I will stay again.

The hotel was clean for the most part. There were sugar ants even after guests services were called. And the bed mattress was a bit hard but overall I had a pleasant experience and staff was hospitable.

Service was OUTSTANDING! You could not walk past a person that worked there without them greeting you and/or asking if you needed anything. Rooms and dining area were spotless! Only knock is that the hot tub was not hot. It seemed like the heater pump was broken.

Top notch staff! Everyone went out of their way to accommodate us. Rooms were very clean and nice. Entire hotel was very clean. Their nightly social mixers were great. Highly recommended!

More modern and updated than it may seem from the outside. My walk-in shower and expansive work area in my room we're both pleasant surprises. Good service, decent parking.

I got married the weekend I stayed at the Residence Inn and they made what was already a perfect weekend just that much more enjoyable with their oustanding customer service and immaculate facilities. They really raised the bar for me.

Very comfortable, nice clean room, good breakfast, evening desert. Pool was closed though. Excellent stay.

It's one of the best hotels in Fort Myers. I can say that for sure because I've stayed here for more than a month. The hotel staff is very courteous and helpful and they go out of the way to ensure that you are fully comfortable and are able to cater to all your needs. Will definitely recommend staying here.

Very nice hotel. Great service beautiful rooms. Minor issue with room keys working but other than that a great hotel I would sugguest to anyone.

Seems like a great place! Although I have not gone inside the place I have heard of this company and have gone to some of their other hotels. I recommend it ☺

We rented a newly renovated suit. Room was very good. Only inconvenience was due to renovation of lobby the breakfast was served in a guest room. Due to space constraint people found difficult to move around to get their food. Some of the usual breakfast items were missing probably due to less space to keep all the serving trays.

Staff is friendly and accommodating, but the hotel is currently being renovated. There is no indication of this on the hotel's site. My room smelled moldy and had mildew on the bathroom wall. When bringing it to the hotel's attention, they rectified the situation.

We were very pleased. Our suite was very clean & comfortable. The staff were super friendly & helpful. We met nice people & will definitely come back. Thank you Marriott Residence Inn for making our stay fantastic.

Horrible experience, When I arrived to my room it was infested with bugs, apparently it is a commun thing, the front desk had a bug spray in front of her and offer to me. I had to move hotels. I called the hotel before my reservation and the assured me that it was a tennis court on the side one of my needs. There is NOT. They advertised a court with pictures that do not exist.

My family and friends travel a lot due to our children playing Baseball, and I have to say that this hotel was one of the greatest hotels we have stayed at! The staff and service was excellent and they went out of their way to accommodate us. I want to thank the Front desk manager Amanda she was great and all her staff.

Perfectly fine hotel. It was convenient and clean. Two things prevented me from giving 5 stars. 1. We were told only room (#107) available was handicapped accessible even though I made my reservation a month in advance. The room was fine except for the fact there is no counter space in the bathroom for toiletries, hair dryer etc which is very inconvenient. Even a small one that doesn't impact wheelchair space would be helpful. I'm sure every woman would agree with me. And it was only a full size bed. Ugh! Enough said! 2. The floors/ceiling must be cheaply made. I was woken up at 7:00 am after a late night by the people in the room above us. I thought they might jump right through the floor. Maybe an early aerobics session? But like I said, everything else was good.

The hotel was clean. The pool area was nice & clean as well. The kids enjoyed their time in the pool. The breakfast bar was stocked, even at the busiest times and the hostess was very nice too. The hotel is near the airport, but it wasn't too noisy. Close to restaurants and easy to get to from 75.

When we arrived there we had made prior reservations, and they had told us the room we booked was taken, so we had to get a smaller room, making it uncomfortable for one of our party members.

Great rooms, right off MacGregor Blvd, convenient, quiet, clean, almost like home away from home!

Met co-worker in lobby. The lobby was clean inviting and the front desk clerk was friendly. The lobby gave the impression this hotel was one of the smaller locations. The co-worker was very happy with the property.

Big room, good food, everything is within reach.

The staff were not the friendliest When we checked in the guy did not talk to me I had to ask him what room and what the easiest way to access No ramp for the luggage cart so hubby and I had to lift the cart 200+ lbs … We tried to upgrade our room and they gave us the run around we are platinum members and stay often with Marriott and normally the staff will go out of there way to make your stay more comfortable not so much here We probably won't stay at this location again.

Room was actually pretty decently sized. Staff seemed fairly hospitable as well. The pet fee is absolutely ridiculous ($100). The room service woman was rude.

I felt good bad there were fleas I put on. The claim I was told that I had taken them in that hotel Asta the dogs are staying.

Front office staff never said hello and found a baby cockroach running around in the bathroom. No body lotion provided, for the price I thought I should have it. Airport noise.

Enjoyed 3 months of good atmosphere of staff anf local residents,, while working on the road,, for southeastern construction and maintenance,, great for a family get away,,, and single lifestyle,,, I will be back soon.

Pretty nice Residence Inn, but very close to municipal airport, so you get the noise from airplanes and small jets sometimes. Additionally, we could sometimes hear the people in the room above us as they walked around. Very clean, very nice personnel, great service, and facilities are in top-notch shape — it looks brand new. Fitness center is about what you would expect — 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, and some free weights — and the outdoor pool and hot tub are small but nice.
