this is our 2nd year staying in this place, my family loved it! we all feel at home and enjoyed our stay!

They allowed people to party all night on the outside steps being loud all throughout the night! Bugs all In the unit everywhere. They did not close the pools when it’s was thunderstorming in order to prevent a disaster. The place only care about you buying a time share! No security patrol to ensure safety, a few grills here and there and the employees do not communicate well with each other. So renting is cool but don’t buy because safety, quietness at night is important!

GREAT room for the price. Got the 1bed Villa and was shocked at how beautiful the room was. Only thing was absolutely AWFUL! Was being shuffled to a lady after check in, she sat there and hardcore tried talking us into going to a timeshare, and had to listen to this in order to get my room # and location. Took like a hr to check in because if this!

Beautiful Resort, Awesome customer service, lots of activities for the kids and a water park.

We booked through interval international with an exchange to stay at Westgate Resort. Staff are not very friendly and treat you different when your not an owner. We signed up for the timeshare tour and instead of giving us a tour of the Resort, they had us sit for 3 hours and tried every sales tactic they had to purchase a timeshare. Not once did they offer to take us on a tour, being this was our first time in Orlando and at Westgate Resort. Just because we we’re already tim…eshare owners from another company, we felt like they treated us different. Timeshare sales people took it personal when we said absolutely not, will we purchase a timeshare from Westgate. Didn’t even say goodbye and left us to figure out how to find our way out of that miserable situation. It gets worse, just because your not owners you have to pay for their water park at $20 a day per person. We have 7 in our party. Ridiculous how much that would have cost us. We called the first day we checked into our room to get an extra bar stool. So everyone in our party had somewhere to sit to eat. We are not in our 4th day of stay and never received that extra bar stool. We called twice, not calling no more. We also called to say the ridge drawers are broken and no one came to fix them. Thank goodness we have our days planned and will only be sleeping at Westgate Resort for the remainder of our stay. We are very disappointed and will not recommend this Resort to our family and friends.

West gate towers were great! They started off after check in by giving us a box of cookies, they have movies and activities there, 2 pools 2 hot tubs and a kiddie pool, but I enjoyed my jetted bathtub the most. The price was great for our luxuries we had. Full kitchen, living room with TV and pull out couch.

We had a very nice stay at the Towers with a very convenient room to the front desk. I recommend that if you are heading to the Waterpark to actually stay at the town center unless you have a car. Our stay was only one night before our Disney week but everything was relaxing at Westgate with lots of space and things to do. Unfortunately we were waiting for tropical weather to pass and therefore could not use the pools and satellite right away. My daughter enjoyed splashing around in the jetted tub as a plan b with her bath toys. Service was great, room was clean and everyone slept.

Beautiful resort with some great amenities. Many pools, waterpark, things to do for everyone. Staff was all very nice and willing to help in any way. So close to everything and very short drive to all the Disney parks. We loved it so much we bought a timeshare there.

UPDATE: The owner unit itself was such a great size and loved that both the A or B unit had a jacuzzi. I gave 2 stars instead of 5 because they mixed up our reservation and we had to wait HOURS, AND I found a critter in our room. The keys are SUPER easily desensitized. We were told not to keep them by our cards or cell phone… huh? That's like saying don't put it in your wallet or purse. Troublesome time in regards to the towers themselves, however the amenities are great. Waterpark, complimentary shuttle, movies, and activities are the only reason for the few stars.

I have two toddlers so this site was perfect. It is in a discreet location and its not over crowded. The rooms weren't the nicest but this place is more geared towards family function and affordability. You definitely get what you pay for.

My girlfriend & I stayed here for a weekend & couldn't have been happier. The room layout was great & the hotel staff were amazing, they made everything easy for us. I would definitely think about staying here again.

Super clean rooms. Not a single hair in the bathroom. Smelled good. No bugs of any kind. Rooms were spacious and bed was a king and extremely comfortable. Even sofa bed was decent. I would definitely stay here specifically because of the cleanliness and the price beat out smaller Disney resorts at this time of year. Also a shout out to the front desk staff for diligence and customer service. Only thing to beware of is that they have a timeshare team standing by and the front desk will ask you to meet with them. Just say NO is you're not interested and proceed to your room. Kudos to the management for running a very clean and orderly resort.

What an amazing place. The Villia was very clean. Customer service was excellent. The kids were happy and the adults too. So much to do. I recommend anyone to stay there. You will get your money worth and then some. In luxury vacation.

The room was clean, everything was in its place and the service is fine. The reason I marked it as 3 stars is because the time share portion is just to get your money. They take you longer than the contract says and practically forces you to make some sort of purchase. They will tell you whatever they have to, so that you will buy a condo or time share.

Worst hotel experience to date and I travel monthly. I left an item in the room and they called to let me know the same day which I was super appreciative of. They left a voicemail and I called back a couple days later when I got the VM (I was out of cell service in Okeechobee). The person in lost and found is just so clueless, bless her heart. She’s very nice but she, or the whole system rather, is completely unorganized. She couldn’t tell me whether my item was or was not there (? ). Matter of fact, she couldn’t tell me anything. I asked for a manager and she just kept saying “Oh, ok, I can get one in a minute maybe. ” Again (? ). Finally after weeks of back and forth (lost and found took my name and number TWICE only to never call me with an answer), I ask the front desk for management. They send me to a answering machine as the manager is out (understandable) and I leave my information. Been over a week and nothing. Don’t waste your money only to risk having your stuff come up missing after receiving voicemail confirmation that they did indeed have it. I can only imagine it was stolen by an employee at this point. I have nothing else to go on.

These people are cheap. Resorts I have stayed at give you toothpaste and toothbrush free of charge and unlimited water. These people are cheap. I will not stay here again. The room was nice and clean so that is what the 3 stars are for.

Stayed here for an overnight stay to Disney and it was very nice. The staff was very polite and professional. The room was very spacious and had a kitchen and a balcony. In a great location in terms to the parks. Not that bad of a drive at all. For the price I paid it was definitely accommodating. It could use a little bit of an update if I'm going to be picky, but overall the room was very nice. Definitely would recommend this resort.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend away. We loved the hotel itself: the room, jacuzzi tub, swimming pool. However, we made the mistake of taking the “free” breakfast buffet with the one-hour tour/presentation to follow. We figured it was some sort of time-share thing but our mistake was believing it would actually be an hour. After a sub-standard breakfast of powdered eggs and misc basic breakfast items, we were roped into over 2 hours of sales pitch. Also, when we opted not to purchase, instead of being driven back to the hotel portion of the property, we were abandoned to find our way back to a shuttle.

My husband has limited mobility. They accomadated us with down and out, but nothing else was good. The toilet door was extremely narrow due to shower and tub placement. The beds were too high for him to get in and out of. There were no laundry facilities that I had expected. There weren't any cleaning supplies for sweeping or toilet cleaning. The sink was tiny like a bar sink. No stove top or electric skillet. Using resort points was not worth it. Not much more than a small motel room with a microwave and mini fridge.

We stayed two nights last week and we had a great experience. When we arrived everyone was so nice. I printed out the paperwork they emailed me so it was a quick check in. They gave us complimentary cookies that were delicious and pointed us in the direction of our room. Room was very clean but seemed a little warm. We turned the AC down but after hours it still did not cool down. Called the front desk and let her know what was going on. Within 5 minutes an AC guy was in the room. It took him a few minutes to fix the problem and we never had an issue again. Walls are a little thin but overall great experience. I would book with them again!

I stayed there in January. I've always stayed in Westgate resorts since several members of my family have resort weeks there. This time we were only staying for two nights so we decided just to book this one for those two nights. The staff were super inattentive. The weather outside was super cold but the rooms were also cold. We had 63 inside when outside it was about 40, no way to stay warm anywhere. We called reception many times and they said it was normal and they didn't fix the heating. We asked for more blankets and they said they had just one extra! Also the first night they didn't give us the internet password because there was no system. Overall a terrible experience, this have never happened to us in any other Westgate.

The staff is excellent, the quality of service is high-AA! The place is very clean, quiet and beautifully adorned with Christmas. We liked the room 116 in front of the pool, the warm water in the pools and the schedules of the pools. Much better to our expectations. Blessings to all.

Had a Honeymoon here and beds were super comfy and looked and felt clean, spacious suites, one problem though… roaches… A squished one on the kitchen floor and then 3 in our shower, that were very much alive. 3 more in the second bathroom. And a few more we saw during our 3 night stay. And the roaches were about the size of kidney beans. Staff was friendly but those roaches brahh just kept coming out.

Very nice place and close to the park. Room is clean and comfortable. Excellent bed. Free breakfast is good.

Westgate as a company is pretty great. You know what you're getting when you stay with them. Towers is a tad bland as a hotel itself. On the lower tier when compared to Lakes and Palace. Towers just feels like a standard hotel, but with your usual Westgate amenities. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Wouldn't mind staying again, tho might prefer paying a little more to stay at Leisure or one of the other Westgate resorts.

This resort went beyond my expectations. All the staff I encountered was extremely nice and helpful. They give you a little welcome packet with a whole bunch of coupons for all around Orlando. Then they even give you a small complimentary gift. The room was extremely clean, and it was much bigger than I expected, they give you complimentary coffee, and even have soap and laundry detergent, oh yeah, it has its own washing machine and dryer, even a dishwasher, they include plates ans silverware, pots and pans, literally everything you would need, youre prepared. From even having extra towels, toilet paper, sheets, all already in the room. The water felt fine too (not sure what that person in the reviews is talking about) Totally worth it, I would come here again and I will recommend it to other people. The only thing I would suggest to the hotel is adding outlets near the bed, it's not a big issue to charge your phone near the sink, but still would be nice to have it next to your bed :)

We went through a quick visit, it looks good the facilities, the staff that Ahy Labor was uniformed and good conditions in reference to the facilities.

Cleanliness, attention, location, careful explanation to the tourist about visits to the parks, transportation, discounts, all the concerns. Thank you.

The rooms themselves are clean enough. We were put on the first floor with a great view of the dumpsters and construction debris littering the top of the screened in porch. They don't provide rollaway beds so we had to double down in the bed and the pullout couch. The walls seem pretty thin, I was able to hear a screaming child throughout the entire night. The biggest problem that I encountered is that they want to charge $40 for access to their pretty slow Wi-Fi.

Room was nice and very clean. Location was great as well. That’s about the only 2 redeeming qualities of this place. You get charged a $10 parking fee, but after a long day out, good luck finding a spot. Noisey construction going on and taking up a good portion of the aforementioned parking the desk failed to mention. One of the housekeepers quickly knocked and just barged in while we were still inside sleeping. They then knocked again several times after being told we didn’t want housekeeping (do not disturb signs on the door our entire stay). After all that, they argued loudly in the hallway for the entire morning. Overall a good value, but the staff made me only want to stay here again if I couldn’t find anywhere else.

Pro: Far as the room… last minute booking and I was very pleased with it. Lots of room! Lots. Con: Basically forced to sit through a time share presentation. I told the rep multiple time. MULTIPLE! That I was simply here to catch up with my family to celebrate my daughters birthday. Told me it would take no more than an hr. 4 hrs later I was still sitting in front of a rep trying to sell me on why I should get it. Long story short. I signed the papers just to be released! Like really just to be released. No matter how much concern I expressed about the lack of time I had to spare I was still given the I’ll be right back. So you ready speech. Very disappointing the way they impose this on you. They don’t tell you what it is until you get there and you end up paying for your freedom. Called about cancelling my prison sentence and was greeted with extreme hostility! Extreme Caution visited of this place.

This hotel is great. The location is pretty great for not being a Disney resort. And the service is prompt and helpful.

Sunday 9/ 24 /17 Check-in in with prompt courteous service. The Staff at Westgate Towers friendly, pleasant helpful including bringing our luggage to our room. The unit for the week we will stay in was on par and issue free. As I have stayed with Westgate many times over the years the West Gate Towers is a first. The norm is usually tiring this was one the easiest check-ins in awhile. Could not ask for any better. Looking forward to a few stops @ Drafts for good eats. Great job!

Room is gorgeous. We had a 1 room two bathroom suit. The bed was comfy and the Jacuzzi tub was an added bonus.

Nice place and very close to sea World.

Incompetent staff. Had to call four times in order to have a question answered with each person telling me that they would call me back. They lack preparation. If you have a problem they basically just give you a "sorry" and that's it. If you go to Disney and have a problem the outcome is far different and you walk away feeling like a valued customer. The manager was inept and borderline rude. The problems that I had could not be resolved because she was the highest on the ladder and I had to wait till I checked out to complain to corporate which that in itself is pointless. I own a timeshare with them and would highly recommend another corporation. I would not even exchange with them. When no one even answers the phone in a timely manner it only gets worse from there.

Great location. I have family who has a time share with them. Water park has been built at the location as well. Rooms look awesome… All of them.

I had a great experience. Rooms were of excellent size, pool was right outside of our terrace door. Great service and they were very courteous. Only thing is those dam sliding doors to go out to the pool were very heavy and hard to open nd close other than that everything was splendid. Only thing I would suggest is that they should have an adult pool.

We own in Pigeon Forge, but came to FL last September for Disney. Great location, and super friendly staff. Easy transportation to and from the parks. If you want to stay later than bus pick up, Uber was only $11 from the park. Much better than paying to park and dealing with traffic. My kids got a box full of cookies almost every day, so they were thrilled. Water park, putt putt golf, and movie theater was a great added touch. Lots for everyone to do. Rooms were nice, plenty of room for our family of 6! Thanks Wesgate!

Close to theme park attractions. Amazing staff. Super customer-centric. Beautiful roo for an easy commute, far enough to escape. Room had a Jacuzzi tub and 2 full bathrooms which made getting ready a breeze. Very nice pools. Would definitely visit again.

Very confusing shuttle services. Confused our park tickets and very rude fitness attendant. House keeping service left door completely open while we slept. All the attractions they offer are on a different location. Do not recommend this place. Plus they try to sell you timeshares which is awful. I will not come back here.

We booked our room over the phone with a group code dude to my daughter playing in a AAU Basketball tournament. So we get there they can't find my reservation, it was at YOUR hotel and not light house key resort and spa S I was promised. Then we make it to your resort 20 min to check in, it was dark mind you. Nobody helped us find our room or carry luggage we drive around the complex 20 minutes until a guest helped us! So next morning I call to ask about breakfast to be told sure come down to the lobby take a quick tour then breakfast will be free. We go downstairs only to be told oh you don't have enough money for the time share you can't have breakfast. Lastly nobody was helpful the pool was small no towels were provided and the not once did room service come to clean up our room. Overpriced and outdated I will never stay there again.

My fiance and I stay at this hotel every time we go to Disney. The service is always great. The rooms are nice and well kept, and the activities are great. There are lakes with swan boats, mini golf, parks for kids. We don't even look at any other hotel chain. The prices are affordable and we have never had a bad experience. It's pretty close to the parks as well and it's right on Irlo Bronson so there are always options for food, etc. We usually just go to the deli store or the restaurants there. Also great! We absolutely love Westgate Towers. & always recommend it to friends visiting Disney.

There has been an ongoing issue regarding the minimizing result of Westgate Vaction Resorts and law enforcement in Florida regarding any sort of sexual abuse/harassment/rape specifically stating and making excuses that it is always the woman's fault. As per legal standing, the definition of rape to be quite frank and state nothing other than the law is. "The ability of the victim to give consent must be determined in accordance with individual state statutes. Physical resistance is not required on the part of the victim to demonstrate lack of consent. " I have an extremely alarming issue with Westgate resorts and the kissimmee, Fl sheriff's department. I have a disabled epileptic sister in law who was not only taken advantage of by four pretty large men, but pictures taken of her completely naked using the restroom at the resort pool. Upon being busted and caught by myself personally, the men continued to run and sprint while deleting the pictures from the phone and all snapchat records. Security and police were contacted in an attempt to press charges and file and police report when the Sheriff (whom I have a badge number and name) instructed me that it is completely legal for any number of men to be in the women's bathroom due to the new lawsuit fighting for transgender rights to use the bathroom of their sexual identity, so there is nothing wrong with this situation legally.

We are staying all week, but so far, so good. We have been well accommodated. The beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable. The grounds are impeccably clean, the rooms are vast and well kept, hallway smells of fresh paint but not bad. The pool we have visited so far was a good temperature and a moderate depth. The provided life vests for kids is a wonderful idea and very much appreciated. We are incredibly pleased.

The room we stayed in was great. They are full stoked rooms so if you would like to cook you are able to. We stayed in a room with one king bed and a fold out couch and it was more than enough room for around 4 people. When you check in do not agree to go to the free breakfast unless you desperately need the $75, it will take forever and all they are trying to do is sell you a time share.

Fantastic. Fabulous staffing, Debbie & Myrna were excellent. Villa was beautiful & clean. Anything needed, they brought. They made you feel like you were family. Cannot wait to go back.

The room was clean and the service provided was good when we needed it. Didn't have a single maid come in to clean our room all week. Had some minor issues with the room (sink didn't drain, etc. ) All around it was a pleasurable experience. However, the only real complaint was the noise from neighboring rooms, below, above, and to the side: constant banging, yelling, partying outside the room in the hallway at all hours of the night. It was as if the walls were paper-thin. We did complain and the front desk was willing to accommodate us by moving us.

The Towers were amazing! No complaints about the one bedroom villa… Our stay was wonderful… HOWEVER… Beware of the optional "seminar" they ask you to attend for a breakfast or lunch "buffet"… we opted in (big mistake) : they fed hot dogs, beans and white rice to adults and expected to receive a new timeshare owner in return. Great decisions are made on a full stomach, hence one of the reasons we chose to buy elsewhere. You will talk to 3 or more people with various sales tactics that are quite humorous, to say the least. They do uphold their end of the deal with the cash gift and coupon book but I recommend NOT attending the seminar (unless you are looking to invest) and hitting the strip for a real breakfast/lunch.

Fantastic hotel. Though it has a jacuzzi in the corner of the room and separate beds. So it assumes you're comfortable enough to take a bath in front of your roommates but not to share a bed. I thought that was odd. Also they charge $10/day for Internet and I think that's a bit exorbitant.

We stayed here for four days, Friday through Monday. The room we had was a villa on the 5th floor. The room was clean a updated for the most part. We had room service every day, thay made the bed with new sheets and pillow cases, they also provided new towels daily. There are numerous pools on the property that are heated so if you are like us and visit in February you can still enjoy the pool. I was very impressed with the room and the entire property. Another kicker is that all the theme parks are 10 minutes away. This was a great place to stay for my wife and I and our two young children. Highly recommended.

By far better than best western or any other budget stay. However it has nothing on the Hilton seaworld resort. That's room had visible damage to some of the objects the bath had stains in it. There were no blackout curtains. It was an ok stay.

This is not the best resort style. INTERVAL should not assign with this. If u wanna a decent villa, U have to pay more than already paid for the interchange. The regular rooms sucks. be aware with the conditions and stile room, once you confirm whit "interval" and accept you're fuckup. there's a bunch hotels much better.

At first glance rooms were amazing. Definitely lacking in outlets more than a typical hotel even, water took forever to get warm enough for a shower, and the dishwasher wasn't working. After 3 calls to maintenance the dishwasher was finally fixed. Overall a pleasant stay though.

Clean and quiet hotel with good comfort. Good price / performance ratio. Pool was fun! Only 10 min. To Disney World. Unfortunately no breakfast included.
