Recently stayed and had an excellent experience. Friendly staff were able to assist with special accommodations request. Very conveniently located to Disney theme parks. Would stay there again.

Very good excellent service very clean breakfast buenisimo and very helpful employees I give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ my family and I were delighted and at a very good price. The rooms are cleaned every day.

Location! Location! Location!
It is located near EVERYTHING! The property is nice and is located away from the main road so it is quiet as well. All of the staff is nice and very helpful. We checked in on Saturday 01/09/21 and had an issue with our air conditioning unit. The front desk was made aware of the problem and immediately got us into another room. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends who are visiting the area or coming to the Disney parks.

A wonderful place to still love it. Will definitely stay there again. Very beautiful place not far from Disney world. Shuttle to Disney every day back and forth. Stuff is helpful and friendly.

Saw great reviews here so I thought I'd try it here. PROS: Staff are very friendly and helpful, place looks clean, breakfast is good and very convenient location! CONS: There is no gym facility! false advertising. "New" T. Vs don't work well. It's been a struggle with TV since we got here! A/C unit gave out. Toilet doesn't flush well and mini fridge is missing grills.

Room has a terrible smell, ants were crawling on the wall and the sink backed up in the sink all on the first night. Hotel staff were friendly but I would not recommend this hotel. The breakfast sausages were cut into 1/4 to accommodate the huge crowd of people during breakfast hours.

My husband was skeptical of getting a room at a hotel that doesn't have a huge name. We came here for the night so we were already in the Orlando area to pick up family at the airport the next morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast could have been better, it was what seemed like powdered eggs and Canadian bacon. They had the breads and cereals, but during our visit the waffle machine was down. That was a bit disappointing. I base most of my hotel stays on if they have free breakfast. I would definitely stay here again despite that, the rooms were clean and nice.

I want everyone to know this hotel was excellent! I was a bit worried booking online after looking at other hotels and reading horrible reviews of other hotels. I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into. Check in was quick and our hotel room was clean and bigger than I thought it would be. Breakfast was good and the location was perfect. It was 15 min from Universal Studies and their our lots of restaurants in the area. I would recommend this hotel and I will be visiting again very soon.

We absolutely love staying at the Galleria Palms! So close to WDW and very friendly and helpful staff! Love the breakfast too!

The hotel although it is far from the center, in vehicle does not take more than 25 minutes to any tourist part of Orlando, the breakfast in my opinion is very very good, the order the cleanliness and the attention of the staff is excellent. Reception only in English. Ample and free parking. It has a lounge dedicated to selling tickets to the various parks and city tour.

We were amazed that upon entering the room, that it "Looked liked the photos! " from pillows, to bedspreads, and furniture type. The room was clear. The pool was empty most of our visit but functioning well.

Stayed for the weekend and will def be returning. Breakfast is fresh and with plenty of choices for the entire family. The rooms are enormous, and you have ample room for storage. The beds are fantastic and the pillows are fluffed perfectly. Can't wait to plan our next family vacation, we already know where we are staying!

Very clean I had a great experience and wouldnt hesitate to come back. Very convenient and the breakfast was good. 5 minutes from Disney cant beat it. They will shuttle you but if you sleep in like my wife and kid then you may miss the shuttle but its a wuick drive. I was very impressed put it this way on the way back from Maine we stayed a night at the Hilton Inn and this place beat the Hilton in my opinion.

We got the last available room, so we were in an ADA room. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was above average for a hotel breakfast and the staff kept up despite the two bus loads of kids getting breakfast at tje same time. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Clean. Wonderful proximity to Disney. Shuttle was crowded but we were the first to be dropped off so that was nice after a long day. Pool was cold but it was March. Very clean. Breakfast was typical for hotel breakfast buffets but hot and just right for starting off the day. Did I mention clean (I'm a fanatic! )

•Staff was friendly and courteous at check-in. •The whole hotel was very clean (it actually smelled strongly of bleach and Fabuloso) •Room was small, but sufficient for our family of four. •The location is great for Disney and is very quiet (we stayed on a Wednesday night) •Tub in room dripped •Door to room and door to bathroom both had issues with sticking. Overall, for the price, I was satisfied. Problems we had with the room were minor and didn't take away from the main things I was looking for (cleanliness and cheap).

We've been here before, and will come again. It's clean and affordable, super close to Disney, and the breakfast is better than most. Love it!

Place was clean. Staff all seemed friendly enough. Breakfast was adequate. Only complaint — they need to monitor temperatures and turn on the air conditioning accordingly. We could adjust it in the room and be comfortable but anywhere outside our room was hot.

I came here based on false information on the web via my priceline itinerary and advertisement. Checked in and quickly showered only to find dried mucus on the shower curtain and the water not draining in tub. Switched rooms and it had an interesting … odor. Microwave was not clean and shower wall is cracked badly room 411. I woke up early to go workout (to relieve some stress) only to discover there's NO DARN gym. Ugh. The front desk team handled my disgust and dissatisfaction very well. Price is descent but I'd rather pay an extra $20.00 — $30.00 for peace of mind.

Problem with room — — lack of concern from management. Bathroom door so swollen from plumbing problem (I suspect) that it couldn't be opened or closed. Front desk only waived the "resort fee" but the worst part was that after telling them the door needed replacement so that someone wasn't hurt trying to force it shut… I was told that I just should request to not be in room 2xx in the future. Seriously?! How about fixing the door instead? I sought remedy elsewhere and was refunded the cost of the room. The company that gave me the refund also spoke with Galleria management and were as flabbergasted as I was by their response. I didn't expect a Ritz experience, but I expect functioning doors and, failing that, a speedy and fair resolution. There are too many other hotels to choose from in this area for management to get away with this type of behavior. Shameful.

Excellent hotel and good location. It just needs to improve a little breakfast. Everything else was excellent.

Goods — rooms are nice and clea. Hotel looks good and staff are friendly. Its one of the nicer hotels I have stayed in. Bads — the room smelled very bad. I initially thought once the AC is on it will be fine but for 2 days of our stay the room smelled. The smell seemed to come from the toilet and I noticed moulding near the railing on the bathtub. The faucet kept leaking. The worst was that I do not eat bacon. I was shocked to find bacon in the egg that was prepared for breakfast and there was no where written that its bacon egg. I accidentally ate it as it was folded in between and could not be seen. This left a really bad taste for the entire experience.

Very good customer service and the rooms are clean and updated. For someone that regularly comes to Orlando I’m used to hotels not looking like the website says they do. But this one was different. My wife and I are very satisfied.

Great suites for a great price. You can stay cheaper in Orlando but it won't be as nice. Factor in a hot breakfast for a family and it is just as cheap but without the feeling that a meth head will break in or the noise of a truck stop. Breakfast is not the best but better than most I have had at budget hotels.

It is very simple but clean and quite hotel. Pretty good for the place to sleep. Definitely not a resort though. But you can't ask for more for such a low rate. They even have a breakfast for this money!

Galleria Palms was great! On first impression, I was a little concerned, staying at a non — brand name hotel tucked away between two older tourist gift shops and surrounded by construction. However, upon walking inside, I was surprised by the new, well maintained interior and friendly desk staff. The rooms were also nice, and I found the minifridge & microwave combo convenient. My only disappointment in the room was that the beds had no box springs and the towels/toiletries were rather lacking. The continental breakfast that was advertised was certainly more the continental, featuring some hot items and a pancake maker. One of the best features of the hotel was the location — — under 5 minutes to Animal Kingdom and by far one of the closer (traffic and time wise) off site hotel to Walt Disney World. Would return!

Good value for money.

Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Appreciated the hot breakfast (biscuits and gravy! ) before a day of Disney. The hotel is off the main highway so area is quiet and front desk staff was very friendly and courteous.

For the price, the hotel was awesome! Great location, very close to Disney and restaurants! Room was very clean and smelt great! Had a positive experience with ALL staff. Breakfast was great for price of hotel. It had hot scrambled eggs and sausage along with cereal, oatmeal, pancakes, toast, and muffins.

Nice hotel at a reasonable price. Perfect place to stay if going to Disney and you have a car. Breakfast is good, with cereal, fruit salad, baked goods, coffee, juice, and made-on-demand pancake machine. However, since there is no kitchen (everything, including the eggs, comes frozen and thawed on location) you cannot ask for anything that's not out. For example, on the last day of our trip the omlets had ham in them, and we could not get them without ham.

Galleria Palms hotel had a clean room ready for me, also free lunch the next morning. The service was very professional and courteous. The location was a little hidden behind a tourist clothing and trinket shop, but close to a Disney outlet where you can purchase a bunch of cool things. It is also located near the Animal Kingdom, and very close to a ton of shops, and restaurants for eating needs. Overall it was a great stay, and extremely great value!

Very quiet off the main road in walking distance for restaurants or little stores. Very clean rooms very spacious as well. The staffing was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We we're able to get a shuttle bus or taxi that took us right to the parks. Wide variety of food for breakfast and it was always changing. I would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel to any of my friends and I would definitely come back. There pool is very clean as well.

Clean rooms and microwave indispensable for families. Free parking and swimming pool. A few miles from all the parks. Perfect for those who have a car. International breakfast maybe TROPPP base for Italian standards, but that's fine.

Cheap and very clean!

My experience was great! we stayed four nights, and everything was clean fresh towels everyday and a clean room! Easy check in and easy check out! no hassel great for teenagers.

Best hotel outside of Disney parks. I only wish their shuttle service had more times but there is not a thing to complain about! Over and over the service for the price is excellent!

I stayed at this hotel about 7 years ago and it had recently changed operators at the time. The hotel had received a pretty extensive remodel and was a great value for the price. In need of a hotel once again… I decided to try out the Galleria Palms. To my amazement the hotel is undergoing or has undergone another renovation. The new linens were nice and a bit different from the standard hotel makeup. The room had new carpet and sported a fridge and microwave. The hotel also has a nice sink outside of the bathroom, can be used for cleaning up cups or brushing your teeth. The bathroom was clean and sported a fresh shower curtain (Great water pressure and nice hot water). The sinks in the bathroom did drip a bit when turned off, but not something that ruined our experience. The beds were comfortable as were the pillows, and the ac kept the room cool with it's own temperature gauge. I also liked the lamps by the bed featured plugins for your electronic devices, it also featured a usb slot. I did not use the pool, but it looked well kept and some families were enjoying it on a hot Florida day. Overall this hotel provides you a great clean room at a bargain price in the middle of all the tourist attractions/dinning options. I recommend it to those looking to vacation on a budget and not requiring all the bells and whistles some hotel in Orlando have.

Terrible stay. Housekeeping literally threw away my sheets. Breakfast was terrible, and I got food poisoning from the omelette. Rooms were cramped and a little dirty. Bedbugs abound! Stay away! Not worth $68 a night.

Great place when you have a tight budget. Very friendly. Very little varied American breakfast. It provides transportation (limited) to the parks. If you have vehicle there will be no problem.

We were in Orlando for a family reunion and booked 4 double rooms and a last minute room. Howard made the initial reservations, but Angie was on top of my reservations, made sure we stayed all close on the same floor. The rooms were newly renovated, very clean and comfortable. And the breakfast provided was a great start to our Disney adventure. I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here to go to the parks, not to hang at the hotel & was a great choice… saved $$$ here to use for the fun at the parks Stayed on 5th floor… new mattress, clean room, nice hot water good pressure They are remodeling & so the room smelled like new carpet. Breakfast is good (hot & basic) better than most FREE continental breakfast Close to Disney, Great for the price… 4.5stars.

We stayed in room 114. The rooms were very clean and nice except a small stain on one of the bed sheets. The bathroom was very clean. No complaints there. We did however get woken up at 6 :30 in the morning from the garbage man right outside the window. The breakfast was mediocre at best. It had your typical eggs biscuits and gravy and toast and bagels and bad juice. Nothin to right home about. Other then those things all in all it was a pretty decent place to stay if you're in the area.

We booked the hotel for 7 nights. When we arrived at the hotel they gave us a form to be signed — "resort fee". This hotel isn't a resort at all. We came here with our 2 year old daughter. They put us in a two queen bed room that smells really bad. I asked them on the check in for a king and a crib. Took them a while to realize what I was asking for a and they said they were fueled booked without "King" beds/ rooms available. They gave us a crib that we had to carry to the room. They didn't offer us Sheets for the crib. We found hair on the blanquette and the room smells really bad. Next day when I looking for a safe I could not find one inside the room. They don't have it on the room and they offer the service on the reception — but guess what — they didn't have it available. We left our stuff in the car during the whole trip. Breakfast — no tables available and people chasing for a piece of bread… Horrible environment. Finally — bed bugs! It can't get worst (or can?! ) … I just pulled out the sheets on my room and they were all around… I called the reception and they offered me another room… But it won't solve the problem because I have the risk of take it gown with my family after 6 nights staying at this place. New room. More hair on the blanquette and no smell. I'm glad we are leaving tomorrow… Now we have to deal with the bed bugs and get ride of them. This place shouldn't be open. Don't come here!

"beware — cancelled reservation without warning! found out when I got there. " August 6th — booked hotel. September — called to confirm we would be arriving late, was assured everything was set. November 10th, 3 days before arrival — received an email confirmation. 1:00 am on arrival date — My family arrived into MCO late, with two sleeping kids, ready to start our Disney vacation. Upon arrival I was told my reservation was cancelled and the hotel was fully booked. After much angst, they found a "no-show" room, and my family was saved spending the night in our rental car. No discount, no remorse or apologies — the front desk worker just repeatedly told me "We don't have to inform you that we are canceling your reservation if your credit card doesn't go through. " This was a credit card with over 11K of credit remaining on it. Why would you not call your customer and inform them you were having difficulties? Bizarre, and dishonest. The claim that the card was declined was completely fictional. Never happened. And why wouldn't the credit card be verified when the reservation was placed online? Where are they storing this cc info? FYI — I emailed the hotel directly to inform them of my experience and did not get any reply. Another shining example of customer service. My opinion — avoid this place! Even aside from my own lousy experience, it's not particularly nice. The walls are thin, the bedding cheap, it's surrounded by parking lots and souvenir shops.

Hotel I consider bad for the following: one day returning from one of the parks we find with surprise that didn't not room, Morrow did not put toilet paper while he had very little, other days we were informed we had to leave the room because they had to clean it, but the most uncomfortable was when we returned still was dirty. While I've been to several hotels, which had never gone that I draw the room to fix it. The receptionists are not so kind as one expects. Breakfast every day is the same. The pool area is ugly and not comfortable. In conclusion I do not recommend this hotel to you host it.

Our room was ok. Their CC machine wouldn't read any of my cards, I offered to take cash from their ($2.50 fee) ATM. The ATM didn't work. The desk clerk said I could pay at the end of our stay, but got a call the next night. Manager said we had to pay cash now. It was a hassle for us.

I read the review before you go and the truth do not understand how this classified as 4 star. The manager, a poorly educated man. Had broken the machine to make coffee and instead of solving, before my complaint tells me that if I am unhappy I derived to another hotel…
The 4 days that I was in the hotel there were problems with the… independently of that, machine in the rooms only towards the beds and they changed the towels… cleaning you forgot!
The truth does not recommend…

Opens the door to media night say they their policies, why give one I would love to give you medium but noce as.
