Rude staff pools are dirty I dont recomend for timeshare. No privacy loud people and tvs next to the room.

Joke of a package I was sold. Paid a lot and this place isnt worth it. Lousy internet and breakfast. TV broken, no gym despite a surcharge for one. Fees for things that dont exist. Works with scam companies.

Cheap, clean. No problems. My best guess of what happened here is it flooded with several inches of water, they pretty much mopped up, painted over some things but not all and replaced most of the furniture. But floors above the first might be in a better condition. Not terrible but when you put pictures up that are not representative of what the rooms actually look like you are inviting disappointment.

Love the big pool (goes to 6ft) and the hot tub. Housekeeping was also very warm and friendly. They have an arcade and pizza hut inside. Restuarant has delicious smells wafting and they have a convenient store inside. Very good location close to a lot of venues.

Upon arrival, we unloaded the car and my daughter went to use the bathroom in our room. There was urine and short hairs on the seat. The rest of the room seemed clean. The reception desk was quick to move us to another room, which seemed clean and was quite nice. Loved the pools. The shuttle to the Disney resorts was limited, however, and only ran at specific times to/from specific resorts. And they don't guarantee room on the bus, which could leave you stuck. The buses also have notices all over them about how half of the drivers pay comes from tips, which makes the advantage of a "free" shuttle less appealing.

My family and I booked 4 days at the resort and our accommodations were less than satisfactory. There was a distinct smell of mold throughout the South tower and when I inquired about moving the staff said we couldn’t switch towers. I switched floors to a different room and inside of the new room was a hole in the bathroom wall, damaged mirrors and the wood on the doors were frayed. The beds were very uncomfortable as well as stained linen. I stayed only the first night because we arrived so late but I slept fully clothed. I booked this hotel with a travel company, resort-save and they were not helpful either. I sent them photos and video of my room and the hotel property. The customer service rep advised they would find a new hotel for me but they never returned my call. I called them several times afterwards and was only told it was nothing they could do. Due to the strong smell of mold I forfeited my stay and paid for another place as to not endanger my health. I do not like leaving bad reviews and tried everything I could to work with the hotel and resort-save to rectify this situation. But to no avail. The property was not acceptable standards for people vacationing and looking to relax.

Pretty good place to stay at. Very close to disney parks and had shuttle service to and from the parks. The only issue I had was with the shower. It had a nice big bathtub but the water would go from boiling hot to freezing to lukewarm. Better to take a quick shower and not deal with that. Staff was nice and helpful. Room service was good too. Bed was clean. The room had tile flooring and it was super clean. I normally wear socks all day every day, but after my shower I would walk around without socks on like it was no big deal. Another thing, out of the 3 elevators, I'm fairly certain only the middle one was working. On the first day we were trying to head back down from the 3rd floor and it took about 10-15 minutes for it to get to us. Not sure why.

Great location! Very close to Disney World. Poor housekeeping. Dirty toilet was not flushing upon arrival and refrigerator was covered with rust on the inside. Bath tub had stains. The hotel needs to be updated as a whole. Had limited outlets in the room to charge devices. 1 of the 3 elevators was working during my stay. Had to take 5 flights of stairs with bags.

This huge hotel could be so much better. It is well positioned to Disney but the facility is in obvious disrepair or sloppy repair. If you can ignore that, then the price of the rooms is average or better you will be happy. The bathroom is extremely awkward with a door opening inward to a very small bathroom. Very difficult to get in and out of the tub. No carpeting in the rooms, and no throw rug by the bed. I would stay there again but it does bother me to see a property like this fall further and further into disrepair.

Service is almost non existent, pretty cheap hotel. I’m surprised being a Radisson type hotel. I didn’t book this hotel as a family member did. The rooms are outdated and are not very taken care of. The “welcome center” people working tonight on Friday were rude, the rather portly uncle fester looking gentleman sat there playing on his phone behind the computer while other just sat waiting. If this is an only choice it will due but the mattresses are a little gross and the service is sub par. You definitely get what you pay for… as I said this was a last resort type hotel booking. Look at the trim downstairs, there is wood rot by the bathrooms, the carpets are disgusting, I wouldn’t even put my luggage on the floor and I slept in pretty less than adequate places to say the least. I would not swim in the pool or hot tub that’s for sure.

This place was HORRIBLE! They make it look WAY better than it is online! Just walking into the lobby I got hit with a combination of mothball and air freshener smell! Then while standing in line, some lady sitting at a table yells at me and asks my last name, instead of walking over… which I realized she was just trying to sell park packages! Lady at the counter was nice and got me checked in. We walk into our room and we are missing our TV remote and shelves in fridge, bed was nothing but sheets on springs! And the smell continued, also mixing with the air brush convention taking place that took over the entire first floor! DO NOT GO HERE! You’ll thank me later! I’d put zero stars if I could!

My husband and I stayed here for out honeymoon. It was a nice non expensive hotel. If your just looking for somewhere you lay your heads and comfy beds with an a amazing pool. I would highly recommend.

This well, are friendly some speak Spanish, if you come to go to the amusement parks this fable has a pool and a Pizza hut in the same hotel, microwave on each floor and washing machines with dryer a Walmart 5 minutes…

We bought as timeshare owners in 2005. They we're under all kinds of renovations. — these renovations are still underway. Hot tub seems to always have issues. Pool is dirty. The side tiles I mean, grime! Gross! The staff, the right hand never knows what the left is doing. They play oldies, 50's sock hop music ALL day ALL night outside by the pool. They say they have no way to change this, yet inside the music is clean, fun, top 40. But this is my anger speaking… For 1 they lie right to guest face. After asking 6 different times over 3 days about the music situation, I asked point blank, "is the music getting changed or not, because I've been asking for 3 days". The girl at the desk finally said, "oh I checked, we cannot change it" as I was walking away, another guest came up & asked about changing the music… the SAME girl, said "oh you don't like it? I'll get it taken care of" LIAR! She said the same thing to me for 3 days & NOTHING has changed. I can over look the stupid music but to LIE. Not cool. Now for the good… Her name is Carla, management of guest services. How lucky to for this resort to have such a gem! She took time to listen, really listen, then she made things better! The 50's sock hop… yep it is still playing. But this new management company they have plans to bring this place to the glory it can be. Convenient location, 24 heated pool & a great, now clean jacuzzi. Carla is a problem solver! Props to her!

Excellent place. I would definitely go back. Trip in early March with my boyfriend and had previously asked if they could decorate it for our anniversary, and so they did, the attention of the staff is worth recognizing. The hotel was very nice. A market in the very complete lobby (art. Of personal hygiene, meals, snacks, etc. ), two pools, gym, entertainment for children, massage service, there is a Pizza Hut open during the day. It also has a shuttle service to the parks, (timetables in the photo), very comfortable as parking in the parks costs $20 and that way you can save them, to go to some Disney parks like being Animal Kingdom or Hollywood Studios, transportation only takes you to Magic Kingdom or Epcot, and from there you can take the Disney microphones that are free and take you to the parks. As far as the location is much better, a Walmart opposite, less than 5 '; A Shell service station almost diagonally, Wendys, Bk, pizzerias, Taco Bell on the same MainGate. Gift Shops at the entrance to the hotel. Honestly it is totally worth recommending.

Not bad at all is to spend the night private and well protected.

Spend the last 4 nights at this fabulous hotel with 5 other adults and 21 kids. Never had had the pleasure of staying at a place that was so unhelpful. When we arrived they didn’t even have bed for all our students to sleep in. The mildly warm breakfast was full of over cooked pancakes and under cooked eggs. No one ever informed or provided us with the wristbands for breakfast. Our students were turned away saying they didn’t get breakfast. My roommate and didn’t get clean washcloths and we the were requested they we tossed on the back of our toilet. To tops off the wonderful experience when we arrived home our last night we were all locked out of room. Everyone knows how pleasant it is to stand around with 21 over tired teenagers while management blames the keys not working on their guests instead of fixing the problem.

The rooms are comfortable and decent. Nice size tub in the bathroom and hot water doesn’t run out which is a huge plus. Kids loved the pool, and the Pizza Hut in there. Front desk isn’t that friendly at all and all the floors by the elevators, on each floor look like they haven’t been mopped in ages each day the stains and dirt was just getting dirtier and dirtier and darker the whole time I stayed and that was a week long. And the elevator floors looked like they have never been mopped they are so gross. Hopefully they see this and get someone to mop and clean those areas and they keep up on it and steam clean the carpets in the hallways where the rooms are they are gross too. Thankfully the rooms are cleaner than the hallways but overall it was a good place to rest my head at night.

If I could give it no stars I would. I am so aggravated. How do I get in contact with management? I am beyond furious. It started yesterday at check in. After driving 18 hours with kids I wait in this long ass line to check in. Get to the counter finally. Give her my name and she pulls my reservation up. Then goes in the back and comes out and says they don’t have a room for us but hold on she is looking for one. Finally 15 mins later comes out and days I found you one. I said to her well it’s a good thing you did because I called TWICE this week before I came and VERIFIED my reservation and BOTH times I was told I was good! The lady at the desk told me well I’m sorry we are having these issues, but we have people that reserved and are priority! SERIOUSLY, priority?! I guess me paying with me debit card isn’t good enough as some one else, even though I booked weeks in advanced! I also reserved for animal kingdoms view. I sure as heck didn’t get that I got a view of a roof top. Now on to the second day. Here I sit at 8:05 pm after asking not once but twice and still haven’t received any towels! I want to shower and wash my kids but can’t even get a clean towel! And our garbage is over flowing because housekeeping still hasn’t been to our room! I called at 4:06 to the front desk and they told me they would send someone shortly.

Water in the shower kept cycling hot and cold even when turned all the way to hot. Coffee maker in the room did not work at all. No room service at 10p on a Friday night and you have to go downstairs to get food if you want anything at night. The AC did work great. Nice cold room. Beds were comfortable. Music too loud by pool with no one else out there. Bartender at the Sand Bar did not know how to make simple drinks. Beer was sweet and flat. Rum punch was an unheard of "house recipe" and undrinkable. Probably will not stay here again. For the price there were better stays in the area.

It's a hotel away from everything. For example, the taxi to get back from Universal to the hotel departs 50 dollars. It's a cold hotel, it's got the basics. Very bad and expensive meals.

Everything's fine. Very friendly staff. Two swimming pools are available 24 hours a day. At the reception you will be intercepted by a lady who offers a discount for the amusement parks if you take part in a 90-minute coffee trip. The admission prices mentioned by it do not correspond to reality and are cheaper.

A place for rest and recreation. Comfortable, strategically located. Recommended for the family.

Its location, everything is at hand, even a pizza Hut inside the hotel, the parks at 15 min have free parking.

Very well received, spacious room, pool and nickel eating.

Based on first impressions this place isn't too bad. Reception is semi cheerful and the appearance is clean. The rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom seems a little worn down and is very compact. It looks like they just paint over everything every few months. But not bad for the price. Favorite thing so far is the soaking bath. Was not expecting it so it was a pleasant surprise.

Very nice hotel, very comfortable, well located, close to Disney Orlando parks, spacious and comfortable rooms, with refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and clothes ironing board in the room, a common area per floor with washing machines and drying clothes, ice dispenser, canned soda vending machine, and microwave oven. Transfers to parks and shopping, extensive parking beaches and several shops in the common area on the ground floor. Very clean and taken care of. The attention at the front desk varies by employee, there are excellent ones, and the others. Widely recommended.

Very nice. The. Bar staff is very attentive. Cleaning is noteworthy. You can spend a beautiful stay.

I had a bad experience! The cold water didn’t work in the tub so I about boiled myself, when I told them the issue they tried moving me to a smaller room which I wouldn’t go for. Then later that evening once they fixed the cold water and I moved all my stuff into the original room, I went up to get my jacket so we could go out to dinner. My key card did not work which had been working all day so I used the other two I had, none worked. Long story short I missed dinner reservations because of a simple maintenance issue. The key card scanner on the door went dead, meaning the hotel isn’t being ran properly. These are things that should be monitored and prevented. The ladies at the bar were the only pleasant part to my stay, super sweet people! They took my room taxes off for the two nights and gave me breakfast vouchers. The breakfast was gross! Really shocked with the service since they are close to the parks and all.

Nice hotel. Great location relative to the main Disney parks, across the road is a big new Walmart, along the street a lot of restaurants and souvenir shops. Good transport interchange and ample parking. Inside the hotel there is a pizzeria Pizza Hut (works from 11:00 to 23:00). The rooms are large, clean, light, the air conditioning system works perfectly. Of the cons-the internet "dead"!

Location is good. Close to the parks and great restaurants nearby. We did had some issues with some details of the reservation. When we made the reservation we were told that breakfast was included, which was not true. Also, a crib was requested when the reservation was made, and which it was not in the room when we got to the hotel. It was not very clean and lamps not working. Overall, is an OK hotel to stay and go to the parks. Not to stay for a " weekend to relax"

When I initially arrived the lady that checked me in wasn't very friendly. She warmed up after I said a few things to her (nice things. I believe in showing kindness no matter what). The room was nice. First floor, it was clean and not dated at all. I've stayed at 5 star places and although this is obviously not even close, it's great for families. The pool is open 24 hours so my son loved that. We were able to save a few hundred dollars on Universal without attending a time share presentation. I loved that. Overall I do recommend this property. It's not far from Disney or the other parks. Plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas too.

The staff at this hotel aren't very helpful in any situation. I stayed here for four days for a work event, and had nothing but bad experiences with the staff excluding the cleaning staff they were super nice. The rooms themselves are fine nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. I would not ever suggest this place to anyone for a vacation.

Not a fancy hotel but they were able to get us adjoining rooms. I thought it was just as nice of not nicer than the value resorts on WDW property at a third of the cost. Rooms were clean and didn't smell weird. Staff was very very nice and told us about a back way to the park and it only took us 7 min to get to Epcot.

Functional space to live in for a week but lacks some expected features like kitchen linens. Also, if dirt bothers you don't pick this place to stay. Our room needs the carpet replaced and stains removed from furniture. The location is spectacular but facilities need to be updated. It would be nice if two people could stand in the bathroom at the same time. A balcony would totally top off and help overcome the dirt for me.

The hotel is decent and deserves a 3 however because of the restaurant I give a 2. Pros: — The rooms are clean — The staff of the front desk are friendly — The pool is clean Cons: — The parking on the north side is very dark. Then, I don't feel safe at night walking around there and leaving my car there. — Some tiles are absent on the roof of the elevators. — the restaurant is not recommended. My wife ordered a salad and we can tell is the worst salad we have ever tried. It seems that they took a lettuce and halve it and put it on your plate with some other vegetables. We tried other dishes but we think that the taste of the food wasn't good. Some of the waitresses are not attentive.

I'm not even going to give them a review. The hotel resort or whatever u want to call it is HORRIBLE. I will neverrr stay at another one. The room had mold all in it. The phone didn't work (a tech came in an told us he had to move furniture an never offered us to change rooms). The toilet over flooded the tech came in an sucked the water up (never offered us to switch rooms). The staff was very rude. The remote didn't work (they gave us another one). The a/c fell apart. The rooms don't even come w/microwaves. When I was checking out I over heard another guest saying someone wrote ass hole on their car in nail polish!

Broken floor tiles in bedroom and bathroom. Phone did not work, alarm clock was broken and I couldn't call the front desk. The door area to the back tower has broken tiles, the door sticks and it is filthy. Beds are not comfortable. My stay was before the hurricane, so that was not the reason. I had a bus load full and had a room reserved with breakfast to be set up. It was never done and no one showed up. Restaurant manager would not even speak with me. He finally relayed the message that I could bring my group to the restaurant to eat. The only positive to that stay was the young lady at the front desk of the hotel. She was very personable and helpful.

The grounds overall seemed clean but not the best maintained. The lobby men's bathroom had broken and missing ceiling tiles. Possibly damaged from the last hurricane but still not pleasing to see. I was attending a conference and the front desk clerk was very friendly but seemed overwhelmed. She gave me her full attention to provide directions to the conference center but I could tell she had a lot to do behind the desk. The conference room itself was brightly lit and clean. The chairs provided we're definitely not designed for all day sitting. The av provider (may have been separate from the hotel) was still setting up when we arrived at 9. Don't know anything about the rooms as I didn't see one. Unsure of rates either.

I loved my stay there. The housekeeper Zorina was really pleasant and nice to me and my family. I loved the 24 hour pool service. But there was no carpet in the rooms, that's why I gave a 4 start. Overall I really loved it, we got discounted rates to the parks plus free shuttle to and from the parks. The two restaurants at the hotels plus nearby supermarket, shops and restaurants made our stay wonderful. Stayed there Aug 19-Sept 9, 2017 with my husband and son.

It is an older hotel but they keep it clean and nice. Pools are clean and music pool side is a great add! Staff is wonderful! Food is fantastic and not over priced! I would recommend for anyone that wants a modest price with no disappointments! I would definitely stay here again!

The room was decent for the price we paid. It was "clean". Didn't changed the sheet during our 8 days stay since we could still see the same stains, but we didn't mind. Bathroom was alright as well. The only complain that we have is that we saw a cockroach in our room… who knows if there are more of those. Better watch your luggages once you get home just in case you don't bring back some unwanted visitors in your house! I think our only highlight from the hotel was the host when we got there. I believe his name was Joe, he was really kind and very nice! Thank you for the warm welcome! Oh yeah, and very good location since it's close to Disney's theme park and not too far from Universal Studio's. They have many restaurants around but, being from Montreal, Canada, where there are lots of diversity in our restaurants, we weren't used to "American" fast food. If you drive to Orlando, you can find many good restaurants for good prices!

The room was clean enough for a short stay, but the shower curtain bar and the bottom of the bathroom door was rusty. If this woukd bother you… look elswhere. But it was a decent room at a decent price close to Disney. You need a car though.

Checked in last night upon arriving to Orlando. Had to wait 30 minutes because there was not a room available even though we verified our reservation a week prior to the vacation. We were placed on the third floor where the hallway carpet was riddled with stains and bald spots. The room was awful wall to wall tile beds were not a three star quality and it smelled so bad of cleaner it burned your nostrils even to stand in there 3 minutes. Given that it was the only room available we checked back out and seeked further accommodations elsewhere for our 4 nights stay in Orlando. There are hundreds of hotels and resorts in Orlando this is one I would never recommend.

Great place to bring the kids. Lots of things to do inside of the hotel and the location is perfect. The pool is open 24 hours and Marcel at the front desk couldn't be any nicer.

Rooms were okay and met expectations for the price. The hotel advertises shuttles to the disney parks, but they only come twice a day. If you are visiting disney you are better off staying at a Disney hotel rather than saving a few dollars here. The food you could get at the hotel bar and restaurant wasn't very good and the service was bad. It is nearby a busy street with many restaurants, though walking anywhere wouldn't be suggested based on how far away everything is.

Staff (housekeeping) dishonest and will likely steal your personal belongings. We left our daughters swimsuit (women's sized suit) in the shower and called the same day we checked out only to be told no one in housekeeping turned it in. We know for a fact she left it in the shower as I saw it there before we took the final bags down to the car and told her I would go back to get it and do a final walk through. Unfortunately there was so much going on with making it to disney in time for a reservation that I got distracted and forgot to go back for it. I did call the very same day though once I realized I had forgotten it. I would NOT recommend this hotel as most staff was extremely rude and housekeeping staff are thieves! The room had a bad odor and our refrigerator was broken. Even if housekeeping hadn't stolen my daughters swimsuit I would still give this hotel one star (preferably NO star) and never stay there again!

I went to this hotel with a reservation made 4 days prior. On the day of arrival I went to a park at disney first because the check-in time was for 4 pm. When I left disney I got to the hotel at 12. Keep in mind I'm extremely exhausted and sleepy at this point. I go to check in and they told be that the apologized but they were overbooked. To make a long story short, I got extremely upset. They never called me to notify me and I did this arrangement 4 days prior. They ended up sending me to a sister hotel that was "supposedly" better. It was one king bed and that was all. Keep in mind there were 4 people with us that day, which is why I needed two queen beds. To make matters worse hotel was 20 miles further away from my attraction so that really got me upset. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Also on that day, there were drunk people in the lobby and outside of the hotel. I have siblings with me all the time. That makes it so unsafe. Good luck.

Worst experience ever. Room AC on high when it's 35 degrees outside on rare cold Fl night. Heater not working call maintance to fix only to blow cold air 10 min later. Small refrigerator in room make more noise than those in the hallway at 2:30. Bed is something you'd expect at Salvation Army. I would have been better off sleeping in my car. Will never return or reccomend.

Good hotel located in a nice area close to the interesting shops of 192. The hotel room was clean; we got into the hotel to see a nice looking and inviting lobby. The whole hotel looked pretty well kept. It was clean throughout and offered a pizza hut and Savannah grill, both of which were good. The pools were nice, except the gusts in them were kind of wild (kids). Only thing I was disappointed with is the shuttle service to the parks. It only picked up at two times and returned at one for the Disney Parks. Kind of inconvenient if you check on later or want to come to the hotel earlier, but it works.

Hide fee! Don't waste ur money! It is a scam additional charges are hidden away… The hotel is in a very poor conditions…

Nice staff, reasonable rates aND clean rooms.

Do not stay here, the moment you walk in through the doors there's a nasty smell, the food was disgusted I was in bed and threw up those nasty mashed potatoes, my bathroom had a hair in the curtain the beds were uncomfortable, the door to open you had to push it really hard and it would make a lousy noise, the bathroom and doors were all rusted, the floor I was on had a huge stain I'm the floor that looked like vomit, the pool looked like hadn't been clean in years it was yellow the room just felt and looked filthy. I was never told I had to pay fees or taxes and was never told I had to pay for food I was told it was included and I was charged $16 every time I would go and eat we were a big group my husband and I only ate in the restaurant once since I threw up. When checking out I went to put the luggage in the car and when I came to get the rest of the stuff my room was already locked and it was only 10 am.

The place had roaches every where, changed rooms and it was worst. I didn't even spend the night before I decided to leave. The renovations are just starting and they have a lot to work on.

I wouldn't give them any stars at all. Three words: Roaches, Mold /Mildew, & hidden fees. Do yourself a favor and DON'T stay here. The motels across the street are better than this. Disney should not want their name affiliated with mess of a hotel. They charged my card multiple times and didn't have an explanation and when I questioned it, they had an attitude because I guess I was asking too many questions. I was transferred to the "manager" (if that's what you want to call him) who was condescending and rude. Customer service is non existent. It is absurd that they charge a "resort fee" for this mold/ mildew roach infested DIRTY room hotel. DO NOT stay here. This is embarrassing to the Radisson and Disney name. Horrible!

Had the most horrible and frustrating stay here, my first visit as timeshare owner was very frustrating, the condo we were given smells of mold couldn't sleep on first night, complain to the front desk said they are going to send somebody to see what the obnoxious odor was, claimed it was the ac unit and claimed it needs cleaning, took it away and reinstalled the unit and the mold was still there had a terrible night sleeping, my 6 year old was complaining about the smell the next morning, now there is 8 of us the youngest being 6years old, after complaining at the front desk, we were given another condo that only sleeps six persons, after inquiring where the other two persons will be sleeping we were promised roll outs, we went out and visit the Disney parks and came back at 11:30pm only to discover they did now provided the additional two roll outs as promised, at the front desk after venting my frustration we were given an additional room, went out to the Disney parks the next day and came back to the hotel only to discover somebody else was given the additional room they gave us, went back to the front desk only to be told they're sorry and will give us another room, the staff was friendly and the hotel is a mile away from Disney parks that's the only good thing for my rating. I don't think I will visit this hotel again and I will give up my timeshares, I don't want to experience another vacation like the one I had at this hotel.

Just stayed a weekend here. According to some other reviews the Hotel was renovated. That was not my experience. Everything in the room, the pool and in general looks worn and in need of fixing. They boast about their "garden tubs". And yes, it's a big tub. That looks like it was an after thought in the bathroom. The caulking was shoddy, and missing in places. Every faucet in our room leaded. The shower head could not be adjusted for a good stream. It was as though there was an extreme lack of water pressure to the head. The Drain was quite slow. The sheets on our bed were stained. YUK, and they had placed two carpets on either side of our King Bed. These carpets looked like they escaped from the 70s and looked very worn. I don't even want to THINK about bed bugs! They charge an extra $15 per night for a "Resort Fee". I don't know where they get off calling this a resort! They had two pools which were in need of repair, and the Hot tubes were definitely NOT HOT. They were TEPID at best, and not much in the way of bubbles either. I looked around the property, and nowhere did I see an exercise room. After walking the complex, I found everything in poor condition, in need of paint, maintenance or replacement. The "Mall" was one store, but they had a couple of booths for selling you time shares! I could not imagine that someone staying here would consider a timeshare on the same property! On a positive note: the Wi-Fi was snappy. They had NOTHING that would make this a "Resort".

This place can be summed up in one word: chintzy. Got a groupon specifically for the Magical View rooms, but upon arrival was put in a room on the other side of the hotel. I was told that in FL, when you book a specific type of room "it is only considered a request. You are not guaranteed that type of room. " That was the reason that I booked this specific hotel, and there was nothing in the fine print that said that you may not get the type of room that you booked. So, upon getting to our room that now had a view of the parking lot, we also encountered: — our door's deadbolt did not lock — all the furniture (and pretty much the whole hotel) was pretty beat up and dirty. Sort of looks like they bought the furniture 2nd hand and repainted it. — They had xbox-es set up for the kids downstairs. One didn't work the whole time. Another froze and we called the front desk to reset it. The next morning, it was still frozen. — On their website, they offer transport to the Disney parks (which is included in the extra $15 you must pay per day on top of the cost of your room). The magic kingdom opened at 9 and the earliest transport was around 11:30. And you can't bring strollers. So we had to drive anyhow. — There was a dog down the hall from us that was barking most of one night. — They advertised jacuzzi tubs, but this is basically an excuse to have a round half-size bath tub. There are no jets in it.

We stay in Orlando very often and have had good and bad experiences in many hotels. Every time we stayed at the Park Inn it has been consistently pleasant. Unfortunately I did not catch the gentleman's name that was working behind the counter tonight but he went above and beyond help me and my wife. We will only be staying here for now on.

Staff is under trained. They over booked the hotel. We didn't get king bed after reserving and paying extra for it. Elevators are broken. Room has a broken fridge and no shower curtain. Furniture is damaged.

Didn't let us know that there was an additional 20 bucks per night for our dog. Then once we checked in they told us to go over to the coupon girls when we were in a rush to get the dog out of the car the coupon girls yelled at us for not going to them.

The days 7, 8, 9 and 10 October 2014 I stayed with my wife and daughter, as part of a vacation plan acquired several years ago. It is a quiet, gentle, hygienic room hotel and although it is not the newest and most modern, is very nice. Their employees are helpful and friendly, very attentive, especially Mr. Armando Hernández, Natalie, and the Colombian Isabel, the Bogota and the Paisa or antioqueña. For us as latinos, it is very important that in hotels as Park Inn include personal to speak Spanish, to make the guest feel better served, as are doing.

This hotel is very good quality for the money. We stayed five days and were surprised at the updated rooms, etc. Great location for families close to all parks.

We were treated like royalty. Check in was quick and professional. Room was spotless. Upgraded to a Disney view room to view fireworks. Internet logged on in seconds. Good value.

We just spent 6 days here and loved it! We had a bedroom and a large living room with pull out couch (that was not comfortable), but we had brought and air mattress with us and kids just put that on top of the pull out bed. Kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, dishes, silverware, dishwasher with soap provided. We found Walmart and stocked up on food and drinks so did not eat at the restaurant on premises but walking through the lobby it smelled wonderful. We were told to put our towels out side the room in the morning and every evening when we returned there was a bag full of clean towels tied to our door. Pools were clean and plenty of towels provided if outside if you didn't have your own. Check in and check out went smoothly. Thanks to Mia! She was a very friendly and helpful young lady working at the check in on the condo side. I would definitely stay there again if visiting the area.

It was HORRIBLE! I would not recommend this hotel for either personal or for conference. The staff didn't seem to care. I could NOT get the internet to work the 2 days I was there — — if you are there to work, then you will get behind. When I called I was told that it was brighthouse outage. Then IT is working on it and they are re-setting the router. Then it was there are a lot of people pulling off the network. NEVER once a sorry. My rooms phone was missing buttons — — had no instructions. The bathroom had a nice spa shaped tub, but it was w/out a stopper to allow one to bath. Hot water? What is that? Even if I could have bathe, I wouldn't have had any hot water. I got out of the shower and pulled down one of the towels and it had crusted red stain on it! I took pictures because it was SO GROSS! I couldn't get out of there fast enough! DO NOT book rooms here.

I booked the Celebration Bahamas Cruise — First off — I was originally booked for the Ramada in Ft. Lauderdale but was terrified *literally* of the reviews and thought the drive from home to Orlando a lot shorter so I called and was re-booked by a complete SNOB from the Carnival Cruise Line Celebration Cruise lady. When I called to re-confirm my dates just to be sure the transfer was a success I was not booked for the Ramada on Maingate West — — — Not the case. I was booked for the Park Inn. When I initially went to Ramada — I had to go there to get my "vouchers" for the cruise —, there was one individual working the desk so yes it took a few minutes. Didn't bother me. Yes there was a stronger smell of chlorine — — — a pool and jacuzzi right around the corner. If you are signed up for the cruise be sure to be prepared for an immediate $40 charge that they circle on a paper then have you sign then tell you you are getting charged. It will be refunded on the same card once you have completed the Timeshare thing. Back to the actual review for the hotel! I WAS VERY NERVOUS ABOUT ENTERING THE ROOM! I was PLEASANTLY surprised to see an updated (in my mind anyway) room with two queen beds, a flat screen tv, a black mini fridge, a modern looking desk and chair, a safe (although my husband couldn't find a code anywhere) and four sources of lighting. The bathroom is smaller however, the tub is oval shaped and my husband (6') and I (5') fit comfortably.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights from 16 to 19 February at $35.00 night Hotwire and the hotel is in good condition, the room is clean, offering is not 5 star but by the price when one what usa room is sleeping after all day in the Park is worthwhile. The comments that the place does not serve were not our experience, I recommend it. It is as a 3 star.
