People are polite and courteous; housekeeping in tip top shape.

Everything is clean and everyone here is nice and helpful! Bed is extremely comfortable!

Quiet & clean hotel with updated decor. Mini fridge, microwave, & coffee service in room. Generous hot breakfast in the morning. We travel a lot for dance and the housekeeping staff are among the most concientious and friendly that I have seen. The front desk clerk was likewise helpful and courteous. We would happily stay here again.

Third time staying here. Very accommodating when I was given a room that smelled like smoke they gave me another room immediately for the inconvenience. Breakfast is great. Lady cleaning up there is very patient with the people who rudely leave their plates and garbage.

Walls at this hotel are crazy thin. I could actually understand the conversation of the room next door. The ice machine made noise all night even when no one was using it. It was however very clean. The mattress was comfortable and the breakfast was good. They add some Disney elements to the hotel to make it more like a Disney hotel for those families that can't afford one on Disney property but want a little of that feel. I would give it a higher rating if it were not for the noise.

Rooms clean and updated, front desk staff super sweet BUT manager is a disappointment. Shower was so slick that my handicapped husband fell while in it, even showering with assistance. When we went down to get assistance, the front desk clerk gave us a mat (why was it not in the shower already!? ), some pain relievers, and wrote an incident report. We were told the manager would be speaking with us, but he conveniently avoided us while on the floor. No one followed up, and my husband went home with bruised ribs and a busted ankle. What a shame.

Excellent staff, rooms, and breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel. There is toy story theme and kind of has a Disney property feel in the lobby. Oh and the breakfast has Mickey waffles!

This is a new Fairfield Inn located near the entrance to Disney World. The rooms are very clean and in such good shape, you feel like you might be the first person to stay there. Even though I am a season passholder to Disney, I have stayed here for medical reasons the last few times. Florida Hospital at Celebration is within a mile of the Inn. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is excellent compared to the low rate to stay here.

A day after I checked out, I realized I forget an item… housekeeping calm they dint find it. They took my pants. Would never stay there again.

The hotel is new. It's very clean and conveniently situated within walking distance from multiple areas to eat. The staff is communicative and nice.

I did not sleep well in room 133. First, I am allergic to down feathers and was told that there was not another pillow in the entire hotel and they were sold out for the night. I find that hard to believe since the parking lot is not remotely full and when I checked online I could still book a room. Second, a clanging noise started around 5:45 a. M. Coming from the kitchen area. The entire purpose of a hotel is to sleep so major fail. I will say the room is clean, however the ice bucket and cups are kept in the bathroom-that is super gross. I also do not like to be called “mama” by the staff. You should refer to a female as “Miss or Ma’am. ” A $20 charge was applied to my card for incidentals just in case I wanted something from their little store. How about you charge me when I purchase something? I was told it would be refunded in 3 days. Ridiculous! I have not been out of the room to see the breakfast yet. I am annoyed that I will be tired on my first day of vacation due to lack of sleep.

This Fairfield Inn & Suites is fresh and very clean. You can tell the employees take pride in their facility and it shows. Just minutes from Disney and much more, the location is ideal. Thought I would be visiting the nearby Waffle House and IHOP for breakfast, but no need with the more than generous offering that this Fairfield provided. Warm food such as scrambled eggs, omelets with cheese, various sausages and waffles in the shape of Mickey's face. It is the attention to detail that makes this Fairfield stand out. An outdoor pool with an outdoor shower are a must when enjoying the Florida sun. The exercise room features up to date machines and free weights. They even have a water filtration system with a cold spout that delivers freezing cold filtered water. The rooms are well thought out and beds are a dream. The front desk staff is always willing to help you out and are eager to please. You get a lot for your money here and I would even say that I would stay here over higher end hotels. Update: Stayed again at this Fairfield Inn at the end of May 2018 and it has retained the high quality that it had a year ago. You see many hotels start out great and then they tank quickly and attention to cleaning and detail go out the window, but not at this place. Breakfast is still top notch, whole facility is still very clean and in working order. You can tell the staff and management take pride in their place.

Good hotel. Room was nice and the staff were helpful. They had a free breakfast which was decent and they restock the items and food which is nice for us late risers.

Comfortable room. Nice shower, no tub in bathroom. Good free breakfast, can make your own Mickey waffles!

Friendly staff. Clean rooms and well maintained interior and exteriors. Helpful amenities for business travellers like printers, fitness center and pool. Nice breakfast. Kids loved Mickey waffles. Close to Disney world and convenient location with restaurants, pharmacy and shops in walking distance. Very thin walls and can hear from outside or adjucant rooms. Road noise is a problem for roadside rooms.

Easy access from the highway. Numerous, good restaurants close. Front desk staff was awesome! Room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was huge! Coffee maker, fridge, microwave, spotless bathroom, and nice tv! Breakfast was decent, and business center convenient. Being on the Disney campus would be a plus for families! I would return!

The lobby was clean and inviting right when you walk in. The person behind the desk greeted us immediately and was very friendly. Our room was clean and ready for us right away. I loved the breakfast in the morning. The information available about the Disney parks nearby was useful, and the Mickey Mouse waffles a fun little extra.

This is my home each time I come by. Besides accessibility, breakfast is decent, staff and manager are attentive and accommodating. Pool is decent and clean and close to both Disney and Universal parks. Stayed here when they first opened and building was built from ground so it is literally new. I will highly recommend it for families add the fact price is decent.

A very comfortable and cozy place to crash in. The inn is very well maintained, the staffs cleaned our room regularly and the front desk attendants did their best to help us with our queries and questions. We had a plethora of options to choose from during our complimentary breakfast. Added to all these, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and Disney World are all close by. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with them.

Great stay at this hotel. Friendly staff. Clean and updated rooms. Large bathroom. Comfortable beds. Breakfast could be improved, but was OK. Sink was clogged. We mentioned it to the front desk, and they gave us additional points for our trouble. Maybe a problem they need to address as I see the same issue in a review below.

Nice hotel very clean. 2 min walking distance from golden corral and Boston lobster feast. The hotel is located between the 2.20 min drive to Disney parks maybe a little less or more depending on traffic. Old town 5 min drive, premium outlets about 15 min universal studios 25 min … location is excellent. Free breakfast from 6-10am coffee, tea, eggs, diy waffles, bacon, cereal, milk, oatmeal etc. Housekeeping is great they are all so friendly. Front desk also very nice. Def recommend.

Great spot to stay for a Disney vacation. The room and breakfast were fantastic. Shuttle to Disney world was pricey, and we ended up using lyft which was about 10-15 bucks each way. On foot, there's a couple great restaurants nearby too. Great hotel, good location.

I was very happy with the accommodations on my recent trip to Orlando for a business conference. The room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast each morning which had a nice selection of items to choose from. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Best place we have stayed. Staff is very friendly. Always says hello when they see you. Front desk is always available to assist you. Our stay is for a month and everyone is great. I can't express or emphasize how nice every one is. They do deserve the 5 star rating I have them.

Nice new clean rooms close too everything in kissimmee very close to old town attractions and all Disney attractions. Front desk employees very courteous. Lang checked us in and was very helpful and understanding of our situation. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights after IRMA when we had not power. It took about an hour to check-in due to the late check outs because of the 6pm curfew. It was great to in and just relax in the room. We really enjoyed it. The free warm breakfast was great. They have had some gluten free options and our kids loved the make your own mickey mouse waffles.

The hotel itself is very nice. Appears to have been recently built or remodeled. However the walls are thin. You hear neighbors talking and the nearby circus called old town is very loud until about 2am. The staff I've interacted with have been pleasant and helpful. Typical of Marriott, which is good. Were it not for the noise, this would be a great hotel.

The hotel was clean and modern. It had large showers, a comfy bed, comfy towels and a good breakfast in the morning. If you got down to breakfast early you could easily find a table; however, after 8am good luck! It's an all out war finding a table. They had vegetarian sausage everyday, Mickey waffles, oatmeal, eggs, sausage/bacon/ham depending on the day, and many other options. It's about a 10 minute drive to Disney, 45 to legoland and an hour from the Kennedy Space center.

This hotel is only 10 minutes away from magic kingdom. It's consistently clean, affordable, and everything you could need shopping wise is in walking distance. It's also a pleasure dealing with the staff. This hotel has good Wi-Fi, a Netflix ready TV, and tons of electrical outlets. It's not a suite so as expected the fridge is the small type, and above it there is a small microwave. The decor is nice and updated, the room is a good size for the price however, there is no in room safe. The extras such as pool and gym are nice and the included morning breakfast is worth the effort to wake up early enough to enjoy. The bathroom layout is good, but sink station is behind the door so you have to consider needing extra time for getting ready I'm the morning in someone uses the shower or toilet. Parking is only average if you park in the front where the hotel shares spaces with a restaurant, but on the plus side, the back does have plenty of spaces and is still close to an entrance. I haven't had a room near elevators so I'm not sure how unpleasant the sound is, but they don't seem very loud during normal use. I highly recommend staying here if visiting the Disney parks.

I stayed there in the first week of June 2017 and it was a pleasure to have stayed there. Bathroom was pretty clean and the beds were comfortable. I chose that place because it was reported as a new hotel. Therefore, things were clean. The staff were nice. The place was close to the Disney World parks. Only thing I didn't like was, when I booked on Orbitz it stated that they had a FREE shuttle to the parks. That was NOT correct. They had a shuttle, but it was $12 per person, per day. So, if you have more than one in your party for the shuttle than, it is not worth it. There were plenty of places close by to dine. Other than not having a free shuttle I'd stay there again.

If it had more space it would be a 5-star place. But their location limits a lot. Very nicely located amongst restaurants and shopping for tourism. Just across the main entrance to Celebration super clean nice and friendly hotel. Very recently opened not even a year I would say. Great place to stay when you have plans for long walks at the Disney World theme parks.

Excellent stay. Quick check in. Close to Disney without all the traffic and cost. Less than 10 minutes and I was at Disney's gates. The staff was great. Anything I needed was taken care of, they greeted me every night when I came back. Breakfast was well stocked with hot and cold options. Mickey shapped waffles for the kids. Tea and coffee out for breakfast. Close to restaurants including some 24 hour places. Will stay here again.

Very modern and comfortable Hotel in a good area of Orlando just 10 minutes from Disney World. The rooms are very elegant and offer a buffet breakfast.

Front desk personnel are nice, but the housekeeper on our floor… That's a different story. The first day, we got out at 11:50 am, and even though we told the housekeeper to please clean the room at that time, she didn't do it. The next two days, knocked on our door very early, waking us up, like she wanted us to get out, so she could clean the room.

Very understanding staff. Great rooms. Great service. Had a miscommunication regarding the shuttle and unfortunately was left waiting around an hour. Hotel management was great and made sure to take care of us in a way that was fair. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was fine for what we needed. Just visited a couple places around it, worked very well. The room was fantastic. Very clean and spacious. The receptionist was very pleasent. Everyone was so very helpful with any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a very nice time here. Location is close to Disney and a lot of restaurants around. Very clean and bathroom is huge. The one thing that stood out was that 30 min after I left, I received a call from the hotel saying I left my shoes in the room. She asked if I wanted to turn around and get them but I asked if she could mail them to my address and she said no problem. I received them 3 days later in the mail. Thank you so much for a great experience. I'm so happy there are still good people in this world!
