My daughters & I really enjoyed our recent 4 night stay. Check in was fast & friendly. Every time we walked into the building I said "it smells so good in here". It had a clean, pleasant scent. Our room was on the top floor & had an amazing view of Old Town. The room was clean & spacious. My daughters enjoyed the pool & I loved the hot tub. The Mickey waffles for breakfast were a hit! We will definitely be back again!

Staff 8s nice and friendly. They have cleaned and updated the the pool and hot tub areas.

Stayed for 15 days. From August 8 til today August 22. Loved the fresh clean sent in the mornings, kids loved the Mickey shaped waffles with chocolate chips. Clean towels everyday, great housekeeping, staff were super friendly (especially Jessie). Pool opened 24 hours with complimentary towels to use while in the pool. Walking distance to Old Town, Fun Spot and the Food Trucks. Most definitely would stay there again.

This place is awesome! If you are heading to Orlando and not staying "on property", this is the place to stay. Great pool, great rooms, great lobby and arcade… Plenty to do in walking distance as well. Couldn't have been happier!

Clean hotel, friendly staff, and great location. Tiki bar is definitely a plus to have and was given coupons to use for drinks. They offer discount tickets to Disney if you go to one of their timeshare events and a free shuttle to and from all the parks depending on the time of day. The hotel itself is in an excellent location with food, nightlife, and an amusement park right nearby. Not to mention Disney is only less than 15 mins away. Will definitely stay here again as there is much more to explore!

What a great and clean hotel. The rooms were big. We really enjoyed the hotel. The breakfast was amazing. We loved walking over to old town. The pool was very nice and opened late.

Location is amazing with plenty of supermarkets/shops and good places on the doorstep. Only a 10 minute drive to the Disneyparks. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Pool area is clean and comes with towels, bar and hot tub. Breakfast is plentiful with a decent amount of choice. I would both recommend this hotel and stay here again.

This is by far the best hotel we have stayed at. We stayed for a week to go to the parks. Very close to Disney and universal. There isnt a word for how amazing our maid was. My children each brought their own soft blanket, and every day she folded them a different way, the kids were so excited to see how she was going to do them the next day. The pool and hot tub were great. The breakfast buffet was great, something different each day. Definitely would stay here again if ever in Florida. My only complaint is we got stuck in the elevator 2 times and had to call for help.

First time in comfort suites & it has been a great experience, a stones throw from Old Towns so plenty to do, plenty restaurants, gift shops & bars. Comfort suit staff so helpful & friendly, bedrooms spotless clean. Complementary breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel. Oh not forgetting the pool with plenty sun loungers if you want to relax after Theme parks or just have a day sunbathing. Would definitely come back. X.

I was really happy with our stay. The room was very clean, and that's important to us. The free breakfast was really good too! They had Mickey shaped waffles, so that was cute. The price to stay was pretty decent too, with no hidden extra hotel fees that they spring on you upon arrival. Would definitely stay again.

This is our second stay here and again we are happy with the choice! The rooms are clean, large and comfortable! The staff is friendly and accommodating! The location couldn't be better for easy access to all venues and attractions! Breakfast has many options and with good tastet considering it being a hotel breakfast. Pool is heated and 24 hours which makes for happy children at night when they aren't ready for bed! Bathroom are CLEAN! We will continue to return for our weekend getaways!

Nice view from the room window, if, they were cleaned that is. Breakfast is free and plentiful, rooms are clean and spacious, elevators are mind numbingly slow, pool is heated and large, pool bar is great for booze and hot snacks, no drunks though. It’s supposed to be 100% non smoking but people were smoking round the pool and pool bar, air conditioning works beautifully, room coffee was diabolical, breakfast coffee was ok, it’s in a tourist area so very tourist oriented. Many restaurants and bars within easy reach. “Old Town” is just around the corner. Only three star because the smokers and the dirty windows.

Comfort suites main gate East is the shining star of the brand. Very close to Walt Disney World. Rooms are very clean, hotel amenities are well kept. The breakfast is top notch, you will love the Mickey Mouse shaped waffles. I plan to stay at this hotel in the coming months when I visit Walt Disney World again.

Stayed with my wife and 3 bigger kids comfortably in 1 room. Room was spacious with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Best part is the pool and spa tub are open to guest 24 hours a day. Spa tub is also secluded, surrounded by palm trees etc. We loved it. Only down side to the entire 3 night stay was the elevators were slow, but that was to be expected since the hotel was popular.

Just returned from a holiday and stayed here. Room was spotless and clean. Good sized room and the view was lovely. Fantastic location as near Old Town and not far from other points of interest. We used the complimentary shuttle service to the theme parks and they was punctual. Was great that breakfast was included and the 24 hour pool is a fantastic idea if you want a dip after a busy day. I'd recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. Thanks.

This is my go to hotel in the Orlando when I am traveling with a moderate budget. The location of this place is absolutely fantastic and walking distance to many restaurants and small Kissimmee attractions like Old Town Fun Spot and awesome Chocolate Factory and some great mini golf. This hotel is freshly renovated as of 2017 with the rooms being completely redone fresh and modern no complaints at all nice plush towels clean Linens. 24-hour pool and a great little pool bar with an island oasis machine.

This weekend was our first time staying here just a little anniversary get away and we absolutely loved it … A great location right next to old town and just minutes from lots more our favorite was the 24 hr pool it was awesome the staff was wonderful breakfast was great and the hotel/rooms were very nice and clean the only tiny negative is the beds are not very soft but other than that a great great place I would definitely recommend this hotel and we're already planning our next trip to bring the kids.

The check-in was quick but the staff at the counter was not welcoming at all and only spoke in English. The rooms are quite large and clean, the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is very clean only thing that there is no place to hang used towels. The breakfast is good, a few options of hot items. The replacement of the breakfast items when they ran out was really bad, the guests had to inform the staff as they didn't pay any attention. The pool area is nice and kept clean. The hotel is located in a good area nice to have a walk at night and near to Old Town which has various places to eat.

Beautiful hotel with everything you could ask for. The suites are a great size, with a sofa and dining area, little kitchenette, huge bathroom and even bigger bed! The bed is extremely comfortable, I've had some great nights sleep here. There's a laundry room with very cheap prices if you want to wash and dry your clothes. The free breakfast is great! The swimming pool is heated and always clean and pleasant, as is the hot tub. They've just put brand new furniture out there too which is nice. The tiki bar looks good, although I haven't tried it. The concierge is always friendly and attentive, nothing is too much trouble. It's literally a 1 minute walk to old town which is great! There's a computer room, arcade, shop and gym on site too. The gym is great and very well equipped. We are thoroughly enjoying our stay here, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. My only criticism is lack of security. Anyone can (and does) walk in, mainly to shove flyers under your door.

When we go back. This is where we will stay. Swimming pool and Hot Tub open 24hrs, breakfast buffet was great choices. It was packed and we never had to wait on a thing. They answered any questions we had. Helped us anyway they could. Great great place to stay,, loved it.

The rooms are clean, and the breakfast very good.

This is a great hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms kept nice and clean as was all the hotel area's. The outside bar was excellent and did lovely food and not priced at ridiculous prices. Pool was very well maintained and lots of fresh clean towels on hand. The old Town across the road was lovely and it was nice to have somewhere to go on a day off from the parks. The only downside was the shuttle buses. Very limited to the timings. A few more options for timings there and back would of been better, I. E Universal studios was pick up at 8 o'clock in the morning then return was 6 o'clock at night from universal studios. An afternoon pick up would of been good for tired kids plus a later one as you couldn't watch the light and fireworks display that was shown at 7.30. But overall a great friendly hotel that I would recommend.

This hotel was more than I expected. Kind and friendly service, large and spacious clean rooms, spacious bathroom. Complimentary hot breakfast, hot coffee all day and night long, 24/7 pool access, what more could I ask for? Perfect location where it’s not too busy unlike International Drive. So far I’m enjoying my stay here. The mattress is a little bit firm, but it’ll do. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is fairly close to the parks, with a 15-20 minute ride. There are a lot of fun things to do around the area that are within walking distance as well as food options. The customer service at this hotel was excellent! We had a late flight the day of checkout and they allowed us to extend our checkout time a few hours for free. The rooms are large and spacious and the free breakfast is delicious. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel has good service in Gral. The breakfast was very nice. One of the elevators was not working 4 days with the hotel crowded. They charge a lot for receiving passenger packages. The pool outside well.

This is my families regular hotel when we decide to stay at Old Town for a day or two. While this hotel used to be 5 stars, the quality has changed rapidly. A few months ago, the executive suit used to have a big bath tub with jets, which was one of the main things I loved about the room. Now it has a shower that leaks from the side. The flooring looks really bad. The elevators used to be tile floors, now they are carpet and stink so bad from the wet feet of swimmers. Speaking of swimming, the pool was closed. Breakfast isn't a big deal, it's regular food. It's a okay place to just sleep overnight.

It's a great place but needs improvement. We have been here for a week and one of the elevator has not been fixed yet. The one that works is very slow. And sometimes would stop at every floor before reaching the 1st floor. The floor we are staying at, laundry has been out of service as well. During breakfast, some of the hot food items are heat up and then kept in buffet with the layer of plastic at the bottom. Which is very harmful for health. I am still giving 3 stars for this because the staff was nice, really appreciate the maids for making the bed and keeping everything up to date everytime we came back. And it is a clean place. Great for kids and family.

Great hotel within easy walking distance of old town. Room was really spacious and very clean, staff were attentive and friendly and the buffet breakfast was great. Free parking out front, and we were allowed to leave the car there after checkout so that we could explore the area a bit more. The only problem was that everyone else also thought the breakfast was great so it was very crowded and hard to get a seat. Overall a great experience at a really good value hotel with a really good location.

This was a great place to stay for business or a family vacation. Convenient to Walt Disney World and right behind Old Town. The rooms are comfortable suites with plenty of amenities. The FREE Breakfast is delightful with a variety of hot and cold choices to please most anyone. I have stayed at this hotel at least one night for the last seven years. You won't be disappointed.

We were very impressed with Comfort Suites Maingate East. We were expecting atypical motel room and instead we had a spacious sweet including a kitchen area a living room bedroom and main bath. When we left to go out to dinner we discovered that we also had a second full bath. They provided a free breakfast which was undoubtedly the best breakfast I've ever had at a motel. It included hot items such as waffles, omelettes and sausage along with cold breakfast items such as cereal oatmeal toast and bagels. You also had a choice of beverages including coffee, tea, and fruit drinks such as orange juice. Hot coffee was also available 24 hours a day. Another plus is that you are less than 10 minutes from the Disney World Resorts and attractions. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Orlando.

Great hotel in an amazing location taking literally 3 minutes to get to Disney's parking lots (they also have a shuttle). Rooms are huge and clean. Big pool and hot tub along with a full bar and restaurant. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with hot waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, fruit. The staff, especially in the breakfast area and kitchen were wonderful. For the price, this hotel is an AMAZING value. We will be back!

A lot of people. Swimming pool, Remou bath, breakfast totally congested! Very spacious room, discreet and efficient housekeeping. Despite the world very quiet room and comfortable beds. Perfect for sleeping but after you do not stay there.

Marilyn from housekeeping… always does a fantastic job with the room. Please let her know how much we appreciate her hard work. Only issue… bath tubs are very slippery when taking a shower. Ultra comfortable rooms, clean and quiet. On the other hand all the common places are saturated. Tail for breakfasts, crowded pools etc… well placed next to Old town. I went first half of July.

The hotel is perfect for what we wanted (place to sleep) but the breakfast was lacking any variety and anything substantial. Also didn't have its own restaurant which would have been nice. Other than that you couldn't fault it. Staff were very friendly and the place was always clean. Best bit was the constant free coffee.

Great room for the money. Spacious and clean. Rooms are nice looking. Great value for someone with a large family. We stay at Comfort Suites exclusively because of these reasons. Some locations aren't great but this one was better than most.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Staff was very friendly and generally looked happy to be doing their job. Not sure how the staff manages to put together a decent free breakfast for over 500 guests last night, but they manages beautifully. Only real problem was a glitch with the AC unit in our room that caused it to shut down and refuse to turn back on. Fortunately the night manager knew his stuff and had it back up inside of 5 minutes, and we were finally able to get back to sleep. Very enjoyable stay, overall.

Overall, okay stay. The breakfast was not very good nor are the gym facilities. Lots of families staying here made for noisy neighbors.

We love this hotel; it's family oriented, accross the street from Oldtown Disney and 7 minutes away from Downtown Disney, and other theme parks. Hotel also offers free breakfast & they have Mickey Mouse pancakes for the kids (and adults too). We are VIP guests & always get an awesome room & a welcome package :)

The stay here at comfort suites is decent, we stayed here before on many occasions, it gives you a nice view of old town and fun spot, also highly recommend to visit those spots during your stay, everyone is really friendly at the hotel, this hotel does have a fridge and a microwave, sofa bed next to your king bed, very clean and rooms, only thing is house keeping wakes you up with all those vacuuming so early in the morning and once you get downstairs to the complimentary breakfast you can't arrive to get any food because everyone else already ate it. The first two days we stayed there, all there was left were food scraps everywhere & some toast. The last day we were surprised we were able to get at least a Mickey Mouse waffle and some yogurt. The pool view is really nice, it's a very welcoming place, rooms are spacious and clean, everything fit for a family.

Beware that during July this place has a football camp that stays in this hotel. These boys are between 15-17 years old about 24 of them. There are only three shaporones ie. Coaches there to watch them. These people stay there ever year. The first night nothing but slamming doors and yelling down the halls people banging doors, knocking on doors during the night time. My trip consist of two nights. I checked out before then after I saw a naked football player running across the hallway from one room to another in front of my wife and 5 year old daughter. After calling front desk the manager on duty and telling her what just happened. She had contacted the coach, which got us no where. I was going to call the police on the naked man for lude behavior. The other thing is don't get any rooms facing pool area ie. (Pool view). This was a big problem as well due to loud people at the pool in the late night hours to early morning hours. All though I will say the only good thing about this place is the clean rooms and free breakfast in the morning. Would I ever go back or recommend this place to anyone? Definitely NOT! Don't get rooms on second floor if you stay there. And elivators are very slow with hundreds of rooms there are only two elivator for over hundreds rooms. During the first night security was called over 6-8 times. If you book here you are taking a risk.

Presentable exterior albeit not the most ideal location among other relatively "ghetto" looking buildings. The interior is vibrant, welcoming, clean, and supplied tourists with adequate info on the area. Only 2 elevators, however and the wait can be a little obnoxious. Check-in and check-out process was easy, staff were polite and professional, no pushy room service (this is a commodity in hotels). The room itself was tidy and clean, well furnished and worth the price. You don't get 5 stars from me though because the major disappointment was the mattress (the best part of the hotel room). It was surprisingly lacking in what I look for in a quality hotel grade bed. It was simply a flat, soft surface that seemed to seriously be void of all potential fluff that makes a guest want to just jump on top of it.

Nice hotel for families, we very much enjoyed our stay including the pool despite the cold, if I return the hare delighted.

My fiance and I stayed on a Saturday night on a stay-cation trip from the city so we could spend the day at Fun Spot, grab some dinner in Old Town and catch the Saturday night classic car cruise. Although there are quiet hours in the public areas, the pool and hot tub are open 24 hours which is extremely nice. The suites are new, clean and spacious, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The breakfast is much more than a normal free breakfast, including hot food from sausage gravy and biscuits to eggs, ham and waffles. There is a poolside bar that serves food, open 3-11pm. They have a shuttle schedule to nearby attractions if you'd care to venture past Old Town strip without worrying about driving and parking. We definitely enjoyed our stay, and learned that one night is definitely not enough to experience everything in the Kissimmee area. We look forward to returning again soon.

We stayed here for five days with our three sons: a newborn, a toddler and a 6 year old. The hotel is beautiful and right across the street from Old Town and Fun Spot, which my oldest son LOVED. He went on and on about how there was a roller coaster right there in the parking lot. That alone makes this an AWESOME place to stay if you have kids over 3. We stayed in a room with two double queens and it had a beachy feel and was very spacious compared to our previous hotel with two queens. It has a couch with pullout bed and a coffee table, a tiny kitchen nook with micro and fridge. The housekeepers did a GREAT job coming in every morning and tidying up after my messy toddler and his endless trail of crumbs. Sofia, especially, was incredibly nice. The woman deserves a raise, she's a keeper! The not-so-good: Not sure if there's an event or what, but it's incredibly PACKED and breakfast is just impossible. Huge lines, long waits, no space for eating. After waiting in line for at least 15 minutes, the server informed us that she was completely out of waffles. Considering the rest of it looked gross (egg-like patties, burned and dried out ham slices, vegetarian beans, oatmeal the consistency of thin SOUP), we just set our plates down and left. We didn't return any other day. There's a McDonald's a block or two up the road. The other bad thing is the elevators are SO INCREDIBLY SLOW. We stood and waited six minutes once, and that was with two running.

Stayed 11/27/14. Had a double queen room on the sixth floor near the elevator lobby. Found the mattresses were harder than sleeping on the floor. The corridor traffic echos into the room with every voice, laughter, and yell. Although the room to room noise is very low.

Stayed for two weeks in October. Very pleasant. The employees were lovely, the room clean and very acceptable. The maid always "went the extra mile" organising our boys cuddly toys. The breakfast was great, way more choice than most people would ever consider at home. Loved it, we all did and we would definitely recommend this to anyone else.

We stayed at this hotel in march 2014 for two weeks. And could not fault it at all. Lovely staff. Great Breakfast choice. Very comfortable room. Loved it so much that we have booked up to return on Christmas day for two weeks back at this Hotel. Cant wait.
