If you are only looking for a place to sleep in between going to the parks, this place isn’t bad. If you expect the amenities they claim to have, forget it. The Wi-Fi is nonexistent and the TV sucks too. The room itself was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful, I’ll give them that. Everything else was subpar at best. Buyer beware, you get what u pay for here and that ain’t much.

This is my preferred location. Walking distance to many restaurants. Tourist area. Staff is amazing. Affordable rates. Clean rooms. Housekeeping maintenance is very good. Free breakfast from 6am-9am.

One of the best inexpensive hotels in the area. Rooms are clean, they come equipped with a microwave and mini fridge. Kids like the pool. Rooms are clean. I haven't seen any bugs, besides lots of geico outside lol. What's nice is no deposit, had issues with other hotels holding deposits and not returning money for a week after you check out. I highly recommend this hotel. Staff is also very friendly. Also, breakfast is good waffles, toast, oatmeal, milk, juices, fruit, yogurt, etc… I suggest going early to get food since it gets rather crowded the later you go.

The hotel is very good for the price, this super well located, close to many shops and the road that takes you to downtown Orlando where all the theme parks are. The hotel is austere and nothing fancy (for the same price). Breakfast is served 6-9am, then you have to get up early so that it is not full, but this very well, it has bread, waffles, cereal, oats, yogurt, coffee, juice and fruit, sometimes there are omelets, you have to heat them in the microwave that is in the same area of the breakfast. I really recommend this hotel a lot, I rent car because it is much easier for me, but there are bus stops close to it. The staff is friendly and they speak Spanish!

If you are coming for just a place to sleep it's a great place! That's all we needed it for. The other reviews made me weary at check in time, but staff are very nice and helpful. There is no sign of any "critters" other reviewers speak of. We only tried breakfast one time and we went at a peak time, so we did not try it again. We went there towards the end and a lot of food was already gone and it was super crowded. With some small changes it could be great! But like I said we just wanted a low cost, clean, & safe place to stay close to things & this was perfect. We never went down to the pool because we were too busy exploring florida! Staff even called us to check in after arriving! Prior to checking in here we had a bad experience at a local place & were definitely nervous after reading reviews. Don't let them fool you into paying more money somewhere else! ;)

Had a great night's sleep. The staff was very nice and helpful with extra towels. The rooms are a great size and everything in them was in great abundance. My mom stayed with us and used to work for Sheraton. She really talked a great deal and applauded the staff with a gracious tip for housekeeping.

Very economic hotel. We paid 63 dollars per night with not deposit. The location is great and so is the staff. They clean our room everyday. The AC units is great, the bathroom are clean. No noise at all. Employees very honest. No problems at all. Cheap and good. Carlos the manager was great.

Read some reviews prior to it. The hotel is outdated, but it's a comfortable place to sleep in and in a really convenient location if you're planning on traveling to the Disney theme parks (10-15 minute drive). Note: some of the sheets have stains, it was really just the top comforter for one of the beds we had. Some of the outlets in the room didn't work an the shower/toilet is a very tight space with chipped walls and doors. However, the staff was very nice and really reassuring on certain matters. Our key stopped working at one point, but they explained that to keep your key away from your phone because it'll disconnect it. I didn't try the continental breakfast, but those who stayed with me said that it wasn't that great. We ended up leaving a day early and they were understanding and refunded our money.

I was staying there with my family a week ago and I can really recommend it. Its staff is very attentive and helpful. They speak English and Spanish and the best even their rooms and security are very good. It is also strategically located because it has outlets nearby. Restaurants and parks. Thank you.

Hotel Standard. Perfect for making Disney and Universal parks. Cheap, comfortable and with good beds. Very well located.

I stayed in the month of December x 9 days, did not have many expectation. Since the price was low but was close to everything, the truth I was very happy with the attention received from all, I do not speak English and all speak Spanish, are very cordial and always tried to resolve my queries, if it is true in some cases the cleanliness, but if people smoke inside the rooms for more than clean the holor does not go anymore.
Breakfast is very poor but you can't pretend to have a 5 star breakfast with what one pays.
Outstanding I repeat all the staff especially the cleaning lady unfortunately I am not good with the names but if I remember that is Mar del Plata.
I would choose the place again if I have the possibility to travel again.

Fatal, horrible hotel smacks of humidity this old and bad service… do not recommend it for anything!

Terrible. Hardly deserves one star. There was a hole in the bed, The room had a terrible odor, The pools are filthy and unswimmable, The shampoo we were given was open and half used, They charged an extra $40 to our account, we had trouble with the faucets, and Safety was questionable. The staff was unhelpful. The manager left early, therefore nothing could be done about our terrible stay. Never staying in a Days Inn again.

I really like this motel. It is a nice place with a 39 inch tv, 7 ft pool, clean rooms and soft pillows. Location next to good restaurants, shopping and Disney made everything convenient for us.

I will just give this a 2. One is extreme. This is 3 stars because of the location and accessibility to disneyworld parks. The pillows were very comfortable. The overall room was below average one night it smelled really bad coming from the bathroom. The price was very cheap too 60 usd a night so you can't really expect a lot. It had microwave, coffee maker and fridge. Accessibility to Walmart and restaurants is great. As for breakfast, it's continental. Which means bread, banana, cereal and milk. My husband said he flicked a cockroach when he woke up in the middle of the night. Pls improve the cleanliness, you need to spray the rooms with insecticide.

Upon arrival room was much smaller than appeared when booking. Maid service was HORRIFIC. They didn't pick up trash in room, didn't clean carpet, and when we arrived back from Kissimmee State Park, one of the beds had something nasty on it. Front desk was nice but maid service was closed and front desk was unable to help. Microwave in room was broken and unable to get a new one for room. I do not recommend this hotel!

Anything over a 1 star must have been written by staff. Breakfast? Really? Bread, Raisin Bran, Dry Uncooked Oatmeal, Coffee, OJ, Milk. Leave your shoes on in the room… My feet literally stuck to the sticky carpet… Wi Fi went out about every 15 minutes… (Good Pillows though. )

Where do I start? No shampoo or even a soap bar to wash your hands. The towel bar is completely missing off the wall. But wait, they left its hanging brackets. The towel hanger on the back of the door? Oh, that's been ripped off too apparently. The bathroom doorknob, surely there can't be anything wrong with that! Oh yes there is, it's not even screwed in so it is basically hanging there. The pictures are barely hanging from the walls. The a/c works. But I would strongly advise staying away!

Just ok. Not so nice smelling rooms. Cozy enuf. Very few breakfast choices. Basically what u get is based on what u pay. Don't expect much.

Breakfast 7am to 9am consist of cereals (raisin bran and frosted flakes) a couple different types of bread (didn't have any not a bread person lol) and oranges as the fruit. The Wi-Fi is alright depending on the day some days its perfect you can watch Netflix other nights you can't even connect to it (I think they need to reboot the router) we had a few issues with our keys but they were fixed immediately. I would recommend this place its cheaper and if you don't mind going to waffle house for breakfast its ideal. Also no resort fee here. We currently have stayed here for 2 weeks now no bugs or anything.

I loved the treatment thanks Podravina, travel with my wheelchair dependent father and us placed in a room for disabled persons, excellent cleaning, close to a success and the economic price. Breakfast nice but you have to get up early. The pool cool for the price not ask more.

Great room service everyday they had great Wi-Fi never failed pool is pretty awesome at night the lights change color this place also has great deals on tickets to tons of places. Staff was not too bad THEY DO NOT GIVE CHANGE FOR ANY REASON ANY! you have to walk to get ice depending where you are roomed 2 machines are down. Did hear a couple of couples arguing and screaming it is an amazing short walk to several stores, great hot water not the best pressure though. Flat screen TVs, and newer beds and beddings.

Went here for the Orlando Classics 2015, this hotel was horrible when we first checked in it was very quiet when we first checked when we came back from our outing it was people hanging out drinking beer smoking and were cluttered through the walkways of trying to get through to our hotel room. On the other hand the rooms were horrible the water barely got hot the sheets and covers did not smell fresh we had brown stains all on the wall, you can tell it was leakage from the roof which was appearing on the cealing the a/c seemed, sounded and looked raggedy, before taking a shower it was about 10-12pm when I went to ask for more towels and washcloths and the front desk worker told me I will have to wait until morning for more and handed me one towel (to mention the front desk worker was very nonchalant and short talked me alot) while trying to sleep you can hear partying and laughter out your door late at night, it was horrible I will never as long as I live stay there again… it was very nasty and trashy. Also the ice machines did not work and were filthy. Like a motel looking place for drugs and prostitutes "/ (by the way didnt want to stay there but unfortunately they were the only hotel not booked up and I see why!

The truth of this slouch in my locally there are cockroaches and smells musty.

The hotel and the same service is good for the price. This well located. The only thing is that rooms must have a bit of ventilation as a smell musty.
