The sign on their check-in-and-out glass bank-teller style window, which says "no refund after after 10 minutes", should really have been the dead giveaway or warning for the horror that awaited. However, I was so mind-exhausted from a very long multiflight commute prior to my arrival, I just begrudgingly accepted the room without inspecting it and collapsed when I finally hit the bed. This is easily one of the most monstrously hideous hotels I ever stayed at in my entire life (and I've been to more than 25 countries). Black mold or fungus is caked on the interior of the shower head. Sheets are covered in traces of urine, seminal fluid, and other biological stains. Water damage in the ceiling is pronounced. Cigarette burns are all over the bath tub rim. The room smelled like faint chemically oriented drugs, and pungent skunk marijuana. The toilet isn't tightly fastened to the floor so it rocks a centimeter when seated. So as you already know, they won't give you a refund after 10 minutes so I decided against better judgement and stayed for the night and woke up to bug bites. I'm covered in bug bites. I saw 4 roaches in the bathroom having a powwow. I saw what looked like a drug deal go down on the premises. This place is totally scary. I'm absolutely traumatized by the experience.

I would give this place a negative 10 if possible and here is why — the first clue should have been that guest are not welcome to check in at the desk in the lobby but at the outdoor night check in window — at 3pm! Next we were informed that we had 10 minutes to ask for a refund or accept the room so we went straight to the room to check it out — yes full of roaches and downright filthy — broken furniture, stains on the walls and all over the bathroom — I just can’t express to you all of my thoughts on why you should not book at this hotel! Very sketchy looking people wandering the property as well. Be careful if you do go here and be sure to sleep with one eye open!

Literally disgusting. Roaches everywhere, only one main light source, mold everywhere, the room smelled of smoke, and the air conditioning unit did not work properly. This hotel is not worth spending money on, and it should be shut down immediately.

I wouldn't recommend… They have a 15min policy where if 15min pass you can't get a refund… They seem to not care about anything or anyone… The front desk had a kid running naked in front of you… Couldn't even lay on the bed it looks so badly cleaned had a non-smoking room only to see sig burns on the bed frame.

Don't spend your money here, the most disgusting thing I've seen in the days of my life, you should close it for lack of hygiene so as not to say any hygiene, places like this shouldn't be open to the public.

A filth stall of the unequalled shower without function anywhere dirt and Gammel just amazing.

I will not stay here again. Had to change rooms twice. Not clean. Smells of urine. Cigarette burns all over room, including the tub in shower area. Hobo hanging out on staircase. At night people arguing on landings. I did not feel SAFE here and I did not see any cameras for security. I put a chair in front of door for added security.

Decent experience stay at this motel. And staff was very helpful. Location is very convenient from Camping world stadium. It is only 5 minute drive. And hotel rates are very reasonable also.

Dirty sheets and hair on the toilet! The room wasn't clean! Didn't smell good either!

This place is absolutely disgusting! The nastiest most unsanitary hotel room I've ever seen in my life… not a single piece of linen in this entire room looks like it's ever been washed! I see what looks like a blood stain on the towel not to mention yellow stains in the sheets and other unknown stains do not I REPEAT DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE… unless you're looking for a good place to sell dope.

It I could give it no stars I would horrible hotel. My sheets were dirty and went to the front office to get more sheets and was told the laundry room wasn't open. Then I attempted to turn on the TV and it wasn't plugged up or work at all. Called the office for someone to fix it and went he came I said it's not good that the sheets are dirty and the TV doesn't work when I'm paying $100 of my hard earned money and his response was it's people here spending more then you to stay here. The end result was he moved me to another room and I slept on top of the covers cuz the sheets were dirty in the second room also.

You should've minus star. Don't believe the good comments, it's the owner's and there friends and family try to give it a good review. But this place is horrendous horrendous horrendous/ horrible horrible, it is soo dirty, IT'S BLOTT CLATTT DUTTY! In my Jamaican voice. This place should be demolish and plant roses on the land. I don't even recommend leaving your dog there, your pet deserve better even if he/she a lazy ass. The pool, what POOL! the swamp of a pool. The room stinks, I pull back the cover and the suppose to be white sheet had yellow spots over it. Roaches in the bathroom, carpet, walls, chairs, very thing was dirty in the room. My bus broke and the company rent me a room over there, it was a free room and I check out and pay $102 at a next hotel down the road. I wasn't planning on standing up and sleep. Put it in the bottom of the ocean, then again, we trying to reverse pollution. 7/26/2017

Can't really complain you get what you pay for. Just think microwaves and phones should be standard right about now in rooms. Not here. You pay for beds and bathroom. Pool is never functioning (3rd time at this motel)

My a/c, shower, and the only light in the room didn't work to standard and they wouldn't change me rooms telling me that there is nothing they can do.

Our line crews from Indiana arrived to help work Irma and we treated with, roaches, used condoms and disgusting dirty sheets. So deplorable they checked out and went to Holiday Inn… I think you must rent rooms by the hour if y'all get my drift. Stay away!

This place was the worst! checked in last min and the first room they gave me I was greeted by a roach, cigarette burns on furniture and bathroom, and stains on the sheets. They exchanged the room which was a little better but I slept in my clothes. If you need it for and hour or two don't do it go somewhere else!

No problems bt a lil roach but that's nothing… its a place to rest my head not to live… So with that being said everything's ok.

The room looked like a crime scene and when I requested a refund they kicked me out. I called the police but there was nothing they could do. Save yourself the trouble.

The location is very convenient from camping world stadium and Amway center. The rooms were fairly nice and clean. And front desk staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Horrible… just horrible. They deserve a negative rating. Rooms are filthy. Roaches, bed bugs, and more. I wish I could upload the video I took of one of the rooms. Also the owners and staff are very rude. Don't waste your time or money with these people. Extreme health hazard!

Absolutely disgusting. Dirty. Smelly. Moldy. Disgusting. I took pictures to prove it. Smelled like urine and funk. Mold in bathroom. Holes in ceiling and walls. Some of the plug outlets don't have covers. Some lights didn't work. Others missing bulbs. Some holes in walls patched up but poorly done. No alarm clock or phone. Table, dresser, towels, blankets all dirty. (good thing I brought my own. ) the bedspread had burn holes in them. No fridge or microwave. Stayed in room 127 on April 14, 2017. Paid $95. Just nasty.

Wish I read the reviews before coming here. Lights and shower didn't work. Water in shower smelled like pee and roaches in the room.

Room was so nasty and dirty there was cockroaches, a/c didn't work walls were dirty bedspreads had big stains on them and they had holes in them. There was no free breakfast and if there was free breakfast I would have been scared to eat it. There was no free Wi-Fi and when you watch TV it was all snow. You can't get into the lobby because it's locked and they keep it locked, the outside if a very dirty place and there is some shaded people hanging around the hotel. I don't want to even give them a one star but there is no — star. They should be shut down for this NASTY NASTY place. I hope you don't want a phone in your room because they don't work in the rooms.

What in the ever loving phones don't work, TV's don't work. The guides are for a days in and there was lipstick on the ice bucket, burn marks on everything, stains on the sheets, holes in the walls, I mean how the hell is this place in business? Oh way. Its because within 2 mins of going out for a smoke I was proposition by 2 hookers. AC didn't work, exposed wires, smoke detector hanging from its electrical not functioning. Filthy, expensive, just what the f… Never again… Never. Again. Don't trust these "great stay" reviews, it's either the owners or someone paid to post them.

It's a pretty decent inn. Rooms are ok, just the property is a little messy.

Very helpful people and great property I stayed in the suite room in the back side and the rate was reasonable. It is really big and spacious. The clerk helped me with all places. My kids can enjoy in the area and very generous and kind owner.

"Very quiet and great get away place. " It is very quiet even through it’s in the city. The place is clean, good, people working there and very helpful. It’s perfect for some lonely time and getting away from busy, daily schedule.

Very clean, tidy place and great service. Even through the place reminds you of an old style motel, it is very clean and people are very helpful. The breakfast is good with pastries, fruits and coffee. The Patel’s are good family oriented and very cute baby. What else can you ask for, a clean place, good people, and of course great service. And the wallmart and greyhound bus stop is very nearer to this place.

Rocahes. TVs don't work. 2 working light in whole room. Bathroom and one over bed light. Everything was falling apart. Mirrors nasty floors nasty. Bathroom nasty. Lamp shades bed spreads curtains everything was broken. Phone didn't work. No Wi-Fi crack heads asking me to borrow shit left and right. Nasty terrible place. There should be a 0 star choice. But I was drunk and needed a night to stay for a concert. Oh well you guys should look at it and know what to expect hope it helps. Stay away. Horrid.

The Red Carpet Inn was HORRENDOUS. When we arrived at around 12:30, there was a sign that said "Be Back In 5 Minutes". When we first walked into the room, my fiance and I were disappointed. We turned on the television and there was not cable just static. Then I go and try to connect to the "free Wi-Fi" internet and it is password protected. We call the front office multiple times and there was no answer. After being there for 15 minutes we were BEYOND aggravated! AND THEN we saw the cockroaches! My fiance had gotten up to use the rest room, the door was snug to open due to the carpet. Once she pushed open the door and turned on the light cockroaches began to swarm ALL OVER and out into the room. As we stood in the door way in awe roaches began to crawl out of the tub drain. We literally ran grabbed our stuff, our sleeping 2 year old son and left. AT 1am IN THE MORNING to go find another hotel. When we get to the office there was a sign saying be back in 5 minutes. When the guy came back we checked out and he informed us that there is NO Refund after 10 minutes. This was posted at the check-in window, but was covered by the "Be back" sign. At that time, we did not care we said whatever turned in our key and left, we were tired and my 2 year old woke up screaming because we had to put him back into the car!

This place was disgusting, nasty, and unsecured. We walked in and there were dead roaches in bathroom, toilet seat was loose, and almost had to pull the shower knob off to turn on the shower. I'm glad I had to leave early.

This was most dirty, disgusting hotel i've every been to. Tile was missing out the bathroom tub. Big molded hole in roof. Rust stains on mirriors. No Hot water. Toilet didnt flush. Sheets stained. Light fixtures could shock you because there not up to code. Please do Not give these people ure money. You will be scared to lay your head down. They need to be shut down. Immediatly.

These need to be closed down.
