Falta en la recepción manteniendo del aire acondicionado, el bufete muy bueno. Habitaciones necesitan remodelación.

The room was hot a technician was and only said that right now it cooled. It is very annoying to make a change of room when one is already installed. The restaurant is very good but the service is lousy and the areas don't even say. The hot lobby and pool is a germ farm this green and dirty. The only good thing was the people who treat very well.

I did not have air conditioning in lobby or hallways, it was hot, and the restaurant had very warm air conditioning… Nothing nice in those sections, only the rooms were nice.

Good hotel, also rooms, the only bad the lobby of the hotel is not air-conditioned, and if we add that by the crystals make a greenhouse effect… In hot weather in Nuevo Laredo you can get a little hell, even this cooler in the street than in the lobby. Everything else very well.

Aquí aparece como luxury hotel pero definitivamente no lo es. Es un hotel de negocios con un desayuno rico, habitaciones amplias. El baño está raro porque la regadera no está totalmente cerrada entonces medio que mojas todo. Y bueno la. Parte mala es el lobby. Es transparente el techo y hace un calorón. Sudas mucho!

The only complaint that I have of this hotel is that in cold season makes a lot colder the rooms no matter what has the minisplit as it is surrounded by pure glass as you can see Haha, but in the rest if I recommend. It Has room service with affordable way too prices and also includes free breakfast which by the way very good buffet, parking is completely free, a detail for those who smoke. Olvidenloo haha smoking is not allowed in any room but it has areas for smoking outside or in the pool area.

The place is so luxury and the service its excelent I recomend a lot this place for social events like a graduation or for a special event, and if the party during a lot and youre drunk you can pass the night with or without company but all know the company is better in a hotel hehehe.

Very nice hotel. Stayed there a few times when we visit Nuevo Laredo. On one occasion when we stayed there two tour buses were there (Los Rojo y Julion Alvarez) Customer service is great and I love the pool. Parking is a little tight but I can deal with that.

The service was great. I was there looking only for a momentary stay. Their gym service is great and they're also a great host for events.

Big strokes is a great hotel but I liked more the old name.

Cuartos que huelen feo y no están bien limpios. Buen desayuno y buen precio pero mal mantenido.
Rooms smell bad and are not very clean. Breakfast and rates are great but the hotel is not well maintained.

Lack of respect and low Coordinacion-logistica.
A group of families stayed in this hotel in Nuevo Laredo since they participate in volleyball tournament (10-11 October 2015) as group did not have sufficient quantity of breakfast!
In addition to personally gave low my room and when the breakfast not to low I want to respect the Buffet, down from my room, but I not had performed the Check-Out.
For high and despite fix those issues the service of coffee and tortillas or even gave it… Bad very bad. It is not necessary to shout or curse to lose respect and friendly missed me respect.
