I like the location, so close to the Hosp where we had an appointment in. Walking distance to an eating place.

My husband was in Advent Hospital for over 4 months and my family and I stayed A LOT there. The staff goes above and beyond to take care of any needs you might have. The rooms were always clean and comfortable. The breakfast bar is very good. I stayed so many nights there that I felt like they were my extended family. I am so thankful for the kindness shown during this very difficult time in our life. Thank you!

Spent a single night and everything was positive. Clean, large room, comfortable beds. Hot breakfast was standard but nice and well maintained. Staff welcoming and friendly. Would stay again.

It was a last minute trip. A friend passed suddenly. Wr needed accommodations near the funeral home and their residence. I after mapping the area, I saw Comfort Inn. I knew Comfort Inn would we someplace we could trust to b clean and safe.

I'm here frequently as I work at the Advent Childrens Hospital near by. The staff is super accommodating, the rooms are clean and recently renovated. Decent rooms for the price!

The room was fine. Everything about it was really fine. Nothing bad, but nothing super impressive. The people that worked there were easier nice though, passing this experience up a little.

I made a reservation on line at this hotel and my money was put on hold. When I checked in they took my card and charged it again. Hence, I was charged again for a total of $312 dollars instead of $156 dollars. When I called the customer service they said that was the policy to ensure there were sufficient funds in my account. I have traveled all over the world and never heard of such nonsense! Now I am out $156 dollars until they release my money! Also, my nephew used the sofa bed, which was so thin and old, that he might as well been sleeping on the bars, the springs of the bed and now he has a bad back. I will never ever go to a comfort suites and will advise all my friends to do the same.

It was clean, comfortable, and the people working there were extremely nice. The decor of the hotel was very cute and chic as well. The breakfast was not amazing, but it was tolerable. I was very happy with my stay.

I had a horrible time. I had been on the road for 5 hours, making my way back to the panhandle, and decided on this place because of the “good” ratings. We got there 45 minutes early to see if we could check in and they told us no, and due to construction that we wouldn’t be able to check in until after 4 pm, which is the regular check in time. Once checked in we got to the room and there was duct tape on the doors for the room numbers. While trying to unwind, we noticed our A/C wasn’t working. We kindly talked to the front desk to see if they could send someone to look at it and they called “maintenance” while we went to dinner. We got back from dinner and it still wasn’t fixed. After spending a week in South Florida, with low funds, we had to find another place to stay. Spent $170 to sit in a room, in Central Florida, during the summer, with no A/C.

Kids and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights for a softball tournament. Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was good, (my 15 year old said they had the best eggs she has had at a hotel), and the room was great! We got one of the newly renovated rooms on the 4th floor and the sofa bed still had the plastic on it. Very quiet and the beds were very comfortable as well! And very easy to get to the softball field we were playing at. We will stay again when we are in for the next tournament!

They're in the process of remodeling so it's not as nice as it will be. The staff are courteous and friendly. I had a good night sleep before surgery. And they gave me a discount for being a patient going for a procedure.

Pretty clean bed was like sleeping on a board that had a sheet on it. Check in people could have been nicer. View was terrible. Breakfast was good. Check out people were friendlier.

We were promised a 2 bedroom suite and didn't get that at all. We sat in the lobby over 2 hours waiting on the room because it was being cleaned. We left to go get something to eat and when we returned they have our room to someone else. The room that they finally put us in was way too small for 2 adults and 2 children and it wasn't what we where promised.

Stayed for 3 nights on Spring Break with husband and kids. Check in and out was great, breakfast was great. Room was pretty good, but had some major "dust bunnies" around the head boards and a very loud PTAC unit. Otherwise very clean bathroom, etc. Main elevator was broken but we used stairs from 3rd floor and it wasn't bad for us. There is a service elevator too at one end of the hotel people could use. Staff were friendly. Parking was absolutely horrible. Had to literally park in a driving area one evening after getting back from Disney around 10:30pm because there was no parking (or street parking being downtown) but a semi and lots of construction equip were taking up several spaces. Pool was nice and warm, even in mid-60s temps. Located by street as some reviews state but fenced in and didn't matter. I'd stay again for a low rate like we got, but not at full price.

Stayed here with a group of kids for a training camp and the hotel staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean. A hot breakfast is included for free and it has a large variety of different foods. The front desk staff are very helpful and the pool and other facilities are above average. Would highly recommend it to stay, great central location as well.

Your run of the mill hotel. The employees were very friendly, but the room was hot and musty and the price was far too high for the quality. Clean rooms and sheets and breakfast was good.

Although the pool is awkwardly placed at the corner of the street and the parking lot, this hotel is well worth what I paid for. We didn't expect to get two full size beds and a queen pullout mattress and it was great that my family could spread out so much! The breakfast was great with quality eggs, sausage, and a make-your-own waffle station. I would recommend this hotel to family, friends, and strangers alike!

Nice room with everything we needed. Daytime front desk clerk was extremely kind and helpful. Removed one star due to the soda machine on our floor was all sold out and the machine on the floor below ate my money and gave no soda.

No me gusto el olor del cuarto y el sofa que estaba sucio y roto, tampoco limpian el cuarto ni el baño (no solo en mi cuarto sino en 2 cuartos mas siendo dos familias que nos quejamos con el mismo problema) y tampoco el manager que es poco profesional no da la cara siendo honesto-a para dar soluciones, nunca mas volvere a usar Comfort Suites.
The room was stinky, the sofa bed was broken and the fabric was torn.
They don't clean the bedroom or restroom, not only in my room but I also heard two other families complain to the front. The manager isn't a professional person because he brushed the complaints right off his shoulder and didn't fix anything! Don't bother wasting your money.

Heard the front counter talking to maintenance about a customer who did not want a room because of an odor issue right as we were checking in Once we checked into our room there was a musty smell, some type of dry food was on the phone, And the phone also had a puddle of beer where the headset rests, and there was beer on the dresser. Upon leaving the hotel we also was roaches on one of the door frames about eye level The lobby looks good but the rest of the hotel looks original and dirty.

OMG love the pillows I just sink right into them and fall asleep. They have different comfort levels on the bed firm and fluffy. The comfort blanket almost fees weighted I slept like a baby.

The hotel is located directly next to a Wendy's and a Panera Bread making a quick bite to eat after a long day super simple. Extremely clean rooms and great shower pressure. There is no room service from where I looked. There is a gym on the second floor, and the pool looks clean. The only issues I had came from having my reservation made through work. There were quite a few of us, and many did not have rooms properly set up. The staff was accommodating in fitting us in on a busy weekend. Would stay again.

We chose this location for an overnight stay because my daughter had to have a procedure done at the Florida Hospital across the street. They gave us a medical rate for our room, which was nice, however I don't think that the room is worth the standard going rate. The entire building is pretty run down and looked nothing like the photos on the website. The room was a bit dirty (food on the floor, dirt on the walls) and in need of updating, but comfortable enough for a one night stay given the situation. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and everyone we encountered went the extra mile, however which made the overall experience as pleasant as possible.

The people that worked that notche were mui professional, were friendly and helpful. But the room was a little dirty. Avi food on the floor near the entrance. The walls of the room also looked a little bit dirty, as if the people who stayed before had a food fight. The cabinets of the room were falling down a bit too, and the bathroom floor was dirty.

This is day two of my stay and thus far it has been great really good continental breakfast in the morning plenty of food options great coffee and Waffles the rooms are nice and comfortable they were perfectly clean when we got here and smell great and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Love the staff: Markus, Romello and Hector. The brealfast is great. My room was comfortable and they also have a gym and laundry. For me, its home away from home. I plan to stay here each time I visit Orlando.

My stay was comfortable. Breakfast ended sooner than I hoped it would, and the housekeeping was lackluster. Other than that, it was an excellent choice.

Clean, comfortable room. Free breakfast, which is normal for Comfort Suites, but this one offered better options compared to most Comfort Suites. My only complaint so far is the beds are the smallest of any Comfort Suites I've ever stayed at.

The staff! We stayed at the Orlando one for moms surgery which naturally had complications once we got back to the room. They were extremely helpful, extended our checkout until 2pm so the stretcher transport could get there to bring mom back to Palm Coast. They even pulled out a wheel chair for us. They had many options for breakfast, I appreciated that since I hadn't had time to eat in 2 days. The cleaning ladies were awesome, they kept me in towels and coffee to stay up with mom. They are a smoke free facility however, they do have a smoking patio, so I didn't feel bad for smoking in public, that's a great feeling to not be judged by everyone walking by. They were cleaning the hall carpets, the bathroom passed my uv light test and so did the comfortable firm bed. We used points and they actually listened and didn't put us by the elevator where we could hear people but oddly in a room 2 doors down from it for access but the room was tucked so we couldn't hear the people getting on and off. I will stay there for all Orlando visits from now on just on the customer service alone. I'll tell ya they got lucky on this one, they have a wonderful caring staff… That keeps is going back for her next surgery. Great work guys!

The hotel was comfortable and the staff was friendly. Luther was out shuttle driver and he is a wealth of information. Would definitely come back and stay for vacation. Thank you for giving us such a warm welcome so late at night!

We stayed at Comfort suites downtown for 1 night. We had a room with 2 beds and a sleeper sofa and we all slept great! The room was spacious and clean! It was far enough from the freeway to not be loud but close enough to downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

Service is amicable and building is clean. Room is the usual hotel standard, but old furniture. Workers are polite and helpful. Perfect easy location near the Shakespeare Center in Downtown Orlando.

Staff is friendly, we had an issue with no cold water in our original room, but we were quickly moved to another room with no problems. Beds are a little too firm for me, but otherwise the room was nice and was clean.

They took very good care of us and were very considerate of us when our newborn was in the hospital. Ask for a waiver at the hospital for a discount rate.

The friend I visited had nice accommodations. She does not get around well and was able to receive a first floor room. The room appeared clean and the heat worked well. On my way out, I was looking to dispose of garbage from dinner but could not locate a receptacle right away. A woman from housecleaning saw me looking & offered to take care of it. Considering I was only there for a short time, I was fairly impressed.

Love Being Here The Customer Service Is The Best, Food Is Good, And Rooms Are Very Clean An Comfortable. Mine Even Smelled Like Green Apple. Those Other Are Just Telling Lies Because Those Rooms Are Spotless Especially On The 3rd Floor.

The front desk was friendly. The rooms were clean and quiet. I wasn't too keen on the meat item (some type of ham hash) that was served during the breakfast, but that is just my personal taste.

Warren at the front desk was a complete and utter #$%^ I called to try to get into a room early and before I'd even finished explaining he took a very condescending tone which I did not appreciate. Is this is your customer service and how you treat the people who book your rooms? You deserve to be fired! He was very rude to our driver as well. We are a touring group and he needed to get into his room. Check out was at noon and at 1:30, the cleaning staff still had not gotten a room cleaned for him to get into. Apparently the cleaning staff needs some lessons on being more efficient in their cleaning endeavors! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. After the high amount I paid for the room, you'd think they would be a bit more respectful. I can't imagine this place will stay in business. Please please please, just stay somewhere else.

This place was aweful we had to switch out of our room 2 times because we found stuff on the sheets of the bed. There was blood on the sheets and the owners told us it was tomato sauce when it was certainly blood. He argued with me about it. He was very disrespectful. I would not recommend this place.

Customer service second to none. Very family oriented. I've stayed here 4 times in 5 years for 6 weeks total and never had a complaint. Cozy, clean, nice pool and hot tub, small but perfect exercise room. Good breakfast.

Excellent staff and service — clean, comfortable rooms — good breakfast — within walking distance to hospital but shuttle service is available 24 hrs — Wendys across the street — Everyones Mom restaurant within walking distance (excellent sandwich selection) — minimal noise — K-Mart 5 or 6 minutes away (get map at front desk) I have had two lengthy stays and have been very satisfied.
