Hands down a wonderful experience. From the customer service to the room to the location. Will definitely be the place I check into next time I'm in that area. Took the family to Disney world, booked this back in May, and ended up having to leave early due to the hurricane. Gave me a full refund on all days I didn't use with no muss or fuss. Loved this place! Can't say it enough, would recommend this location to everyone!

We stayed here when we visited Disney. We had a kind of apartment. There were two bedrooms available. A living/dining area and a kitchenette.
The children used the pool before driving to Disney.
It was all clean and to our fullest satisfaction.

Standard place to stay. Nothing really stands out as surprising or "above and beyond. " I've had a lot of problems getting (and keeping) the Wifi working. On that note, the I. T. Guy was very kind and helpful. They have a couple of pools, tennis courts, a volleyball court. Thry serve a simple breakfast on Sunday and Monday. I do like the screened in porch.

A stay away from the crazy yes, but during renovations not so relaxing. Spacious rooms. Rooms are clean. Accommodating staff. Resort is slightly dated, but improvements are on the way. When booking, request unit away from construction. Lots of parking. Activities and snacks available during your stay.

This is my new favorite place. Family friendly, peaceful, nice staff, great pools. They don't have a good breakfast. Besides that, everything is great. The rooms will five you life.

A great affordable place. Minutes away from Disney's Parks. For a large family is the best option that I've found. Friendly and helpful staff.

The staff were very accommodating. Ample parking directly outside our room. Complimentary freeze pops handed out at the pool. The room air conditioning is ice cold. We have stayed elsewhere in the area and this place is as nice as the rest.

Amazing staff 2 gentlemen in particular do not remember their names but they were both beyond helpful excellent customer service. The location is great many dining options near by as well as attractions. The rooms are clean and the beds are extremely comfortable even the pull out sofa! The suite had everything we needed and the staff was more than happy to help if you ran out of anything! This is definitely our GO TO Orlando getaway. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Great rooms, kitchen and sofa bed was very updated. Decent 2 pools and playground for kids outside. Location was the BEST, close to Disney World Theme Park, Restaurant and Market. Deserve 5 stars. Great for big families. Only con is if you live in the 3rd floor you have to carry stuff up, no Elevator.

They denigrée me to be Venezuelan, other than that the Wiffi does not work in the rooms, the hotel is old, I went several times in Orlando and this is the worst hotel I know. I do not recommend it.

Very impressed with with soccer of the rooms. Very spacious, very clean. Needs updated decor but no really important especially when you aren't spending alot time in the room. Pool is awesome, they provide towels. Volleyball & tennis court available plus a game room. Susana at the concierge was wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Kitchen available with all appliances plus washer and dryer. Covered patio! Just felt great and very cozy for being away from home for 1 week. Great savings through Groupon! Close to all the parks, nearby restaurants, grocery store and gift shops.

Great resort with clean rooms. Very spacious, master bedroom had a hot tub. All the rooms were nicely decorated.

The staff is friendly. The condos are spacious and clean. Beds comfortable and everything was in working order. Kitchen was well appointed. The master bath tub was the largest I've ever seen! Decor and overall appearance of the property is outdated with a strange Space theme but we were in the parks all day and it wasn't of much concern. Located 2 minutes from Disney! Great value. I would definitely stay again. We have annual passes and I brought 3 daughters and they loved how much room we had.

Great condo 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very spacious living area. It needed updating it's 80's decor. It was very clean and brightly painted real Florida costal colors. There was a washer and dryer which is great for a 11 day vacation. I own a different Diamond resort they are a great company. You don't get housekeeping but that's not a problem for me. No elevator that was a little bit of an issue since I'm handicap but I did ask for a 1st floor unit. I did get one so it was nice. Very close to all of the parks. Tons of restaurants and shopping near by. A super target and Walmart and few miles away. A Publix supermarket close by with a no fee atm. I would definitely recommend this condo to my family or friends. I'd like to go back to this condo anytime. Thanks.

Perfect location. Super-clean. Courteous staff. Free parking. They printed my boarding pass. Check in and check out were cool. I would visit again. We stayed in Venus. No elevator, in case it matters to you, didn't for me.

Staff outstanding! Unit was clean and well stocked. Everything we (3 adults) needed. Loved the screened in balcony, was beautiful for evening relaxing. Quiet, very close to the places we wanted to visit (NOT Disney). Would highly recommend and would definitely return again soon. The GM, Mr Szabo was extremely helpful when we were unable to print our boarding passes on the provided desk top.

This was a large sized two bedroom, two full bathroom condo. Full kitchen with microwave, oven and fridge. I liked that there was a washer/dryer stackable available. I loved the huge bathtub and screened-in patio/balcony. We were in Apollo 12, facing the pool and hot tub. I loved the location within the resort as well as the distance to Disney (less than 10 minutes). Plenty of restaurants, shops and gas stations near by on route 92. Some criticism: not toddler proof with a glass top table, couch cushions that fall off very easily, and one of the mirrored wall outlets were loose. We would stay here again.

Excellent-one of the best hotels that I've been as I have a large family I love because it has kitchen, and washer and dryer and large 100% recommend it.
