Pictures speak for themselves the most disgusting hotel I ever stayed in. I was checked in and checked out within an hr — took pictures showed a manager and he legit didn’t argue with me cause he KNEW how disgusting the room was.

Nice place to get a beer good dinner and good rest.

I was there march 25, fir 7 days. Front desk was ignorant (night time guy) not the elderly man, THEY HAVE BED BUGS. I was tore up, nasty place since new owners, last year we had a nice stay, thats why we went back. Wasnt worth benadryl for a week, cleaning everything that was in that digusting room!

They do not have room service they clean until you leave the hotel and there are roaches.

We have been victims of the loss of our belongings that were in our room, in addition we were verbally, physically, psychologically, mentally and economically abused by the hotel and the travel agent we hired and by which we arrived at those facilities. No one answers to us for our loss.

Incredible location, super economical price, place for 6 very comfortable. We return pq for the type of holiday trip that one is from park to park is excellent option. We do not consume auunque breakfast it is understood that the limitation is due to covid.

Hernando at the front desk is amazing! He welcomed us in a friendly manner and made our awful night exponentially better. We came to Comfort Inn after booking another hotel in the area, it was dirty and felt unsafe. When we walked into Comfort Inn the atmosphere was 100% better. After booking with Hernando we were sold. He set us up with a family room with bunk beds for our kids. His kindness and willingness to go the extra mile meant the world to my husband and I!

After searching hotel listings for what seemed like hours trying to find a cost effective and safe place for our small family to rest for the night we finally stumbled across the Comfort Inn — and I am so glad we did! The manager, Sam, was pleasant and checked me in right away. He even upgraded our room to a hot tub suite to make sure the first two days off I have had with my spouse in months was enjoyable! As we tried to enter the room the key was deactivated because I accidentally held it to my phone — Sam helped us into the room and even personally brought the replacements to us instead of making us have to drag our infant back downstairs! The room was clean, comfortable and everything was in working order. I really appreciate your efforts Sam and Staff!

I stayed one night my bathroom was dirty auful place.

Primarily it's a hotel near Disney. It isn't overly expensive and it was clean. Old, showing a little wear in places, but we'll maintained and clean. Not their fault, but the hotel tax in Orlando and the are is palpable: a $74 dollar room totals out at $91. Ouch!

Sink, shower and toilet were very slow draining. On day 3, Toilet overflowed. They were fast with a plunger, but we were left with the overflow all over the floor. My family of five left without showering or brushing our teeth! I had to leave our personal shampoos and soap in the shower!
“So sorry this happened to you” was the only comfort given — and good waffles.

It’s ok … nice hotel for what we needed … hot breakfast, close to Disney, and decent price… the only real downside is the shuttle pickup and drop off times suck and the driver was late twice.

We came from France and stayed 5 days at the October host and super staff. Great location for theme park.

Unless you like a drug friendly low security motel I would not stay here. Mulch in pool and room keys do not want to work.

The employee where very friendly and the room were very clean the pool area was kept up and they had free breakfast was awesome I would totally recommend it.

The hotel is connected to a seafood buffet. The entire tile the buffet was open, the lobby smelled like rancid fish. It was so awful and repulsing. Let people know and they explain that it is normal — no, seafood should never smell like it is rotting! At one point the “do not use elevator when light was flashing” light was on … made staff aware and they responded “that happens occasionally, it’s OK”

This is a nice hotel, the staff are friendly as well as the restaurant downstairs and the Room is really nice too.

Great price, friendly staff, room was great. I don’t feel the need to stay at high priced hotel or resort if I am only sleeping it. This place is awesome! Room clean and great complimentary breakfast! You just can’t go wrong with Mickey Mouse waffles! We got here Monday and our room was blistering hot we turned the air conditioner on went to buy some things came back it was still blistering hot! Called front desk and immediately was given another room with help moving all our bags! Super great place!

Hidden fees. We booked several nights at a good price and paid in full online beforehand. Upon check-in, we were told that there would also be an additional fee because the hotel is "close to Disney". I don't understand how it is legal to agree upon one price and then change it after everything is already paid for. Secondly, the entire place reeks of shrimp all of the time. The rooms are small and have poor ventilation so they are muggy and humid with thick, wet air all day. Not comfortable at all.

My kids and I stayed here for 5 days while visiting Disney world and surrounding areas in Florida. Never had one problem! Our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Beds comfy and housekeeping is outstanding. Breakfast is tasty and staff is on top of making sure there is a good supply of it. There is a seafood buffet restaurant which was kinda pricey but worth it and a bar which was nice. Also handy they have a little store with basic necessities. Came in handy when I needed Advil. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Staff throughout day and night were helpful and courteous. I will definitely stay again when visiting Florida!

Not a 5 star hotel but is very clean, room have nice space. Also breakfast was good and plenty of breakfast room space. Also staff was very helpful and corteous.

Customer service has been absolutely wonderful so I added a star for that. However, I was hit by the thick smell of mildew as soon as I walked into my room. I tried my best to ignore it but the entire room is extremely muggy and part of the floor is actually wet. This wasn’t the vacation I expected and it feels so thick in here that it’s hard to breathe and I can’t stay asleep. Super let down by this experience and can’t relax. I’ve never felt anything like this and hope to never experience it again.

Good comfort and great breakfast for a fair price. Close to Sherbeth road that takes you into the back entrance near Animal kingdom Lodge. Has several shuttle times each day to take you to Hollywood Studios where you catch a bus to the park of your choice. Saves on those new parking fees at Disney! Nice staff. Safe area and extended hours for their outside pool for tired bodies who spent the day at Disney!

The staff here are friendly. They let us put our stuff in a locked room because we wanted to go to Disney upon arrival before check-in time. This kept us from having to keep it all in the hot vehicle, especially food. The price was reasonable, and the room was clean. There was free breakfast. I actually would have given more stars, but the room was upstairs, down a long Hall and upon leaving, I had to make multiple trips to carry heavy stuff to my vehicle due to the fact that they only seemed to have 2 luggage carts, that someone was hogging and never made it downstairs for 2.5 hours. Being so close to Disney, and people coming and going, it would do them good to get a few more carts.

Comfort Inn Maingate exceeded my expectations in every way! I needed a large room that sleeps 6 for one night. We weren't looking for a resort, just a decent place to sleep with a good hot breakfast included. This hotel was perfect. The hotel was VERY clean and we'll kept. The grounds looked nice and maintained. The lobby was clean, open, and appealing to the eye. The staff was very friendly and genuinely cared about making your stay as comfortable as it could be. The staff made small talk about our trip and were very attentive listening to my 6 year old tell them all about our weekend plans. The rooms were well maintained and very clean. The linnen was clean and smelled nice. The Beds were very comfortable and had 2 nice pillows per person. I slept great! We checked in late and were worried we would not be able to enjoy the pool/hot tub, but we stayed at the pool area until almost midnight with no one giving us a hard time. We appreciated that tremendously. The hot breakfast that was included had a big selection and was very good! Checkout was easy with no hidden charges and parking was free. My family and I will stay here again next time we visit Orlando. The only thing I can say is that this is NOT a luxury resort hotel. If that is what you are looking for then this is not the hotel for you. This hotel is a great value with clean rooms and friendly staff located in a good area of town… which is exactly what we were looking for.

Don't let the outside fool you. I thought this place was going to be real clean. I was wrong. This place was dirty. There was hair in the sink, mold in bathroom, bed had hair on it. I woke up with a stiff neck. I won't be coming here again. Maybe if they did some work in the inside, like rooms.

Good stay. Kinda lame that the bunk beds are faked out to look made, but when you go to pull the sheets up they're just sitting there folded up to look like a made bed. Small bummer, but I had to make 2 beds unexpectedly before I could go to sleep.

We booked one room for one night and were charged twice. After calling the motel and speaking to the "manager", we were told that they did not show us being charged twice and would not do anything. We called our credit card company and were informed that they manually entered our credit card once, and then again 4 hours later. So they charged twice for the room. I could see if it was a back to back charge, but this was a 4 hour difference. Not an accident. Luckily, our card company refunded our money and started a dispute. Don't trust these people with your money. As for the accommodations, the room smelled awful, the carpets were also ripped and stained.

Very clean hotel, from the parking lot to the room & the room had everything we would need for our stay. The staff was friendly & courteous & Lilliam was such a sweetheart. She answered all of my questions during check-in. She definitely made me feel welcomed to this hotel. I will be staying at this hotel again the next time we are in town.

The service was excellent. The staff was very attentive especially, Widhelsy, who made sure we had everything we needed and was very polite to us. Definitely will be coming back.

We recently stayed at this hotel for our Disney trip, I booked our room for 4 days and 4 nights and had a family suite. Check in was fast and no issues, I paid with cash and also gave a $100 deposit and was told it would be returned after check out as long as there was no damages to the room. Breakfast was plentiful but stale, but it’s included into our room rate which saved us $$ they do also have an assortment of cereals and muffins if you choose not to have the hot breakfast. -They do have a public shuttle that services near by hotels, there’s only a few pick up times so if you’re wanting to leave early from one of the parks that may not be an option. Also, you have to navigate through the parks because pick up locations are only from Epcot and Magic Kingdom and drop off location is Hollywood Studios. So that can be tricky and time consuming. Plus The location is often full of people from other hotels so getting a seat might not be available as well, people are very pushy if they think they’re not gonna be able to get on the shuttle. I suggest Uber. There is a seafood restaurant attached to the hotel and unfortunately gives off a Old Bay seasoning smell in the hotel which can be nauseating. Room service is a hit or miss, we stayed four nights and room service came in twice to clean up, bring fresh towels, and remove garbage.

The hotel is a bit old. Renovation would be good for the rooms. The bathroom is nasically not so nice anymore. The rooms and beds are quite large and there is enough space. We have taken the hotel for our visits to Disneyland. There is a free shuttle bus that starts directly at the hotel. Since we were almost only to sleep in the hotel, it fulfilled its purpose. Breakfast is included in the price, but it was so bad that we did not have breakfast at the hotel. As always, it's certainly a matter of taste, but we're not gourmets and it really wasn't good.

Dirtiest place I have ever stayed! My room smelled like urine. Water standing in the tub while showering.
The carpet was filthy. Toilet didn’t flush all the way. Floor was disgusting. The bed was awful. Manager was nice enough to allow me to checkout after 1 night. On a positive note, the Staff was very nice and breakfast was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel.

Excellent hotel for families looking to get to know Disney World and other parks, an exceptional location and very nice people working for the hotel. To breakfast you could add something else, downstairs there is a restaurant that sometimes makes fish and there is a bit of smell in the hall.
The Wi Fi downstairs is excellent, in the rooms there are schedules where it is saturated and it is slow.
I would definitely stay there again.

Edit: shuttle service awful. The time options are horrible and they don't even drop off at Magic Kingdoms. Definitely dated, but it's generally clean. Our rental car battery died and the guest services lady got her own jumper cables out and helped us. She herself gets 12 stars. But other staff members were less than helpful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Resort fee is 12 and you are charged on arrival.

Excellent location, large free parking, bus service for Disney parks. In the ATM lobby, there is a representative to buy tickets to the parks. Spacious room with minibar. On the way out you will find several restaurants, fast food and Walmart.

Breakfast was great with a big variety including cheese omlets and Mickey Mouse waffles. The room was a good size with comfortable beds. There was cold water with lemons and a few types of juice available all day in the lobby.

Sometimes looking for hotels around Disney is a painful thing. A lot of them are overrated and over priced. But we had a pleasant surprise this time around. This hotel is not only close enough (7-9 minutes. Disney is right behind it mapwise) but also affordable and at the center of everything (gift shops, restaurants, fast food). They also have an all you can eat lobster buffet at their restaurant. Go in before 6 to get a $5 discount.

For the price this hotel is really nice. We stayed in the double room with queen beds. The room was very large and spacious for two kids to run around and not get stir crazy. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. I debated on hotels prior to booking and I am glad we chose this one. Only downside is a $59 a night room turned into $195 then an additional $30 at check in. If you are looking for a less expensive option super close to Disney I definitely recommend this hotel.

If you touch a room above the restaurant, you feel the fritanga of the fish quite often.

As Comfort Inns go this one is alright. The rooms are nice sized but the bathrooms are very small. The breakfast in the morning was very good with a good selection of food. The coffee is bad (but want can you expect with hotel coffee). There is a Dunkin Donuts across the street so that's an option for the serious coffee drinker. Good luck crossing the busy road though. There is an outdoor pool and was grateful for the kiddie pool for my children. There is also easy access to the Disney parks from here. All in all, I would return here.

It was what you would expect for $60 a night. Poor air circulation in the overall hotel, but the room was comfortable. The doors to the rooms were poorly fitted (almost warped? ) so that you had to pull firmly to close it — thus making it difficult to come and go quietly. There was also a large gap at the bottom of the door. Only a single bar of soap was provided, so that you had to keep switching it back and forth between the shower and sink. The breakfast was decent. The guest services also tries to rope you into their time share spiel in exchange for discounts on local attractions. Overall, it's worth theextra $40 to stay somewhere nicer.

This is our second visit within 6 months to this property. As with our initial visit we were very pleased with our stay. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Location is best of possibly any in the general area if you are visiting Disney. They do offer shuttle service to various parks but I'm unable to provide any information on that as we had our own car with us. Breakfast was well stocked and the staff kept on top of supplies in order to keep the guests happy. Rooms were well taken care of and housekeeping was always a pleasure to deal with. Once again we had a pleasant experience with the front desk "Tezhana" as she is very knowledgeable and personable. We are hoping to return again!

Stayed for four nights, there was construction going on in the lobby all week. The power went out for hours, which caused the elevator to not work which caused my mom to not be able to go to the park that day due to the fact she can't do four flights of stairs. Given a notice apparently we picked a day that the carpets were being cleaned so we had to move everything off the floor which was inconvenient because there's nowhere else to put your stuff. The bathroom is SUPER TINY! A couple good things, the beds were comfortable, the free breakfast is pretty good. The smell of the seafood restaurant takes over the hotel, and it's WAY over priced for what you get. It was fairly cheap, safe, and very close to parks. But my family and I are going to want something a little nicer that's not under construction. Even the server at the restaurant said "oh this place is always under construction. " I don't believe this is a 3 star hotel at all, I'd give it a 2. Also the kiddie pool was down our entire stay.

Smooth check in & check out, staff was very friendly, attentive and courteous. I booked online and called to confirm so I didn't get any surprises upon check in. Our party changed from 4 to 3 and we downgraded our room from the bunk bed room to a standard 2 double bed room w/ no issues at all and we extended our stay by 3 days and still didn't have any issues. Adequate parking in the front and plenty over overflow space in the back too. The pool was nice and clean so was the hot tub & they provided pool towels. The free breakfast was a big sell for me as we were on a budget so that saved us about 30 bucks a day for 7 days. I gave it a 3 star rating based on the fact that the bathroom was super tiny, they didn't have any type of a fan ventilation in the their either so God forbid someone had to use the toilet you smelled it, the bathroom door frame was rusted and the paint was peeling and bubbling off, the beds were very uncomfortable, the ice machine didn't work but 1 day we were there out of a week's stay, the buffet was overpriced but the food was good and it was convenient on our first night there. Overall I would stay there again but if they made the minor change to the vent situation in the restroom it would drastically change things.

Normal service, best breakfast ever. It has a huge selection of good food. Beds are big and comfortable. Big pool, gacuzzi, and 1 foot kids pool. Very close to Disney, about 15 minutes. Many places to eat in the area. Overall, great hotel for being so close to Disney.

The Comfort In hotel was incredible for our Disney and Universal adventure. The hotel rooms themselves weren't super special (comfortable as you would expect, but nothing particularly stood out), but the inclusion of fairly decent free Wi-Fi was nice. The breakfast buffet in the morning is really good with a varied assortment of fresh breakfast foods. In addition, there's complimentary shuttle service to and from both Disney and Universal in the mornings! Should I come back to Disney, I would definitely stay here again.

The service was wonderful. The staff is very quick to respond. The rooms themselves are basic, but the beds are comfortable. The fridge space was also very generous for the provided mini fridge. In addition, the hotel is located close to a lot of good restaurants and stores within walking distance. Finally, complimentary shuttles to and from Disney and Universal really helped to make the experience at this hotel worth the visit. Would definitely come again.

My room was disgusting. The floor always felt wet and on my second to last night there roaches started popping out from where the TV and fridge were. Needless to say I was freaked the hell out! Roaches?! Then I barely had any hot water. The only thing decent about this place was the breakfast but now I wonder how many roaches were helping to prepare the food. No one even bothered to offer any comp for all the issues I had. I will never book this hotel chain again. I will gladly pay more to not have to sleep with roaches.

Had to stay here when we got to Florida. Front clerk was swamped but still managed to remain friendly through the chaos, her coworker was t lunch during that time. Parking was easy to find. Different places to pick from for food and walking distance. Rooms were very well maintained. Awesome continental free breakfast and we got a great deal on the rooms. Overall it was a great place. We stayed one night.

Clean, close to Disney, Sea World and restaurants. Hot breakfast was good and usually consists of Mickey Mouse waffles eggs, potatoes/hashbrowns and a breakfast meat. Family room with bunk beds held 7 easily and comfortably. Much better than having to buy two separate rooms. Only thing was that the rooms didn't have family seating areas even though it sleeps 7. Ordering in dinner was difficult with no place to set your plate or cup. Also the Disney shuttle service was good, just very packed.

The cafe staff are the sweetest people. The gift shop gentleman is also very, very nice. Only 2 complaints out of the week and a 1/2 stay my family haf and my joining them for 4 nights stay was that the pool and jacuzzi should be cleaned way, way more because the pool filter on the floor has the biggest hairball ever in it. And the bathroom door wasnt closing properly. We had a nice man come in to fix it but you have to close it and use your rump to close it hard till it's completely closed. The entire staff was a delight. They're always smiling and welcoming when we walk in from being out vacationing. Even the staff that walks by the pool said hello. I have to say again the kitchen/ cafe staff was just the best. They're all so, so nice and they work so hard to make sure it's constantly clean and stocked!

Very happy we chose Comfort Inn Maingate. We weren't sure what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was very nice. Raul at the counter was very pleasant and treated us well. Check-in was nice and easy. Our room always looked, smelled and felt fresh and clean. Room was nice and quiet and beds were nice and comfy. The breakfast was hot and just right for those long park days. I could still go for some of the Mickey waffles. Pool was a good size and very refreshing on the 90+* days. The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. We were literally walking distance from several restaurants and gift shops and about 5-10min drive to the Magic Kingdom and Hollywood studios. Super convenient. We liked it so much we stayed an extra night. Very reasonably priced. It served our family (myself, wife, and 2yr old son) well and we will be returning. Other notables: fridge was able to hold a 24pck of waters, various snacks, and some food containers with room to spare. The rooms have irons and ironing boards. Parking is free. Great for us as we drove from MA.

Close to Disney world so the location is nice. Check in was painless, staff were pleasant. For the price, the rooms were good; everything was clean. Beds were comfy and clean as well. Only negative was another guest on our floor smoking in their room. It is a smoke free hotel. No other complaints for the price.

Price, Staff, location, and amenities made up for the shortcomings. This hotel is right in the middle of the Kissimee strip with ample parking. The landscaping is very inviting with the tall waterfountain in the pond out front and the painted boardwalk. There is a pleasant little walking path around the pond to mcdonalds and perkins if you decide not to have the free continental breakfast available in the lobby. There are a zillion other restaurants and gift shops nearby as well. I saw a large lazy snapping turtle in the pond while I searched in vane for the absent florida gator everyone keeps talking about. The staff is great. Very friendly, check in was seamless. The maids hit my room early, and beds were re-made by the time I returned from breakfast! You have GOT to make time to enjoy the heated pool. The pool is shaded by the hotel most of the day, but the heated water makes up for that. Step right in, with no cold-water cringe factor at all. Swimming in the shaded pool under the florida sun is a luxury. Step out and relax for a quick 15 — min tan on the chaise lounger and gaze at the palm fronds under a cloudless sky to get that sun kissed glow your coworker will envy. The beds are very comfortable. The cons? How can anyone complain with all the above going for this place? … well, The free Wi-Fi and area broadband is very slow and would not support my VPN so I had to use my own mobile hot spot to establish a stable Wi-Fi signal. The bathrooms need to be remodeled.

Great location just outside of Animal Kingdom'smain gate. Room was clean with large mini fridge and microwave. Free breakfast was available from 6 am to 9 am. The quality of the breakfast was good with a nice selection on breakfast items including eggs, bacon, sausage, and Mickey shaped waffles. Hotel staff was friendly, I did not have any issues during my stay.

My family usually stays on Disney property when we take a Disney vacation but they were all filled during spring break so we decided to take a chance and stay off property and I'm so glad we did. Check in was a breeze, the entire staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and full of amenities like a fridge, microwave flat screen TV, ironing board and iron to name a few. Free shuttle to local attractions. Free breakfast and a restaurant right on property. I'm a truck driver and they were even able to accommodate my tractor. Heated pool with hot tub was very nice. Will be staying here again this summer when we go to Universal Studios.

Pricing is reasonable and affordable. Rooms are clean and staff is awesome. Spending about a week here and so far family is happy with it. Breakfast could use a better variety.

I was a loyal diamond choice member until tonight. My reservation was not honored upon arrival. When I asked why I was given no explanation. When I asked for help finding a place to stay I was given no assistance. When I asked why I wasn't notified of my reservation being cancelled I given no help. I then asked if they had a map of area hotels and numbers and was shown a rate sheet, but when recording the phone numbers to call I was told that the available rooms was updated much earlier in the day. The location might be nice but don't risk your vacation with this place.

If you are debating among the immense amount of hotels, I hope this review brings it to an end. My family stayed at this hotel after looking and reading reviews for more than 2 months. We wanted it to be a great experience and surely choosing the right hotel is essential. Finally, after selecting a few hotels because of their location and service we decided for this one. Take a few minutes to read why you should reserve here. Price: That will vary according to the season and the time one stays. We reserved through JetBlue Getaway and both flight and hotel (7 days) cost us about $340 per person! In August! I think that's a good price if you compare it to the $600-1000 of some Disney's and Universal' resorts. Again, I am talking about prices offered during the last month of summer, so, it could always change. Do your research, compare prices and do the math. For us this one seemed the most affordable without going nuts. Save the money for the parks, because you will need it. Location: This hotel was only 20 minutes away (car) from Universal Studios. This was our main target since we wanted to go to the Harry Potter's park. Animal Kingdom is only 5 minutes away in car. We could have picked another hotel closer to Universal, but since this was also close to Disney, we opted for this one.

Had no Wi-Fi for three days. I reported it as soon as I got into the room. They stated it was because of my devices. I had to go to a Starbucks nearby to grade online submissions. Then three days later, after 70+ complaints from customers, they realized that and fixed it. Very inconvenient on my end. If you need to receive great customer service, do not go there. The room was clean though, thanks to Mrs L. One of the house keeping specialists.

Great for families. Our room had bunk beds for the kids and they had their own little T. V. They serve hot breakfast in the morning. Service was great. It was also about 15min away from Disney. Overall a great stay.

The hotel is nice and the room was comfortable. I asked for a late check out the day before because I arrived late and still needed to do paperwork. They gave me a two hour late check out because I'm a diamond member with Choice Hotels meaning that I live in Hotels. An two hours before my check out time the maid opens the door and knocks on it at the same time walking into the room. I was asleep still and was pretty startled. She very nonchalantly said sorry and left. My room wad right next to the front desk so I'm sure the information was readily available. When I went to the front desk to check out the girl there said "oh you're ready to leave now huh? " Just because I'm still asleep at noon doesn't mean I'm living it up people. I'd only been asleep for 5 hours at that point and I lost the next hour and a half because of the maid. So yeah, I'm ready to leave now.

Excellent attention, good service, the breakfast is super with fresh fruit I liked.

Shit is tight bed be cleaner then what I sleep in at da crib. Crab legs on da bottom flow easy to steal. Shit is on point.

Rooms are clean and comfortable for the price. Older hotel but room was updated. Had a fridge and microwave which was nice. Staff was great! breakfast was better than most for being included! hot breakfast items served. Extending the hours would be nice because of crowds. Go early. Easy parking and great location. Pool a little small but it was ok for a couple days.

We spend one night here very reasonably priced and we had no problems. Not too far from the parks. The staff was very friendly and the FREE BREAKFASTS was okay can't complain because it was FREE. The pool was nice. Our room was great. The bed was very comfortable. We will definitely be back. Great price through Tickets at work.

There are many negative reviews about this property and they are completely unfounded. I read those reviews and were a little anxious before arrival. I ended up being pleasantly surprised. The lobby is clean and bright and the staff made the check in procedure a breeze. Luggage carts are a bit worn but still works. Room is on par with other hotels in this class. Beds were super comfortable, A/C quiet and efficient. Bathroom is a little on the small side but suffices. In room TV is ok, has some local channels and basic entertainment. Huge plus: HDMI ports are accessible for hooking up a laptop or tablet. Free Wi-Fi is fast and stable enough to stream Netflix. The complementary breakfast deserves some mention. It's basic but better than most continental breakfast offerings I've seen. Most mornings had waffles, cereals, fruits and some hot options like scrambled eggs, home fries and sausages. It's not great but it's ok. And it's free. It helps save some $$$ and is filling enough before hitting the parks. Would be better if there's a little more variety such as yoghurt. Overall the stay was comfortable, and provided a good night's rest. Finally, 1 star deducted for having to suffer chronic harassment from the time share sales kiosk by the front entrance. The premise is cheap or free attraction tickets in exchange for attending a high pressure sales pitch. Those folks can't seem to figure out that no means no and that I'm not interested.

Amazing place, very quiet, all amenities as described, rooms very clean and confortable, very good service on all aspects.

Needs to be restored a little, which I believe they were doing while we were there. Sheets were the newer kind but had napp already. Bathroom is super small, no place to lay out cosmetics and such. Hot tub was super hot. I didn't go to breakfast. Overall it was ok, but I wish my party had researched for a tad better. Guess it was fine for the price.

Elevators were intermittent, at very best. Road noise was miserably loud. Room conditions were two-star. No valet, no help with our bags (no one even offered! ), I finally roamed around the hotel and found a looking luggage cart on my own. My luggage cart had seen better days, but it would do the trick. The whole hotel had seen better days. update: it's 11:15pm on a Sunday and there's music coming from some restaurant next door. It's loud.

I have never been in a hotel and hated it this much. Employees are extremely rude. The room smells bad. Also I had a problem with the Wi-Fi and had to go downstairs 3 times but they did not completely fix the problem. I will never come back here.

Comfortable clean rooms if only they had coffee all day it would be great. The restaurant is to pricey, there are much better options nearby that have really good food at a fair price.

The staff was very nice! The facility was not a 3 star — 2 star maybe. Very run down rooms, hallways. The "breakfast" area was a joke — could barely get a cup of coffee — so ridiculously crowded — either expand dining area or extend the hours so everyone isn't crammed in there at once.

Nice, very well treat tourists.

Not only are the rooms clean and very nice, the staff is very helpful. I have stayed in a bunch of the hotels in the area and this one is by far my favorite.
