Room has no free coffee or tea thus no kettle too. Water need to be purchased. Basic room amenities is just bath gel, shampoo and hand soap. No room slippers as well. Buffet dinner has quite a variety. Free thermal spa use.

Tonight accommodation in a restaurant not far from Bamukari Pamukkale is called RICHMOND THERMAL HOTEL. The leader introduced the hotel and said that this is the best local restaurant, which has a hot spring pool can be ruined. Of course, he is very serious, we will listen to the reference just fine. If it were not for the location, I would rate them even lower. Service was poor. Dining facility felt like a cafeteria. Although the food was in plenty and reasonably good, it was a bit of a zoo. Rooms are basic and did not even have facial tissues. On the positive side, the thermal bath in the hotel was great. Well managed and cared for as there are strict rules of wearing a shower cap (men and women).

The rooms are small but nice, the staff is great. The thermal pool is chic, the buffet breakfast and dinners is very varied and good. Liked!

We visited the Cotton fort in the evening of Friday, first to soak in hot springs and then go to play slide and swing, then with dinner, the hotel arranges the side room 2002 to us, the space is very spacious, has the balcony, the Wi-Fi signal also may receive, only then the room does not have the bathtub, the dinner roast chicken is good to eat, the overall accommodation experience is great!

Nice thermal indoor pool. Outdoor thermal pool temperature was cold which was a bit disappointing. Dinner food only ok.

They have a good variety of food, drinks as in most hotels in Turkey are paid separately, the thermal pool is very good and the Turkish bath is divine. The rooms are very good and comfortable.

The bathrobes cost 5 euros to rent, 20 euros in the purchase. There are a variety of foods in the restaurant. The drinks are canceled separately. Is away from the noise. The first floor rooms they smell of too much cigarette smoke as the smoke enters from the lobby.

Food is one of the best we have tasted so far compare to the last 3 hotels on this tour. I am happy today they served lamb stew, it was so delicious!

Magnificent thermal pool with mineral water!

Nice but slightly outdated hotel. The food and service is mediocre.

It is a nice thermal and Spa resort. Thermal pools are great. Hotel staff is friendly. Foods are above the average. They have poolside entertainment every evening. Decent size hotel rooms are very clean. Hotel needs a good maintenance works. Because many things worn out or broken.

Not sure how this hotel is classified as 5 star, everything is outdated and needs an urgent revamp. The rooms were tiny and bathroom old with very poor lighting. I booked 3 nights here based on the pictures they had advertised, but these must have been taken when they first opened the place. The thermal center was rotting away, with the towels offered so old and smelled. The food offered was below Turkish standards and the hot food always lukewarm however the most annoying thing was they would turn off the lights in the restaurant once food service had stop. Drinks are not included in the price and is very expensive (10₺ for a small coke). When I was there the lift to the restaurant was not working, which made it very difficult for people in wheelchair ♿ and those with pushchairs. Furthermore staff never smiled and not very helpful. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends or family, the one positive thing that must be noted is the Wi-Fi was excellent even around the swimming pool.

This a good place with nice staff. I loved ve most thermal pool, it's wonderful! But don't expect to much from food and room which I'm staying in is small but with nice bathroom :) Plus it's not to fur from Pamukkale. Better to say quite near by :)

Typical turkish hotel under a multinational name. Average quality of construction, unpleasant decoration and missing details. Low quality of bath material; belly dance all night at pool area noisy.

Very Nice hotel. Food is okay. They do have small issues. The curtain in my room broke with mild motion and the AC in my brother's room didn't work and they couldn't fix it which I find to be a little odd in such a hot place. Otherwise the rooms are nice and the resort itself offers a lot of services.

The hotel has its own thermal springs. Quiet, you can order dinner-buffet, but drinks will be for an extra fee. Not far to Pasquale and Ieropolisa.

I have stayed in many 5 star hotels so far. This hotel's hospitality deserves a strong respect from the guests. Thank you. A very good experience…

Didn't like the thermal spring.

Air conditioning was off in May +32… The best advice we got was: turn the lights off, so the bugs will not be attracted to the light and open the window. Room was ok, stuff at the reception was rude.

Seems to be undergoing some improvement work like many places in Turkey at the moment. Cozy, fairly stylish room with a smallish TV and comfortable beds. Very nice dinner buffet with an interesting international selection. Breakfast didn't quite keep up with that, though, with somewhat lacking variety and hot food options. So why 5 stars? Well, imagine it's 4.5, but the thermal pool in this place is the bomb. Maybe we were just a bit tired after excursions, but this place was great for relaxation, with a sizeable hot pool, Turkish bath, saunas and a very friendly staff member. It's healing properties are up to you to discover/believe, but sure made us feel renewed. To sum it up — for a single evening at least this was a great place to stay, relax and enjoy dinner and the thermal pool.
