Nice thermal pool. Other than that unfortunately I can’t tell anything positive about this hotel. Rooms are old and they don’t look clean. Meals are bad compared to Turkish food. You can tell unhappy staff. This place needs renovation.

Were here a one-night drive. Everything is cool, the hotel except the usual pool has a thermal. The hotel is large but empty — there is no sea nearby. There was a large group of Chinese, well, and the kitchen to match. In short — grassed! I got pills, but I got to my hotel without shame.

I am giving 2 stars only for nice reception personal and pool. Other than that staff are very rude and unhappy.

Slept one night, the thermal spring well relieves fatigue, the food is average, I had dinner and breakfast, the hotel corresponds to 3 stars.

The hotel is very nice… the pool was cold… the special Magna Food. Great location… The rooms are quite regular. It's urgent to remodel the bathrooms. They look old and obsolete showers with tubs not very practical or like.

Should improve Wi-Fi networks coverage. The room is cosy.

Spa Hotel A few steps from Pamukkale. Featuring a spa with heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi, Turkish men/Women's bath, Finnish sauna and straw and hay sauna. It Also has a huge outdoor pool and indoor/outdoor spa pool. The Water of the thermal spring is rich in copper and sulphur at a temperature above 40 °c. Truly rejuvenating. The Room was very clean Self-service Restaurant with great variety of good/sufficient quality food. Fitness and recreation Room with billiards and table tennis. Considering The fairy tale place where it rises and The services offered, it deserves all its 5 stars. Recommended!

Beautiful Hotel with SPA, so green, excellent food and various, spacious rooms complete with various comforts (air conditioning, bathrobes, ecct) only hairdryer not usable as use, change type!

Room are small for a group tour. No lift provided in this hotel. Breakfast, Dinner are perfect and have a various choices. Close to Hierrapolis heritage site.

The hotel has many pools and hot tubs both internal and external but the rooms and the kitchen could be improved.

The thermal baths and pools are great. The internet is usually good, it slows down and disconnects some times, but you call still watch videos online decently. The rooms and food are medium, the waitering could improve a bit and I would like to have free water bottles in the rooms, this is the first hotel I stay in Turkey that doesn't do it. I think the maintenance could improve as well, the basketball courtyard is very deteriorated and other hotel features seem to be left aside. Dispite it all, I would say it's a good hotel and it's worth the staying.

Nice environment, quiet and peaceful place. Indoor and outdoor thermal pool, large outdoor pool, spa center. Rooms are a bit old-fashioned and food is far from the expected quality.

It's a thermal source, no more, actually, there's nothing to do here, a lot of meals, Wi-Fi, the staff is very friendly and helpful. To tell you, I'm not going to tell you, my mukarnas in Alania is better.

Well maintained community. Our room was a bit small with mini balconies. Located to the parking lot and it had an unfavourable situation, because we heard early in the morning to start the buses. The indoor rooms are better, but for a night was ok.

Very bad, don't recommend at all. Bathrooms mold, erroded wood frames of the door of the room. Smell coming from toliet. No desk, no chair, small rooms, shampoo very little and no conditioner. Shower head won't open from top, difficult to operate. Thermal bath was ok they don't warn you on the wall not to put your head in apparently there is ameoba in the water that might get inside eyes and ears. Loud and noisy you hear everything through the walls and doors.

I was single night super.

Super hotel service on everything 101%.

Room is too old and I give 2 stars.
