It's a nice little hotel that's close to the beach, but lacks some of the basic things you might expect. Needs a little maintenance. Over all nice and cheap though.

Everyone was super friendly and accomadating! Clean rooms in a beautiful setting. Beach is only a 10 min walk away. 10/10 Highly recommend!

Nice, locally run inn. Located on 7th street. Rooms are well maintained and beds are very comfortable. Charming, even if not quite as luxerious as some other places. Walking distance from beach and restaurants.

Room is cute and clean but small. Not thrilled to share a bathroom for the floor but that seems clean as well. Staff are very friendly and helped us with places to eat and things to see. Great experience.

Really nice place one living/dining room bathroom is weirdly next to the dining room both beds are in the second floor some what far away from each other. So far so great nothing to complain about.

This is a quiet small very quaint in to stay at E-Z Parking nice rooms reasonable price close to the beach and the wharf.

Great service, beautiful room! Definitely would stay at the Harbor Inn again. It's located at a perfect distance to the water and local restaurants. Rooms are stocked with toiletries, towels, and coffee. Spending the extra money for the suite is well worth the money. Thank you Harbor Inn for making us feel at home.

Really well kept. Awesome little hotel. Rooms have upstairs and downstairs. They still have a bible on the room desk. Not many hotels have that anymore. Really has a awesome feel.

I just called for my second stay here! We are coming back. It's that good. It was recommended by a local relative so we stayed on New Years and walked to the Crow's Nest for New Year's Eve. The room was very nice and charming — B&B style. The location is great — walking distance to many places and perfect distance from the noise of busy cars and babies crying! Oh, and GREAT prices.

When I visit an area I do not like big box motels. I want to stay where the locals send their family. The Harbor Inn of Santa Cruz is just that and more. The rooms are nicely decorated, the usual amenities but what I like the best is that it is in a safe area within walking distance of the beach and yatch habor. Also, it is best to call for reservation during CA business hours. The owners really want to make sure you get the room to your liking.

Very nice place in a nice and calm neighborhood of Santa Cruz, only 4 blocks from the beach — I heard from distant animals crying in the night — maybe seals? Very romantic experience, rooms individually stuffed with antique furniture, but very clean and perfect bed. (included fridge + microwave in my room). Price very good, for my room only 50$ + tax end of september.
