Wednesday and Thursday nights were very quiet, and we enjoyed our stay. Friday night all hell broke loose. Every step and every word spoken in the adjoining rooms could be heard. Loud music, scraping noises as if metal was being dragged across the concrete sidewalk the door. Called the front desk at 2 am and 2:15, but no answer. Breakfast was decent, and the place is clean.

The rooms are large (ours also had a separate kitchen from the room) and clean. We didn't take advantage of the pool but it didn't look bad also because it was on a large patio. Unfortunately away from the center in fact it is a good accommodation for those who need to stay close to the airport, also includes the free shuttle.

Nice hotel next to the airport. The room is big enough, comfy and quiet. Very useful: the free shuttle to the airport. Only negative point, the breakfast. Like in all hotels I tried in the US, it is not specially good.

Great place to stay. It isn't far from the airport and provides free parking. Our room was upgraded at no extra charge. The people at the front desk were very helpful and pleasant to interact with. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The kitchenette had pots, pans, and dinnerware, as well as a keurig coffee machine. The continental breakfast was sufficient, but the room it was in gets crowded. The only problem I had was that the free airport shuttle takes a long time to get from place to place simply because it services several hotels in the area.

My family from Minnesota loved this hotel! It was very clean and safe and the breakfast was wonderful! Their orange juice was the best I ever drank from a hotel! The staff did a wonderful job too! My mom was able to enjoy the sauna on the first day but on second it looked like it was being deconstructed. Nevertheless, she still enjoyef the pool. I will stay here again!

The team here was amazing and made me feel very welcome, despite my arriving at 3:30am. The night manager pushed my checkout to 1pm to give me a chance to sleep. The room was comfortable and the bed was perfect for my preferences. It was a bit noisy, but that is what you get for trying to sleep at 10am. The day staff were lovely as well, Sarah took me to find the coffee and we had a good chat about the UK where she grew up. The manager also spent a couple of minutes talking to me and discovering what I was doing in the area and where I was going next. This is the kind of detail that makes for great service. All in all, La Quinta was not a brand I was familiar with, but I now feel that I would give any of their locations a shot, and certainly stay at this one again.

Looks old on the outside, but with pretty landscaping, room well decorated, and well kept. Breakfast area was small, but good selection. AC was loud at night, so I put in earplugs. Close to airport.

We upgraded to a suite with a kitchen. Perfect for our three day stay. We filled the frigde and made dinner ourselves. Saved money on food cost! Close enough to the city, so everything within 40 mins. Traffic is crazy in The City so be patient! Go Dodgers!

Pet Friendly policies! We really appreciate that. We will return again. Quiet rooms and easy access to SFO airport, Highway 101 and BART. One star for very tight parking as well as a kinda messy garage.

A couple years ago my family and I had an extended stay that was about 4 weeks while we're were waiting for the bank to close a loan for a house in San Bruno. We slept well every night, had a warm breakfast every morning, and the room was clean everyday. The stay way altogether a relief to my son and I and we adore the staff for their kindness.

So I stayed here for the night and I don’t usually say anything about a hotel, they are mostly all the same but I was heartily impressed with La Quinta at this location. First off is the La Quinta custom mattress which gathered me up in its cozy embrace and immediately began to magically banish all my aches and pains from my long journey across the pacific. Then the overhead rainfall shower was nice and strong blasting my over abundance of sleep (due to that incredible mattress) right down the drain. Thirdly the tasty Krueg (sp) coffee machine was a tasty addition to my morning ritual. Lastly the staff were both warm and welcoming and deserving of all the praise for dealing with my travel weary befuddled brain. Well worth the money spent.

I'm always blown away by La Quinta… super nice and super affordable. This one definitely wowed me. The staff was super friendly on top of a beautiful facility… pretty courtyard, pool, fitness room. And of course our awesome room. We got one with a kitchen that had full fridge, oven, and provided dishes and cookware! The bed was comfortable and the decor was classy. The only negative was the extreme bright light above the bathroom sink… I guess some would appreciate if you wear makeup… but I wish it was on its own switch. I will definitely recommend and stay here again!

Loved this place. Check in was fast and easy, front desk was funny and nice. The room was amazing. Clean and beat my standards. It was amazing value. Got a suite with 2 queen beds and a kitchen. Payed half the price of what I would have payed for a run down hotel in the city. Right next to the BART station. Breakfast was better than I thought. Overall this place was great and next time I'm back in San Francisco, I'll be staying here.

The location was awesome, it was right by all kinds of fun places and really close to a few dog parks. Room was super nice, we got the King with Kitchen, it was very big and the kitchen came fully stocked with cookware and everything we could have needed to make our own dinner, the shower had awesome water pressure, I did the usual cleanliness checks for hotels (under toilet seat for pee, on the baseboards for roach/roach poo, and on the mattress itself for bed bugs) it passed all of my tests! Service was AMAZING! Both the lady who checked me and in and the one who checked me out were extremely friendly, also very helpful with directions!

Great experience! Amazing decor! I was on a 15 hour layover because of 11 inch snow in NYC. Didn't plan to be stuck in Cali for 15 hours but had an amazing experience. Great food, great service and staff, had breakfast and also dinner at the resturant, great experience! Can't rave more on the unexpected trip. Also shuttle to and from the airport, gym, spa, cucumber water, pool, garden. Great time! Worth it!

Worse experience ever, rude clerk, hidden fees, room is very very small, she would not exchange to a bigger room, noise very noisy. It was 2am when I checked in, after a 9hr drive, road trip a disaster, she demanded more money after me paying over $500 to book the room. When I continue to ask why was their an additional charges $200 charged, she if you dont like it you can go somewhere else,, REALLY AT 2AM WITH CHILDREN. Thought it will be a good experience and it was the worse, the rooms are not worth it,, too over priced very small, and they wont accomodate your needs. Worse staff and customer service…

I like this place, I travel with my two dog's and they don't charge for pet's, they have a full kitchen, bath, continental breakfast, the staff is friendly and welcoming. The property is clean, outside lounging area rose bush's smell nice. Looking forward to my next stay there.

This was a very decent hotel conveniently located to the San Francisco International Airport. It was easy access and parking as well. The parking was free which is a plus in the San Francisco area. They offered a decent breakfast which was complimentary for our stay. And all the amenities were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you have an early flight at the San Francisco International Airport. It was clean as well. Quite nice!

Would rate 5 stars if the fitness center was better. No free weights and limited options for weight training. The room was decent and the A. C. Perfect. Staff was friendly, but not many food options close by.

This is my new go-to hotel when I need to stay near SFO. The rooms are pleasant and the beds are very comfy. The neighborhood feels safe—it’s a ten minute walk to Trader Joe’s, Starbucks, and a whole bunch of restaurants. Also super convenient near the BART and Caltrain stations. The staff is very friendly. Wi-Fi is fast. I haven’t gotten into the pool yet, but it looks nice. Breakfast isn’t elaborate, but it gets the job done. Overall, this is exactly what I’d want from a solid hotel that doesn’t break the bank.

We arrived at 5 am last Monday after being evacuated from our home in Santa Rosa due to the wild fires. We were distraught and sleep deprived. The night clerk was wonderful and got us settled right away (with our 2 cats)! The manager has been so warm and caring. We are now on day 3 and still can’t go home. The staff at La Quinta have assured us we can stay as long as we need. They have made this nightmare tolerable for us! Thank you.

This place is okay but should not have the add-on "suites. " For $250.00 a night I hoped for SO MUCH MORE than what I'd expect from a typical motel room. Breakfast is in 3 hours and for the price that I'm paying, it better be good.

Stayed here for a business trip. The location isn't the best, traffic can be noisey but my room was very clean and nice. The bathroom mirror has a built in touch light giving it that luxury feel and a rain fall style shower head. The woman working the front desk was very nice and welcoming.

Get the apartment suite. Well worth the money. I would have paid more. It was really a full one bedroom apartment.

Great hotel with shuttle bus a few miles from the airport.

Very nice room and staff was great. Pleasantly surprised by their breakfast. Area had a store near by and was close to the freeway. Pool area was beautiful! The Hotel was loud though and the air conditioner was leaking on the floor and extremely loud every time it would turn on/off.

New hotel and well located close to the airport. Ideal the day before a departure. Excellent reception, and staff to small care. Room The pool is nice and the little garden too. Big bemol: noise, not planes but suitcases that drive in front of the rooms and make reason the dale in concrete. Indispensable quies balls!

Great staff and position for airport access. Underground parking lot, the usual facilities like coffee maker, TV and fridge. Pool and gym as well. Just a bit worn but otherwise perfect.

Wonderful hotel with great views and a friendly and useful staff. The rooms are roomy enough to maneuver in without stepping all over each other. The pool area is lovely and has really comfortable seats. The water is clear and refreshing. The breakfast is standard. Plenty of options and of decent quality. I would definitely come here again.

Great hotel for overnight or short term stays. Clean room comfortable beds and friendly front desk service. They have just renovated a couple of floors and will complete everything shortly don't worry about the renovations as they never caused an issue.

Nice room, clean. The kitchen was extra but we made a nice dinner. Nice breakfast. No hot tub, pool is seasonal, and nowhere really for dogs to do their business.

We stayed here for three nights. For the price and the area, in my humble opinion, this place can't be beat. Priceline was offering a 2 Queen room with Kitchenette for $124/night before tax. Priceline itself had a number of issues on their end when trying to book this, which the hotel staff graciously dealt with and had no issues sorting out — — huge thank you to them for that — — but "Kitchenette" is certainly an understatement. The room had a full sized refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, sink, and assorted pots/pans/silverware, along with the usual coffeemaker and coffee selection. The two beds were incredibly comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the channel selection wasn't too bad. Free breakfast was OK, with eggs and sausage/bacon, potatoes, yogurt, waffles, cereal, muffins and some juices. When we need to be back in the SF area at a reasonable price, it'll be here.

I booked a room at La Quinta Inn & Suites to be close to SFO for my departing flight in the morning. It had the best rate of all the other hotels with the amenities I wanted. The staff is friendly and the check in process was a breeze. Parking is convenient and underground. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. I tried out the jetted bath tub and it felt great on my sore feet. The only issue I ran into was the room air conditioner was not working and mad it difficult to sleep. I wished I could have tried out the breakfast, but had to depart early and breakfast starts at 6:00 a. M. I would definitely consider La Quinta Inn & Suites again the next time I fly from SFO.

The front — desk attendants were very professional. Our shuttle never picked us up so we had to take a cab. However the attendant offered to take the cab fare off from the charge of the room. We also got a free upgrade to a room away from the street + furnished with a ski — resort style kitchen!

Had everything I needed. Had a shuttle to the airport which was great. Bathroom was a bit dated. Didn't get to check out the health center, so no comment there. Overall a decent stay.

I was told by Expedia I could cancel a reservation as late as one day before the proposed stay at La Quinta in Milbrae, but I was charged $267.70. According to Expedia, my credit card would not be used until I arrived and signed. I called La Quinta far in advance to cancel because my son told me it was too far from his house. I had a very difficult time finding any way to notify Expedia, but finally received an email I could answer on the 19th. I saw it on the 20th and answered explaining why I had already cancelled the reservation. Since I could not communicate with Expedia, I chose to reserve with Booking and was very pleased with their service, but I booked at Crowne Plaza, which is within walking distance of my son´s home. I don´t know if La Quinta made the charge or if Expedia made the charge. In either case, it is an unfair and unreasonable charge which I will report if not reversed.

Cute, fairly priced hotel with a great airport shuttle. Perfect if you are flying into SFO and want a quiet room for yourself but don't mind taking a shuttle.

Tried to call four times to get a room. Three times no answer, fourth time the girl answered and hung up. Stayed at Hampton inn instead.

I flew to SFO airport yesterday from West Palm Beach Florida. The hotel I took last night was the Days Inn San Bruno. I just switched to this La Quinta Inn $ Suites this afternoon. This hotel is a very nice place. I have a king bed suite. It's clean. The kitchen is very nice. The Wi-Fi is fast. The outer area of the hotel is also very nice, with a swimming pool, a big and nice yard for rest or chat. Compare this hotel with the Days Inn San Bruno, the rating for this one (3.9) is too under-scored, or the Days Inn is cheating on rating (3.7). Though this hotel is around $20 more expensive than the Days Inn, its quality is much much higher than the Days Inn. That Days Inn is awful, extreamly old, dirty, and the Wi-Fi was too slow to be used, the breakfast is only served to 9:00 am, and they don't even notice you the breakfast time. Last time I took La Quinta Inn was in Georgia, it was an excellent hotel. I was impressed by its high quality and low price. This time, the same thing happened. This La Quinta Inn is just 3 minutes walking distance to the Days Inn San Bruno. If you want to choose a hotel in this area. Come to this one, do not go to Days Inn.

Very helpful staff and the 2 ladies on the day desk were so accommodating when we had any problem. They were friendly and provided us with excellent service. Comfy room, older but nice and clean. Would stay here again.

Good: Open late; arrived 3AM, quiet, reasonably clean, coffee maker in room, free breakfast including eggs, waffles. Bad: On pricey side for area, inadequate parking underneath hotel, breakfast better than average La Quinta breakfast but still poor compared to McDonalds.

Sarah B is the best. She was more than accommodating upon check-in. Rooms were updated to my surprise and very clean. This hotel deserves a better rating.

Very standard hotel. We stayed in a room with Jacuzzi. I have no complaints or issues with this hotel. We drove here and there to the airport so I don't know how efficient or good the shuttle service is. I didn't hear any planes or noises while I was there. We didn't have breakfast either. I would find a hotel closer to downtown San Francisco next time.
