I think we got the doggie room. My grandson and I had problems with our allergies. Our room was on the first floor at the back of the hotel near the rear parking lot. The walls are so thin that the strong odor of marijuana filled our room until the group of men finished their pow wow. Sorry we have to stay here two more nights. Never again.

At 5 AM I was woken by 2 men coming in my room. I had the bar across the top of the door so they couldn't get all the way in. They were yelling 'hello, this is my room'. I came to the door and they stood there repeating the same thing. When I went to the desk at 7 AM, there was no one there to discuss this issue. After waiting 20 minutes, I had to leave for my daily plans in San Diego and would return later to see if I could speak to someone. I took my stuff with me because I didn't feel safe in this establishment. I came back at around 8 PM and was told that I wasn't checked in nor arrived for my room and it was given away. I checked in. My credit card was charged. I received a room key. I was in my room. I got a receipt and car decal the night I checked in. I didn't understand the issue. The lady at the counter told me she went in my room and saw that it was not cleaned and left it for housekeeping. She told me that I didn't have a room, nor checked in. I told her that wasn't correct and she began looking for my paper and found it. She said "oh you booked through Priceline and not us. " Ok? So, what's the problem? She began telling me I never checked in and that my room was given away. YET I still had a key, receipt, car decal, been charged 2 nights stay, and slept much of the night in said room. I felt violated and unsafe in this establishment. The ceiling is very thin as are the walls.

Very expensive small rooms no breakfast although they say they say you get breakfast they consider a granola bar coffee and oatmeal breakfast no pool and no ice machine what kind of motel with no ice machine staff was good for the price it's not worth it.

Not bad if you are going to stay for awhile. Wi-Fi is good, room, was clean and presentable upon arrival. A. C. In the room worked well also. Not the newest or greatest but worked ok for the time I had to stay there.

Room was a non smoking. But reeked. Towels gave my kids red bumps. And my daughter found a lubricant under the bed. Breakfast is only coffee n granola bars. At the office some guy was also asking for refund. Because he had bugs in his room. But they did go and clean and emptied our trash. But nothing compared to the extended stay in Huntington Beach.

Friendly staff but extremely thin ceilings. You can hear everything that's going on above you. Last time I stayed the gut upstairs came in and out at 2 am every night. I had to complain to staff but nothing they could do about it. If you book through priceline they don't treat you as well as if you booked directly from them. The guest that stay here are questionable. Some of the guest that were rowdy might have been smoking drugs according to the neighbors. The hotel it self is clean but if you are allergic to animals would not recommend. I also ask to change rooms because was suffering from allergies from pet dander and they would not accommodate nor did they have a air purifier. As far as breakfast goes is just granola bars and instant oatmeal coffee and tea. Not a real breakfast.

The room was clean which is important, but the halls smelled of marijuana and there aren't that many places within walking distance for food or entertainment. The manager was great, but when I worked with a different staff member a few times, he kept telling me he didn't know how to do stuff so I kept having to wait until the manager was on duty.

A very pleasant stay, courteous staff and prompt service. The room was very neat, bed was quite comfortable, bathroom was clean, so it was everything as advertised. Only problem, was unable to make local calls from the phone in the room. The issue was not resolved even after repeated complaints at the front desk. I was also given an alternate room where I had the same problem again. Seemed like a problem with how I was registered as a guest in their system, but nobody could figure it out.

This place is good, good coffee in mornings, with "some" breakfast stuff, but full size fridge, microwave, even couple burners, bachaleors Paradise.

Staff messed up my reservation and there wasn't a room available, I went shopping instead. When I came back to check in I received a discount. The staff was friendly albeit forgetful, the rooms were quiet, and there's a Vons close by for groceries. I felt at home in San Diego for a low price. I'd come back and stay again anytime.

This was a good place to spend the night I really enjoyed the room and the staff. And enjoyed the cleanliness. Didn't like that complementary breakfast kinda was a dissapointment. But everything else was alrigjt.

Rooms looked older especially on bathroom walls. Our room a stove and microwave which might have been nice but made our room smell horribly. I had to go get a rag and cleaning supplies to wipe everything down. Still didn't help. The whole vent fan was in need of a good cleaning. Our bedding was clean though and parking was free here unlike a lot of hotels in the area.

Since we had a pet with us we were limited to some locations. With that said you get what you pay for, but I am not disappointed. Friendly staff, good location, and accepts pets.

My 87 year old father had to stay here for over a month until we could get him in an apartment with me and my husband. The manager, Gigi was always extremely accommodating and so was the rest of the staff, I don't know all of their names but in particular Caleb was also always very accommodating and kind. During a very difficult time for me and my husband they were wonderful. If we ever needed a place to stay for a couple of weeks I would definitely recommended Extended Stay America.

This place is very busy and almost full always. The amenities are ok. Rooms are small compared to other extended stays. Breakfast is very limited I would hardly call breakfast. Wi-Fi is average Rooms are cleaned once a week. There is no gym or activity to attend if you are staying extended period of time.

Quiet nice views beds are wonderful fully loaded kitchens if you wish to cook pots pans dish ware available upon request.

Initially the front desk staff was being discriminative and wanting to debate with me about my service animal saying usually service animals are big dogs and mine is only a 9 pounder but once you get into the room I was quite surprised at how well-kept and clean it was the air didn't smell less pet dander nor old smoke the bathroom kitchen sink were looking fairly new no stains nor streaks the kitchen in the fridge were immaculate.

There is no room service. We stayed there for 4 nights and the towels or bed sheets were never changed. We 3 people have to use the available 4 towels for the entire duration of the stay. The trash was never changed and it may not be a good place if you stay with an infant on diapers.

The room was nice and clean.

Clean room. Good property feel safe. BUT no plates pan or silver. You half to beg… than you get plastic and paper, may as well be camping. And for the price you can do better.

The absolute worst service I've ever received in my life. Requested kitchen ware 3 times and each time was told it would be to my room within 20 minutes still have yet to see any kitchen ware. Went to the lobby to again request the kitchen ware and could not find a single member of staff. Would not recommend staying here.

Good hotel. You get what you pay for. Kitchenette was good, with fridge, icemaker, microwave, and small stove. I would stay here again.

We booked a 2 bed and upon arriving were told that we had one bed only. With 2 adults and 2 children, one bed and no roll-away beds, it wasn't going to work. They did the best they could with getting us 2 separate rooms next to each other. This was OK since we were just overnight, but had it been an extended trip, it would not have helped much. The beds were rather small. With one adult and a toddler, the bed space was cramped. We did not utilize the kitchen space, but there is plenty there for someone who is staying for a while to use. There was a microwave, a sink, a refrigerator (not a mini), and even 2 stove tops. They provide the dishes for you upon your request. Overall we were still happy with it and will likely look into booking again when we need a longer stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

If you don't mind people smoking pot in nonsmoking rooms and not being able to check out until 0700 then this hotel is for you. The Wi-Fi was hit or miss even with the upgrade. I would strongly recommend a different choice.

Smells like a drug house. There not someone working the desk after 2300 to 0700. If you check out before 0700 you can't get your receipt.

I love it there staff is very friendly, my room was clean when needed. Kitchenette was nice.

First off the staff is very unprofessional over the phone and in person. Second of all, our TV was broken and nothing was done about it because apparently there one temporary maintenance guy didn't come to work, which is not my problem. The room size and cleanliness of the hotel room was fine nothing spectacular although all appliances had to be requested which most of the time whatever you wanted was already checked out so you couldn't get what you needed. I don't expect the hotel to change my sheets everyday that I am there but housekeeping won't even come in your room unless you stay for more then a week which I think is bogus! They charge way to much for this crappy hotel! I am very disappointed in my stay and will definitely not be staying here ever again!

I liked the accommodations of having a kitchen and fridge, makes it easy to budget. Grocery store and places right on the same road so make it easy! We knew we wouldn't be staying in the hotel a lot so it was exactly what we were looking for. Nothing extravagant but no real complaints. Smelt like maple syrup in the hall but you're going to get some smells when people have their own kitchens, as expected. Loved the stay! Thank you.

Room has lots of stains on the chairs and fridge. Only staying one night. its cool I guess. Only plus is the kitchenette. But furniture definitely needs an upgrade. Paid 100. For one Friday night one king bed.

I like the space in the room, loved the kitchen and the full size fridge and the bed was comfy. The thing I didn't like was that it had the bare minimum items. Like a coffee maker, you had to request it and I really think it should already be there but then a gain I chain drink coffee. I also requested to have plates, cups, and a coffee maker be brought to my room but it never came, I had to get it the next day. The walls were to thin and I could hear the guy next door to me snoring and the couple on the other side of me having sex. A day after my stay I ended up with itchy red bumps on my legs and arms. I can only assume bed bugs unless they have mosquitos there. I come from a dry area and I haven't gotten bit by misquotes in a few years. Wish I could give a better review but it just didn't cut it for me. They also did not clean the room once while I was staying there. Not that I can't clean up after myself but it seems like they are trying their best not to work.

This motel has great staff and were very helpful. The room wasnt what I was expecting but it was quiet. Would stay again.

The nightshift is fabulous but the dayshift staff and the manage are liars. They quote three different prices because the front desk clerk is not train properly. They also lie about availability to control which population occupies the hotel. The manage is so fat and rude, she represents the business poorly. The rooms have a bad odor. You have to burn incense to rid the smell. The bathrooms are half clean. When use the toilet you can see mold growing under the rims. Check all equipment because they put the equipment back together and allow unassuming customers to take responsibility of the already broken equipment. They do replace the broken equipment but it doesn't work. I hated my short stay here and will never return.

I've stayed here for quite some time now and I luv it here! The staff are super friendly and since I work nights they are kind enough to just let me sleep! I recommend everyone come stay here.
