Nice hotel but beds better at the Hampton in Banning❣️Can feel the springs.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Terrible customer service! Our reservation was wrong and we were told it was an easy fix. Was asked to pay additional and would get a refund. 3 weeks later no refund; we are out $200 and no one will help. Manager is rude and condescending calling me “dear” and states what his employees say is facts although he has nothing on recording and doesn’t know what was said. It would have been simple enough to process a refund for a “no show” knowing that the reason we were a no show was because we booked the wrong dates and they could clearly see that.

I stayed here on a work trip. The location is great. Within walking distance there are a number of good restaurants and the mall. Check-in was very quick. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I'll definitely consider staying at this hotel on future trips.

This hotel is definitely one of the best we have stayed out they go above and beyond for there guests. The only down fall was breakfast in the morning the guy asked me if I’m staying here, but did not ask anyone else I was pretty offended since this is my 3rd time staying here.

I love staying here, it's walking distance to the mall & the service is friendly and great. The room is nice as well!

We had a great time meeting family here. The hotel is cozy and the pool is nice. There was a low grade earthquake (trimmer) while we were here and we didn't even feel it. Everyone outside the hotel was talking about it, but we never felt a thing. Must be constructed to "roll with the punches". Great place!

The people that work there make the hotel. This hotel made us physically sick. It smelled like smoke/ mold in our room. We had to check out 3 days early due to the odors. It was crazy cold every where in hotel. The breakfast was pretty good. I booked a handicapped suite w/ roll in shower and was put in a suite with bath tub. That doesn't work well in a wheelchair. Suki worked hard to move us the next day to another room and it was the room that smelled so bad. It was not as nice and carpet was dirty. I would not stay here again in this room.

The Hampton Inn & Suites in Ontario is a pretty nice place. It's located right next to Ontario Mills Mall which is really convenient. The hotel staff is pretty helpful and the rooms are clean and up to date. The only down side was the lack of parking. (Small parking lot dedicated for hotel only parking, but 30 feet away there is parking for the mall which you are allowed to use. )

Super clean super super great low price extremely friendly. Great for business stay so comfy will be back again and again.

It was Great… I could see our car from the window and also Bed Bath and Beyond… Too bad breakfast ends @ 8am or my wife and I would have eaten. Otherwise, it is what it is… Dont think your getting a lMotel 6 when you are in a tent. Overpriced and Underthougjt. Thanks anyways.

I needed some reciepts for a month end expense report and Diana Benitez went above and beyond to help me retrieve them. She treated me like a CEO. What a great experience. I highly recomend this location next time your in Ontario.

Excellent knowledgeable service, comfortable clean tonight, delicious fresh and varied breakfast. I was very impressed, and will definitely stay there again. Located right across from a mall with lots of dining options, close to freeway without all the noise pollution. This is the one time you get more than you pay for.

The room they gave us was set up specifically to handle disabled customers. No huge issue there as I’ve had these rooms before in other hotels, and it’s awesome to have that ability when needed. My issue is that with the shower they have set up in there, it doesn’t stay still (or just sprays the wall) when using; so you have to hold it to use it; and doesn’t make for an easy shower. We asked to switch since overall it’s just an uncomfortable room and shower situation isn’t easy, once in the morning and once at night. Each employee gave differing answers and one actually offered to help us but wouldn’t be able to switch rooms for two more days basically and it was worthless to do that. It’s a dated hotel. Beds aren’t very comfortable. Parking is basically in a mall parking lot. I won’t ever come back to this hotel. While the service was ok — just not worth it.

Excellent service and easy to get to. The parking sucks because it shares parking lot with the mall. So the actual space for Hotel parking is very limited and you have to park across the street at the mall. There's plenty of security though. Something about the walls at this hotel seem a little thinner because you can hear footsteps and people talking a lot louder than I'm used to. Didn't try the pool but it looked pretty nice. I guess the one cool thing about it is up you're right next to the mall. 5 minutes walking distance. Good price and lots of restaurants nearby.

Great meeting rooms and service.

Very large and comfortable place, nice and quiet if you want to do some reading. The rooms are large and spacious which is definitely worth the money. The gym is alright, has weights that go up from 10 lb to 50 lb and cardio machines. The breakfast was alright nothing to sing home about but that doesn't change the fact that this area is very unique. The only complaint is parking besides that this place is perfect for me.

I was disappointed in how exquisite the interior design is for the entrance, front lobby desk, lounge area, hallways, elevators and breakfast section were very updated and extremely nice in design, but the design of the rooms were completely opposite, very very outdated. Definitely didn't expect that. Furniture is very outdated, the TV was ridiculously small, with no good channels AT ALL. Hallways smelled terrific but my room smelled like a senior hospitality. Bathroom was, clean nice and updated, stay was very quiet, sheets and bed we're comfortable but thats about all that was positive about my stay. It wasn't worth 200 dollars at all, the extended stay was another 200, I found that rediculous and amusing. I was mostly unhappy my entire stay. Would never book a room here again.

Decent hotel located on the outskirts of a large mall. Easy access to highway Abbas good food places.

Great staff; always willing to help and go above and beyond for patrons. While it may be time for Hamptons to update there breakfast choices, the staff does there part to ensure it is as fresh as possible and well presented. Newly updated carpet.

Better than most Hampton Inns I have stayed at. Nicely decorated and they secure cab service to the airport for their guests. All staff I interacted with was very nice.

Great Location. Close to freeways, dining and shopping. The Ontario Mills Mall is located right across the street. The room was spacious. Good breakfast.

This hotel is clean and quite inside of the room. However, there are only 30 to 40 parking space at the front of the hotel for all the guests. If you check in or come back to the hotel late, you will be forced to park overnight across the street at the shopping mall. It doesn't seem to be that safe at all. Even though they have free breakfast, you might want to avoid those salty scramble egg and potatoes. Also, you won't find any sausages and beacons there.

Room was nice and staff was nice 2 star rating is not their fault. Don't expect to park at the hotel. They have approx 30 spots total (I am not exaggerating). They also don't have a restaurant noise from the street leaks into the room. They provide earplugs so they know it's an issue.

High marks for service and cleanliness. Staff was prompt and courteous. Work out room had good equipment and is pretty large. One of the best cooked breakfasts I've had in a while. Only gave it three stars because the cell reception anywhere in the hotel was horrible (one bar at best) and Wi-Fi was not very good. I couldn't get any work done. I only had the standard Wi-Fi connection, I didn't try the premium Wi-Fi. The location is awesome being adjacent to a mall and many other stores. Parking was akward. You parked in the mall lot and walked across the street to get to the hotel. Room didn't have a refrigerator, but one was sent up quickly upon request. Pool area nicely setup with comfy furniture and lots of sun (no obstructions).

Monica was an outstanding receptionist at the front desk! For the price point, the accomodations and free breakfast are a great deal! Everybody here on staff was very friendly and welcoming. This past weekend, when our sons' swim meet was cancelled for high winds nearby, the hotel let us check in early and we were able to enjoy the quiet, secluded pool attached to the hotel. Rooms were modern but basic, again for $100 with tax absolutely nothing to complain about. Parking is somewhat limited, but additional parking is available as the hotel is adjacent to Ontario Mills Mall. Very conveniently located to lots of dining options and things to do. Highly recommended!

Staff was nice. Rooms are clean. Great by mall & lots of food. Wish there was a mini fridge in the room.

The rooms were clean, with no smoke smell. The staff was friendly. The beds were comfy. No problems whatsoever. I'd definitely stay here again. The one thing that's a little meh is that you'll often have to park across the street at the mall, but that only adds about a minute to the walk in, so it's not a big deal. (By street, I mean the "street" running around the mall parking lot, not an actual street)

Loved the nice big king room, big bathroom, great staff at front desk, nice breakfast buffet, great location adjacent to a big mall and lots of dining. A comfortable room after a long 15hour drive. Thanks for making our stay comfortable.

Great stay. Comfy sheets and pillows. Mediocre beds. Still a pretty good night sleep.

Stayed for less than 24 hours but during that time I enjoyed my stay. Wi-Fi didn't work but other than that the hotel was fine.

Great newer hotel in a very nice location near Ontario Mills mall. The staff were great and room was top-notch. Rates run a bit higher than other Hampton Inn locations but we'll worth it.

The rooms are great, plenty big. The Wi-Fi was spotty but worked ok. The service was great, and the pool and hot tub were good.

Comfortable rooms. Good breakfasts, especially when travelling with children.

My husband drove all the way across country from West Palm Beach, Florida to participate in national races in Pomona, California and three hours after arriving at Hampton Inn and being instructed by a hotel agent to park across the street in the mall parking lot, had his race motorcycle, trailer, and friend's nice pick-up truck stolen. This hotel has not taken any responsibility in the matter. My husband would never have reserved a room at a hotel without its own secure parking. My husband was told by the hotel where to park off the hotel property and specifically advised that parking was safe. Unbelievable. My husband has been a loyal customer to Hilton and Hampton Inns and has not been rewarded for his customer loyalty. Do not stay here or any Hilton or Hampton Inn. It's not safe and the customer service is the worst.

I did not realize that its not the best hotel to stay at when people are up at 6am and you hear the doors slams. Once we checked out I was told everything was fine there where no charges, and then a big surprise the next day I see a charge on my bank account. I will be calling to see what the charge was for.

Staff and the owner are oblivious to true customer service. Hotel has 91 rooms but only 28 parking spaces. (30%) They said there was additional parking about 1/4 a mile away. Just what I want at 2:30 AM is a 1/4 mile walk in the dark! All the other hotels in the area have adequate parking. I can't believe Hilton has stooped so low as this. Extremely overpriced for what you get. And yes, I am a Hilton Diamond member so I do know the difference.

Love this hotel they always treat me right here, great staff they have one employee that comes in mind I think his name is dominik he went above and beyond to help with my problem.
