Great breakfast! And awesome customer service!

Staff is very nice. We came in late and Natalie was very helpful! Room was nice and the bed was ok, lumpy! Bathroom ok I probably shouldn’t comment here about this but… when a guest leaves a room and housekeeping comes to clean, make sure drains in sink and bath drain. Nothing irks me more than a sink and bath tub filling up while I’m using it. I don’t let this happen at my home I don’t expect it anywhere else. Let’s take care of this drains. NASTY! other than the drains and the bed it was nice.

Chris (at the front desk) and the entire staff at the hotel were awesome. They made me feel very welcome at the hotel and were very helpful at all times regarding any questions about the area. The room was clean and modern. I would highly recommend Ayers Hotel!

Liked the hotel overall. Staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast was great actually so definitely happy about that. Only downside is all the rooms have nice 50” TVs with only a sd signal so the picture on every channel is grainy and lack luster.

The hotel and it's staff where very good. I would of rated it a 5 but there was a leather chair in the room and had several tears. It looks as though it had come from a dumpster. There was also a cloth desk chair that was filthy. I paid $170 a night I would think they could use some of that money to purchase 2 new chairs for the room.

The rooms seemed worn down and dingy. There was little lighting in the room. The carpets looked dirty. A power outlet was not readily available near nightstand. The shower was the absolute worse. Barley "spit" water out and couldn't get clean with the lack of water pressure. The pro was that there was a mini fridge and microwave in the room. There was a large breakfast buffet including hot and cold items.

I sent my employee to Ayres Hotel for a business class for 3 nights. I chose this property for it's location and amenities. My employee tells me his stay was comfortable and clean. Room was good for studying in the evenings, he very much enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was friendly and helpful. I will be sending another employee to this hotel in July. It's our go to hotel now!

When I arrived I was told that I would need to wait 5-7 minutes to check in since the two people at the desk were unable to check me in. Seems they didn’t have a working password and I had to wait for someone to return from a break. She then told me I didn’t have a reservation. Couldn’t figure out that my last name was the same as the reservation name with a different first name. I was then denied my room because the reservation was in my spouse’s name and not mine. Same last name, same credit card, and I had a copy of the reservation. I was told to contact my booking company to fix it. No offer to call them for me, to call the person the room was reserved for… I was to handle it. I did, returned with another reservation confirmation, but was told I would have to wait until it updates in their system. At some point hotel staff need to make the obvious decision to provide customer service, especially when I am holding proof of a reservation. Don’t leave it to a guest to solve the problem, offer to make a call, there were no other guests waiting. When a guest can prove they have a reservation give them a room, don’t wait for the computer to update. I asked to speak to the manager, but when she called in the staff told her the situation was resolved. I replied no it’s not, I’d still like to speak with her. She ignored my request. It took me yelling in the background for the staff to hand me the phone. The manager didn’t even acknowledge me with a hello.

The perception of the hotel online is that it is a lot nicer than it actually was. The price was indicative of a place that is a little more upscale. The "free" breakfast was the worst I have ever seen. You couldn't pay me to eat it. I was disappointed from the start with the entire facility. People were also yelling and fighting in the hallway at 2am and I called the front desk but nobody seemed to care to pick up the phone. I'll never stay at this hotel again. I hate being decieved.

Awesome place to stay! Breakfast was great, lots of variety! I'm vegan and I was pleased. The room was stately. It was quiet. Just what I needed. Service was great too. The cost of the room was fair.

I've stayed here in the past for work and unfortunately my experience this time around was not great. When I checked in at 6pm, it was right in the middle of happy hour, so there was a line out the door with people trying to get drinks and only one hotel staff to assist with guests. I had to wait 20 minutes to get checked in. As a woman staying in a hotel alone, safety and privacy is important. While I was checking in there were men up at the counter waiting for drinks and the front desk was asking for me for personal information right in front of other guests and loudly saying my room number. I will not be back.

The hotel was fine. Loved the size of the room. The T. V. Had issues. I couldn't watch the Opening of the Winter Olympics since the channel was receiving bad reception.

I frequently stay at this hotel for work and I love it. The staff is so nice and accommodating and the rooms are extremely chic and clean. The location is in a great area right behind the Ontario Mills Mall. There are a ton of places to eat within walking distance. I would stay here even if it was just for leisure travel as well.

The front desk staff was fine. Jasmin was helpful. Breakfast was fine. Parking area was mostly well lit. The hallways were quite dingy. The elevator was quite slow and we used the stairs instead. The rooms had some nice touches, like the vintage phones but the walls and drapes could use some updating. Also the walls were very thin as I could hear the man snoring in the room next to me.

Clean rooms and very comfy bed. Stayed for thanksgiving and staff was kind enough to set up a small snack station for guests. They were very close to various restaurants and the mall. Breakfast was servicable. Would stay again.

Stayed overnight after attending a music festival. Location is very convenient to airport and has lots of restaraunts within quick driving distance and short walk. Our room was clean on arrival and the beds were comfortable. Not a 4 star hotel by any means but if you want a good night comfortable rest for a decent price this place is it. They charge $10 extra if you have more than two people with you so keep that in mind as you check in. Breakfast was alright. Sausage was good.

Good place near Ontario Outlet mall, shopping easy.

The early, early check in was fantastic (we were here for an out of town wedding), the breakfast was great, we loved the details in the room (the lamps! The chair! ), lots of exits that made sense and parking was great. The location is fantastic with the outlet mall just across the street. Loved it. Great experience.

Able to accept reservation on short notice-same afternoon. Check in staff helpful and fast to get me set up in my room. Great bed and quiet area. Local restaurant very good.

Good clean facilities. The room was a nice size the beds were comfortable and there was great water pressure in the shower. Enjoyed the free hot breakfast and the staff was friendly & responsive. We had a problem our 1st night when next door guests kept trying to get into our room through the adjoining door between our rooms well after midnight, waking us up. My husband called the front desk, but there was no security staff. We went back to sleep and neighbors started again trying to unlock our shared door! Very frightening and disturbing! We called front desk again and the young lady came to our room and then the other guest room. They stopped for the night but my husband couldn’t sleep. I would have liked the front desk to at least phone after our 1st report of the problem.

The place was clean and quiet. Got a good night's sleep and the shower was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Clean pretty and warm rooms. Good friendly help. Fair rates! We'd use you again.

I love this hotel it is like home away from home, l have stayed several times, when Ayres was booked full I had too stay at other hotels in the area there was no comparison. Please tell your staff what a great job they do each day, the breakfast is so good and starts my day with greatness. Thank you Ayers family, your forefathers and mothers would be very proud of you all.

I arrived on a Tuesday evening and the elevator was broken and didn't get fixed until Thursday morning. No one offered to help with my bags to the 3rd floor, which after lugging through 2 airports I probably would have taken them up on it. I booked my room well over a month in advance and was offended with the handicapped room I received. I asked about breakfast and was told that it started at 7, and I found out later that it was 6 which would have been helpful to know.

Overall, it was a nice stay. The hallways could use some work and it seems as though there is only one elevator, which meant people were always waiting for it. We opted for the stairs most of the time. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. I have stayed at other Ayres Hotels. This one isn't as nice as some of the others but is satisfactory. The breakfast was lacking. It was decent enough for a free breakfast, but again other Ayres hotels have better. The staff was very friendly. I would stay here again.

The hotel was an excellent place to stay, very convenient. The staff was excellent. I especially want to thank Tanisha, Lauren, Jasmine, Susan and Ben. Those were the names I recall but the rest of the staff were great also. The rooms were nice and clean. I will (and do) recommend this hotel to friends and family who might be going to the area.

Definitely one of the nicest hotels I've been too. The rooms are massive, clean, and well appointed. Also can't go wrong with the free snacks and beer offered in the lobby! Close proximity to everything you could ever need or want!

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was quiet and the service in the food area was well attended and check out was quick! The only reason it wasn't a 5 was the first thing I noticed (coming in the back door) was that the elevator carpet needed to be vacuumed. It stayed in the same condition the entire weekend. Our room was tidy, but smelled like cigarettes in the bathroom.

They serve breakfast in the morning and happy hour from 5-7 pm. Service was good. Rooms are spacious and comfortable beds. I was on the third floor and had a beautiful view to the mountains. The Ontario Mills Mall is only a walking distance from the hotel. They also provide shuttle service to and from the airport or anywhere you need to go in a 5 mile radius (which is how far everything else seems to be). All in all, I have no bad things say except, this Ayers is not as fancy as the Ayers Hotel next door (there are two next to each other).

I always stay here every year and they have an awesome staff and the rooms are always clean and tidy.

My key never worked and the guest above me walked all day and all night and it sounded like they were coming through the floor. The room though was A+

This is the first time I stayed in this hotel. I'm usually in the grand a few blocks away. The breakfast is awesome here, the staff is friendly, it's a VERY classy hotel and has great commodities. The free beer in the the evenings isn't too shabby either;) It's within walking distance of some great food and entertainment. I would highly recommend staying here if possible.

The hospitality was! The bed felt like someone you love was hugging you all night! Meant to see what brand of mattress that was! I love the set up of the room! Felt like home! They have my 5!
