Staff at front desk, housekeeping and COVID cautious breakfast EXCELLENT. Stayed here before several times and will continue to do so… great stay, park and fly program. We stayed at end of trip and staff permitted us to hang out all day at their lovely, cool. Refreshing and clean pool… WONDERFUL! Rooms very comfortable and 5mrly, convenient shuttle.

Nice clean place. Wonderful service. Quiet. Two free bottles of cold bottle water in the refrigerator. Microwave and coffee maker. Complimentary breakfast had scrambled eggs with meat plus all the other goodies. I rate the place, excellent!

We really enjoyed our stay at this establishment. It was extremely comfortable and clean. Conveniently located close to the airport as well as quick bites. I really like the motor lodge feel and parking right in front of our room. Comfy and clean always rate high with me.

We had made reservations at another hotel in the same city as we were traveling through because it offered a better rate. When we arrived at the other hotel it was not what we expected so we quickly made reservations at Best Western Plus. A little higher rate but, well worth it! What a great choice! We had a wonderful experience at a great hotel and the staff was a delight to work with. I would highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed at several hotels in the area and this was by far the best. Really clean/nice facilities and rooms. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was really great. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The only thing I would ding them on is the hot tub water needed to be cleaned.

Excellent breakfast lots of clean rooms with new furniture. If your a truck driver you can park you Truck there but not your trailer unless you park behind the hotel.

The Best Western Plus Ontario Airport & Convention Center facility is well managed, highly accessible, and very suitable for a one-night stay. The freeway and airport access, in particular, was particularly fine. While not everything I would expect in a Best Western "Plus, " this establishment was quite comfortable and very good value.

Close to the airport and freeway, but still quiet. Comfortable rooms with modern decor. Very good value for money. We will be staying here again for our future trips using Ontario Airport.

Great place to stay. Very close to the airport, and 2 or so miles from the freeway. Gas station, restraunt and Starbucks in walking distance. Free shuttle, to and from the airport. Clean rooms and cleaned on a regular basis. Has a free continental breakfast and also has an outside pool, and hot tub, and a small fitness room. Every time I'm in Ontario, I'll be staying here.

Clean room. Toilet was not ADA. My wife was woken by noises from the people upstairs. There was a Hispanic religious convention going on nearby and many of them were loud and made getting breakfast difficult but the staff handled it pretty well. They got more food out quickly.

Clean, fast polite service, good breakfast-great for crashing after a red eye flight. Only thing is the walls are thin-you'll hear your neighbors a lot.

Only stayed one night help are professional & courteous. It is clean and they shuttle to airport is fast and easy. Also great they allow you to leave your your car parked and pick you up at airport. Will stay again.

Glad we chose to stay at Best Western. We were actually next door to them at Motel 6 but they didn't have 2 beds so we didn't check in there and since Best Western was the next to it. We thought we'd check it out. Best decision ever to check in with Best Western. We got 2 comfy queen beds. Room was nice and clean and fresh smelling. It was really quiet, we got the best night sleep from that you can have at a hotel. Breakfast was awesome, especially the waffles, Yay! for Best Western!

Breakfast had great selection hot/ cold cereal. Jucie, coffee, milk, tasted great. Eggs and biscuits with gravy were hot, if you took it back to your room and it got cold we had a microwave to heat it up.

Honestly one of my favorite hotels that I have been to! The room was really nice and you can tell they really clean it. I love all the amenities they have in the room and even want to buy a few myself (which they allow you to). They have good channels on the TV and great Wi-Fi service which is GREAT. The only downfall is that the AC would not stay on even when I put it on that mode. So it would go off and on off and on every 10 minutes. I would be in a sauna for 10 minutes and in bliss for 5. FOR THE WHOLE 3 DAYS! My only downfall. I would still give it another try though.

Nice friendly staff, clean rooms and outside surroundings well maintained. There is a swimmingpool and it appeared to be clean also. Room attendants were helpful and the breakfast was the best hot eggs and biscuits and gravy and plenty of other food items to choose from and the attendant was helpful in keeping the area clean an well maintained.

We booked rooms for the night at this BW hotel near the airport for a flight out the following morning. We were traveling with our kids and grandkids and had lots of "stuff" to pack with us. The hotel staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful, getting us adjoining rooms so we could get the little ones down to bed. They suggested we use their shuttle service to return our rental car that night and to transport us to the airport the next morning, which really simplified the whole process They also partner with a restaurant delivery service we used for dinner, again making everything easier for us. We will definitely plan to stay here again when in the area.

Exceeded expectations. Pretty good place to stay at if you're attending an event at the convention center which is a 10 min walk away. Thin walls though. Make sure your refrigerator and other appliances work before settling in. They'll easily switch you to another room if available.

Nice rooms and breakfast. The grounds are very well kept and nice & green! Front desk/Night audit staff I dealt with were not so friendly and took a very long time to get me checked in, had me standing outside when it was cold and raining.

We had a pipe blow out in the shower while in use. Could have hit the person in the shower and caused serious injury. When reported, the follow up from the General Manager was nonexistent. Was told she would call me back to discuss compensation for the inconvenience personally, but did not hear from her. The one day was not enough compensation since the hotel guest could not use the shower for 2 days. And the offer of moving to another room with no help to ladies in their 70’s was not exceptable. As a Manager, follow up should have taken place. 12 hotel guest were in our group and none will be back next year after one of their fellow friends were treated so bad. We will also not recommend the hotel to anyone as we tell them of our otherwise great time at the Road to CA in Ontario CA.

Very nice room. Clean, huge T. V and huge bathrooms very friendly staff. Would highly recommend this hotel. The free continental breakfast is great wide variety of food.

I love staying here when I have to fly out of Ontario. The beds and pillows are very comfy. There are restaurants surrounding this hotel. They have a free continental breakfast. Most of all, the chiropractor staff is very friendly. Make sure to sign up for their rewards programs.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable. It was quiet as I was expecting some air noise being so close to the airport. We enjoyed our one night stay, if in the area again we would stay here again.

This is a conveniently located hotel. We use it for Park'n'Fly whenever we fly out of Ontario Airport. There is a Starbucks within walking distance, they're pet-friendly, they always get us to the airport on time, and our car is always safe. We also always have a good night's sleep the day before and the day after we travel. What more could you ask for?!

The room was clean. The bed was not good at all. The breakfast was lacking. Eggs but no potatoes? No bacon? Not my idea of a complete breakfast.

The hotel was very nice! I had two rooms that conjoined which was fun for our group. The free breakfast is pretty good, with biscuits and gravy, sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles, plus the standard continental — cereal, bagels, fruit, coffee, milk, etc. The staff are friendly and they keep the hotel very clean. Our group was very satisfied with our stay. The location is close to a lot of other food, including a 24hr jack in the box for those late night cravings.

This is by far one of the best hotels period! From their spacious and unique rooms to their top of the line breakfast and not to mention free drink happy hour daily… You just can't go wrong here… Make sure to ask about their different suite's… All rooms are uniquely named with different floor plans. Staff is eager to help and shuttle service available. Just a neat place to stay…

Excellent value and completely professional staff. Very clean and well maintained room. Able to park my vehicle directly in front of my room. Safe neighborhood with shuttle service to and from the airport. I was treated like royalty and it was appreciated on both several nights stays! The staff actually cared that I was comfortable and were all nicely groomed and friendly too. Hurray!

This is the fourth time we have stayed here. The previous times it was well priced for the quality. The front desk has been great all four times. However, this time we had a ghetto couple two doors down that were a constant issue. First issue occured with the loudness of the woman who wouldnt shut up for well over a couple hours. Then this morning the man was sitting in front of the room getting high and forcing all the surrounding rooms to fill with smoke. This instance, we attempted to get ahold of the front desk but was unable to. We usually stay at this hotel every few months while traveling but do not think we will return again.

Room was clean and up to date. Mattress sagged so much, when I leaned to the side of the bed, I rolled on the floor. A little talking outside room woke me up. Had to tell people I needed sleep. Shuttle to and from airport is very convenient.

Room a little small other than a couple short staff attitudes the rest were great. Breakfast was good but other best westerns were a little better in that department too. But rooms were cool and super clean. They were patient at check out. Good location.

Stayed here several times while on business. Consistently clean, quiet enough, very friendly and helpful staff and good location. Would stay here again any time and recommend BW Plus to others.

The staff were very friendly. The rooms were excellent all of the creature comforts you could want. Hands down the best shower I have ever had at a hotel! The comp. Breakfast was good. The views were great.

Nice place to stay, but not very informative about rate. I told the receptionist I was a truck driver and not once did she say oh you get a discount. I had to pay the regular rate of 110.00 a night and the receptionist in the morning that checked me out of my room said oh your rate should of been 79.00 big difference! ' Probably won't be staying here again. I checked in at 3:00 pm and the two working then were very unprofessional!

If you have stayed at other Best Westerns you should know this location doesn't stack up to usual Best Western Plus locations. It is more comparable to the lower end of regular Best Westerns. Room entry is from the outside walkway, upkeep is needed, and staff seems fairly complacent.

Room was very nice. Great pool area. Breakfast was great, but very crowded, no where to sit, I had to take it back to my room. Decent amount of restaurants and bars in walking distance.

I'm from Vegas and I been going to California regularly and Everyime I have the chance to stay on this property believe me I do, everyone is so polite and friendly from desk to the junitor are awesome I love Best Bester Plus… I highly recommend… 7/29/17

From the beginning the front desk was amazing, so friendly and professional. Our rooms were clean and modern. We had a mini fridge and microwave. Very nice bathroom. The breakfast room was also so nice, the ladies there work so hard to keep everything clean and filled.
Thank you for a wonderful experience. We will be back again. 5* for sure.

Very clean and well designed. After a long stressful travel their 2 complementary drinks (wine, beer, soda) were very appreciated and tasty wine. Check in was easy and staff was efficient and friendly, even laughed at our dumb silly jokes. Thanks Ocsar L. For the great service!

Good hotel for the price. Staff is friendly and will answer any questions you might have on where places are locally. Free breakfast offered but its not all that great.

The staff are really nice and helpful. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. It's really great when you're awake in this hotel. Trying to sleep is a whole different matter. This is a very busy hotel, with a variety of guests due to it's proximity to the airport. People are loud here and calls to the front desk do nothing. I'm sure it's because they're under staffed, but they should seriously hire a security guard to enforce a noise ordinance after 10.

Front desk staff was great. The room was great. The breakfast was good. I went with 4 stars because the shuttle driver was on her phone while driving in heavy traffic, without a Bluetooth.

Rooms are a bit on the small side. But comfortable. Management friendly Would stay here again.

Pros: locations, hotel room Cons: neighbor, noise I had a noisy night at night, even woke up at 04:30am due to my neighbor's extreme loud alarm clock. Went to the breakfast room, I got shocked and I was scared. I have stayed numerous hotels in Ontario Intel' airport, the people who were eating the breakfast are quite different then the people I encountered in other hotels. If you want me to recommend spending equal or less amount of money in Ontario, CA, I recommend the hotel next to Best Western Plus Ontario Airport. Cannot really name that hotel.

Nice to know that some of you had an awesome experience here, wish I would have had the same. This place has horrible service, I booked a room for two queen beds but was given one room with a king bed? My name and address was completely incorrect. The concierge that attended us when we checked out was rude and looked very unprofessional.

Rooms are always clean and everyone puts on a smile to help you with your needs. The only two plus' I need to come back again.

Some of the people that gave bad reviews about this hotel probably are disgruntled people that have a miserable life that can't cut people slack. Or thats what I take from reading their VERY biased reviews. Anyways! Stayed here multiple times for multiple days on different occasions. Service is great, employees are nice, and the rooms are always clean. Even though I re hung the towels, they ended up giving me new ones anyways. TV went out and they went to go fix it right away. Absolutely zero complaints. For a Best Western. This place is top notch.

If SHAY is at front desk or answers phone please look else where seeing as she has had 4 baby daddys and feels the need to show her power to guest and refuse shuttle service or argue with house keeping for ten minutes in front of waiting guest about how room on screen shows clean, 0 class in this employee. Been saying here for two years on multiple occassions for business never had problem with facility or staff till last night. They need proper front desk management everystay is new staff of children in a adult postion.
