5 stars for value vs price. Room has nice lamenet wood. Pool is outside and a bit dated. I swam in it with over 200 dolphins, (images). The decorative tiles in pool are dolphins.

The room did not have an iron. Rooms were quiet and there was a mediocre breakfast provided. Keys stopped working after the first night. Parking was easy.

Scary! Female alone Business Stay and I was very uncomfortable. Not a great neighborhood and many unsavory characters lurking around. Furniture was dirty bed was lumpy. Do not recommend.

Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. They also have breakfast which was cereal, muffins, and coffee/orange juice. The rooms were alright and we're clean. My only minor complaint is that the shower head was too low for me. Other than that, it's a good hotel for the price.

Nice hotel. All room entrances are interior with room-key-only access to the building after 10pm. This is important, as the area isn't the best. The front desk staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating, and the rooms are spacious and clean. There is a microwave and mini fridge in each room also. The pool and spa looked clean and inviting, but I was too tired to have a swim. The miscellaneous fees were what caused me to rate this hotel 4 stars. A lost room key costs $10 and late check-out is $20 PER HOUR if you can believe that. I don't remember how much the pet fee is ($20 per pet per night I believe) and they also hold a $50 incidental fee whether paying with cash or credit card. Attention Smokers: This is a smoke free motel. If you're caught smoking they check you out of your room and charge $100. Harsh… but their choice.

Love the staff… Josue is an excellent manager always making sure guests are taken care of with the supporting staff like Kim, Mason and Robert… they are the three we know best and had seen our last stay…

The location was easy to find right off the freeway, the room was spacious everything was clean the beds were comfortable and the staff were nice and hospitable.

Cool spot free breakfast close to stores and fast food places. Rooms are clean and well taken care of. Parking is nice and well lit and staff was very helpful. Woukd recommend this place to anyone especially if you are on a budget great hotel for the price.

Its a clean safe place that you can bring the entire famdamily & not worry about them getting hurt but like everything else it's alittle pricey.

For a hotel at its price point I was very impressed. The public spaces are extremely clean and well-lit the pool and spa will also well maintained the rooms were arry and everything worked as it should. The only thing I didn't like was the rubber tiles on the floor it was comfortable and very clean but just doesn't have the same feel to it as carpet although I'm sure it is far more practical with that said overall we're definitely well worth the stay.

Best Stay Ever! And "PET FRIENDLY" Easy to see from the street, plenty of parking, well lit with security cameras. Lodge it's self is 3 stories with colorful light fixtures around building. Main lobby is clean, spacious and has a Beautiful chandelier hanging in the center of it. At the Front Desk we were greeted by a young man named Mason. His hospitality was by far the Absolute Best Ever. He was knowledgeable of surroundings which was very helpful. Just a Great all around young man. Rooms are spacious, well cleaned and they smell great.

Love the staff the rooms are being upgraded just need the jacuzzi to be heated and we're good. Also I believe that Josue should be the manager because you never see the manager there and he takes care of everything and make sure that all guess are happy to the best of his ability.

The parking lot is well lit and there is food nearby. The beds are very uncomfortable, it's like sleeping on a brick wall. The housekeeping needs to do a better job. There was strands of hair all over the bathroom floor, in the sink, on the washclothes and a big clump of it under the sink. At least there was no bugs. For $100 a night, I expected much better. Will not stay here again.

Not recommended unfriendly staff do not respeckt to eime wheelchair users. The rooms dirty. The breakfast buffet very lean no jam of coffee so it never tastes again from dirty water.

The beds are too old and the mattresses are too hard to almuhadas the bathroom is very poor quality tuallas too hasperas.

It's coozy. The members ate great. Thepikkiwd smell good m everybody there has a smile and is more than happy to serve each and everyone of there customers.

Clean room. Few amenities. Great for a quick stay.

Clean Customer service is some of the best I've seen in a hotel. Not the greatest area of town, but not the worst. Plenty of restaurants nearby, gas also. The breakfast is continental. The "room service" is an off site kitchen called 'Order Inn' and is fairly fast and delicious.

I experience a very comfortable and happy stay. I enjoyed there free breakfast and clean lobby. And the rooms are set up great and very clean.

You can tell they're in the process of remodeling the rooms which is great. Perfect access to the freeway and very friendly staff.

Went to use the Jacuzzi and was ice cold, no signs stating this, wasn't tooo thrilled when I stepped on it expecting something else elevators are kinda slow for only a 3 floor hotel.

Beware. Do not stay here. Check in process took about 2 hours because the system was down. I asked about cancelling and was told to "pull up the email and read the cancellation policy". Calling choice hotels directly resulted in being hung up on. We decided to spend the night as it was late (we arrived at 10pm and were able to check in at 12am). The next morning with light, we were able to see dead bugs on the bed we had just slepped on. There was a bug next to my pillow and dead ants stuck to the bed sheet when you pulled it back. Disgusting. We were able to cancel and get a refund on the remaining nights once we mentioned the bugs (after going back and forth because of the cancellation policy), but were still charged for that 1 night stay. Horrible.

I took a photo of a potential bed bug that I saw in the bed. Edit: after a complaint to the main hotel company, the manager emailed me back saying they got a professional inspector to check the room. They responded within one day that the inspector did not find bed bugs but they will treat the room entirely just to be 100% confident that it will be taken care of. They even emailed me a copy of the inspection form as evidence. I was grateful that they took this matter seriously and treated the room in a prompt manner. This demonstrated excellent managerial skills.

Our room was kind of small, but my rating has more to do with cleanliness. The drain in the bathtub was very rusty and the refrigerator had standing water inside. The outside of the refrigerator looked like food had been a little smeared on it. We also had 1 tissue in the room. Total. The maid literally folded the last remaining tissue beautifully and left that as the only one. When we called to ask for some more, we had to run down to grab them. Honestly, the room was nice enough. It wasn't awful, but I also wouldn't choose to stay there again. Really pretty decorations with rooms that need a deep clean.

Needs updating and more comfortable bedding.

Staff was rude. Gave me issues for having a service animal. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hot tub dosent even work an the pools filter dosent work a lot of leaves are there plus dirt aswell but rooms are ok.

They put me and my puppy on the 3rd floor. The elevator was broken. I went into the bathroom after viewing the very stained carpet and there was mildew all over the bathroom tile. They moved me and it was better, but shame on them. So it was up and down the three floors, that weren't that high but still. Some of my work couldn't be completed because it was too heavy to bring up and down. At the end, they stuck a pet charge on that was not in anything I read. I contested and didn't get calls back from the manager. I finally called my bank and they dealt with it and got the charges reversed within about 12 hours. Go Wells! I was most disappointed. La Quinta in Ontario is where we stayed the next night and me and my Canine felt special, clean and safe. Go La Quinta. Not any hidden charges and no pet fees either.

This hotel was super dirty! The elevators and ice machines were out of order. We had a room on the third floor. Not fun walking up stairs with our belongings. We walk into the room and it's stuffy and hot and has a weird smell. The carpet is extremely dirty, the walls, everything just dingy and dirty. There was hair on the bathroom floor and we pulled back the sheets and there was a couple strands of hair on the pillows and sheets! The sheets were stained! Also, there were towels shoved in the bottom of the refrigerator completely soaked and discolored. Yuck. This hotel reminded me of someone's lived in dirty house. So we tried to get a refund after being there for 5minutes and since we booked online, we were out of luck. They switched our rooms and the second room wasn't much better! And the area is super ghetto! Just stay away from this hotel!

Loved it here… Got a room with a Jacuzzi tub and it was so relaxing…

For a bargain-priced hotel, EconoLodge is quite nice. The staff is friendly, even the housekeepers greet me by name. A light breakfast is served in the morning, and there's coffee all day. Laundry facilities on the premises, free Wi-Fi, plenty of parking. Close to shopping, fast food and a couple of sit-down restaurants. I stay here a lot, and I like it.
