This inn, for the price, was the best we could have possibly gotten. It had quick and efficient staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and offered many features that other hotels we had stayed in during a trip to California had failed to provide. As environmentalists, we appreciated the use of shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers as opposed to the assorted bottles that other provide as these reduce waste. Many other hotels either didn't provide a freezer or only a small freezing plate in their refrigerator, with some not even providing one at all. As a Type I diabetic, I need to keep my insulin cold, and so not only need a space to store my insulin, but also to refreeze my ice packs I use to keep it cold during the day. This hotel offered a separated, reasonably sized freezer and refrigerator that allowed me to do both of these without any difficulty. The only disappointment was the lack of functional wall outlets in the room. There was only one accessible that actually worked, and accessible ones were sparse to begin with.

It was a cheap stay at $70 a night, but you get what you pay for. It wasn't a shady place, but it definitely was an older motel. It was right off the 10 freeway which was convenient and we didn't hear the noise from our room since it was off to the side. The bed was comfy as they have memory foam mattresses! Overall, it was an ok stay for the price. Don't expect to get more than what you paid for.

I’ve been coming here for 2 years, whenever I come to California. I like it and it’s clean but the last time I went I had already made a reservation 1 month before the date… then when I check in they tell me there’s no rooms available? That I had to wait 40 min or more till one is available. What’s the point of doing a reservation then?

Great beds, friendly staff, good free breakfast, nice rooms. There were two minor issues that have been reported to corporate, we will leave it at that.

Go here to meet up with my lover and we have had great times and good fun memories. The bed is awesome and only complaint is having 2 leave. We enjoy each other's body's and souls very beautifly.

Really nice hotel for the price. Memory foam mattress and a flat screen TV pretty big one too. Also my microwave is good and I love the mini fridge with separate freezer compartment.

Stayed at hotel for one night and was very disappointed. When I entered room had a weird smell, after 15 mins of being in room trying to relax on bed from 5 hr drive from Arizona I spotted a big dry booger on one of the beds sheets. Right then and there I knew this hotel was dirty that they don’t change their sheets from the previous guests. I called to the front desk and asked to change rooms and they couldn’t even accommodate me and my family to a new room. Employees didn’t want to give my family and I a new room with clean beds cause I was already disgusted with the room we had. Like come on that is very unsanitary and the best they can accommodate was give me other sheets. Do not stay here, horrible experience…

What a great experience… the rooms are very clean and the room has all the hygiene products you need … Jeff, Kimberly, and amlee we’re great and very friendly… we will be back on our next business trip! Thank you to all the staff!

The Room Was Really Nice And Big With A Comfortable Bed I Really Liked The Location The Service Was Great. This Place Is A Nice Quite Place. Can't Wait To Stay Here Again.

Loved this place. Wish I had taken pictures at entry. On the day I started it was raining so I didn't get to check out the pool, but I loved my room. I had a king sized bed. I felt it was a little hard but I definitely slept comfortable in it. The room was clean. I was sure I didn't get an odor as I walked in. It usually smells stale or like smoke even when they are non smoking rooms. So I expected it, and I am happy to say I was wrong. The bathroom was clean. It's the first time in my life I ever considered taking a BATH at a hotel. Usually it's like we no. The breakfast was decent. Milk juice and coffee. Waffles, beagles, muffins, fruit, oatmeal, cereal and boiled eggs. Much more than you'd expect for the price we paid. Internet was decent. We had a mini-fridge and a microwave. Hair dryer and cute little amenities such as a razor, tooth paste, mouth wash. Etc. There were waterbottles in our cooler and we genuinely enjoyed our stay here.

I travel often for work and have stayed in many high end hotels, yet I have never received such great service as I did here. Our flight was delayed by 3 hours by the time we got to Ontario my car rental place was closed, I called over to the ontario airport inn (about 2 or 3 am, I think) and they QUICKLY came and picked us up. Also, the rooms were very clean and the toiletries were an unexpected, yet very nice surprise. If I ever find myself in Ontario, I'm definitely staying here again!

Clean, comfortable rooms and convenient to ONT International Airport. Stay and park for free up to two weeks. Free shuttle to and from airport. Convenient to restaurants, shopping. 24 hour security. Breakfast cereals, bagels, waffles, eggs are provided. Forgot something? They have care pkgs in the rooms, travel size. Lovely pool and grounds. I 10 freeway accessible. I always stay here when flying.

It is an old hotel and with a bad care of a couple of people at the front desk. I had already paid my stay, and I realized that there are better hotels, clean, nice and very fare a couple of blocks away from this… #$¥×%! And I add that to my daughters and wife, as well as my sisters-in-law and nieces in 3 different rooms, they went up lice! That terrible place is so dirty. We had to cancel as did another of my sisters-in-law, despite the charge you had. Went to the Folk Inn and was great for them.

Clean room, near airport, can park my car here while on my trip. Great breakfast and free coffee all day. Bed was comfortable and they keep up with property well. Love this place and will keep coming back.

Falsely advertised online to look way better than it is. Looks like a 70's drug den. Welcome packet gave us a bunch of creepy warnings like do not open the door without first looking through the window and asking to see identification. There were spider webs everywhere. It smelled old and nasty. No elevators. Lost money because we couldn't stay there it was so gross and we didn't feel safe. Wish I would have taken pictures but we were in too much of a rush to get out of there!

It's not bad for the price. Comfy beds and clean rooms. However the breakfast could be a lot better there's very little served.

Ontario Airport Inn is a rather cozy hotel that provides hot breakfast, comfortable beds, and with a friendly serving staff. The location is pretty good, with an in and out in walking distance, and a grocery store and convenience store in short driving distance. My only concern is how close the freeway is, since I am not too accustomed to city noises.

We always enjoy staying here. The degree of non smoking rooms is great even though certain guests break the rules and stink up the halls with weed and cigarette smoke. The staff are great and do their best to fix any problems and accommodate everyone as best they can.

The night manager. (The kid might in his early to mid 20's) 5 '5 maybe. white dude. Rude, disrespectful, just very unprofessional! Aswell as the night time security personnel. Security personnel makes you feel like you're a prisoner and he's the guard… Not a service pet are animal friendly. Staff not a good environment are a welcoming feeling on the evening shift. I checked in the later part of the afternoon on 10/24/17 the afternoon receptionist was very professional, helpful, polite, respectful I give five stars But the night time staff ruined it. Minus 1-star. It's a clean motel rooms are decent Late 1970's-80's with some 90"s and 2000"s upgrades. The night time staffing needs more training on people skills. I'm sure that would change a lot of people's ratings on the motel. hopefully this information has helped.

This is not a great hotel. It is a decent hotel for people looking for a dirt cheap hotel and that is about it. This hotel is every slightly more expensive than other dumps that surround it so that keeps the ultimately low in life from coming here. But if you are a convention attendee with any class or a vacationer with any money, this hotel isn't for you. If you don't mind shabby and are on a tight budget, this hotel is perfect for the reason stated in the last paragraph.

WARNING: This hotel has strict no visitor policy. I recently had surgery so I have been staying at his hotel for about three weeks while I heal. I have a home health nurse that needs to come by twice a week and family that will check on me. No one is here for more than 30 minutes but the office calls and says I have to pay $10 for each visitor! Aside from that the room are clean and it is comfortable. I just wish they staff was a little more polite.

Practical. This is NOT a 5 star resort. It's a good hotel a step up from the bargain motels. The beds are soft (2nd time here), the furniture and decor is dated, but the place is clean. Rooms have microwaves and small fridges. The bathroom seems well kept. The non smoking rooms appear to have slightly newer furniture. Breakfast is adequate. Pool is nice. A gas BBQ is available if you are so inclined.

Buyer be aware. This is not Ontario airport hotel and conference center. The name similarity is a disgrace to the hotel industry. Even one star is one too many for this dump. The most awful place I've ever stayed. I travel for business a lot all over the world and this dump must be the filthiest place I've stayed in. The shower was cold and the bathtub didn't drain. Staff are rude and the manager is even worse. One track minded, money only and ready to put you out on the street without a refund if you don't like the place. They didn't want to put me in another room because I was in the room for more than 15 minutes. Parking is terrible and the area is very unsafe. This place should be investigated by Better Business Bureau and IATA & listed as the worst place ever.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms maintained well. The pool needed a clean sweep, though. The corporate reports rates are a bargain. Continental breakfast is basic standard. A working printer and desktop PC in lobby. Overall, a great value and experience.

My stay at Ontario airport inn was amazing. Everything was clean and the memory foam beds were great I had the best sleep ever. The staff was very nice and they hospitable there costumers. I suggest that you stay at this hotel.

The beds were so comfortable. The location great for getting food and hopping on the freeway. The long term guests friendly. The cleaning service polite and thorough.

Everything was good except the pillows. Appeared in paper.

The staff were very nice. We got a single non smoking room. We paid cash, with cash you have to pay a $50 deposit. The room was spacious, so was the bed. The bed was wonderful. Clean very clean. Bathroom was clean and neat. TV was nice. Refrigerator was clean also. No bedbugs! I was afraid I'd find one. They have decent quality shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, hand soap and lotion. Everything was nice, neat, Clean and easy. But I think cleanliness is the most important thing. I'd stay there again.

False advertising a big sign says 64.99$ but fails to tell you that its only for certain people with discount. Paint in room was peeling, alarm clock kept making weird sounds. I got a non-smoking room that smelled like cigarettes.

Neil and Luis helped me out at the front desk when I checked in at 2 am with no reservation. Niel and I had a great conversation while Luis processed the paperwork. Neil and I talked as though we were old friends, which I thought was very nice. I should note that I hoped the room was going to be a little nicer based on some of the reviews I read online. Cheap but convenient. Ammenties are provided and there is a a pool open from 9am to 9pm. Coffee makers are in rooms but the internet is slow, especially in the evening. Looks clean inside.

No frills motel. Cheap, with decent rooms. The surprise bonus is that the bed is a Tempurpedic. If you're looking for a place to lay your head, but not spend a fortune, look no further.

This is by far the best 3-star-like hotel I've ever stayed in. In fact I was even more comfortable than some of my 4-star hotel experiences. Staffs are friendly, room is clean, water is hot, bathroom is clean, especially the bathtub, it's so clean that you can sleep in int. The room also has plenty of power outlets, a nice couch, effective and not-so-noisy heater, and sufficient lighting. Location is also quite convenient. In-and-out is right around the corner as well. Definitely worth making this the center of a 1-hr traveling circle.

We only stayed one night but the experience was great. The staff was friendly and inviting. The room was clean and well kept. Will definitely look to stay here again when I'm back in the area.

I am very happy with the stay here, I would definitely come again. The guest service are very nice. I had a problem with one of the rooms and they were willing to change us to another room right away. They always have breakfast ready and are very friendly.

I have stayed here several times the staff is excellent the grounds are clean and quiet king size memory foam bed 40in flat screen TV with direct. Great value for the price would recom.

WARNING:IF YOU HAVE DYED HAIR, DON'T PLAN ON STAYING HERE;or bring your own towel and pillowcase. I used the shower and afterwards (like any other normal person), I used a towel to dry off my hair, then I went to sleep. Then, the next day when I went to go checkout, they told me that I don't get my full deposit back because there was hair dye on the towel and pillowcase. I proceeded to tell them that that happens at home and it will come off, and they refused to try or give me my full deposit back. They said they have to charge me for a new pillowcase AND towel. I asked how much each one was and they said "$8 for the pillowcase and $15 for the towel". Are you kidding me? The manager said it happens a lot with hair dyed customers, so they must be making lots of money off of unsuspecting customers. Also, I told them they should at least warn their customers when they check in to NOT use their towels and pillowcases if they have dyed hair, and they looked at me with a blank stare. They DON'T warn people and are making money off of people. My hair WASNT even freshly dyed btw. It happens though with any dyed hair products and they should expect that. Or at least warn people. I have stayed at plenty of other hotels that this happens and they have never charged me for that. The manager said that's how they make up for their low prices and that other expensive hotels don't have deposits and already have it covered in the cost.

I give ZERO STARS! Waste of my MONEY & MY TIME! I spent 3 nights here it was a horrible experience let me tell you! Never have I ever seen such rude housekeeping and rude staff I was appalled seriously! Out of the three nights I was here they refused to change my sheets and I had to buy my own towels can you believe that! They wouldn't give me a damn towel or even offer housekeeping service on my room I thought because it was cheap I would save money but honestly it's just not worth it I ended up spending more buying my own towels also I asked for wake up service and was refused not only that the walls are paper thin and I got kept up all night by a yapping dog just overall an horrible experience next time I'm in ontario on business I'll take my business elsewhere literally!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! WORST HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE! I do not recommend this place to anyone! They are extremely rude and very and I mean VERY unprofessional! The rooms are filthy nothing works in it and they will not help you with anything like the AC & Housekeeping would not give me an extra towel she pretended she didn't hear me and didn't speak any English supposively it wasn't until my husband called the front desk and they brought one two hours later not to mention it smelled like mildew. I was so grossed out being there the showers had all these loose pubic looking curly hairs In it I literally had to clean it myself with my own cleaning products I had to buy since the front desk said it was already cleaned and wow that's clean? I will never ever and I mean ever go back to this shit hole. Not to mention the lady letti up front was extremely mean to my husband because he asked a question about checking out later and she was on her cell phone making a personal call that is I'm sure she doesn't "love you to" to any customers there right? One star is one to many I only have one star to leave this review save your money and go else where! The ramada next door is better then this crappy place not worth the money and their breakfast is disgusting as well!

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! It has all of the amenities that I need, And for a great price.

Was a great place to stay. The people was friendly and the room was big and most importantly clean and well supplied. Direct TV on a forty inch TV was great for 72 bucks.

I was there this evening, I been there several other times, I'm a truck Driver and I drove in the place on the tractor, without the trailer, like other times did, I was assigned room # 209 and after I check in I went to park the tractor on the spaces facing the building with the room 209, like 45 minutes later I received a call from the front desk to tell me that my tractor had to be moved to the north side where is place for tractor and trailer together, I don't believe that I need to park there because I don't have a trailer and the place was far away from the room. I went back to the place where I was before but I parked the tractor on the way to don't bother other guests but I know now that I was using 2 spaces. I went back to the room and like an hour later I got a call again from the front desk, I was told again that I have to move the tractor to the back, I told the girl that I will do if they give me a room close to where the want I park, the answer was that I have to pay more for that. I told to Her that I was a guest before a never was told to move the tractor that I always park close to the room that I was assigned and if that was not possible return my payment onto my credit card and I will leave the place and look for other hotel that I can park close to the room.

4 days before CHRISTMAS,. The actual owner ('Aniel'), showed up DRUNK, at our room, refusing to leave our room,. Even after, along w head of maintenance (acting as his 'back up witness, apparently),. And harassed a sick/elderly/94 year old man and I, claiming that his friend (an ' in-ept/incompetent mainternance worker, who we'd complained about, many times/spoke no English), had accused us of stopping up the toilet (we did NOT, and it had only been plugged 3 times in 5 months),. And that we had to leave next morning BEFORE the posted check out time (reason he gave was that a maintenance guy said we argued w him (We, in fact, did nothing= HE argued with ME!,. Then got on his cell phone and lied to Aniel (who was this guy, his lover, or family member? ). Aniel and the 'head of Maintenence', then threatened me w bodily harm, after I asked them to leave.

You really get what you pay for. Stayed here after reading all the good reviews. Terrible experience. Bugs in the room, scary when you're traveling with a 1 year old. They said they'd switch to a newly remodeled room, but we'd have to pay the difference, talk about accommodating. Forgot a blanket for the baby in the old room, they said they'll check up on it and I got no response. After 30 minutes called back and asked if they'd found it their reply was no, that housekeeping didn't see it. I still had the old key so I went and checked, and there it was folded on top of the bed, so I guess that means the staff was lying and just being lazy. Called for extra pillow for our son, they said no problem, but never showed. Went to housekeeping myself and got it. Once again lying and lazy front staff. Pulled back covers in new room, bed sheet was dirty, looked soiled or stained disgusting. This place should be avoided.

Great rooms and value. I stay here so often, I call it home.

Worst place I have ever stayed at! Dirty, noisy, very bad service! Poorly kept! BEWARE of this place, lots of drug users and more of a party atmosphere. Car was broken into and manager does not care.
