Great location plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance and there is a 711 next to it. The bed was comfortable and the AC unit was a bit but still cooled during a HOT summer day.

The lobby staff was always friendly, courteous, and professional. The housekeeping staff were wonderful. The room was large and included a mini-fridge. There is a great view of the mountains directly across the street. There are a number of restaurants and shopping malls in the area. Lastly, the price was reasonable to be just an hour drive from LA. I highly recommend this location!

I had a lovely stay, there is a 7/11 right next door and a few restaurants nearby, the pool was very clean my room was in excellent condition they even have a menu for room service the best part of all was my dog enjoyed the stay, the room I was in I could see the Airplanes taking off from Ontario airport.

I used to stay at this location several times a year, but stopped about 10 years ago because the motel got so run down and dangerous. I am amazed at the upgrades since then. It is clean and modern now.

The service was great the room was nice Motel 6 is always been around best prices the coffee absolutely perfect the room service on time every day clean towels soap whatever I need it.

The girl in front desk was very nice help me alot. Also she took the time to show me a couple of rooms cause I didn't like the first ine she gave me numbers of taxi and showed me places to take my daughters to and places to eat. She is very nice and shows that she cares about guest stay. You need more employees like her the manager was rude and some cleaning ladies are rude. Please thank Tanya cause of her ill be back to stay made me feel welcome and safe. Always cleaning office and smell good and clean when shes there. Big difference when shes in office.

The bed was comfortable and even though it was next to the highway for the most part the sound from the traffic didnt bother me that much. My only complaint was that there was no "do not disturb" signs for the door. I was woken up a couple days when they came around for towels.

No Wi-Fi in my room and no solution. Not the greatest cleanliness. Very loud. Terrible water pressure.

The bathroom was really terrifying. I squatted to pee because there were pee spots from the previous occupant on the toilet seat. Scum stains on the walls. I never took off my socks because I didn’t want to walk on the floor barefoot. I sprayed Lysol everywhere before I touched anything, and that’s sayin a lot because I’m not really that bothered by germs, normally. That being said, the modern design of the hotel wasn’t bad, though in a few years it will probably look like it was built in 1976 and never refurbished. The bed was comfortable. I’m glad there was a fridge.

It was clean. No bed bugs or other bugs, which is a huge plus. Have to give this 2-stars though because of the highway noise as well as the other hotel noise of the occupants. We had just parked our vehicle and undercover cops come rolling through checking things out, which should have been our first guess as to how the night was going to go. The highway noise was awful. The neighbors were in and out constantly all night, cars locking (horns blowing), just noise all night long. At like 2:00AM the phone to the room rang. I picked it up and there was nothing there, no dial tone no voice, but it KEPT ringing. It didn't even allow you to pick up the phone! I was DONE. I unplugged it and tried to get some sleep. Basically we had VERY interrupted sleep the entire night. We will not return. Oh and we booked through Priceline at one price and when we got there it was a different price (only a small difference of like $1.50-$2… but still).

Everything was good… price was reasonable, room sufficiently stocked with towels, soap, paper, etc. The only difficulty I had (which was out of the control of Motel 6) was that I had to get to sleep early and get up early… and some people probably next door (children I guess, but I don't know) were jumping on the floor, shaking the building, making noise, so it was difficult to get to sleep at first But I did get adequate rest finally. So I don't know what I could have done except request an end room.? But otherwise all was good.

Room was clean and updated compared to the hotels in the area very sleek and nice looking not like other hotels with that 30 year old carpet and floral bedsheets.

One of the most economical place to stay near the airport. Located right next to the freeway offramp, making it fairly easy to find. Room was very clean and staff friendly. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

The room was updated new and very clean. The bed on the other hand was very old had Springs in it and was extremely uncomfortable. The location considering the Ontario Convention Center and Ontario Airport it was very convenient near very many stores within walking distance to many restaurants night clubs nightlife cocktails you name it even fast food restaurants that were open 24 hours. The staff we're very friendly I came acrossed one gentleman during the day who seems slightly unfriendly but managed to take care of my needs as upon my request. The whole location of the Motel 6 is very outdated but yet they are renovating at the same time. The pool was somewhat decent but the jacuzzi was very warm. And I would have to say that the maids are outstanding very friendly and keep the room very clean. Now for my family which is a family of three I was given a very small room and had asked to be moved to a larger room to accommodate my family and I and was denied that opportunity. There are three floors to this hotel Motel 6. And elevator access to all 3 floors. The vending machines did not work the ice machines did not work and there was only one ice machine that was in working order and that was on the first floor my room was on the third floor has a very inconvenient.

The reason I am giving this Motel 6, 2stars is the bed was very uncomfortable, it was very noisy with other guest's, and the location of the Motel is on a very busy street. The cleanliness of the room wasn't 2 bad for a smoking room, but the Towels were all stained with dirt spots. I won't be going back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We were charged more than our agreed price through Southwest Airlines and told we would be charged as a no-show if we didn't agree. The Non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke, and when we were undressed and in bed we discovered the TV would not change channels. Management came with new batteries that didn't fix the problem so nothing was done.

The room smelled, the air conditioning unit wouldn’t turn off and there was hair in the bedsheets. I’ve stayed at a Motel 6 and found the accommodations there to be much nicer. This was quite frankly the worst experience I’ve had so far at a motel.

This motel 6 San Bernardino South is located off the 10fwy you will exit Waterman south and turn right at the light which is Redlands Blvd. The motel will be on the left hand side of th street. This is a pet friendly motel with grass for your dog to relieve themselves. There is a large parking area for Big rigs to park their trucks. There's a nice swimming pool to cool off in. The property around the motel is well kept and seems to be in a safe location. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. The price to rent a room is around $66 a night during the week. The motel is conveniently located by a McDonald's and Starbucks which are within walking distance. There's also a Popeye's Chicken and Carl's Jr. Close near by. If you want to stay out of the heart of the town this is a good location.

Heavy congested noise and traffic area, hard to sleep. Very unfriendly owners. Very cheap accommodations, toilet handle broke, holes in the wall from missing towel bars, shower curtain dirty and dingy, cheap toilet paper with about 15 sheets left on the roll. Heavy Drug and prostitution area. Pool area locked with pad lock and pool was very murky in color. Overall I got exactly what I paid for. I will never stay at a Motel 6 again.

I am very unhappy with my stay at your hotel. I booked the hotel because I had three days of 18 hour shifts at my work and I did not want to make the hour drive each way to my home. I got off work and went to your hotel at about 11:30 pm. I had to wait about 20 minutes to check in because a sign on the window said "will be back in 10 minutes". When I got to the room, it was very warm inside and the a/c would not come on. I finally found that it had been turned off at the plug in on the wall. The next night when I got to my room, I discovered that it had not been cleaned, and there were no clean towel. I went across the lot, and down the stairs to the office, where again, I had to wait about 15 minutes for the clerk to return. I was carrying the dirty towels, and he gave me just two large towel, and told me to take the dirty ones back to the room and drop them on the floor. I got by with just two towels, but was very unhappy about it. I was also unhappy with the fact that with all the lost time, I could have gone home and save my money. I have stayed at Motel 6 many times, but will not do so in the future.

We got a two bed room. And our blankets had cigarettes Burns and our shower curtain did not stay still so all the water dripped out the curtain. They were several people smoking outside the no smoking room. Other than that we had good nights.

Outstanding service. Excellent room at a budget rate. Highest recommedation to anyone on a tight budget.

I live in Ontario and drive past Motel 6 at least twice a week. When a friend needed a place to stay Saturday night, I chose you. Good choice! We were both happy with the accommodations. Thank you.

The room was very comfortable. Stains on the ceiling and hair on the pillow. Sheet was not changed by the Preuser! Room right next to the freeway. Even with earplugs barely slept because of the street noise. Wouldn't stay here again.

So check n to my room around 5 or later. After a very long drive, I get the the front desk lady was very very rude and I feel Luke she was just over the day and I understand that. But we had to go to room 131and (1st there was no door for the restroom no lights works but the bathroom light. Then when we call for the front desk get no answer I did not stay there the full night I clock out around around 830 — 9 because they had bed begs or so it appears and big roaches running around with no towels. So we just left and slept in the car … I would have asked for my money back but I didnt feel like getting n to it with anyone.

The room was very up to date and modern. The pillows probably need to be replaced. There were 2 very flat pillows per bed. Had to use our bags as pillows. There was no maid service while we were there, 2 nights. The overall location of the motel was fine. Close to the freeway and fast food restaurants. I did have issues checking in. They cancelled my reservation before we got there. We booked our room online and were going to pay when we got there. They tried running my Credit Card that I used when making the reservation and it did not go through. There is a tiny balance on that card. We planned on paying cash at the hotel. There was no indication on the website that we had to pay ahead of time. It said to pay at the hotel. I was very upset since we got there late and had to argue to get a room.

The rooms are great. But can need a better cleaning there were still beers in the room I guess from the previous guest. Also the receptionist could be more customer friendly when checking in instead of being on the phone while you are trying to book a room in.

Had an excellent stay! The rooms have been remodeled and the Wi-Fi worked very well. The location was excellent for those who are traveling and not familiar with the area, everything is conveniently at walking distance.

The "New" Motel 6 on 4th Street has completely renovated rooms and it is very clean and modern. The people at the front desk are always helpful and polite. Nice upgrade!

I would definitely stay at motel 6 again the staff is great very helpful and polite. They recently remodeled their rooms so now they have hardwood floors the rooms are very comfortable I was sceptical about the comment that was made of there being bed bugs but I did not experience anything like that the rooms are very clean and tge fact that they have free Wi-Fi is awesome they also have coffee in the morning and the location is perfect right by the 10 freeway I would highly recommended staying here.

This is particular motel 6 cost a little more than other ones. The property& rooms are better than your average. During the week the extra $10-12 is worth it. The extra $25-30on weekends it is not.

I asked for a non smoking rooms and when I open the room smelled like cigarettes and the smell was really strong. Free Wi-Fi is a joke because you get disconnected every 10 mins and you have to signed in every time.

Bed bugs! I've stayed here and reported bed bugs showed the manager pictures and my bites told her they were on my 4month old she refused to give me a refund she had a nasty not caring rudeness they're independently own and will over charge as they please aswell don't stay here!

Do not get a room here **BED BUGS*** I had a family member stay here with kids and they got bit by bed bugs and also seen them crawling near the baby. The manager did not care and would not refund money. RUDE staff. Do not go here.

Stayed here in June/15. Staff were ALL amazing. Every one went out of their way to ensure they greeted me whenever I came out of my room. The room was exceptionally well maintained, despite previous reviews. The pool was closed due to maintenance. I've stayed in some squalor motels here in Canada, with poor service to boot. This motel is a palace by comparison. I would stay here again. Without hesitation.

This place is ok, clean rooms, nice front desk people and it comes with a mini Refrigerator which its a plus for me. Cable TV is alot better than the rest of the Motel 6 that I have been to. It's in a great location, there is a Kmart in the back, it's right next to a gas station and there is a Jack in the box across the street.

This is the worst place there's a lot of animals and the blanket and we had to switch twice rooms because we got bite poor little animals never come right here.

Only reason I'm giving this place 4 stars is because of their front desk clerk Jesus. He was the most friendliest and nicest person I have ever met. The guy understood my issues and tried everything he could to help me and my wife out. This place is infested with bed bugs and the rooms just smell terrible. Seriously if you go to this place, just hope Jesus is working because this guy helped me way more than their crappy manager lady, if anything he should be running this place.

This a decent motel for the price in this area. I've stayed in far worse for more $. They have a micro you can use and $3 for internet. Staff was friendly even though we checked in after midnight.
