Affordable hotel conveniently located off the intersection of the 10 & 15 freeway in Ontario, CA. Quick and easy check in and check out. Rooms were relatively clean… could've been better, but not bad. I stayed in an executive king room which was big and roomy. It also had a microwave and mini-fridge which was nice to have. They have free breakfast for guests which is nice, but not a huge selection and the food was subpar. The best part of staying here though is getting to have your pet stay with you for free. That was awesome and made the stay totally worth it. I also enjoyed the later check out time of noon and the free parking as well. They do have a pool and a little gym as well, but I didn't utilize either during my quick overnight stay.

Very nice hotel. Wish we had another day or two to stay. Comfortable rooms and beds. Breakfast was good. The pool was a little small but the kids loved it anyways. Price to stay was competitive to all the other hotels.

Great location right off the freeway and close to Victoria Gardens and restaurants. The rooms were nice and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Service was great.

It was very surprising how clean and how nice this hotel is. Definitely deserves its 5 stars. Staff is very nice! The beds feel very nice an soft but not too soft which I prefer.

Very reasonable. Away from all the airport noise and traffic. Close to the Civic Center, outlets and shopping malls. Average free breakfast foods… yogurts, milk, juices, coffee, bagels, cereals, waffles. Helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Very clean and we'll stocked rooms. Free on sight parking. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was not as described, I was not given the room I asked for. I asked not out of smoking rooms and they gave me smoking and told me that if I did not like that look on the other side but my money was going to miss, as it had become… well, me stamina.

Just wrapped up a one night stay and business meeting and everything was exceptional. This was my first time in a La Quinta and I was very impressed. I'll definitely stay again, especially at this location. It's a modern design with really nice rooms. The fitness center is well equipped, the lobby and parking lot are clean and welcoming, and the breakfast is adequate. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. Well done, La Quinta!

Goes so rooms are really good but breakfast gives two star deduction.

This hotel was perfect for a quick trip to visit relatives. It was very clean and quiet. We loved being able to bring our dog with us. This was our first La Quinta stay, but was so positive that we went on to stay at two different La Quinta Inns on a subsequent trip to Texas. The only thing lacking here that we had in Texas were hot eggs and sausage. We will stay here again!

This is the second year I have been here and enjoyed the stay. The best parts are the breakfast and the rooms. Next is the service (mainly because I didn't need too much). My only negative/difficult thing is the parking. If you get back to the hotel late, it gets a bit hard to find parking. Other than that, I had another great stay here!

We've stayed in this La Quinta Inn several times, previously and have always enjoyed our stay, there. This time we were disappointed. The room was still very good and the staff very helpful. However, the handling of the breakfast area was very poor, this time. Food was good, but the area was not clean, especially around the waffles makers, and the other food areas were not well stocked. Normally this is an excellent experience, but not this time.

Rooms are clean! Great breakfast! The only thing I didn't like was that you could hear everything next door and across the hall.

We had a surprisingly large room that was quite comfortable. The breakfast was standard fare but plentiful with fresh fruit. I woiuld stay here again for sure.

I stayed in a king suite. It was clean and roomy. Nice view from 8th floor. Only thing that I was concerned about when it came to the room is the window. The latch was broken and their is no screen. Other then that the room was perfect. Front desk staff were great. Breakfast could be better. Not much selection of warm food.

Great little hotel. Really clean, nice and friendly staff and great facilities. The hot tub is particularly nice after a long day!

I don't like to start off with negative but they out weigh the positive here… first, they tell you you can pay cash, that's a lie, they charge your card no matter what, so if you pay cash at check out, your out the cash and your bank funds for up to 14 days according to check in staff. The site says they will not bill your card it's just for security purposes … that's a lie … the hot tub was a cold tub, the pool was filthy, the tub had mold all around the soap dish holder, the toilet was full of like black mold or hasn't been cleaned in a long time and there was hair on the floor Nd old food left in the refrigerator from past guests … I asked to speak to management and they said they were unavailable. The lady in the morning asked us about our stay and I told her all my concerns. I was compd 20$ … pretty ridiculous… the rooms were nicely remodels, and the beds and pillows very comfy. But I have stayed at equally nice places for far less. We will never stay there again.

Very nice check in people, they told us about what was close by and offered to shuttle us to the movie theater. The girl behind the counter even was sweet to my dog. The room was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. I will be staying here again!

It's okay. I was disappointed to discover that not all the breakfast that these different locations of La Quinta offer the same. The breakfast was like one of those films where the teenager only had time for a granola bar or something small. Good rooms and hospitality though. There are some good restaurants near by, American, Mexican, Asian, from what I was able to find close by.

Modern hotel that allows pets. Very freeway friendly and staff are helpful. Nice decor and room was spacious.

Bathtub is good. Bed is good. Location is good because I went to Citizen Business Bank Arena. Moreover free breakfast is good. I will choose this again.

This place has been remodeled and it is fantastic. I love the breakfast bar including the waffles. The Wi-Fi works okay (not fantastic). The linens are new and soft, so are the pillows and great mattresses. Overall, this place ROCKS!

I stay here a couple times a year. The recent renovation was nicely done and the rooms are clean and well laid out. I very much like the general room as they have a different lay out than most hotels. The breakfast is good and well stocked on the mornings I have attended. The work out room is minimal and there is a pool, though have not used it.

I was definitely not impressed with this La Quinta. I generally like to stay here but this one is much older. I booked this hotel via priceline so I did not get to choice which hotel I got. The staff was really nice when I checked in and I could see the citizens bank arena from the window so that was cool. They do offer breakfast but it is very basic and very crowded. In addition they do offer transportation from the hotel to the ontario airport so make sure you ask the receptionist downstairs. The hotel looked a little dirty due to the older carpets and paint. I would definitely like to see this place updated like the other ones.

We had EK, I was expecting little bigger room. Breakfast is continental, I was expecting hot breakfast but then it turned out to be a Continental. Not bad but for the price paid for the room, I feel like a hot breakfast is a no say. The staff, however was really nice and understandable also the night time security guard provided that extra peace of mind. Would definitely recommend to my friends but with a notice that be ready to expect some unexpected.

All aspects of the hotel were fine. Welcoming and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was a nice addition. The barking dog on the same floor was not very pleasing especially at 2 in the morning.

I barely missed the last of the shuttles from the airport to this hotel, and upon calling them to check that, they offered to pay for my taxi fare. I've never had such a good experience at what I would consider a budget price. Very nice staff at the front desk and clean, modern rooms. Only complaint is a leaky faucet in my bathroom that dripped consistently all night. Overall experience, however, was great, especially for the price.

It was a nice room clean with modern decor. The front desk was very accommodating as they were willing to extend check out time to 1pm. The breakfast was just great w/waffles, cereal, toast, decent coffee, etc. My only minor suggestion would be turn down the bath water temperature because it comes out to hot if you're not careful. Overall though enjoyed my stay.

Nice staff, room was nice and cool when we arrived which was a nice touch! Bed was a little on the extra firm side and pillows not exactly good for me anyway. Bathroom was a bit rough, toilet wouldn't flush and it was a bit dirty. Construction had the area looking a bit rough, added along the graffiti in the elevators gave the place a ghetto feel. Not a place I would stay again.

Well… This hotel is abysmal. No fridges or microwaves in rooms (at least ours) so plan on eating out every meal. Construction was noisy and intrusive, but we were still charged premium prices. When we arrived — first item on long list of things was there was no phone cord. Then, the outlets to charge devices on the table didn't work. Asking for extra blankets? Forget it — met with horrible rude staff that said "Go ahead. " when we let them know we were displeased and were considering moving to another facility. Then our remote to the TV was busted. Vending machines out. No shampoo in the bathroom. I mean seriously… Nothing about this hotel was satisfactory except the breakfast. Which was standard for most hotels. Sound proof? Nope! You can hear everything. And we are in a remodeled room. Our door room doesn't shut — we have to push it closed and I can see light from the hallway in it. Walking around barefoot in my room I kept collecting someone else's long black hairs in my toes. Ugh. Consider booking elsewhere.

Quiet and clean. Nice pool. Great area to walk the dogs and close to good food. The breakfast could use a little help but overall it was a great place to stay.

La Quinta is a nice quick stay. They have laundry services available and breakfast in the morning. The waffles are awesome. I just wish they had meat to go with breakfast. Fair pricing for what you get.

Very loud hallway noise. Could hear doors slamming all night long. Beds were super hard. Room was clean and affordable. Only stayed one night. Would stay again only if nothing else was available.

Awesome place. They have just renovated and the rooms are looking pretty great. I think they have been going floor by floor and redoing everything. New frigs and microwaves, new carpet, tile, and light fixtures. It looks really great. I know that a the very least the 7th floor is completely done. I could not be happier with my stay. I have always liked LA Quinta for their pet friendly ways but I have never been disappointed with they facilities this just reaffirms what I already knew.

Cleanand airy lobby. Nice size rooms. Plenty of channels on tv. Good views from the upper floor rooms. Only downside is there is only 1 washer/dryer for the whole building.

I was not a guest at the hotel. I simply needed a place to work for about an hour. I worked from their lobby, had access to Wi-Fi. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The front desk even allowed me to leave some tickets for associates of mine to pick up during the day. All this without being a paying guest. La Quinta Inn left a great impression on me, and now I will remember them moving forward.

This place was crap. I was doing a Nascar event and stayed here it was on the pricey side so I figured I was going to get a decent place. The hallways smell like somebody was smoking a cigarette right in front of me walk into the room not much better ask them for a quiet room they put me on the top floor walk into the room smell like cigarettes the electrical plugs were all pushed into the wall very dangerous the lightshade look like somebody had thrown gravy all over it the balance over the window shades look like there was white mold growing on it the walls were dirty the bathroom doors had a latch that was broken so the door will not stay shut the shower was an absolute joke. There was a mentally Disturbed person two doors down screaming all night all day the hotel was aware of it I went to check out a day early I could not sleep there any longer I couldn't even sleep. And they would not refund me the day I was not even staying let alone for the crap Hotel might I suggest maybe trying Hotel 6 as an upgrade.

Great staff … Diana… Kathy and a few other front desk employees are fantastic go above and beyond the Call of Duty… Pet friendly free of charge that is a great Plus plenty of area for your pets outside… Breakfast … Shuttle… Reasonably located off the 10 freeway. Decent sized rooms … Overall cleanliness is about 7.5 out of 10… Very mellow quiet area… Only downfall is 100% non smoking.

This La Quinta Inn location is very nice! The rooms are very cozy, with comfortable beds to sleep on. Highly recommended.

Hotel isn't in the best shape. I stay in hotels non stop and was rather displeased with their customer support. The front desk was giving me a hard time about reserving a rollaway bed.

The Good: microwave and mini fridge standard. Inexpensive. Convenient to ONT. Wi-Fi is good. The Bad: Dated beds, rooms, fixtures etc. Feels a little lacking in the cleanliness department. Not disgusting but definitely a step down from average.

Haven't felt more @ home than my recent stay @ LQ (Ontario Airport location). Staff was very helpful in every way. I would NOT hesitate to stay there again when I plan my next visit to Mt. Baldy Ski Lifts. My room (King Executive w/sofa sleeper) was clean and I had no issues w/any function in it.

It is a great place to stay. It is located next to the 10 freeway so it's easy to spot. It is near the ontario mills mall and everything is close by. Rooms are very clean and if you need anything you can always ask for it in the front. Parking is pretty large and the lobby is as well.

Its comfortable and pretty nice. Close to freeway and shopping if that's yr thing. Desk staff is very helpful and nice. Decent price also.

The unfinished construction I can understand. But right next to train tracks that are utilized once an hour sucks, specially since the walls are not sound proof. Went to eat at 0600, with locked doors, when in cone to find out there were no waffles, eggs, sausage due having to " clean up in the morning". Smh.

Not at all pleased it was very dirty when we checked in the bathroom was disgusting! The bathroom wasn't even cleaned properly hairs all over and old dust. Their was a nasty pubic hair on one of the face towels. The sheets on one of the beds were very stained and disturbing! we stayed a total of two nights, when we got back from our day out we came to a room that was not serviced at all! We have stayed at La Quinta in Sanger, CA before and thought those were amazing service and cleanliness. This one makes it hard to trust any other one of their establishments. Defiantly thinking twice, or three when we look for rooms here.

We love this property. The front desk staff is always friendly and very helpful. The courtyard is such a peaceful and tranquil spot to relax. The rooms are really clean and the beds are super comfortable. The property is centrally located to many shops and restaurants. We'll be back. Susie and Corey B.

Very comfortable rooms, easy access to 1-10 and near by shopping. It is however La Quinta, better like waffles for breakfast.

They advertise high speed Internet but I have yet to find it. It's slow for loading even basic websites or checking email. If Internet access is very important to you I suggest you stay somewhere else. Room service is very hit and miss. They've forgotten to clean the room I'm starting in and they will clean your room whenever they get to it, I work mostly 9-10 hour days, so when I get back at 4 or 5 the last thing I need is room service trying to clean my room at 5:30 in the afternoon. Everything else is pretty acceptable.
