Worse hotel service! I made a reservation online with snap travel, when I got there to check in there was no staff to check in we waited 30 min. Once staff finally arrives they tell me they canceled my reservation because rate was too low. I never heard such a thing. They gave me a room at their rate & of course was higher. Next day I see my original reservation was never canceled as I got charged through snap travel then the hotel charged me, took me 2 hours to get my refund and the front desk staff was rude even though it was their fault. Araceli at the front totally not helpful! The Front Desk Manager: Bijon Sahagun-Caputo, she was not helpful & admitted they have had cancellation issues with 3rd party sites online but they do nothing to fix the issue, she was careless, I would NOT recommend you stay here!

This hotel is not cool… I had my iPad stolen by an employee here. I came back to get it after letting them know I had just left it and they act like they don’t know what I’m talking about. Yani Lopez the so called general manager was rude ass hell. She refuse to help me and told me she would make this prolonged as long as she likes.

I will definitely come back… this place is clean and I feel safe here… great location. The Ontario Mills Mall is across the street, lots of restaurants that you could WALK to so no drinking and driving… Perfect.

My mother & sister & myself stayed here for 1 night. Its nice very clean. The staff very nice. What can I say about breakfast very good. If you have your family with you or your alone. I recomend this inn to anyone. I know I'll be back.

Just arrived lots of free parking, good sized mall nearby, but so far they are doing a good job.

We booked the room with a jacuzzi which I enjoyed immensely. Room was quier and the bed comfortabla soft mattress.

Love the beds! Just a clean nice stay! Always stay here when coming no through this town!

Breakfast is different every morning so you don't get tired of the same stuff. The staff has been great and very welcoming. It's like a home away from home.

Everything was clean and updated. We stayed 4 nights and are very satisfied. Would stay again. Parking is adequate AND they have an underground parking garage. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good and included hot items. Not as large a variety as some but more than adaquite. Room had a refrigerstor, microwave and coffee maker and there was coffee in lobby 24/7 also.

Wonderful hotel. It has underground parking with a gate which makes it nice. Walking distance to some nice places to eat. I was very happy with the room. Two different televisions and a separate room with door fir one of the beds. Nice pool area and easy ti find. I recommend this place if you are traveling through the area.

Clean and comfortable with a friendly crew and a strong complementary breakfast that apparently varies by the morning. To start with breakfast, the first morning I had fried eggs, sliced cheese, and biscuit assembled into a sandwich, with a warm, black coffee that wasn't just water. With it had hard-boiled eggs and a bowl of cut fruits. The next morning consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage, hash brown, and oatmeal (with the alternate option of cereal), again with coffee. The interior design of the front desk, and the rooms was slightly outdated, but the place was neat and clean. The beds were comfortable as the spring beds were not worn or stuck. Additionally the internet was fast and reliable, although I didn't test the speed, it worked to load many videos without issue. Parking was never an issue. Staff was very friendly.

It's a nice lower end of the mid-range hotel. It's clean and the staff is nice. But there are some issues with functionality of some things in the room we stayed in, the door to the bathroom would not shut all the way, nor would it lock, probably because it would not shut properly, but if a door does not close it's a bit of a moot point. But one thing that was awesome for me was the air-conditioning, it was a hot 103 degrees when we were there but that air-conditioner kept that room nice and chilly just the way I like it (bonus points). It's a nice place to stay, but it is no frills.

Not only did they have a cockroach in my room they double charged me. I checked in July 23rd, went to my room which was 203, went to the bathroom and found a cockroach floating in the toilet. I would have changed hotels however everyone was full… so I went to the front desk and they gave me another room. Best part is they told me “the heat makes them come out”. They hotel never apologized or followed up to see how I was. When I checked out July 27 the front desk asked me how my stay was and they said they would compensate me for the poor experience. This didn’t happen so I called on July 30th, the person put me on hold for 5 minutes came back and said she would take $15 off my bill. That was hardly worth the call and 5 minute hold. So I check my statement on August 1 and I was billed again by the hotel on July 31st! How it was $15 less than the first charge, I called they assured me it would be reversed. As of the evening on August 3rd it has not been reversed… Just stay away from this place.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was clean, good breakfast nice big room with a separate bedroom I love it. There is a mall across the street with everything. Nice and friendly staff. I definitely recommend this beautiful place to stay.

I love the hotel it is a 5 star of my life the cats and dogs love the hotel too. There is a field were you can take the puppies and let them go pee and poo. Also the breakfeast is amazing. This hotel is the best. The pool is always clean. We love it so far.

Room was just fine, for the price point everything was good… Except for we kept getting automated 6:30am wakeup calls that we did not request. When I asked the staff about making sure it did not happen again, we just kept getting the calls. When I mentioned it during checkout the front desk no longer seemed to care since I was no longer a guest. Will likely not stay here again because of the lack of staff effort.

Was in town with the family for a concert and stayed here for a night. Overall we had a great stay. Check in was quick and easy. Lady working the front desk was pleasant enough. Booked a double queen bed which was adequate. The bed itself could have been a little firmer to my liking, but was comfortable enough to get a good night's sleep. The room had a mini fridge and microwave which was a plus. Great location next to Ontario Mills, so there are plenty shops and restaurants in close vicinity. The concert we went to was at the Citizen's Bank Arena, which is a short 5 minute drive away. Didn't have issues with parking. Didn't know there was an underground lot, but we were able to find a spot outside a side entrance. You are able to access this entrance with your room key. Nice little free continental breakfast offered, which was nice. If in the area needing a place to crash, I'd definetly use the Inn again.

They have alot of breakfast options which is great. The cook was very friendly and helpful. Also the hotel is across the street from an outlet mall. The only downfall is this place doesn't have a jucuzzi and the heavy set woman with glasses didn't allow us to check in until exactly 3pm after a 8 hour flight and arriving there at 2:30pm.

I gotta say the hotel is in great conditions. I hate to start by saying that but is no secret the hotel is outdated and installations are older than other places around. However, the difference is in the cleaninness and care this hotel offers. The room was clean and well put, the breakfast was very good and fresh. The staff very friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable and also very hospitable considering the special circumstances that my group had. The breakfasts were very good, and even when my group had to leave the hotel at 5:45, fifteen minutes before the breakfast room was to be opened, they still provided breakfast bags to take with us.

The team working at this hotel were always exceeding my expectations in every way. The breakfast was fabulous and the nightly FREE happy hour had great food and free drinks! Definitely would stay here again!

The Inn was very comfortable clean and in a prime location. The complimentary breakfast was the best I have experienced ever. The only thing that I felt it was missing was a spa at the pool.

Literally 20 minute drive to NOS Event Center and a five-minute walk to anything else like food, drinks, and shopping. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful.

It's somewhere between a 2 and 3 star hotel. The premises and interior were clean, with the latter being a bit dated. There was an odd smell on the first floor reminiscent of BO, which hit us when we entered through the back door. Our floor (the 3rd) smelled fine. The room was clean, but again, dated. The bed was comfortable enough and the room had AC/heat. The towels were pretty scratchy and seemed smaller than other hotel's towels. The toilet paper had the texture of fine sandpaper. The toiletries smelled nice and lathered up really well. The free breakfast was really good and the kitchen staff very friendly and accommodating, even after I spilled my coffee all over the floor! It's odd that I remember this, but the housecleaning staff never looked at us or said good morning. I guess I'm just not used to that. It's an average hotel that could use some updating, but it's right around $100/ night so you get what you pay for. It's proximity to the airport and mall is great as my wife and I did a little shopping before we headed home. I think I would stay there again. The deficiencies aren't that bad and I only used it for a bed and the breakfast the next morning.

Nice full spread of breakfast choices. Kids love bacon and make your own waffles. Cute country decor. Lots of comfy pillows and blankets. Quiet halls. Only thing I'd change is a better service presence at breakfast. Tables were messy and hot water for tea ran out and no one was around to remedy. But all in all it was a great choice for our family.

I had a horrible experience here. Checking in my first time here and first night, my debit MasterCard was somehow accepted by an employee who swiped my card, gave me a room with no problems. I wake up the following morning and called the front desk to extend my stay, I was told by a hispanic manager who was very rude to me, and she told me that due to my card being a debit card and not being an associated bank card, that I couldnt extend my stay. I just found it very unorganized and extremely unprofessional that I had to go through a situation like that at all, I would of definitely booked my room somewhere else so I could of sleeped in peacefully and extend my stay. I was also rushed to leave. The rooms don't look nothing like the pictures, its COMPLETE FALSE ADVERTISING. The hallways, entrance, and rooms also smelled horrible, the place reeks bad, the smell was very unsatisfying, unpleasant and nasty as if the rooms and hallways arent being cleaned correctly or even at all. I felt like I waisted my money, my trip was ruined and I was treated very unfairly checking out, when I respectfully didn't do any damages or anything. I checked in with my mother and law and my fianceee and ALL WE wanted was a peaceful stay and it was the worst stay ever. Ill never go here again. Like never. I wouldnt reccomend this hotel to anyone.

Nice hotel. Rite across from ontario mills outlet mall, beautiful pool area, parking alittle awkard — but have elevator that opens in parking structure… really convenient if you have accessibility needs. Rooms have nice layout and front desk staff went the extra mile when a family emergency cut my visit short. I have never seen so many food and shopping options… all within a 2-3mile radius… would make a fun 'girls weekend' shopping, pampering and indulging your taste buds has never been so easy.

Great location by the outlet mall. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and fire pit we're a welcome bonus. Rooms are spacious. The bed was comfortable.

We spent the Labor day weekend here with 2 granddaughters. First the bathroom door locked, tried call the front desk — phone does not working. The lady from front desk came over and show, how can open the bathroom for with a penny and promised, somebody coming fix the phone. — of course nobody came to do this. In the refrigerator the freezer was really freeze, 1, 5 inch ice covered, you can not close the door. At the pool the (;attic chair and table broken and dirty. The room`s cleaning okay, but a carpet cleaning would be good. On Expedia this hotel "excellent" my opinion is different. : (

Location was by lots of restaurants and Ontario Mills. It was nice having all that near by. The rooms were spacious and there was coffee available down stairs at all times. All that was a plus.

We stayed in a king suite. It has two rooms, a bedroom and a living room. Both rooms are small. The fridge was very loud so I turned it off. Breakfast was good, though. Eggs and waffles and cereal, etc. The lobby is cute.

Hotel was really clean. The room I had was spacious, but infested with ants! The pool was always really COLD, so if you're going to go in go around 1-2. The front desk service was always really nice. The gym equipment was old! The hotel is too pricey for the quality!

Breakfast at the hotel is pretty good with many usual breakfast options. It is a nice touch to have cookies and flavored water in the lobby everyday. We did laundry in the hotel and had to go to the second floor for the washer and dryer. That floor overall smelled like some sort of body odor or urine. The sheets are stiff and scratchy. The mattress is okay. I've had worse at hotels. I wouldn't choose this hotel over some of the nearby hotels. We had a better experience at the Marriott Townplace nearby.

The room was clean and exactly what I was expecting. The hotel staff were friendly, and provided excellent service. Included breakfast and Wi-Fi we're a plus, and they helped me schedule a cab for my 6am flight.

If you're OK with lukewarm showers, this place is fine. We asked them three separate times to fix the shower and nothing happened. The phone was also broken, so we couldn't contact the front desk from our room. To top it off the TV was also broken. We mentioned this all on the first day. Nothing was ever done. We won't be staying here again. It gets 2 instead of 1 stars because other than what's described above the hotel was fine and the staff was friendly and courteous.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious and have plenty of outlets to plug in all of your devices. There is coffee and a mini fridge in the room. The location is great; right next to a mall and the freeway. Breakfast is nice, everything I'd expect from a hotel breakfast. There is even a little library nook in the lobby with books that you can borrow for as long as you'd like! Staff is very friendly and helpful. No issues.

In town for a week for work, rooms are comfy, water is hot, staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is ok, but it is free. I will definitely stay here again when the opportunity presents itself.

This place was booked last minute by a big group of soccer parents. The guys behind the counter couldn't have been any friendlier and had us checked in and processed in no time. They gave us recommendations for possible places to eat with our girls and we ended up opting for ordering pizza delivery instead and it all turned out perfect. The rooms are clean and comfy. This hotel will be where we choose to stay if we are ever back in this area for any event.

Excellent choice for a mid range hotel in the Ontario area. The hotel staff were gracious and went out of their way to accommodate every request, including a late checkout. The complimentary breakfast was available for extended hours on the weekend, enabling people to sleep in if desired. A wide selection of hot and cold foods, pastries, and fresh fruit were offered. The room itself was clean on arrival, and regularly cleaned and refreshed during our four night stay. My only complaint was the initial impression given by their airport shuttle scheduling and driver. I called the night before to request the shuttle service for the next day and had flight details handy, but as soon as the gentleman answering the phone realized I wasn't at the airport that moment he became very disinterested and less than helpful. I had to prompt him to ask for arrival time and flight number. Fast forward to the next day, no surprise, the shuttle was nowhere to be seen when we landed. I called again to request it and was informed it was on its way, but no ETA was offered and she didn't even request a contact number. Long story short, we ended up waiting over half an hour for a shuttle with no further contact from the hotel. The drive back to the hotel was scary — the driver broke half a dozen traffic laws — but then, it is California. In summary, very comfortable place to stay; breakfast, housekeeping, staff interaction, and pool/hot tub cleanliness were excellent.

Love the rooms and the breakfast is amazing!

First off, the hotel itself is nice enough and friendly staff. The deal breaker is the "high speed" Internet is near useless if the hotel is pretty full. If you need the Internet to do business look elsewhere.

Stayed in the king bedroom suite and was very pleased! Everything was clean and had a lot of space. Their breakfast is amazing! They have so many things to choose from and the staff was so nice. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The staff is excellent! They are Friendly, great with communication, and have always worked with me in every situation. Rooms are nice. As for the fold outs I would recommend politely asking for 2 pillows and 2 comforters for cushioning. Thank you Jennifer and Vincent for the excellent service.
