Had the worst experience here. This was my first time in Beverly Hills I decided to stay here because it was close to where I was having surgery. I had my surgery appointment and when I came to pick my car from valet they took so long to get it I was not only 30 min late to my appt (because that’s how long it look them) but I had to walk because it took so long. Not only that they also never gave us our key when we left. The only thing they did for us was breakfast and comped to pay additional for valet… only $40 worth for everything I asked to speak to the manager and was informed that the manager would give me a call… no call I then called the front desk where the person who answered was so rude I had to hang up. Gave them a chance for me to go back again and they messed it up. Would never recommend to go here. Horrible customer service. The most stress I had before having surgery.

Delightful front desk personnel, early check in available and complimentary wine, delightful staff. My room window didn’t lock so she promptly moved me.
Best part is I met my sweet cousin Lexi here and we are going to dinner in Bev Hills.

Lovely location, nice, small boutique hotel with clean rooms. Within walking distance of everything you could want if you're looking for a getaway in Beverly Hills. There are no amenities here, so don't expect a gym, pool, hot tub, or anything like that. There is a little bar that serves some food with limited hours.

Stayed at this hotel over a month ago. Had two days with no air conditioning, and asked to be compensated both nights due to 100 degree + heat. I still have not received the refund. Made three calls to the manager, and only recieved an email back. I agreed to receiving half a night free to not be a burden to them. Still haven’t received the money. Hotel is nice and in a great location. I purposely changed hotels this coming week from the Sirtaj to another due to my recent experience.

Stayed here for a night. Honestly a wonderful place in Beverly Hills. Expensive but, well worth the price considering how everything in Los Angeles is expensive anyway. Very professional staff and very friendly as well. Restaurant food is very tasty, wish to have more portions but quality over quantity. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Anna & Ramon excellent service! However within less than 1 hour of being in the room we had a power outage?! Soon after we wanted to lay down before heading out after being up for 27 hours due to travelling. Moved the duvet ready to lay down & shocked to see linen all crinkled stretched & with a hole in the sheets. NOT IMPRESSED! Room was attended and linen changed over. Being shocked & embarrassed noticing the fresh set of linen all creased/crinkled as if it has been scrunched in a ball being placed. It seems all linen looks like this?! Doona/duvet was taken off but not replaced with another… I can not believe this experience especially in Beverly Hills. Still shaking my head in disbelief should have slept in my car rental :@

Ideally located hotel, because not far from Beverly Hills and 2 steps from Rodeo Drive!
Room size correct, cosy… lack of brightness… the bathroom is not very large but well arranged, with spacious Italian shower… Welcome products (SOAP, shampoo…) of very good quality! The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Very good value for money
But beware paying parking!

The room and the location is a great choice for out of towners.

Very nice staff, smooth check in with delicious complimentary mango juice. Room was clean, quiet and room service was super fast; even at 9:40pm. The naan I ordered was everything. I would love to stay there again when it’s not the night before surgery.

Loves this hotel. Our room was very nice and clean. The bathroom was especially nice. We didn't interact much with the hotel staff but they were polite and helpful when we did. Be aware if you stay overnight, you have to valet park your car.

Blown away by this little gem! Service was outstanding, really friendly and helpful. The room is awesome, newly renovated with excellent mini bar selection and enormous shower. The small things are what stands out though. Little tablet located on night stand has your name on it and a welcome message (very nice touch) and the whole hotel smelled of scented oils, similar to spa. Lots of shops restaurants etc all within walking distance. If you visiting Beverly Hills this is your hotel.

Although the hotel is astetically pleasing and the service is exceptional there was one MAJOR flaw. There is a bathroom wall shared with the sleeping area that is 80% see through and 6-12 inches away from the toilet. I really didn't want to know what my boyfriend looks like doing number 2. Way too soon in our relationship. Second issue is also with the bathroom. There is a light in there you can't turn off. It's like a permanent night light. Wouldn't be a problem except for that see through wall again. I like it pitch black when I sleep and this light prevents it.

Nice and small hotel, clean and extremely friendly service personal, right of Wiltshire Blvd, what else do you want! The personal even gave us a better price, since we told them we’re from Ojai and we’re escap the Thomas fire, the smoke and the ash rain. We’ll be back. Thank you for a great experience.

Great Indian dinner for under $50 in Beverly Hills! Lamb biryani, garlic naan and samosas. Yum!

The staff is amazing at this boutique hotel. Close enough to easily walk to BH shopping and dining. We loved to sit at the hotel lounge and chat with travelers from around the globe who were also enjoying the warm hospitality. Beds were comfortable w nice linens. We also enjoyed the convenience of the in room expresso machine & tablet technology.

Highly recommended. Friendly and close to everything. Great stay.

Hidden away behind Beverly Drive, this hotel-restaurant is an interesting place to stay and its Indian restaurant is quite a find too. The food isn't perfect, but by BH standards it's definitely at the high-end, quality-wise.

Nice hotel in the Beverly Hills area. The best, the location, 5 min walk from rodeo Drive. Also, it is in a very quiet street with no noise to sleep. Rooms well sized and very good bathroom. Very friendly staff. The biggest drawback is that, if you're driving, you can only park with ballet, which costs $35. As for quality price, it may be too expensive; But it's the best we found in the area.

Very hospitable staff and clean hotel. Only negative is no pool (in Beverly Hills?! ) and no gym.

Great great great staff service was amazing! Stacy was amazing from the moment we booked to the moment we left it was like we had known her for years. You will be treated like you are the most important guest there. If you want location you got it if you want great service you got it if you want to be tucked away from the hustle and bustle you got it.
Thanks for a great vacation ohhh, to the hotel management and owners you should def offer a coffee maker option for those who do not want cappuccino also stacy needs a huge raise and a comp vacation she works soooo hard and you can tell she really really cares.

My favorite hotel in LA, especially Beverly Hills. This hotel is a gem. Clean, serene, and feels like home. All of the staff are great, but Stacy is simply the best. Could not recommend more.

We stayed here for 4 days when our house was being fumigated. I really liked sirtaj since it's in the heart of Beverly Hills. The vibe is really cute, service is excellence and we can walk anywhere (no cars necessary! ). I'll definitely come back again.

This is a great gem of a boutique hotel. The location is excellent, with lots of amenities walking distance. The staff are extremely attentive and take hospitality seriously. We had a wonderful meal at the restaurant. The only negative was the small size of the rooms, since we had a toddler with us, but I'm still giving them 5 stars. I would gladly stay here again.

The owner, Manager, and staff were gracious hosts to me, and The Beverly Hills Mayor Lili Bosse, and hundreds of her energetic family "Walk with the Mayor" walkers Monday. Beautiful Hotel inside and out with first class service.

My son and I just spent 3 days in Beverly Hills and the staff at this hotel is the best I've ever encountered. It was his 13th birthday and they all went out of their way to make him feel at home. I have travelled all over the world, and have never witnessed hospitality that compares to Sirtaj. Stacy, Caitlin, and Batool all went out of their way to help us plan an awesome itinerary from El Matador to the Griffith's observatory, and were genuinely excited to help us. I have n…ever been treated with such heartfelt kindness. The valet service was prompt, friendly and cheerful. The rooms were clean, modern, and very quiet. Overall the hotel was the best I could ever have hoped for! Thanks guys for being so great.

Great food at reasonable prices, especially in Beverly Hills. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is due to small portion sizes.

The matre de was very helpful. I was there to meet a tour of people.

My only problem really had to do with LA in general: parking. I had to park 5 blocks away or pay for valet. On second thought, the room itself was an issue. It was tiny. The bathroom was very roomy and the shower was great but the actual room was small and I felt very crowded.

Cute little boutique hotel. Was having surgery and needed a close place to stay and we stumbled apon this place. They were very welcoming and the food was great and so decently priced! Ray the bartender was great we stayed and had great convos with him. He was so helpful! Def recommend staying here!

Clean, small Boutique Hotel with good price performance ratio, very close to Rodeo Drive and its luxurious shops is situated. To Downtown LA takes a taxi there. 30 minutes. The Hotel is of an Indian family. According to the small Restaurant excellent Indian cuisine.

On arrival we were greeted with friendly smiles and a refreshing glass of orange juice. The room was clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. In addition to the friendly staff and excellent service the food at the restaurant was incredible! Some of the best Indian that we have ever had. In our travels we have found that so few hotels go above and beyond the requirement to satisfy customers. At the Sirtaj we found the staff to exceed and excel in delivering service that is beyond what is expected. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
