Great hotel, quirky too. Friendly staff and let's admit it, location couldn't be better.

Loved the hotel very comfortable bed and pillows. The Bar man Ignacio look after us was fantastic highly recommend. Loved this hotel.

Stayed here in Early July for 4 nights. The hotel was clean as was rooms and bathrooms. Staff were all super helpful. The breakfast staff were fantastic, as was the wonderful Ignacio who was at the bar on most afternoons. We had a late flight out and asked if we could use gym bathroom to shower late and it was no problem. It’s in a perfect location in the middle of Rodeo Drive and there was no noise at night and was incredibly safe walking around. There are push bikes for use by guests and while they did charge $35pp resort fee this covered breakfast snacks at lunch and dinner and a very long happy hour also free water and soda if you wanted. We met some lovely guests there and had friends come to meet us there who all thought it was a lovely hotel. Also only 4 floors high. Couldn’t fault a thing.

This hotel sucks! And dirty and they don't clean every day. Many couples have complained about room thefts. Managers only demand money for anything. Don't go there!

Stopped in to use the restroom and was offered a bottle of water as we left! Great Customer Servic.

Superbly run boutique hotel, with a fantastic, intimate vibe and awesome staff. Great location too. Can't speak highly enough of the Luxe Rodeo Drive. It's home away from home!

Absolutely amazing boutique hotel located right on the famous Rodeo Drive. You are welcomed by a 5 star staff and service the minute you arrive. My 2 bedroom suite room overlooks a beautiful courtyard with plush bedding and luxury sheets. Included in your $35.00 p/nt mandatory extra upcharge is a mini breakfast, snack lunch and cocktail service with hors d'oeuvres nightly. Parking is 36.00 nightly with in/out privileges.

Worst hotel to stay in for the money by far. Damp feeling linens, dirty hall ways, musty smelling, $36.00 parking, $35.00 PER person Club Fee. No pool, small rooms, no view, unfriendly staff and sub par breakfast. Not one good thing to say about this overpriced hotel.

Great service, beautiful room, amazing location. The wine tasting is great, the breakfast is good. Would stay again for location, however pretty sure the elevator is haunted.

Amazing location and great amenities. The hotel. Is centrally located to all the best of Beverly Hills has to offer. If you're into shopping this is a great place to make your home base.

We originally booked at the Sunset Blvd Luxe location. They had system issues and were overbooked. They handled this beautifully. They set us up at the Rodeo Dr. Location for free. Plus, they paid for our valet parking. That’s great customer service! Everyone was so courteous and helpful. They kept apologizing even after giving us a free room. I think I really came out on top here. No need to apologize. :) The room was very comfortable. It was clean. Not newish, but clean. The bed was perfect. The pillows were very nice. I could open the window to let in fresh air. It was quiet. The AC was loud. I just set the fan to run all the time which provided a nice white noise, so that was actually nice. I’ll come back again for sure!

Perfect location, very comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast selection could be better, since it’s a 4.5 stars hotel.

Very friendly staff. The room was o. K. I found dried blood on one of the fresh towls hanging from the shower rack. It looked as if the towls were washed but someone must have gotten blood on it while cleaning the room. Besides that it was a good stay.

Beautiful hotel, steps from Rodeo Drive. Location is fantastic as well as friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent service. Fast check in and check out. Rooms are clean and bed was so comfy. I still remember the best cappuccino l ever had. If could l’d give 10 stars. Amazing location and service made my stay in LA very memorable.

I’m having a hard time getting over the mandatory $70/couple “club” fee. Sure you get free drinks, Wi-Fi and breakfast, but I’m not a real drinker, Wi-Fi should be free and the breakfast is only so so. I’d much rather just pay for my drinks and go out for a good breakfast. On the bright side, the staff is outstanding, the hotel is super clean, and the location can’t be beat. I just hate hidden fees!

One of the best hotels in Hollywood it Is very clean the rooms are luxurious very spacious if u have a chance be sure to spend a night u won't be disappointed.

Gorgeous exterior and interior. My wife and I decided to go on a little Beverly Hills vacation. We were treated like royalty. The food was excellent and the luxury was much needed.

I stayed here during my quick trip to LA. It’s the kind of place you just catch a vibe at. It’s location is unreal right on Rodeo Drive and all the high end shopping and it has fantastic in hotel amenities like restaurants and bars with great views and atmospheres. The staff couldn’t have been any more professional and did everything in their power to make my visit remarkable!

We loved our visit. Will be back again. Luxe is convenient, the people are very accomodating as they are friendly.

The location is great. Grude bar unfortunately not clean. Rooms rather classic, not so modern. Maid on departure annoying. Rooms already on while we were at breakfast and come 09.20 again!

Being in luxury retail, I understand how important it is to deliver great service. Luxe Rodeo Drive was great. This is the first hotel that has ever hand written me a welcome/thank you card. Very thoughtful and memorable.

All the staff very dedicated to satisfy the customer. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Try by all means to solve any problem or answer any concerns.

We rented the penthouse room for a workshop we were doing. Incredible value. The catering was amazing, the service as well (Julio was with us all day). The place has the wow factor which impressed our guests. Will be renting again for our next event.

The Manager Clare is awesome and she has great hospitality, she can run a hotel with her staff that was amazing as well! Shoutout to Jeff as well for his help!

Left business paperwork behind and immediately called hotel upon our return home after surviving IRMA. They were not impressed with our inquiry and basically told us they needed to wait for the "Do Not Disturb" sign to be removed from the room we previously occupied. I explained this was sensitive material with passwords, etc. Again they were not impressed. I called several times over a 6 hour time frame and ultimately told nothing was found. After expressing numerous times how sensitive this information was they could care less. Realizing it was our mistake to leave behind these items, it was the lack of concern that makes me realize just how insensitive people can be. Yes, you get a bargain but in the end, not worth it.

Location, location, location! Perfectly located close to all the sights, shopping and dining! The room was cute and bed was comfortable! The staff was welcoming and accommodating! I was pleasantly surprised when I went to the gym on the rooftop and enjoyed a workout on the elliptical outside facing the Hollywood sign! The breakfast was delicious and again the staff was friendly and accommodating.
I gave 4 stars only because my mini fridge didn't work (wasn't cold despite turning all the way up) and it ruined my leftover cheesecake which went to waste and the water in the bathroom sink would never get warm and shower only semi-warm. Otherwise it was a most pleasant stay!

The Luxe in Bevely Hills just remodeled and it looks great! I also like the changes with their club feature, with breakfast, afternoon and evening drinks and food, and the 24 hour coffee and water. Love this place even. Ore now and the staff is still top quality.

Great location really nice staff great beds room was quiet Handy hint when arriving by car you need to park in the alley behind the hotel for valet parking.

All of the staff was so kind and helpful. They were more than accomodating. And, they gave me great tips on where to and not to go around the area during my stay.

After seeing the review online for this place, we booked a night now I wish we could stay longer. Robert was SO gracious and accommodating. The place is small and quaint but the quality and service are huge. Great rooms, convenient parking, super location and the staff is fabulous. We will definitely make this our go to place when we come back.

Excellent location right on rodeo drive. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Only four stars because of the renovations, otherwise I would give it five.

When I stayed there the hot water was not comming.

Came in late at night and check in was very prompt. They even provided me with some extra toiletries. I left the room multiple times throughout the time and came back to the bed and bathroom cleaned. Great service and staff.

The bar and restaurant is great, nice little stay right in the luxury shopping mall. Staff is friendly (except the reception, she was running off her feet). Room is nice, well maintained and clean (though I can hear people walking in the room above us). Make sure you book it with breakkie and have it outside, best place to people watch.

Good service, nice rooms and great location. The service especially, was good: comfy slippers, free water+chocolate, free apple in the lobby, Wi-Fi, kind staff, etc.

I love this hotel, staff, service and location is amazing. We also use Luxe Hotels on the business side knowing there won't be an issue with our VIPs visitors.

Nice little hotel in the middle of the Rodeo drive. Expensive cars always parked near the hotel on the street.

The location is wonderful, but the reception was not so professional. When we tried to ask a question, the gentleman did not even respond and still worked on his computer for 5 min before looking at us.

I like eating lunch on the terrace watching people walk up and down Rodeo Drive.
