Hotel the ugliest and dirtiest I saw in my 64 years of life. Smelly to dirt and excrement, carisimo by unliked rooms SN air conditioning etc. Etc. Etc.

FOR 100 BUCKS? AND ANOTHER 100 DEPOSIT! Ran away as fast as I could. That is the type hookers and junkies stay at. Just get some “Inn” kind of hotel anywhere around LA and keep the difference for Uber, which is also better place to sleep.

A hotel with a spartan décor, at least in our allotted room. The bathroom/toilet of the room was only accessible via the corridor. Some foul smell came to us when entering the house. Parking is possible at an additional cost in a parking garage around the corner. Probably the worst hostel on all my trips. The only advantage is the good location.

I don't know why so bad reviews I read about, but I like this hotel. Location just wonderful. Everything clean and stuff always helpful. It's quiet safe neibouhood and great price. Just in some retro I guess style. But again. Everything clean. They clean room everyday. If anything needed they provide. I didn't meet such things in twice or three time more expensive Beverly hills area hotels.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave Me excellent recommendations from the surrounding area that I should have known. Only one of their staff spoke Spanish but if you understand English you will feel very comfortable. It is a good place to Hospedarseya that the price is comfortable in front of mychos other places and this close to Universal Studios and the Hall of Fame. Great place for tourists. The beds didn't seem very comfortable but the cost was excellent. They have the showers outside the room and the cleanliness is excellent.

I didn't like it for anything and everyone.

Good price and decent rooms. I was fine with the shared bathroom, but if that's not your thing, avoid this place. Great location though.

All management was terrible rude and stuck up except for this angel named Gabby she made it all worth it with her good vibes, positivity, and bright smiles. House cleaning talking on the phone while on the job very unprofessional.

I'm giving it five stars based on the price and location. Being able to stay in Beverly Hills for $100/day is amazing.

Budget hotel. Small rooms but great location.

Hotel Del Flores room met my needs for an inexpensive hotel ($150/night all inclusive — parking, room and tax) in North Beverly Hills. It was comfortable, had a private toilet with bath and shower, a sink with mirror, a small bureau with 3 drawers, a closet with hangers, a large bed, enough accessible electric outlets for all the accessories, a desk for laptop with internet access in the room, even a TV set. A small kitchen with stove, microwave and refrigerator (shared) was convenient for heating food and drinks. No meals are served, but I didn't need them. Decent lobby with newspaper and local activities information. Parking near the hotel for $12/day extra. The room was cleaned daily, and though the facilities were somewhat shabby, the room was clean and odor free. No air-conditioning, but windows and a ceiling fan provided air circulation. There was a floor fan I didn't need. Not overlooking the street, traffic noise wasn't a problem, but being hearing impaired probably helped. At any rate, I slept well and was not awakened by noise from inside or outside. Good value for the money.

This place is disgusting. Dirty, old, shabby, my bathtub was rusted out. How anyone can stay there is beyond me My Uber driver made me leave, he was afraid for me, as I told him I was scared of my room with peeling paint, stained carpeting, cramped. He went in with me and we left, forfeiting my payment rather than sleep there and at midnight looked for a hotel where I wasn't afraid of bedbugs… as manager said "it had been a while since they were there" Who knows what was living in my room. The lobby should be your tip-off… look at filthy carpeting. I think it is a hotel for homeless when they put some coins togetherr.

The staff was sweet and helpful. The hotel is in a terrific location. The hotel itself is in poor condition the beds are hard.

Flew in from Denver, spent the day at UCLA with my wife and daughter. Rolled in at two in the morning. The manager was so cool! Walked out and showed me where to park and showed me to my room. Great night sleep.

Awesome funky throwback to the days when the lobby was large and comfortable with lots of reading material. A little patio out front has a great view of city hall. Great staff. Drove me nuts trying to use the Wi-Fi in my room, it really only works out in the lobby, which is very comfortable.

Worst hotel in the world. Do not stay here! You aren't saving any money! Pay the extra $20 or $40 to stay in a place where you will be safe. A terrible and worst smell will meet you right from the poorly maintained entrance. Mildew is poison and it kills! Filthy and disgusting building. Zero maintenance from the entrance through the reception to the room. None of the rooms has Air conditioning what so ever. There were different stains on the bed sheet and when I pointed it out to night owl who was there, she told me that she doesn't send out invites, she didn't force me to come so I should deal wth it! Worst night ever. I found used condom in the bathroom! That For a place inbeverly hills they probably have the city inspectors in their pockets other wise any other regular place would be shut down by the city. I've seen so many city code violations. The rooms are worst than a pig's pit! The owners do not care about the reviews or complaints. My office booked this hotel thinking that it's in Beverly Hills therefore it must be nice. Most people who accidentally book this hotel come from other countries or other states as I did and just happy to stay in the heart of 90210 Beverly Hills and they probably will never come back again. Based on that, these arrogant, terrible mean spirited owners of this world crapiest hotel are making money so they think people love their place.

Good location, that's about it. Parking was available at $12/day, not a bad price. Room had window a/c unit that looked like something from the 60's, did not cool the room much. Furnature was aged, and not in a quaint way. Shower head had at least a decade's worth of timescale on it, tub was stained with rust. Found out that the toilet was gurgling bowl water out of a rusted out bolt on the second night. After notifying staff, they made excuses about how it was "not a big deal" because of how it was coming out. Like feces and urine spilling on to the bathroom floor is just ok. Said they would send a plumber the next day, didn't offer to move is to a room with a working bathroom. Pillows (2) were thin as prosciutto, they couldn't find any more for us, and we had to ask for a second towel in a room we specifically paid an extra fee for a second guest. We checked out early, and had Expedia book us elsewhere. They did not put up a fight at refunding the remaining stay, though, so they've got that going for them.

Olschool but it was very centralized to everything in Prime Beverly Hills, nothing super fancy but a great place to save a few bucks and lay my head for a few days, service was good and found some great restaurants within walking distance.

This is the worst hotel in history there are so may coakoroaches service is terrible and its located in Beverly Hills. The mangar pretends he is not the manager and there no refunds dont stay at this hotel. The hotel manager ignores u. This hotel is a huge piece of poo!

Mmmm, tasty. Where to begin. Roaches, EVERYWHERE, /no/ AC, the sheets were DIRTY when we went into the room, TV only had 3 english stations (not that I minded it, but damn, if yer gunna boast about your TV as a feature, to flip it on and have 120 channels of non-english, kind of a slap in the face. ) But ooohoho, this is just the tip of the iceberg. What /really/ got under my skin was the sweet, reassuring host bro who reassured me a 'cover' charge was needed, in case I smoked or wrecked something in the room, and that when I checked out, the overcharge would be refunded; this is from AFTER I booked and budgeted my trip for the hotel costing only $180; later to discover the 'cover' charge got bumped up to $250?! The /FUQ? / I go and question the guy, and he's all honey and smiles spoutin' the same bs about how he'd refund it yadda yadda, and he /TOLD/ me he did, and that the transfer would go through in a few days. Well chickies, it's been over a week. And guess what? Ohshit, yer a GENIUS; no goddamned refund. The refund is bullshit. /HE/ is bullshit. The /HOTEL/ is bullshit. Don't budget your money and get duped by this guy! He STOLE MONEY UNDER THE GUISE OF A COVER CHARGE THAT WOULD BE REFUNDED, TAKING VALUABLE FOOD MONEY! This hotel needs to be shut down — — or at least find new actually /honest/ workers, christ almighty.

No Wi-Fi, no air-con. Bathroom size is 200cm x 100 cm. Service is slow and not understandable. Yet its location is good.

When you think Old School flop house, think Hotel del Flores. Quirky. Run down. Old and desperately in need of renovation. BUT clean, staff is nice, location is awesome, and price is much cheaper than anything decent in westside LA.

The manager of the hotel is NEVER there and even his name is kept secret by all of the staff. We had an issue with cancellation and NO ONE called us back and when we tried to speak with the manager, we were told "He doesn't speak to anyone". What kind of "hotel" (actually a hostel) is run like this?!? It was a noisy hostel with thin walls and small amenities. Furniture was very old, although sheets appeared to be clean (thankfully). Front desk staff is friendly but miss informed us on information regarding our stay.

The worse hotel ever! We run out after 1 night, being eaten by bugs and experiencing horrible smell! Colorful nasty spots on the carpet. We saw 4 different rooms. Wow! Junky furniture from the garbage, smell of damp and mold. They never refund our money! The manager Carlos Lopez is ignoring us for 4 months by now, he is picking up the phone and pretending he is not the manager. The Owner Ann Owen Sterman impossible to reach. They are fraud and criminals, running anti sanitary place and getting away from it. Nobody cares! BBB was trying to contact them — — — — right! — — — — nice try.
