Overall the best the people were so nice and at your service ASAP helped us out with dinner plans and all I’d recommend anyway good people.

This is the best hotel we have stayed in. Everything was absolutely outstanding. Elegant decor, exceptional staff and beautifully presented rooms. Loved the dressing room, loved the bar and pool area too!

The situation — close to Rodeo drive, and the roof terrace with pool overlooking the Hollywood Hills, staff are great too…

Photo taken from a skyline suite last year. It so comfortable and spacious! U can’t get any other spacious suite in other 5 star hotels around Beverly Hills for a price like this. Duck breast in avec nous is probably the most delicious duck breast I have ever had!

Very rude customer service/front desk staff and room service staff, their attitudes were as if I was bothering them at any request. Terrible food, delivered cold, bland and dry. Power outages with no warning, fire alarm testing at 9am for at least 30 min, horrible smells all around the hotel, dirty floors and walls, and broken amenities. There is no spa employees on site so I waited two hours for a contractor to arrive, then the scheduled power outage occurred without any warning, So I could not receive my schedule spa treatment. I wasted five hours of my day on this. Why would you schedule someone for a service if you knew the power was going to be out? The steam room is broken, the drain on the bath fell off, the TV in the bathroom didn’t work, there is no backup lighting in the room during the outage so I could not see at all in the bathroom and nearly fell. I was offered ice only to be charged 15 dollars for it. I went out for a few things from the store and when I got back I was approached by a bellhop who offered to help with my bags, I agreed, he followed me to the elevator dropped my bags inside of the elevator then walked away … during my stay I was taking care of my sister who had surgery and they were made aware of her condition but did not seem to care or want to be bothered for any request. If you advertise 5 stars you should provide 5 stars and that goes all the way to every single employee interaction. The best service was the valet, Michael was excellent.

We loved our stay at Viceroy. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. We were here for a wedding, but it was also our anniversary. This was the perfect place for us to spend time together and enjoy each other's company. We rented a car, but mostly we used ride share to get around. The location is perfect. Quiet, but close enough to Rodeo Drive and good restaurants. We enjoyed breakfast at Avec Nous and had late night room service sundaes. The amenities are wonderful. I'm only sad that we were there the one weekend LA rained, so I didn't enjoy the pool. We don't have much reason to be in the Los Angeles area, but any chance we get, for sure we will be coming back to Viceroy.

This is our first time staying at a Viceroy hotel. This property is awesome. The service is some of the best we have ever had. The rooms as well as the rest of the hotel are impeccably clean. The food from room service as well as the restaurant was always good.

Just had coffee in the foyer but great coffee, setting, service, quiet and perfect for a private conversation.

Hands down the nicest hotel that I have stayed at and I’ve stayed at hotels like The Four Seasons in Maui, Seattle, etc. The rooms were beautiful, location perfect (next to shopping, etc. ), the list goes on and on. The only negative I would say was the restaurant. The food was excellent and the people were nice but we weren’t waited on very well. We had two different waited, different times, and I’d have to get them to take our order or get refills. Again, they were very nice. The place wasn’t very busy so I’m not too sure why they kept forgetting about us? Other than that this place is awesome!

Beautiful updated hotel with great relaxing pool deck. Amazing views. Bar was lacking… stay away from the frose.

The staff at the door were very unfriendly and I parked my car at the door and waited for my friend to check out and they kept kicking me away and didn't know why? A total of less than 15 minutes.

Amazing rooms very recently priced for being in Beverly Hills but it is a little bit out of the way as compared to other ones that are in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

This place is so reserved and service was impeccable. If you didn’t have a bottle of water or a glass of champagne in your hand, someone was offering you one. They cater to your every need. And the rooms are outstanding. We loved every bit of our stay. And we can’t wait to come back.

Comfortable and big rooms, but don’t like the shiny interior after it’s Re-decoration.

Sensational hotel with superbly equipped, very modern and spacious rooms. The service is at the highest level and absolutely accommodating. The restaurant avec nous is excellent and also the service perfect. As a safe starting point to explore Los Angeles perfect. In addition, the roof top pool looks great.

I was the Photographer of a fabulous dinner party last night. The staff was absolutely amazing — on the ball, attentive without being overwhelming & on point with service, dinner & drinks! I highly recommend at least having dinner, but really a long weekend with your Love will be the best! I look forward to my next event there!

Good location, the service is pleasant.

My favorite place to stay when I need to be close to downtown. Rooms are incredibly spacious and the hotel has an elegant, upscale members-only club feel about it. If you want to save on parking, there is a corporate parking garage two blocks away.

My wife and I came here for our 7th year wedding anniversary and we loved it so much. The staff was excellent and they were very friendly. The staff always called me by my name and they were always professional as well. The breakfast in bed was great, and room service was always excellent as well. Also whenever I had a matter that needing tending to, the staff was always curtious and fast about tending to our needs. I will definitely stay at The Viceroy Hotel again on my next visit here in the near future. I recommend this hotel to all who are interested in receiving a true 5 star service guaranteed.

The rooms were nothing short of amazing, and I've never had such friendly, professional service anywhere. Every room is a gorgeous suite, and the food is fantastic. A fabulous experience from top to bottom.

I came here for a Dine LA dinner. The restaurant is located at a beautiful hotel in the heart of Beverly Hills. The ambience was amazing and the food was delicious. I would recommend my friends to go.

The hotel is a very nice place and I love how they renovated it. Being a guest in that hotel was a big surprise as the service was not that great. The security office is unprofessional and say it's ok for other people from the public to come and use the pool. It is not fair that I pay lots of money and stay in this hotel in which I wanted to go swimming, I could not because it was taken by people who were not even guests. This girl named Adela Korman was taking up the lounge chair for hours. She in particular is not a guest and it's not fair to me as a guest especially residence in the area. If they cannot then she can't either. The security was defending the non-guest as she continued to lounge in the chair by the pool. Totally not ok. The Beverly Hills Hotel and the Waldorf Austoria is a better choice for a quality 5 diamond resort if you want to stay in Beverly Hills. They know customer service.

They treated me like ROYALTY. As you pull up to this beautiful and luxurious hotel, valet staff greet you. After valet staff took my vehicle, I walked on the red carpet leading to the door entrance while the doorman opens the door for me. When I checked into the hotel, they offered me a glass of champagne. For my birthday, the hotel offered to chauffeur me to Mr. Chow Restaurant in Beverly Hills for dinner. The house car is a MASERATI. Yaaassss… they escorted me in a white MASERATI. After dinner and arriving back to the hotel, staff surprised me with bottle of champagne, champagne glasses, an ice bucket, a dessert dish and a birthday card waiting for me inside my room. This hotel took very good care of me.

Best staff I've ever encountered! They were so helpful, friendly & really accommodating when we were there to get ready for my friend's wedding (she was the one staying at the hotel). They even helped us get all our things for the wedding into our cars without us asking. Rooms were also stunning with high end furnishings & decor. Would highly recommend this place!

This place is so nice. The staff bends over backwards to make sure you are happy. I am on a crazy diet and the room service staff made me special orders. The rooms are straight out of old Hollywood. The balconies are even nice and everyone from the doorman to the check-in are friendly and kinds.

Best hotel ever. When I asked security to come because I found that a person was living under my bed, the security guard only spoke Swahili. They came and held me at gunpoint until a swat team came. It turns out that the person who was living under my bed was Osama Bin Laden. He was arrested on the spot and he swore at me in Arabic while he was getting dragged off. Now about the room. It was a great, spacious room. The entire room smelled charred because I forgot to turn off and the stove and the entire kitchen and couch caught on fire. While this was happening, my boyfriend was cheating on me with Susan Boyle.

Even the slippers and shoe polish equipment added a touch of comfort. A place to spoil yourself for sure. I just hope we will be back sometime to enjoy the pool, especially when it's 85.
