This morning we received a complimentary bottle of wine. 🥰 Yesterday we checked in around 4:00 pm. Our room wasn’t ready but the guy that checked us in made everything right with complimentary credit at the property restaurant. 💞

Love four season Beverly hill. Best service is always. Our family used to be dining here for many special days and holiday. Today we order Christmas dinner to go because California government do not allow people dining in now. We just parked our car in entrance area and the friendly staff carry our order and helped us to put inside our car. 5 stars service and can not wait open dining in.

Literally the best hotel experience in the US by far. Attentive client services, amazing food both Culina and In house dining. Christmas decoration is spot on for this hotel! Just love it! Only minor thing is traffic noise. Little loud in 7th floor where we stayed.

After staying at the four seasons in Santa Barbara I had to stay at the one in Beverley Hills and I was not disappointed. Friendly attentive staff, clean rooms and a great atmosphere. Spa and Gym were also impressive along with the pool. I would like to make a special mention regarding two staff members who made the stay extra special. Yaya at the front desk was kind, generous and always going the extra mile so much so he upgraded our room on the last night of our stay to a suite as it was our honeymoon and the room was available. An all round lovely guy. The second person is April who also works at the front desk. Always smiling, and great to talk to with good knowledge of the the city. She also arranged for someone to fetch my shorts that had blown over the balcony as I left them there to dry! I was embarrassed about the whole thing however she laughed it off and assured me it has happened to other guests. Both an asset to the hotel and a reminder of why I will be returning to The Four Seasons.

Hotel staff are friendly, facilities are quite clean and visually appealing. Had a great experience dining at Culina. For those dining, valet (with validation) still costs $10.

Had to meet an artist in their Library to conduct an interview. Staff where professional and welcoming. A Manager even brought a couple of chilled spring waters for my guest and I. Thanks, Four Seasons (@ LA/Beverly Hills city limit)!

Hotel is beautiful, the staff are very respectful and accommodating. The restaurant inside the hotel, Culina, is amazing. The price is very reasonable for the portions you're being served, the quality of the food and over all atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend.

Beautiful room. Hotel lobby is exquisite. I even got to enjoy $7 wine and apps during happy hour at Cantina! Will definitely be back!

We were there for Sunday brunch. My family has been to this brunch before. Always great service. This last time our server was less than attentive then others in the past. Several occasions there were times when upon coming back to our table from the buffet, our old plates were still there. Normally this is no big deal, but for the price we are paying, this should be a seemless service. The only other instance that just didn't sit well with me was my uncle asking for a simple picture of the table. Upon asking for the picture, our waiter chose to have us wait as he welcomes another table that had just sat (not even 2 seconds had gone by between them sitting and us asking). Our waiter continues to have a conversation with that table as we are left waiting. While there is nothing wrong, the situation just didn't feel right. Again great food just the service didn't seem up to standard in this instance.

One of our favorite Four Seasons. We celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary here and were treated like royalty! It was worth every penny spent!

Always delightful having lunch by the pool. The spa is wonderful yet the prices are high. The hotel is so relaxing and the lobby full of gorgeous flowers.

Everything about this place was Wonderful! The staff is Friendly and very attentive to your needs. If your'e here just to enjoy the pool, or treat yourself to a Fabulous massage, I highly recommend it.

Our very dining experience at Culina was beyond wonderful. Not only because of the great tasting food (artichoke rissotto and osso bucco) but because of the excellent service of the Culina staff. Sonia, in particular, not only knows the menu and wine pairings, but also went out of her way, to make me feel comfortable by placing the heaters in better spots and for bringing me a blanket for added warm comfort. Everyone at Four Seasons especially the Culina staff were very courteous and professional. Will definitely return to this location.

Great location. Staff is very friendly (and genuine) their concierge team is amazing! Booking in usually busy restaurants last minutes. Organising tours in no times. Rooms are of generous size with an incredible view on LA.

My stay was comfortable. The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and professional. Security was excellent. The views were good from our room. Room service was good. I enjoyed the spa and gym. I would stop here again!

This place was absolutely amazing the beds were the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. The house car was a rolls Royce that took you in a 2 mile distance. I recommend staying here. The people was so nice and it was just the best hotel ever.

I attended a special dinner event and the entire staff was very professional and very attentive. If anything was needed, they happy accommodated our request. We also met the restaurant's chef and he was a delight.

This review is spa only. It's a lovely olace to unwind and the massage services are great if you are staying at the hotel. They have all the usual amenities like sauna, steam room but no private soaking tub. There's a Jacuzzi and pool outside that is heated which is nice. Otherwise, it's a very tiny spa, not for group events.

Great hotel. Friendly staff, free parking, great service, nice pool with wait staff. Rooms are well equipped, good technology, comfy beds, nice views. Would definitely come back. So much better than some of th other upscale hotels in LA.

Our waiter saved this from being a one star review. My family of four had Christmas brunch at the Four Seasons. First, the good. The food was plentiful and tasteful, as I had previously experienced. Expensive, but worth it. The dining room staff was especially friendly. Our experience, however, did not begin well. My wife made reservations weeks in advance and asked for a table by the window in the main dining room. She was told at the time that the restaurant did not reserve tables; however, they would do their best to accommodate us. We were among the first to arrive and my wife again reminded the woman at check-in that we had requested a table by the window. We were taken to the main dining room but led to a table away from the window table we had requested. No other parties were in the dining room and all tables were open. We asked if we could sit at the requested table. The person who led us to the table left to ask the woman in the front who was assigning tables. After several minutes, he returned and told us that the table we requested was saved for a party that sits there every Christmas. Okay Four Seasons, either you reserve tables or you don't. Just be up front and tell us. And, if so, put a reserve sign on it. Our waiter, Dee Dee recognized our disappointment and ultimately arranged for us to sit at the table we requested in the first place. Dee Dee made our day! She was extremely attentive and exemplified true customer service and the Christmas spirit.

Had brunch at the pool restaurant. It was perfect weather. The servers were extremely nice and attentive. They even brought a doggie bed and milk bone on a plate for the pooch. The breakfast wrap was delicious. Loved the hot sauce on the side. The sweet potato fries were the best I ever tasted in my entire life. The Christmas decorations were breathtakingly beautiful.

This hotel is truly five star! The staff is amazing! Each and every person went above and beyond to make our stay memorable! The rooms were amazing and the beds are so confortable! Definitely try the restaurant Culina for dinner — the outdoor seating is magical and the staff is superb!

Environment is very clean, service staff attitude is very good, standard high-end hotel. The room was tastefully furnished and there was nothing luxurious. The view of the window can be seen far away.

I stayed here for 3 nights and marveled everyday in its great atmosphere. Also I liked the free glass of wine at happy hour and the fact that the extras weren't charged extra. Breakfast was also very good. A fun thing is the adjoining burger restaurant, which held me from dining out…

Not only is it so beautiful with balconies in every room, but the staff is just lovely. Every person was gracious, pleasant, and so very helpful. They could not have been more welcoming or more personable. From my years in business I have learned that kind of attitude starts at the top, from the management towards the staff and overflows towards the consumer.
The pool deck is fantastic and every amenity provided for. We experienced only two disappointments, but they were minor in relation to the positives.

My favorite place to be treated like VIP is Four Seasons Spa in Beverly Hills. I visit several times a year for pool and spa day because of this, together with a history of impeccable service and attention to detail. I use other spas in Los Angeles area but nothing compares to a spa day here. I return to Four Seasons because you feel like VIP from minute you arrive until the time you leave. The valets open your door, doorman welcomes you. You are escorted to your destination should you require it. If there is problem handled with a smile and to your satisfaction. You don't have to ask for anything during your stay; all of your needs are anticipated from food, cocktails and even towel set up. There is an awareness throughout of providing an experience that makes you want to come back again and again. I leave feeling relaxed, regenerated and that I have received 5-Star treatment from every staff I encounter. Take the time to walk through the hotel. Interesting art, flower displays, plush comfortable seating and views. A note for smokers using pool area. The hotel did their best to keep a smoking area at pool but unfortunately because there is a restaurant poolside lost this ammenity because of City smoking regulations. You must either smoke in garage or on the street outside the entrance to hotel and valet parking. The spa is undergoing renovations at this time but I was not inconvenienced in any way.

This is a top tier hotel, and my family had a great time. I was most impressed by the extra effort they made to cater to my nine-year-old son. They made him super comfortable, created special menu items for him at the restaurant to cater to his peanut allergy, and were generally really sweet to him. If for only that reason, I would recommend this hotel. The city views from the room and wonderfully comfortable amenities were a bonus.

Such a beautiful stay in a beautiful hotel with beautiful staff and a beautiful pool area! Beautiful really. We were on our honey moon and arrived super early from Hawaii and they let us check in at 6am and sleep off the night flight. We couldn't have been happier. The room was beautiful and they gave us a 'happy wedding' cake. My wife had a manicure — best of her life apparently … however probably the most expensive too.

I did not stay at the hotel. But I did eat at the restaurant culina. We ain't on the Terrace and this is the second time in a few years that we've all gather there for dinner. I know it was the 4th of July but the service was terrible. The food lackluster and I have to say that it just felt like we were being served by the second string. The hotel and its Lobby were beautiful. I have never stayed at the hotel but people will have have given its great reviews. This review is solely for the restaurant Culina.

I had a terrible experience at this place. So unhappy. Over priced and my drink sucked. My red wine was chilled and gave me a stomach ache. The chicken was over seasoned. Got hives from either the linen or shampoo. Just wasn't a good experience.

Stayed in this cheap budget hotel. I can't really complain because it was so cheap but the staff tried to rob me and I think it was because they were jealous of how rich I am. The area was dodgy and I hated it. There was no privacy at all because the toilets were shared by the Whole floor and were covered by a simple curtain. Please don't make the same mistake that I did!

I went there last Tuesday, They gave me medium rare steak instead of medium. I rate this one star. I also left my room to go get a drink and I come back and they didn't read me a bed time story, I was very upset after wards. They also said they had 30 down and 20 up internet, IMPECCABLE they have 28.58 down and 17 up. Un-believable!

I had a horrible experience at another hotel in Beverly Hills. This was like champagne after that experience. Everyone is very nice from the maid staff to the room service. The decor is beautiful and the rooms are nice and sunny. I would stay here again.

We visited the spa and pool at the Four Seasons Beverly Hills and had a great time. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. I got a massage at the spa — the spa was very relaxing and we were provided with water, snacks and chocolates. At the pool, an attendant set us up and brought us sparkling wine. The seats at the pool were comfy, and the attendants came by often in case we needed anything. I would recommend for a relaxing spa day.

The Four Seasons hotel chain always goes above and beyond to impress and this location did not disappoint. Huge clean rooms, convenient location, excellent food and a staff that is super friendly and informative makes this hotel worthy of a five star rating. I've stayed here several times and always look forward to returning.

From the e-chicken to the reception, room, Americana bar and restaurant and checkout. This place works! Great location… Great staff … Botanical room design and art forms. Just a wonderful place to conduct business or see the city! This is my kind of "home base" when in the city.

Lived behind this place for most of my 20's and my rent took most of my money, but when I had a good month I'd go here and act cool. Place is gorgeous in every way.

We attended a travel agent event at the hotel. The service was very good with all the hungry crowd asking for more delicious appetizers. The presentation area and the dinner served were really good, everyone seemed to be happy with the service.

Fabulous stay at such a wonderful hotel, hidden in a beautiful, quiet section of Beverly Hills. Service is incredible. Kisha at the front desk took care of everything we needed and more without question. Ryan is one of the finest bellmen I have seen at any Four Seasons, and upon my departure, when I had realized that I had forgotten my laptop in my wonderful suite, Barbara from the Concierge desk personally went upstairs in to the room to hunt it it down and Fedex'ed it to me next day at their cost while updating me via email while I was in flight. These people are true experts in the service industry. We will be returning for their kindness and hospitality. Thank you everyone, you have stolen us from the Beverly Wilshire, for good. :).

I've stayed in quite a few hotels in LA, this is by far the best. It's in a quiet location the rooms are excellent it has a good bar and restaurant and a well stocked not busy gym, great combo.

Fantastic. Valets remember names and cars even if in a large group, all staff knowledgeable re hotel and neighbourhood, restaurant very good with knowledgeable sommelier for dinner and really fast cook-to-order for breakfast (no buffet, yay! ). Special orders no problem, too. Old style LA rooms clean, comfy, impeccably house kept, free Wi-Fi works most areas. Location handy for Beverly Center and Robertson, Rodeo Drive is walkable, too. Hotel car will drop you if you prefer. Recommended.

Stayed here for my birthday — very friendly desk service, beautifully laid out room with corner balcony, complimentary dessert brought to the room, luxurious roof-top pool deck for sunny but private relaxation. Dinner at "Culina" was delightful with excellent service. Room-service breakfast was prompt, hot, comfortable in our cozy robes. We have come.

As soon as you walk in you are greeted by the most amazing aroma of Stargazer Lillie's. They are just intoxicating! I came here to meet a friend at the Windows Lounge last night for drinks. We enjoyed live music and the wonderful atmosphere of this beautiful hotel. Our drinks were mixed to perfection, our hostess was superb and the rest of the staff was absolutely on task! When you ask where the restroom is and you are walked there, that is service. To call the service at this hotel anything less than fabulous is an insult.

The Beverly Hills Four Seasons is a nice little get away spot centrally located in Beverly Hills. You are a short drive (by LA standards) to WeHo, Culver City, and Santa Monica. The room service here is great and the staff always courteous and catering to our needs. Its amenities are comfortable and tastefully done. The back courtyard is also a nice touch. Being where it is located you have many excellent restaurant choices within the area and a prime grocery store just north of the Doheny location.
