Dennis is the ultimate bartender. Too notch personality & customer service! He had some fun sports trivia that had the whole bar top going, and has extensive knowledge of the hotel & town. He really made the experience a delight. His Old Fashions were incredible as well. I’ll be back!

Wonderful Hotel. Attended a family friends wedding. The grand ballroom was magical. Had to take a covid test, the process was smooth and comfortable. The pre-wedding festivities were awesome. Hors'derves and drinks were well thought out. Set up of the room was very well done. Staff was very professional and helpful. Food and drinks were well prepared and delicious! Location is historic. Love Beverly Hills. Very pleased.

So far, we have had an excellent time here. The Concierge has been most helpful with helping us to arrange our excursions. The lobby especially is beautiful and you cannot beat this location! We love the fact that it is a historical building.

I am writing the review on the bar inside. Again just like most beverly hills high end hotel bars, once you get an actual table from the very busy staff, then the delicious drinks and the small appetizers and the views of the beverly hills from the outside patio makes the valet parking and the wait to get a table all that more worth it. I think it is a good place to conduct business meeting and or bring in tourists to see where pretty woman actually had drinks.

One of the best hotels, it’s located at wonderful spot in the city of the Beverly Hills. I want to thank everyone who works here for this great service. I really enjoyed staying here.

The spa here is amazing! Incredible selection of treatments for a red-carpet look. I saw results almost instantly — bright, glowing skin and the bags under my eyes are gone. The massage left me feeling super refreshed. The relaxation room has yummy chocolates ;) It's nice that they offer access to the pool, so instead of coming in for a treatment and leaving I can actually hang out here with friends all day and enjoy delicious food and drinks!

Location is great, just a few steps away from rodeo drive, food and grocery stores. The rooms were very nice, some in the old building of two buildings smelled old, but wasn't that distracting. Service was very good, but didn't deal with food issues we had very well. Over all, a very nice visit.

The Beverly Wilshire Hotel is super duper swank place to stay in Beverly Hills. I really like the rooms in the tower — especially private rooms on the top floors — and the wonderful classic desig. The fantastic food and beverage program doesn't hurt either. It's not inexpensive but you get what you pay for in life. Also, the service at the hotel really is top notch too!

Excellent place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Ideal to have a drink or coffee on the sidewalk and appreciate the movement of the area.

Awesome, awesome, awesome! Had dinner twice in two days and adore this iconic venue. We'll worth the money. Will be back some day when we're in LA. Thanks for the wonderful memories.

I attended an event at this hotel. I was impressed with the little touches throughout, like fresh flowers in the restrooms and bottled water while waiting for the valet to bring my car back. Each employee I encountered was friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed walking through the lobby and seeing some of the older elements, like the vintage elevator doors and molding.

A very nice hotel that has undergone extensive Renovations over the last 15 years. The steakhouse run by Wolfgang Puck, Cut, is a stand out if you don't mind paying $150 a head for a steak. I recommend the old place candidly. I think that the boulevard restaurant is good, but like everything else the hotel it is quite pricey so go only when you're looking for a need to be seen or don't mind paying $10 for a soft drink.

We traveled with a group of 10 to the Beverly Wilshire for the Rose Bowl football game/NYE weekend. Upon our arrival, the hotel seemingly had "lost our reservation". After going back and forth with the lady at the check in counter, we were told that there was nothing that they could do, and their property was 100% full. Despite me having the date and time, as well as confirmation number from when I made the reservation. The staff at the hotel was most unhelpful, even though they had lost our reservation, they offered no assistance in finding us an alternate place to stay etc. To top off the hotel losing our reservation, once we arrived home, it showed up on our credit card statement that we did in fact have a reservation, and were charged full price! It has been almost two months now, and the hotel has stopped responding via email, and has yet to refund our money for the stay that they didn't have a reservation for! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, ever! It was a total disaster!

The Cut Lounge is a wonderful place to grab drinks. The bartenders are so nice and complimentary appetizers are often included. The selection of phenomenal and the staff are very knowledgeable in case you want to experiment with something new.

One of the finest hotels in the world and opposite Rodeo Drive. This hotel has it all and the service is outstanding. Come sleep, dine, shop and even have your hair done. No wonder why people from all over the world stay here. It's that good. George Vreeland Hill.

As classic and gorgeous as its reputation suggests. Beautiful antique wood stairways and doors, spacious rooms with fresh flowers throughout. And that lobby! Seriously? The scent from the flowers was one of the most beautiful bouquets I have ever smelled. Not to mention, it is located directly across the street from the world famous Rodeo Dr! Everyone should stay here at least once for the experience of it.

Like Home! Fantastic Nothing to say, what little could be improved is the ability of skilled personnel.

I would never recommend this Motel! This is not a five star hotel! They seem to not like people from the south! We took my 82 year old mother there. When we first arrived, all was good. Once we got to our room, it was all downhill! We were lied too. We were told we would have a handicap room. We didn’t. We were told they would contact us the next day, and be moved. They never contacted us, at all. We had 2 rooms that were adjoining. We were given a wheelchair for my mother to use. Ten minutes after they gave it to us, they came up to our room and demanded it back. I told them we are going downstairs to eat, can we use it to get her there. Well, I was told, if you leave NOW you can. We had our sitter with us who was sleeping on the pull out sofa. It was to be set up by 7. It wasn’t! I called and ask for it to be set up. They came up with a small bed. I told them I didn’t need that. I just needed them to set up the sofa bed. I was STRONGLY TOLD that I had called from the wrong room! It goes on and on! The service at the restaurant the first night was so bad! Also, we were trying to get my 82 year old mother out of the backseat, and one of the valet guy jumped in and started taking off! This is not all that happened! I can’t even begin to tell it all! A lot of money for my mother, and we were treated like trash!

Very very nice. Exceptional service. I have a high floor on with a huge balcony and a view of LA. The Gym is adequate, not amazing. The steak at the in house restaurant Cut was not the best I've had. The room is very spacious with a big bathroom and a soft bed, the carpet looks dated. The valet area is a little rough.

Famously known as the Pretty Woman Hotel. It's a great place to visit whether you're a tourist or as a guest. They have CUT, which is a beautifully crafted Steakhouse owned and operated by Wolfgang Puck. They also have a bar area, and local shops too. The rooms there are spacious, and they go up to 8 Floors, and there's 2 more floors that are VIP status with roof acces.

Even though I live in Newport Beach, I had a 4 day business conference here, and my company gave me a room here. I love the grand design on the outside when entering, and I just love the shopping in the lobby. Though it looks old and grand on the outside, its updated and nice on the inside. Though I also love the Beverly Hills hotel, I think the restaurants here, and its wonderful shopping make it slightly better. I'm a huge fan of Cut.

I went here to see an event and was treated no different than any other guest by the staff here at the Wilshire. The Wilshire was absolutely stunning no matter where your eye took you. Everywhere you looked there were elaborate flower arrangements. The roses so beautiful their aroma filled the room. I was captivated by the Wilshire Hotel and it's luxury in the lobby. I can only imagine what the rooms look like!

My favorite hotel in Los Angeles, which does not spoil. Great friendly staff, convenient Valet Parking, large rooms and excellent Spa and restaurant Cut. Recommend.

Great beds, decadent amenities, incredible bathroom experience including toilet. Especially toilet. Extravagant poop experience with phone adjacent to toilet, I assume to call loved ones to extoll the amazing evacuation experience. 10/10

Top notch hotel with all the top celebs staying. Saw Michael Douglas in the lift about 25 years ago and he wasn't with his wife ;-). Love the idea of a swimming pool on the roof. Great access to Rodeo Drive for all that window shopping.

What else can be said about the Beverly Wilshire that hasn't been said already? Top tier accommodations, world class guest services, and an iconic building. Any chance I get to come to Los Angeles, I try to stay here if it's close to the offices I may be visiting.

This hotel is fabulous! The rooms are clean and stylish and the sheets and towels are extra comfy! The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The location rocks and the views from the large room windows are fantastic!

We began our stay with complimentary glasses of champagne and strawberries served with a smile on an antique silver platter in our balconied pool view room in the Beverly Wing. We had an excellent view of the the city outside our balcony enjoying the lights twinkling in the distance from our comfortable poolside chairs. The blue green waters rippled in the moonlight as we finished our champagne and strawberries looking forward to our first night in Beverly Hills. We were given free shopping passes to all of the stores on Rodeo Drive to use the next morning, receiving free gifts from the local merchants. Hermes was especially generous giving their 24 Faubourg and Caleche perfumes as well as an Hermes scarf that I have today. After shopping we had a delicious lunch at the hotel having what may be the best cup of coffee in the entire world. The manager of the Regent made sure we had free passes and easy entry into the Skybar at the Mondrian in West Hollywood with wardrobe suggestions by the hotel manager. We had an excellent time that night returning to our room the next morning to a table beautifully prepared with a breakfast for two made exclusively for us courtesy of the hotel.

I just spent the Labor Day weekend at the Beverly Wilshire. It was one of best weekends ever. The staff, excellent! The service impeccable. Five star plus is what I would rate the level of service at this hotel. Expensive, yes, but well worth it.

This hotel has the best location! I loved being able to walk to all the stores, cafés, juice bars, whole foods, etc. Plus all the other main places to visit are generally no more than 10-15 mins away. Inside the hotel is pretty, especially the main lobby, bars, and restaurants. Service was awesome. Pool is a bit small, but still good for lounging. Spa was nice too! The only cons are that the rooms are older, very basic, and not reflective of 4 seasons standards. Also, gym isn't 24hours, which I would've preferred. However, I still really enjoyed staying here, because of the excellent location, and service.

It is simply the finest hotel that I have had the pleasure of staying in. The staff is amazing. They simply cannot do enough for you. And do yourself a favor, and go to the spa and the salon.

The reception this hotel gives to patrons who either come for refreshment or to stay is top notch. I have never had a bad experience here. From my first time in 1971 up to the present this is one of the finest hotels I know. The staff is always courteous and welcome all!

This review is for the bar/lounge area in particular. The location is fairly central and you can't miss this hotel. The lounge area has mood lighting and a nice ambiance. Nice place to stop by for some casual drinks and a chit chat.

Banquet events at the Beverly Wilshire (20 + years) are always marked with really great food and service but Jose and Joseph in the Trianon Room on Saturday night were exceptional and made the evening more memorable with their personal attention to detail. They seemed to happy to have us in the room, and we felt it.

Sophisticated and Luxurious! Our stay last week was wonderful. The staff was incredibly attentive. Whatever we needed was brought to our room within 20 minutes. Room service was more than I expected. The service was wonderful, the orange juice was fresh squeezed and the food was nice and hot. When we went out to dinner at a nearby restaurant, we were surprised to receive a glass of champagne upon our arrival — the hotel staff knew it was a special night for us, so they called the restaurant ahead of time and had the champagne waiting. Wow! The house car was available for a short drive to Sunset Blvd, which turned out to be a Rolls Royce! We will be coming back.

I was a bit upset when the Beverly Hills was booked, BUT after arriving at this hotel, I was very pleased. It's a wonderful hotel. Right off the rodeo drive strip. Everyone was very sweet and helpful. The rooms where amazing, ours had a wrap balcony with awesome views! great price for Beverly Hills! very clean. Comfy beds. We will stay there again.

One of the most glamorous joints in town, the Beverly Hills Hotel was built in 1928 on the former site of the Beverly Hills Speedway and has hosted Elvis Presley, John Lennon, and Barack Obama. Pretty Woman, Valentine's Day, Entourage and more were filmed right here in this hotel! Limousine service, the gym, pool and service are professionally personalized, they make you feel thoroughly special Book a room in the histological part w/ a view over the Rodeo or stay on the old side facing Wilshire Blvd, preferably above floor 7. Enjoy the views and bathroom! Superb service! The complimentary car service (within three miles of hotel) – is perfect for getting bags back from Rodeo Drive. The poolside amenities, like chilled towels and Evian spritz, are cool too. Spa is fab. Another great reason to stay here: AT&T Wi-Fi is one of the many amenities here for guests. It’s fast and easy to connect.

Excellent location and service. The quarters does not have the decoration more beautiful but very well.
