We’ve had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Phuket. The staff cannot do enough to accommodate their guests. I felt like a treasured visitor. I would recommend this resort for families, couples, everyone. They are delightful.

Great one night stay before flying home. Beach over the road — so very close! More than one pool. I saw there was a spa too. Customer service and food excellent.

Very bad hotel and staff! When you think about Hilton you expect to have normal five stars hotel service…. More than half of the hotel were shutting down. I took one of the “luxury room”, cost double than classic room. They “forgot” to tell me that they have problems with the air conditioning system and every day, for few hours, the system doesn’t work — it was nightmare! When I asked why they didn’t inform me… they start to tell me different stories, so non professional! Far a way from Hilton Standart! When I asked for room service — they didn’t know the prices (“we will call you back. ), after five minutes they call me back to inform me that they don’t have coconut, after additional two minutes called me again to inform they don’t have banana, and only mango ice cream etc. We asked if they have babysitter service they said sure with additional cost-I said great but now they said “it’s not available” just like that, they don’t understand what is hospitality and what is service…. When I asked to rent motorcycle they said they have and it cost 450… I said great. Called them today and asking my motorcycle… “sorry we don’t have, it’s not available “. In the breakfast I asked for banana the said “it’s not available “, I asked for Mango… they said “it’s not available “) ), I asked for pineapple… you know the answer already “ it’s not available “) ) … five star hotel?! 😎Hilton (joke hotel).

It is hard to say anything bad about Hilton karon service, location, views, food and the most friendly and helpful staff you can ask for it is my go to place for relaxing.

Happy their buffet are open again. Hope they don't limit then just for X mas and new year. miss the usual super friendly staff they used to have, but all seems to be changed.

Best hotel ever! Stayed there twice and I can’t wait for my third visit.

One of our usual monthly getaways and this time currently the Hilton at Karon — a small hiccup on check-in to the room and the staff and day manager were super helpful and friendly.
Staff attitude and service was one of the best on the island so far. Massive grounds, (one of the biggest in Phuket) and very kid friendly.
I would return.

The staff are very helpfful, friendly and Kind. They were able to send me my SHABA within 30 minutes of making the booking. The complimentary breakfast is delicious.

We made this our choice for end of summer vacation and are so happy we did. The service from the Front Desk Manager, Robert the F&B Manager and Markus the General Manager has been top notch. The rooms are very good, the cleaning staff goes through everything multiple times a day it seems. Grounds are well maintained and the location is central to many things Karon Beach has to offer. We enjoyed the sunsets from the Panorama Lounge daily. Thank you Hilton Arcadia and staff for a fabulous week.

Nice hotel, but the main restaurant food leaves much to be desired. : (Get out of the hotel and eat in the cafeterias. Or go to an Italian restaurant, on-site, though there's a free voucher, for breakfast, lunch and dinner do not accept. All for the money.

Had a fantastic stay here. The many food venues, Italian and Thai restaurants are very good and I highly recommend eating at each of them. The breakfast buffet is also provides many options and will cater to all! The many pools allow you to feel like you are not in a big resort and not overcrowded at any time during the day. I highly recommend coming here. One last point, a secluded location and away from Patong, which, once you check out, you will know you've made the right decision!

Breakfast is most extensive and the best. Gardens, fountains and swimming pools are excellent Rooms are clean Ambience is excellent It is on the beach which is just across the road from its back entry. The nearby beach is less crowded and very beautiful, there are large numbers of stall selling Thai food. Service is good In a package it is value for money It is far from main city and popular crowded beaches for which up and down transport is needed. There is live music too.

I spent 5 days at this wonderful resort I can honestly say that I will be back again next year the views are magnificent the staff are super friendly and the managers care 100% of the time. The food is really good there are plenty of things to do for your children here at the hotel many pools to swim in and easy access to the resort amenities. My daughter had an accident and hurt her wrist in the ball pit of the bounce house by the pool and the hotel provided 1st aid and took care of her injury. Tatiana checked daily on my daughter and this type of service needs to be rewarded. I will 100% be returning to this resort! Thank you so much Hilton for this wonderful trip.

Just returned home and are missing this resort already. Stayed ocean view room and it certainly didn't disappoint. Resort and staff were wonderful, always welcoming and cheerful especially at happy hour at the various bars and pools. Great location directly opposite clean beach and easy walk to the action being midway between Kata and Karon. Dined at all restaurants and could not fault the quality of the food or service (Robert take note! ). Loved the sunsets and cocktails at the Ocean Beach Club.

Hilton here is not as good as you think, in a remote place, walking needs to go around a lot of roads and very dangerous are cars! Must take a taxi to get out! Balcony handrails are very dangerous, although tilted inward but very attractive to children to climb up, with the need for children more than a heart has been watching, live on the 5 floor elevator broken no notice. Hotel on the application of very old, balcony door can give you a big gash, the scenery downstairs is beautiful but are smoky buttocks! The worst thing, no matter what kind of situation you meet there is no place to complain, the front desk here even to the police to threaten not to allow a very poor experience I am very angry! Really a great hotel. Very large location. Several swimming pools and places to relax. Very good service throughout the stay. Next to the beach. We did not try lunch but a few drinks from the bar. The sports complex was also appreciated!

Amazing staff. Rooms were often cleaned more than once a day. Even took the time to organize and stack things left in room. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a good location but the “D” tower where we stayed was a bit dated. About an hour and 15 minutes from airport. Overall a pleasant experience. We rented a motorbike for transport and this worked out well.

Stayed at this hotel in March 2018. The hotel is good, but sorry, for 5 stars Well, it does not pull. The hotel grounds are amazing. Very nice to walk, there are chickens, cocks, peacocks, very cool! Also many pools and all shallow 120 cm. Most of the children are very comfortable. Clean, but very strange, little, very little trash cans and baskets. Sometimes you wear trash for half a day until you find where to throw it away. The rooms cleaned very well and twice a day for this special thank you! So in my opinion why five stars hotel does not hold, breakfasts, a very small choice, well, the average level, well not 5 stars. We were vacationing in 2015 on Kata beach in 3 star hotels, so the breakfasts and room we had were exactly the same as in the Hilton. I asked my husband why pay one and a half times and get the same? The only difference of Hilton is the territory, very beautiful, just incomparable.

Great resort, pools are nice and relaxing. Rooms are nice, breakfast is great. Staff are excellent. Really close to the the beach which is clean. Close to a nice walking market.

Great place, great hotel, worth the money. The decoration is on the large garden with its own lagoon. The area is very interesting, there is a place to walk. Several restaurants and a comfortable bar in the lobby. Minus one: Bare beach, no umbrellas, no sunbeds… Like almost everywhere on Karon.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, upgraded rooms are worthwhile but be prepared to pay. Overall happy with our stay. Good for kids if you like water activities. You could spend 2 weeks here and not need to leave the resort. Using the Hilton vehicles for any outings is worth paying a small premium for. Drivers are great and trustworthy.

Very nice hotel, everything is as thought out as possible for the convenience of guests. Breakfast was good. Very clean, attentive and friendly staff. The room has everything for comfort. The grounds are large and very beautiful, three pools with sunbeds. There is a children's play area and a peacock.

My family is enjoying a wonderful time at this Hilton property. There are many activities available and we have participated in several of them. I think my favorite was the Thai cooking class but the fruit and vegetables carving class was fun too. We've also enjoyed the many pools and the beach which is across the street. A short walk into town and you have lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. We'll be back.

Great place for relax and chill! beautiful garden, nice pools, delicious breakfast, super comfortable bedsvery good location, walking distance to Karon and Kata, beautiful Karon Beach just cross the street. Good prices for drinks at the pool bari recommend this place for everyone who is looking for Real relax in Phuket.

Great hotel, tomorrow we go there again! The magnificent Karon beach is a great pool overlooking the Andaman Sea and smoothly moving into the Indian Ocean.

Good hotel but not same standard as predecessor.

Arrived booked from the next day, but did not get into the room, needed a surcharge. Invited an interpreter, agreed with grief in half in a room that overlooks the sea. Once the translator departed, as again demanded a co-payment, put in a room, but the wrong building.
Decided to leave three days earlier, at the reception of the Russian-speaking girl convinced as best she could that the money in such cases are not returned. Mandatory deposit only after a month. Although I agreed that right away, if I'm going to count on cash everywhere.
A taxi called from the app did not arrive during the scheduled ride.
The taxi was not brought from the reception by agreement with the reception.
Which convinced me that I owed money for breakfasts at the hotel. By the way, the room cost at that time 269 euros per day.
When the receptor found out from what room I was, and that the room was still three days booked, and that most likely the deposit was refundable, he immediately called a taxi.
I was late for the plane, smiling Thais will not hit your finger to get into your problem. Even if there's plenty of time to help you.

If you do not want to burn yourself by the hot water in the bathroom, please DO NOT CHOOSE this place! I had a terrible experience here! The shower system did not work! The water suddenly turned super hot and burned my arms even if I set the temperature low! And it would turn super cold in a sec and made me chilly! And the repairman came into the bathroom with his boots on… everything was just messed up! (Look the picture) Wanna know more about it? Well, the phone in the room did not work so I had to use the one in the bathroom to report the issue… and it seemed that all facilities in the room came from the 1970s… I felt like I was in my grandma’s house. Couldn’t believe it!

It's a great hotel! Yes, he is already aged, but still the staff do everything possible and impossible to make it unnoticed. Very polite staff and reception and maids. There are Russian managers at the front desk, always ready to help, even with the nanny. A beautiful children's club! Delicious and varied breakfasts! In the evening live music. Clean beach, sparsely populated! The location is super! Nearby a lot of cafes, restaurants and with local and Russian cuisine; market with fruit and souvenirs. It's a great hotel! Great location!

This hotel is nice, although there are areas of improvement, like not waiting fpr breakfast, or the hotel transfer car could go more often. The bed was nice but the pillows were horrible — too tough. The restaurant — Sails, was amazing however. Great staff and delicious food. The access to the beach was great as well.

Its a pretty nice hotel… It's quiet and calm… Chill as some would say. It is a little walk from the closest market. But on the back exit of the hotels HUGE! Property it is the beach and it makes for a nice walk at night as it doesn't get too cold. The staff is there to help at all times but you might have some struggle understanding eachother due to the accents its a good place for spending time with your family.

I have so many fond memories of our stay in this lovely hotel which has a great feel. The tropical grounds and gardens are just magical with lots of places to relax in and explore. It is away from the hustle and bustle of awful Patong Beach. Breakfast by the pool was fantastic with such a wide selection. The room overlooking the sea was tasteful, clean and spacious. Would love to stay here again.

Where do you go to play sports? HILTON provides good solutions x various subscriptions. Great value for money.

I expected more, for such money the service of course does not pull, the rooms are old, a lot of things do not work, the pool is some shabby, but the most offensive is the breakfasts they are terrible… worse I've never eaten anywhere, even in cheap threes… I don't recommend.

We came back to stay at the Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort after 10 years and we were blown away by how beautifully maintained the resort has been kept. The hotel itself is looking a little dated and could do with a fresh facelift but it still has this unique Hilton charm. The grounds are vast so they have a passenger trolley that runs 24 hours to take you to the 3 various wings of the hotel, to the main lobby and to the welcome lobby. The resort has 4 swimming pools and so many restaurants that you never feel like there are many people around! The fitness centre includes a well equipped gym, 3 outdoor tennis courts, 2 squash courts and a pool table / table tennis. We had a 90 minute couple massage treatment at their amazing day spa and it was exceptional. The staff that work here are truly what makes this place so special. I would highly recommend this resort.

After arrival, I was surprised about this Resort. Many buildings, many After arrival, I was surprised about this Resort. Many buildings, many swimming pools, Restaurants, and not only one breakfast room. The Resort is very clean, and the Stuff are very friendly. The cleaning in the room excellent. The SPA also nice friendly and good service. My daughter, she was every day in the Kids Club, good place. All together I can give 5 stars. From the Hotel, beachside, you can walk 5 min, to small market, Restaurants, Supermarket. Some small thinks, they need an improvement. The Check-in was not good. The Lady was a little lost, she has not found our reservation, and we must wait until we can go to our room. We arrived late, and normal the rooms are ready by 15:00. We booked the extra night, to make sure we can go straightaway to the room. The Hotel confirmed the booking, but still waiting for the room, and no Kids Bed was ready. One times I had problems with the Air-conditioning. I went 4 times to the reception, and 4 times different answers. After 20 hours, we found one Person, she takes care about our problem. We changed the room, and next day again AC problems, in the new room. This time, when I contact the reception, they immediately helps us, and fixed the problem. For me looks like, sometimes the problems not taken seriously and simply passed on and ignored. We used the Panorama Lounge.

Make you want to stay to live in this place! Beautiful view, beautiful gardens. It has a lake, bridges, activities for children and adults. There are two pools or more, both with a very good cleaning and one with a slide for the little ones. It has the beach so you don't need to walk two blocks if you want to go to the sea. Comfortable rooms, spacious and with good lighting and very large bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. No doubt I would go back to this hotel.

Stunning grounds. Brilliant facilities. Incredibly accommodating staff. We came for a wedding and were completely taken aback by how well everything was managed.

Very family friendly hotel. 5 pools to chose from and the beach is two minutes away. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Town center is too far to walk if you have children so taxis are required. No metered taxis and a set charge of THB 200 gets expensive if used every day which you do unless you stay in the hotel only. Other wise one of the best hotels in Karon.

We had an enjoyable stay at the Hilton. The seafood buffet was superb! Only downside was many guests with noisy children running in pool areas and in Jacuzzi. The Hilton has a kids area at the pool and it would be helpful if parents with children stayed in that area so adults could relax!

Very friendly staff. Had a suite in the lotus wing. Lounge is fantastic. They found out we are vegetarian and they made sure there was enough choices for us at Happy Hour. The suite was spacious. Breakfast buffet at Sails has a large variety of foods and very good service.

The TOP, beautiful, I've been there and it's a marvel.

It is a 5 star, so no need to list the merits.
In this case are the flaws to make a difference, such as the cockroaches that walked between the courses of the buffet, such as the cockroach that rose on the hand of my wife while taking the toilet paper in the bathroom, as the absolute lack of common sense when, despite the black clouds, they arranged an outdoor dinner and a thunderstorm made us run like wet soaked mice, as the medical center that for the sunburn taken under the sun sent us to the pharmacy (on foot, under the sun), as the afternoon tea in which we NNW given the breakfast stuff and not even a glass of water.
The property is nice, but not worth the 5 stars.

Heaven… should you believe in it, can be found here. Or rather an idea of what paradise should be. The staff will not miss a "Hello". Super-hospitable, Clean, Organized. I truly didn't have to worry bout a single thing out there. Everything was perfect. The rooms were outstanding. The design, views, locations and layouts were actually done right. I stayed at two other resorts while I stayed in Phuket, and this one just stood out as the best option there. It's perfect for honey moons, general escapes, and long-stay vacations. I highly recommend this resort, and I believe that anyone staying there will experience pleasure and comfort through out the duration of their stay at this lovely resort.

Wow, a gorgeous hotel, with beach views and a fantastic selection of food! Unfortunately having noisy neighbours spoilt our stay here somewhat as we were kept awake, but the hotel itself was excellent — recommended for families in particular though.

Hilton Arcadia is a a truly amazing retreat in Phuket. The buildings are retro style and there is an old world charm. The resort is filled with mature trees and there is also a lake. The golf carts ferry you around the resort. Karon Beach is just across the road and from balconies of the rooms, the emerald green waters of the sea can been seen. The retaurant by the pool is great. The large pool at the back near the Ocean is huge and a great place to have fun with the family. The Thai restaurant serves some amazing food. 5 stars for the landscaping, retro style buildings, views of the sea and magnificent pool close to the sea.

I booked a disability room and didn't get it, I was put in a junior room which was small and not suitable for a person with a disability. Who messed up the booking I don't know but someone did. Also there tram/shuttle bus because of my disability I could not get on the tram/ shuttle but I was forced to get on it and because of this I lost my balance and went down on my left leg which was grazed badly. The next minute the driver was pushing me on because of all this my holiday was ruined and I had to stay in my room with my leg up, every 2nd or 3rd day I was at the nurses station getting it dressed, also the leg got infected and the doctor gave me antibiotics, this cost a lot of money for the doctor and tablets. Also for a Hilton Resort/Hotel the standard was very poor, the rooms were not cleaned properly, the wash basin had big cracks in it, these should be replaced as it was disgusting and unhygienic. In future I would think twice about staying at a Hilton Hotel if this is what they are like.

Very general, nothing distinctive hotels, no Thailand elements, sound of room air conditioning too noisy.

Although Hotel property is 6 star, but they are not able to manage it. Many reason to hate it. 1. First we got a room, where someone else was leaving. Then we waiting for 30mins to get another room. 2. There were two lobby, so we have to wait for trame everytime to get in and get out from the hotel. 3. There are 3 swimming pool but all are small. 4. In the main lobby, staff was fighting amongst themselves. 5. Our tour guide was waiting for us in welcome lobby, but they didn't informed us. Not worth spending time n money.

The Hilton Hotel is a very good Hotel. Nur was not as good a thing and that was breakfast. Too much Hecktik.

One of the better hotels near Karon beach. The premium rooms are really nice and the view can be beautiful if facing the beach. Wi-Fi can be painfully slow at times. It's a bit of a trek from the airport so plan accordingly.

Largest hotel in Karon beach, many pools inside the complex and immediate access to an awesome sandy beach. The rooms and their quality vary between buildings, and can be tricky for a guest to figure out which one to choose when booking. Hotel treats Hilton Honors members really well, especially Diamond guests.

Had a rest in 14 year … just everything at the highest level. To this day remember. Advise.

I went for a buffet sunday lunch with a jazz band by the pool and the service was excellent and the food superb. Very nice afternoon and I am going again when I arrive in two weeks time. I highly recommend it.
