Fabulous place, great views, lovely friendly staff, short walk to the beach.

We just spent a week at Centara Villas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All the staff were beautiful, welcoming and so very helpful with everything we needed making us feel welcome and comfortable during our first visit to Phuket. I would thoroughly recommend this accomodation to anyone and remind them that even though there’s 1000 stairs they’re only a phone call away to pick you up and take you to the lobby. Thank you to all the staff at Centara Villas we will definitely be back!

We had a pleasant stay nothing to say everything was impeccable the cleanliness of the rooms the quiet the breakfast buffet with an impressive view and especially a very warm welcome with all the really nice team that we miss already! We'll be back very soon.

I would highly recommend staying here, not only sensational location, views, quiet, peaceful beautiful layout of all the villas. The Villas themselves are amazing, heaps privacy and extremely comfortable. The staff are super amazing. Paradise indeed.

Amazing hotel staff are amazing.

Just the concept of how this hotel was built… It's great. The small cottages nestled on a mountain in the middle of a tropical vegetation.
Each of the cottages has sea views. Despite the relative proximity to the neighboring guests, you have your privacy. The rooms are very well maintained; The hotel staff always friendly and helpful. I really feel like I'm on holiday here.

If you’re an Olympic runner and the fittest person in the world you would struggle at this hotel. It’s in a cliff with thousands of steps. Never book with gold medal! Stay well clear. Rooms a tiny and the manager is an absolute joke. In my opinion stay with a reputable company and stay well away. Oh and booked as a family of 6 with 2 children age 8 and 10 and they can only provide put up beds that don’t fit in the Rooms because you can’t get out of the doors, told they are complimentary beds.

Nice quiet place to stay while visiting Phuket. Close to lots of things to do but far enough away. Great location on the hillside and a short but brisk walk to the beautiful beach. The resort restaurant is very good as well. Make sure to catch the sunset on the hill near the spa!

Arrived here today for my husbands 60th birthday, already amazing place to be, had dinner in the cliff restaurant, staff have been brilliant, food excellent. A lovely chilled evening with guitarist & singer. Very happy.

Centara Villas Phuket is the best hotel in the world! This is true! Amazing villas, breathtaking views, jungles around, amazing and helpful people, who work in Centara!
We stayed here for the second time and the second stay was even better that the first one! What will be at the next coming? :) And next coming will be surely!

A very nice hotel compound with several villas on a green hill overlooking Karon beach.
Beautiful rooms and very nice bathrooms, a private balcony and 2 lovely swimming pools in jungle style are making holidays to a nature and tranquility adventure.
Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Very helpful staff couldn't do enough to make our stay anymore memorable, fantastic views great restaurants.

Excellent service, comfortable rooms, great pool and bar area. You are a little out of the town of Karon, but … enjoy the serenity!

Stayed here for 2 weeks in August 2018 great pool villa in good location but please be aware as my wife and I where totally shocked at one of the maids who stole £500 from our villa after discovering this we immediately called hotel manager who then put us in touch with the housekeeping manager who done an internal investigation but found nothing next step was the police station as we were going home that day we didn't have time to hang around police station so not much we could do but go home. We will forward this complaint further. Martin Margo Scotland.

Great for a romantic or family holiday, villas nice and private, not overlooked and great view of Karon beach. Not very friendly for people with physical disabilities, even though they have a van to pick you up you still have to negotiate a lot of steps. Pool area nice, even though small no problem spending a couple of hours there. Good cliff walk down onto Karon beach and the use of their sister hotel is a great plus. Food good, rooms cleaned daily and staff very polite and attentive. Looking forward to staying there again in two years. We found Karon much nicer than neighbouring Kata or Patong.

Villa that myself and my partner stayed in was amazing! The view was incredible every morning to wake up to! Staff are very friendly and helpful!

Stayed here in February and March 2018 and fell in love with the place and the staff … Few hiccups like on arriving after 22 hrs travelling we were starving. Thank the Budda for those biscuits in the fridge, Then we were told about the deposit you need to pay that you get back when you leave. 1200 baht if I remember IN CASH this is not told in any documentation or on the site. So our spending money got a bit of a hit… Thank Budda I wasn't on a budget… so I'd like the…m to let customers know about the hidden deposit just incase your on a budget. The villa it's self was stunning with a sea view just through the tress all the same a sea view so I was happy. We had one problem with the shower but it was fixed within a few hours. Cleaning staff were delightfull and would leave us little notes saying enjoy your day and flowers on occasions … very chatty and polite … The restaurant was a highlight. The Food the veiw and the staff all amazing. The entertainment guy EAST was just what you need after a long day in the jungle. Great music played and sang very well.
Tuktuk to and from villa to reception. This I found a God send as there's no way I could possibly walk that far due to disability… which I found this catered for my needs 10/10 … drivers are very friendly and chatting and always ready to help 10/10.
Reception were helpful and friendly and we did get a welcome drink on arrival … very refreshing but could have done with a jug full.

A very nice experience staying here. The staff is very friendly and nice. The resort is beautiful and clean. It was just great. We'd definitely go back here sometime. Beach access is a little pain, but other than that everything was awesome. We didn't eat any meals here unfortunately, so can't rate the restaurant. The spa seems to be very very reasonable when compared to outside and since it was booked out, we couldn't try it as well. So heads up if you're wanting to treat yourself, make your spa appointments.

We have had an absolute fab time here!
The villas are clean and comfortable and you even get a taxi service when ever you want to the lobby or pool.
The staff are friendly, kind and at hand to help at anytime.
The food in the restaurant is 1st class!
The service is 1st class!
It was so nice not having to venture out to enjoy ourselves. Karon beach was literally 10 min walk down a private pathway or you could relax by the pool.

We came to visit friends, cracking the place! Teretoria is gorgeous! You just have to calculate your phys. Ability, going back and forth is difficult!

Expectations did not materialize. Spent two nights. No more left. Old Hotel. The most unpleasant thing for me is the old air conditioner, which could not be adjusted to a comfortable temperature. Either cold is very and blowing right in the face or hot. Sleeping with an open window is not an option-the sounds of the jungle at 5 am will wake anyone! Very loud! The room was very beautiful. In reality-a view of bushes and trees, and the sea places a little seen. But it costs more. It is hard enough to heat walk on numerous steps. The hotel is located on a very steep bank. A free car needs a little wait. Or call. There is no beach. Karon Beach is 200 metres down the path through the jungle. Strange, but the passage to it is open to 18. That's what it says on the plate. If it is really closed, back from the beach by taxi! Do not check) the pool is up to 18, which is also not a plus. Good. Clean. The breakfasts are great!

Beautiful rooms, friendly staff, excellent aircon, great food. Lots of stairs but a good "mini car" service that collects you from your room. Not wheelchair friendly though. Anyone staying here must take a walk down to the grand to use thier amazing facilities.

If you love to hangout outside the hotel, it's not the place to stay. Its quite far from the Karon beach. Also if you are checking in late staff are not friendly. Our Checking in time was at 1am, we were tired of long journey and staff took an hour to arrange our rooms. Staff are not that friendly at night.

The hotel is in a lush nature, unfortunately not accessible on foot by the road. So you have to plan a large taxi budget (ie 250 BHT for Karon and 350 BHT for Kata or Patong), knowing that the prices outside are 200 and 300 bht and that the hotel restaurant is expensive. The hotel takes its clients hostage as there is no other way in the evening to get to the city. In fact, the access door to the Karon beach is closed from 6pm, you feel trapped. We were surprised at the very cold reception of the staff whose part speaks poorly English. We felt mugged when we arrived after 4pm of flight from Paris: The only thing we were asked was to provide our credit card for an immediate flow of 5000 BHT refundable at the end of the stay, which we strongly refused. As for the room, it is not made to accommodate 3 adults. We had twin beds impossible to move because attached to the wall. The extra bed is a wooden plank on a steel tube. At our departure, the manager Ms RAI did not want us to apply the normal taxi fare to the airport and we had to pay 200 BHT more or 1200 BHT. If we weren't happy, we had to pick up a taxi on the road with our suitcases. This attitude is deplorable for a 4 *. You can enjoy the facilities of the Grand CENTARA 5 *-Swimming pool and river slides.

Hotel a little away from the centre. Very friendly staff, large and clean rooms. A pity that the portal access to the beach is closed at 18: 00.

Its just ok… daily same breakfast. Food is not so good. Greenery is attractive.

A few steps to cross on the other hand, but it's worth it: a beautiful view, a very correct swimming pool and a quick access to the beaches and coves of Karon.
No complaints about the staff, I recommend!

Overall the hotel is four, but clearly not for the elderly, a lot of steps. Breakfasts are bearable, especially for the unassuming. The rooms are clean, but with cockroaches, and quite large. There are few of them, but they are. The furniture is old, the washstands are uncomfortable, the air conditioning runs through the stump deck. The pool downstairs is located, you have to stomp to it.

The scenery is very good, in the noisy Phuket is a rare quiet place. Up and down there is a slope feeling very good, into the room too lazy to go, a small independent villas very private also very quiet, the courtyard swims, bask in the sun quite comfortable.

Nice resort, well maintained, location wise good. Nice spread buffet breakfast. Service and staff were good. Restaurant location were awesome nd well planned property.

Superb hotel very comfortable with its rooms in small independent houses, superb sea view, welcome and impeccable services. A great time. 2 notes: The room keys do not work well, hang, they are to be changed. Access to the beach is easy and quick on foot, they could clean the finish at the beach which is very dirty.

Absolutely horrible service. Food is also disgusting. The villas are nice but with false advertising of bath tubs in deluxe ocean view.
4 stars should be taken off. Sent in laundry, some clothes came back clean some not, and they were all just stuffed down in the same bag unfolded. A real disgrace in the usual amazing thai service. Also found cockroaches in the rooms and all over the balcony. On the other hand the view is amazing. And the place quiet, despite hearing loud mus…ic coming from karon beach on the weekend. They also really need some renovation with tiles falling off and trash found in almost all path ways. Scale 1-10

Had an awesome midyear break at Centara Villas. The service was excellent, the rooms were more than adequate and the food was exceptional. Easy access to the beach, shopping areas and taxi services are easily arranged if you want to see more than just Karon. Was a great stay!

The Hotel is a bit old and the room 117 for the duration of the stay never or casiment hot water. If you are in physical fitness this hotel is for you that markets and access to the beach is surprising by its state and on arrival on the beach this access is that of the two hotels CENTARA the photos of the rooms were surely taken at the opening of the Hotel 3, 5 km from PATONG and 3 km from KARA BEACH therefore plan a budget taxi 5000bath in one week.

Stayed in pool villa 407 with some sea view. It is clean but some parts of the room needs maintenance, such as broken shower heads, ceiling cracks and jammed doors. Their service standard has nothing to shout about, especially at cliff restaurant. But housekeeping really did a good job in the cleaning up our room. Thai massage at Cenvaree Spa is a must try!

Only went for dinner, as I was staying in a hotel round the corner which didn't have a restaurant. The dining area is lovely, although outside and perhaps could do with a fan or two, even at night it's easily 28 degrees which is too hot for me personally to be comfortable eating. The service was lovely, very attentive but not overbearing. Food was good, English food menu actually seemed to be nicer than the Thai menu having tried dishes off each. Very good selection of cocktails too. Overall very pleasant experience.

Dated decor, lots of steps/walking/climbing, lacking in maintenance, and far from the beach (quite a walk along some ancient footpath). Friendly and efficient staff though. Wouldn't recommend it if you're hoping for modern amenities and contemporary feel.

Establishment in wooded and green. Located on the side of a hill with views of the sea. Many amenities: taxi service, free Wi-Fi, conference room, internet, spa and massage, swimming pool. Spacious room. It is a pity : garden a bit neglected and the establishment, who would be in need of renovation. I recommend this establishment.

Amazing views, Friendly Staff & a Large Breakfast selection. Ordered in room dining and the food was delicious. Great hotel for couples looking for a romantic getaway.

I had a great time here despite 24 hr downpour.
Staff here very friendly and very thoughtful. Start from the beginning, — when me and my partner arrived, the front desk staff greeted us with smile and put us in the room with great ocean view. — shortly after we checked in, we got a lovely cake served at the villa. To my surprise, they really acknowledged my partner’s Birthday! — the hotel’s pool is not big compares to other hotel I’ve been to but it has perfect size and shape. It’s blend well with lots of plants and trees here — We had a great time at the Cenvaree Spa. They have an amazing view from the treatment room. We choose the Spa Buffet package for couples, the price was very reasonable and worth every penny. The Spa manager also offered 20% off from the Spa menu for us since it’s my partner ‘s birthday. The staff very professional and polite Room for improvement:
— the food at the restaurant was ok. The seasoning can be improve
— maybe because of the rain, I found a cockroach in the villa but the staff come to my rescue very swiftly. I have no problem for the rest of my stay.
— the room, a bit dated but very clean and well maintained
— I wish the hotel install the rinse tool next by the toilet, it’s uncomfortable for me to use just tissue paper However, I enjoy almost every minute at the hotel.

Beautiful location away from hussle and bussle yet easy to get tranfer to centre shopping. Cleaning of villa could have been better. Villas that have private pool need pools updated.

It was a great place to stay nice and peaceful and a beautiful spot, staff was amazing they really looked after us, food was amazing definitely will be going Back and staying longer.

Very friendly staff. You have to walk a little bit to get to the city and the beach, but it's worth it. One is in the hotel for itself, has a small, clean bungalow and a great view. The food is fine, but adapted to the foreign palate. So if you want to have real Thai food, you have to go to town. Scooters are available to rent directly from the hotel (300 baht a day) in the complex there is a free shuttle that can bring the guest to his BUNGALOW.

Great view and location on ocean. Nice traditional villas with modern utilities … dinner experience was very bad though. Steaks were poorly cooked and were not tasty.

Very nice staff good food but to the restaurants in Karon beach somewhat expensive. The descent to the beach is an adventure. The pools are very nice. We were there in the rainy season and they have given a lot of effort to keep the pools and the rest clean. The rooms are quite large and the bathroom very large. All in all, you can recommend this to anyone.

Dissupointed. The staff is doesn't have enough patience for the guest. Located at the heels and always need to use a shatle service if you with kids specially. Internet was doesn't worked all my stay — 4 nights, the answer from the front desk regarding is — sorry we tried to fix. The breakfast is nice and room is very ok but no more + about this place.

Only private villas, excellent cuisine, Spa and a very friendly and personal service.
Because the hotel into the slope is built, you have to take a few steps in purchasing. There is also a mini-taxi available.
The trail leads to the stand via a small path in less than 5 minutes. Is to deal with.
This is not directly on the busy streets of the small towns.
