Having been to this beautiful resort several times in the past, I can only say that it is kept in an immaculate condition and that all the staff are very professional, extremely service minded and very courteous and friendly — they really make you feel at home.
The resort is very all-encompassing: The best beach in Phuket (including a very good snorkelling area), a number of excellent restaurants, several pools, tennis courts, driving range, Spa with fantastic massage, hair dresser/ manicure/pedicure, good gym, several shops, very nice entertainment (Thai dance, fire dance, musicians. ) In addition: world class golf courses nearby. And if you need bike or car easily rent it on Orange car Phuket How can you avoid having a fantastic vacation in this paradise? Amazing

Incredible hotel, I'm not afraid of this word, but the highlight of Tay! There is no better hotel! Its beach, friendly and helpful workers, there are Russian-speaking staff, a huge area which has a lot of entertainment and even massage, boutiques, shops and restaurants. Cooking is delicious, breakfasts are just gluttony, not otherwise. Have been there twice, come again, it's paradise just!

When we arrived at hotel, it was around 6am due to turkish airlines flight hour from Istanbul. Although I specify to early check-in in 8.00am, they said that it’s impossible since they’re fully booked. It was understandable but it would be better if they inform me before arrival, anyway, we accept to wait till 2pm. Afterwards, we get thirsty and ask a bottle of water while we sit at lobby, they request to 200 baht for it where as it costs only 10 baht outside. There was no welcome drink, all these was totally insane.

Many hotels with private beaches but doesn’t charge that high price, especially for its location. Probably a good stay if you like big hotel with large crowd and kid yourself into thinking it’s private. Better not have friends visiting hotel as they would be escorted directly to you looking like an idiot. Probably could do better but with the arrogance of the management… you probably better off with a hotel with realistic price and services.

Excellent service and quality, staff really excel themselves and the food is again excellent. Part of a wedding party and the ceremony was beautifully set up, the wedding meal one of the best we have ever had. Highly recommended for couples, families and family /friends group party.

It is a Excellent 5 star hotel having own private beach. I have stayed here for 5 days and having a great of experience. They served complimentary healthy breakfast in all days. The staffs are very friendly. Rooms are very clean. Price is also reasonable. Gym and swimming pool is accessible for all the guests. Highly recommended. You will have a great sea view almost from all rooms.

A chic hotel that has all and own beach and tennis and a children's club with trampolines and etc and diving and yachts and golf and bow etc. Except for the shops' restaurant pools. But be careful if you bring guests, then for them then will come the bill of 2000 baht per person.

The hotel is nice. Your own beach is super, no one is superfluous. Very measured and relaxing rest. But the hotel does not reach five stars. Unnecessarily expensive food and drinks on site.

We really liked this resort. Our only mistake was not making enough time to enjoy the resort and amenities to the max. We booked an excursion and kept our few days on this island busy. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. We did eat at the Japanese restaurant and it was pretty delicious. The serving size for the steak at the hibachi grill was massive. The chef was polite and funny. I’d stay here again if we were to visit Phuket.

Amazing getaway in the middle of the jungles. Hotel has a variety of hi end restaurants inside. Enormous swimming pool and private beach. Know one couple who comes here for 25 years and I can see why. Hotel has everythin from food to sports activities such as tennis and is really well maintained.

Spectacular Hotel with a great pool and a great beach. Not too far from Patong Beach: it is easy to reach the most famous areas in little time and for little money. Two negative points: to be apart of the city, the only option to eat is the hotel itself, whose restaurants are expensive. And especially the Wifi: payment, very seedy in a hotel of this category. Nothing to do with the other Le Meridien in the country.

Paradise! A 5-star hotel that is stunningly beautiful. There are so many things to do at this hotel that you never need leave. The wonderful pools, children's area, games, private beach, workout room, shopping, restaurant variety and much more will make you reluctant to ever leave. The staff is friendly, the hotel well managed and maintained. The food is incredible and the rooms are lovely. A wonderful time to be had by all!

One of the better resorts in Phuket with great facilities and restaurant choices. The Thai and bar restaurants were our two favourites. The staff are wonderful and try their best to help and engage in conversation. One of the only resorts in Phuket with its own private surf beach which we enjoyed on a daily basis. The gym is excellent for a resort and we used it on a regular basis over the two weeks we were there. If you can afford it, definitely treat yourself to a larger room as the space and views are worth the extra money. Will definitely be going back at the first opportunity.

Hotel in a paradisiacal setting and away from the hustle and bustle of Patong Beach. Probably one of the best in the area. Near Private beach reserved for the guests of the hotel. Huge and superb pool, hot water and not aggressive.
Rich breakfast and choice (two restaurants) even smoothies and French cheese. No waiting if you can choose the time (morning around 7 o'clock) lots of free animations including sailing (Hobby-Cat), sea kayaking, practise golf, rock climbing, table tennis, tennis. A fitness room with many appliances. A kid's club.
Paid diving Club (within the establishment) Russian (noisy and gene-free) and majority Asian clientele. Few French, no French speaking staff. (Thank you for thinking a little about the French)

5 restaurants for a variety of choices with daily performance at the Pakarang in the evening. The buffets are plentiful, plus pizzeria on the beach edge and various salads.
The prices are higher than those from the outside but remain largely correct compared to France and the service.
Four Apple computers made available free of charge in the Similan Lounge.

The hotel is on a solid 4 *. But the staff who caters for you at this hotel are 5 +, their smiles and friendly attitude brighten all the awkwardness if any.

The place is quiet. More suitable for couples and families with children. The hotel is located in its own lagoon, so strangers to the beach do not go. In the evenings you can watch the magnificent sunsets.
To the beach of Tong, if you need a party, by taxi 300 baht.
I would like to mention a chic gym.
The change of linen is constant, very clean. The breakfasts are great (fried sharks go lokal (million calories) — now My Love) ) ) ) If you need Thai massage went not to the local spa, and massage parlor which is located just behind the hotel barrier (girls in green T-shirts) much cheaper and all the muscles " Promnut "You very well!

Excellent place… UNIQUE BEACH throughout Phuket. Friendly care of all staff. But I must highlight the presence of Luis (a Spaniard who is in the Concierge who made us, as Spanish speakers all easier. Thank you Luis). Le Meridian is a 5 star next to the sea… And that says it all, because the maintenance of each sector, is impeccable and a fine WI first. I totally recommend it. Good location with a private beach; sun loungers on the beach itself and food/drink can be brought to you there. Nice, big pools. A good selection of restaurants and drinks. Facilities generally very good. Travel excursions desk was very helpful for booking a couple of day trips and show tickets. Service overall by staff was very good.

Nice resort. Big, clean, private beach. Very good restaurants. Good bars. Excellent service. Room and bed were very good. ENORMOUS pool (s). Lots of activities. Particularly good for kids, so not really a singles place. Not walkable to Patong, or really anything worthwhile, so you have to rely on the local transport options which are way overpriced for Thailand but, let’s be real, still inexpensive by western standards (everything is relative). My only beef is that they do take advantage of the fact that you’re isolated from food&beverage competition (as, to be fair, they should), so the prices are definitely not Thailand consistent, but still consistent with what you’d expect at a western resort. As for clientele, on my trip I heard mostly Russian spoken. Some Chinese. A few Brits. Very few Americans.

Lived at the hotel in early November. Very nice place very friendly staff on reception, rooms are nice, the beach is magnificent is equipped, which is rare for Phuket. Fed very tasty and varied, staff was not friendly! Recommend taking full Board, if you do not plan to actively move around Phuket and the Islands, as next to nothing. Nearest cafes need to go by taxi is 400 baht on average. The wish to hotel to make a free transfer to Karon and Patong.

I spend a whole day at hotel with family. This is very fun. I will share you things: 1. Big swimming pool with varies deep and safety guard 2. The private beach is extremely beautiful and many activities 3. My mother (65) exercise yoga on the sunset beach 4. My Kid have a playground and enjoy with Kid swimming pool. 5. Many type of restaurant in the evening: Japanese, Italian, BBQ and Thai food. Noted tips. Since it is very private. You will get a long distance to go somewhere crowned like Pathong or Karon beach and also 7-eleven. You should prepare and plan to stay inside the hotel. By the way, hotel have already provide things for you, you just pay extra for it.

Cheking too long our room had to be ready at 8:00 am on my booking it is noted when I arrive I am told about 13:00 or then to pay a lot more expensive (scam)

Breakfast was very good. Deluxe pool room with good views of the beach. Bad, with Wi-Fi. It is paid for the room itself. In the middle of nowhere and expensive transports. And a little far from the social life of the people. One more experience, but I'm not coming back.

Awesome resort. 10th time here and we have high standards. The resort is very xlean and well maintained (has improved further since we were here last) The staff are always happy to help, always smile, are always polite. Food is always good (some might be a bit more expensive than elsewhere). The private beach is beautiful and quiet and the lack of surf makes it great for non swimmers — There are lifeguards on both beach and pool; trained to Australian Surf Lifesavjng standards. Good facilities throughout. Town (Patong), is a short taxi or tuk tuk away.

Very beautiful beach. The rooms are a bit dark, but clean and have everything you need. Unfortunately, the Hotel is a bit Prozig (Betongklotz). So the beach, the sea and the Pool, supper, Hotel good but not Top.

Follow my boss to have two night here, beautiful beach view although I almost got drowned as there seem to be no lifesavers around. The free breakfast and a little elephant kissing people passing by is really amazing.
