Super friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The pools are nice and clean, opening till 9pm. Happy hour for drinks runs from mid day to 8pm so quite reasonable priced for pool. Side bars.

Very good. The hotel is suitable for outdoor activities. In the morning breakfast and on excursion or on the sea. The pool is shallow in the hotel.

Staff very friendly rooms were very clean pool on roof needs to have a more inviting look as know one used it. Very bland needs colour and plants bottom pool green tinge around edges breakfast basic and the same most of the time.

Lovely big room with bath tube and separate shower. Balcony facing the pool. Nice location for big Buddah and beaches south of the island including Karon kata and patong. Moped hire across the street super cheap.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Cleaning, towel change, hygienic everything is. Two pools, one on the roof. I liked everything.

This resort had amazing customer service. The entire staff were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and room service was very prompt. This resort had 2 pools both very clean and kept in good condition. The Wi-Fi in the room was also good. We were located a 5-7 min walk to the closet beach and market. Great restaurants and massage parlours located near by. I would highly recommend this resort.

Property is new and clean and staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is nice and big. The market and beach is a bit of a walk though. Wi-Fi is troublesome with 10 different networks. The shower on top floor fluctuate between cold and hot randomly. Can't say about lower floors. In room dining is good.

The biggest problem of this hotel is the lack of noise insulation in the rooms. Breakfast was very good. Would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Good hotel with nice simple design. The pool is very clean. The toilet needs some improvements tho bcoz the flushing was good and no fans.

The rooms are clean and clean. The Internet was very slow and the room was very well-connected to the hotel and the room was very… But right after we asked for a fix, everything was fixed, and it became like a racing car. And so the service is good. At breakfast Many dishes, juices, salads, even soups eat, shorter choice for every taste. Once upon a time we came to the reception and asked to give us the lanchboxes as we had a tour the next day. Everything was given and by the way very tasty. Every Day the fruit was brought from the market, the hotel was cut and cleaned. There are 2 pools one on the roof and the other downstairs. I Can only say one thing-the hotel is super and everything in it is cool!

What to say, the hotel is not exactly 4 *, they are very flattered. Cleaning is superficial, ends at 17 o'clock and all, know cleaning. The Attitude is very formal, it is clear, no one wants to be sincere, but small requests need to react. Another minus is a nightmarish audibility! No sound insulation At all. About crowds of Chinese who wrote, did not lie, and I did not believe). Pros-a quiet street, there is a great café nearby, and, of course-the beach! From the roof of the hotel lovely sunsets show. I Guess that's it. Sincerely do not recommend this hotel.

The room is decent, good size and the elephants on the bed are a great touch. There are a few problems — the Wi-Fi doesn't work at all (connected but no internet access, never asks you the password you have been given). Another problem was a bit of a smell in the room — the pillows are a bit stuffy, the shower could have used some air… The air condition outside unit is on your own balcony so it can get a bit loud. We got a welcome note on the bed, unfortunately addressed to the wrong person. Overall the room is good, the value is well balanced, the view is nice, plenty of power outlets, fridge… The staff seemed very nice too, the two from the reception noticed us in town after their shift ended and said hi to us. Just a few details to improve and it would be perfect.

A bit uncomfortable to get to the sea. To reach the beach you have to pass a pond that increases the distance from a straight line. Very spacious rooms, although designed in an absurd way: The wardrobe is in the bathroom, the wettest area. Very good breakfast Very friendly Staff. The Karon area is full of life but there are many open-air sewers. I think it's better both as a structure and a location.

Simply put the best place to stay in Phuket. The service is immaculate. The food delicious. Perfect resort for family.

Nice hotel, the pool area (s) are nice, the view not so much… food is quit ok.

Awesome service and location. 4 stars because they preauthorized card payment for room booking but later turned down the booking when we reached the hotel. If there was no alternate card to make payment, we were to be left to find a new place after a long travel! Phew!

Hotel is new, clean and nice. We love the pool excess room. worse cafe in hotel. We arrived at 1pm. No customas was inside. Only 8 of us and yet took 1.5 hrs to serve simple food! Example fry pineapple rice and is cold! 2nd day breakfast (all breakfast was charged in room rate) No replenish! You need to ask for it and waited min 20min to wait for chicken sauage. 2nd night another 9 of our family joined us… we tried the bbq dinner. We reserved at 7pm for 17pax (still hoping it will be a great dinner for us but it was another mistake! ) We was there at 7pm and nothing was at the buffet line. We were told by the waiter to pass raw food to the chelf besida e pool and he will bbq for us. Again mistakes! There'only 1 chelf grilling e food with a small bbq pit! After bbq they just leave it at e buffet line for all guest. We waited for an hrs no grill food was there and yet guest keep walking in! *It still only 1 chelf was there grilling*! We have an reservation for 17 pax how can it be only 1 chelf grilling?! How about those walk in guest? And that was a friday nite! Many others guest was not happy and their face turn black! Location not really fantastic but easy to get transport from the hotel lobby help desk. Arruved in 5 to 10min.

We were at this hotel one night and not being close to the beach we went to another in front line, good as we came back again and spent the rest of days in this hotel, clean perfect breakfast and staff of fantastic 10.

Far away from the sea. In the hotel every evening we crowd of Chinese for the night, in the morning they have their bags Packed and Chinese hoots depart in an unknown direction. And so every day. The Chinese bunkhouse.

Separate C/a, roof and downstairs there is the pool, far from the beach.
